Typical AMC, whats more to say. Good Recliner Seats, very very comfortable. This alone is good enough reason to keep coming back here. The Sound of this particular location is very good. Crisp and Clear with the bass punch. One other good thing i observed is big space between seat rows. Its easy to go inf or come out, i like that. Spacious and feel like king kind of Screens. Loved it. I visit it at-least twice a month

Second time this week and chair is broken....not enough people at snack counter 1:00 one person and he’s not working slow too many people in line..... and then a women makes her own line and is waited on before all of us standing in line....I put my snacks back...then the chair doesn’t work.... you will not see me again.

It's a good theater with comfortable seating and a good movie experience. So basically it's good infrastructure, and that's about it. The customer service sucks, they run out of stuff all the time even for shows around 7. Talking to a staff member feels like they are doing you a favor, because they were about to solve quantum computing if you hadn't asked them for a soda. Overall, if you have another choice, choose it

Could have been cleaner, but not by any means disgusting!! The chairs provide you with adequate space but could be spaced a little more. Chairs are older but still fulfill the needs. Would definitely visit again. Reserving your seat is a huge bonus!

I don't mind the drive to come here to see a movie because it's the best around. The theater close by me is a mess. Reserved seating, reclining chairs and it's clean! The staff here is always pleasant too. I've never had a bad experience. Movie watching should be a pleasant experience and they deliver.

Let me start by saying as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a not so pleasant smell. Throughout the whole place and in the actually theater room it smelled of urine. Disgusting!!!! I paid for 3D Movie and was told In a very I don’t care attitude that there were no more adult 3D glasses. They had ran out. I was told they only had kid ones. The attendant seemed very bothered that I asked, “well how are we supposed to see the movie without the glasses?” Shrugged her shoulders again like saying not my problem. I asked to speak to a manager. They realized other customers were not having it. We paid a lot of money to see a movie that they can not accommodate for. We were given vouchers and the ended up playing the movie in 2D. Now that that was settled I we to the concession stand, what filth. I pay for Premium AMC STUBS membership. With this you don’t have to wait on long lines to get your food. At other AMC THEATERS never a problem. But this one it was they didn’t even acknowledge I was standing in the premier line. Just a all around bad experience. The staff definitely needs some customers training, the theater it self needs to be cleaned thoroughly. And management needs to step up and be better prepared with supplies especially with a huge movie release. Never going here again.

The workers are rude, you say thank you and they say nothing, lines for food backing up and girl starts taking cups out of box to put on counter. I'm tired of paying for expensive movies and being treated like garbage. not going back.

Awesome recling seats. Wish they had a better spot to put your sodas though. You might be using the same arm rest which holds your drink with a stranger. Sodas we got were flat unfortunately and area needed a bit of cleaning. Which was disappointing to see since we went when it was not busy at all it seemed, which was 12pm.

The concession for pop corn is a joke, 2 people work the concession, One (only) takes the order while the other one fetchers the stuff. The people who belong to their A-List club get to cut the line. I was second on line for pop corn and waited over a half hour before I finally gave up and left because everyone who walked in who belonged to this club got to cut the line. I could see giving the people who belong to the A-List club perks, but you can't have the people who paid full price for a ticket just stand on line waiting with no one taking their order until the whole A-list line is gone. What a ridiculous system. Too bad I forgot, this happened to me before at this theater, because I never would of went back. And the line to get tickets was no bargain either, I was third on line for tickets and was waiting over 15 minutes, before I finally got off the line and used one of their ticket machines. And all this was on a slow Tuesday evening for a 6:00pm show. I don't recall having this problem at other AMC theaters, but this is the second time in a row it happened to me at this theater. The whole staff seems lazy and non- caring. Worst movie experiences of my life. I'm never going back.

Hadn’t been here in a long time and was surprised to see the good changes that have been made. I purchased the tickets online and was able to practically walk right in just by showing the tickets on my phone. Love the reserved reclining seats! Now every seat is a good seat. Oh my gosh reclining seats ! Never going to another theater again. Even though a friend of mine fell because the first set of lights by the steps are red not white. They left her standing in the back of the theater while there was supposed to be getting ice. After a long awkward minutes I went out there to find then standing in the hallway talking and asked them "how long do you expect her to stand there" ... Ughhhh

New seats are great....they almost go back too far! Need a better spot to put your popcorn...some kinds of little shelf or something. No I wont spoil the end of infinity war. But it was really good in 3D, worth the extra money (well as much as any movie could be worth the extra money)

Seats are recliners, but regular width, not the overstuffed ones like at Essex green. It says online snack ordering is available, but I really don't see how that would work with the limited staff. Floor by icee machine was waaaay sticky.

(August 9, late pm showing) They just newly renovated this place not too long ago, but let me tell you this place was a mess. When we got to our seats there was garbage all over the floors, the seats were sticky, the seats had trash on them, nobody had come to clean up the movie theater after the last showing. I went and told the manager about it, he sends one girl in there to clean up the movie theater by herself. He did not even bother to come and look at it for himself. Another guy was complaining too because his seats were dirty. A mess. Their corporate office will be informed.

Grandson up from Florida ask me to take him to see a movie. Not sure what's the problem, maybe mismanaged. All concession areas need some serious cleanup, theater 3 was very cold and my daughter found an abandoned half eaten nacho meal in the ladies room. I will continue to enjoy my movies in the comfort of my living room. I didn't recommend until they get it together.

Normally I will go to West Orange NJ AMC Dine in but, tonight couldn't do that because the movie I & my sister wanted to see was sold out so we headed to East Hanover exactly 19 mins away that available tickets & to my surprise there were reclining seats ( A little tight tho because I'm thick ) but it definitely was still a comfortable experience. It was clean & staff definitely friendly. It is now my go to if I can't get in at West Orange.

I went with friends to watch The Last Jedi on opening day. This theater was clean and surprisingly quiet. We had reserved seating in a RealD theater with recliners. This is the best kind of experience for big movies. No distractions. Just enjoyment.

Brought my daughter, her two friends, wife and I to see Toy Story 4 here. Parking was very quick and easy. The outside theatre garbage was overflowing and had random garbage throughout lot. Arrival at the concession stand had all of the goodies the kids wanted, but it was an odd setup from other AMCs I visited. The theater was clean and our seats were very comfortable with the reclining option. Overall a nice theatre as we usually just go to the dine in which has other issues besides the increased prices.

so , this one worker sold me and my 2 friends tickets for the movie “the kitchen” and then came and kicked us out like an hour later cause we were underage & without a parent .. even tho the first worker never told us that and told us we could go into the movie without a parent . the food was good tho , just an annoying experience

I find it hard to believe that AMC would spend much money and time to renovate this theater in such a haphazard manner. Let me say that the theater was sorely in need of an update for quite some time. The first thing one notices when driving to the site is that absolutely NOTHING whatsoever has been done to rehabilitate the shabby/dangerous parking area. Walking to the building, it’s also obvious that the exterior remains untouched since it was first built. While the lobby area/concession stand are nicely renovated, there is a great deal of needlessly empty space. Perhaps the most striking concern are the bathrooms. The sink side is fine. However, the toilet stalls are DISGUSTING!! They are original- broken doors, dirty - awful to look at. In short, why bother to renovate a facility in such an incomplete manner?

Since they renovated, first time I went was last weekend to see Solo. It is surprisingly clean! I will be going back here instead of going to the AMC in Morristown which takes twice as long to go. Plenty of parking and no need to get validation like with the AMC at Morristown. Since they have renovated, it is now reserved seating and reclining seats. All the theaters are on a single level. This is right next to a Chuck E. Cheese.

OMG MUCH MUCH better after the renovation. I stopped coming here long time ago because it was so outdated for what they were charging. After AMC took over it, I went thinking it was updated or improved which wasn't the case. Long after I read a review how it was completely updated so I went back and was impressed with their renovation. I will now be going back to this place and recommend it to all movie goers.

Terribly managed and no staff willing to manage unruly guests. The last 4 out of 5 visits I had to get staff to come stop people from have conversations, texting and tweeting during the movie, making phone calls and children running in the aisles during the film. It’s a shame that a theatre with such nice amenities is become and inexcusable mess.

My phone fell out of my husband's pocket while we were at the movies. The theater was not crowded, it was the last show and we were the last ones to leave it. We came back within 15 minutes of leaving the theater to find it closed. Spoke to customer service the same night who advised us to go back when the theater opened in the morning at 10 (first show was at 1pm). We got there at 9.45 am and waited till 11.30 am which when the first staff finally showed up. The staff let us into the theater and helped look for the phone but it was no where to be found. I know for sure that I had my phone as I googled the movie we were about watch in the lobby so the only explanation is the someone from the cleaning crew found it and kept it. CCTV cameras show cleaning crew entering and leaving the screen we were at but the manager, Brandon, refuses to pursue the matter with the crew. Someone there took my phone and I am devastated as it had pictures of my grandma and people I have lost on it. I am considering going to the police but I don't want anyone to get into trouble and I just want my phone back.

The seats are very comfortable, though there’s not many good places to put your popcorn (and sometimes your drink). No real complaints about the theater, but sometimes I have to try more than one butter dispenser which shouldn’t happen when I come within an hour of the place opening. So overall I am very happy with this theater, and I have only relatively minor concerns.

I wished the screen was bigger. I feel like the screen in Morristown was bigger but I could be wrong. the sound quality was ok. they have very comfortable seats that recline and have foot rests (the same seats as in Morristown location). the theater was clean and they have a popcorn/food area right when you walk in. the restrooms need attention though. they were clean but many of the dispensers were out of soap or out of service which is terrible at any time but especially during a flu season...

The Dolby Theater Sound is of course amazing. The reclining seats could be better the do the job but the black ones with muti positions are much better. Oct 14 Sunday 8pm me and my wife went to watch Venom we go to ours seats and there is a row of 17-18-20 yr old kids sitting there When I told them they where in my seats they after a while of staying silent thinking I would back down and leave to some other seats got up and looked for seats elsewhere it was obvious they didn’t pay or belong in there for that movie they where stealing seats AMC should work on this The kids at the desk could care less we walked by them to use the bathroom before grabbing tickets without anything happening then she scanned my phone and didn’t give us any stubs I had to look up my seats and theater number. Honestly I like the AMC in headquarters Plaza in Morristown better.

This place had a beautiful remodel! The theaters are awesome; tons of leg room, autoreclining leather chairs, and the ability to pick and reserve your seats. Only one gripe was the woman we bought tickets from. She was more concerned with talking to the other workers than helping us. Overall, though, a great place to see a movie!

While it doesn't have recliners, the chairs and both comfy and big. The screens are large, and I've never had a sound or quality issue in the 10 years I've been going there. Lines for food are long when it is busy, but they have several cashier stations so it moves pretty quickly.

Its a smaller theater with fewer premium formats and showtimes than it's counterpart in Rockaway. However all theaters feature reclining seats and it is seldom as crowded as some of its neighboring theaters
