I LOVE this Theatre! At night. Without the kids. Relaxing. Waiting for my Long Island Iced Tea to arrive! Oh, I'm sorry, this is a movie theatre not a restaurant....And? I always enjoy myself here! Clean theatre, comfortable seating & I love the Dining!!! A bit more expensive than a stand alone restaurant, but the movie theatre always is!

This place used to be a great experience to go and see a movie, unfortunately it didn’t stand the test of time. Nowadays it is a filthy space, with terrible food and service. Everything that you touch is sticky and when the lights come up at the end you can see the poor cleaning job around you. Not coming back again and I hope if you are reading this take the advice and save yourself from a bad experience.

Service is good. You call, they come. Simple enough. Food is good. Parking no problem. Wheelchair accessible. Could definitely use some cleaning & updating. Was told by the men in our group that the bathrooms were beyond horrendous! Like hold it in till we go home horrendous. And they stand!!!!

The more convenient way to see a movie nowadays. For getting a reserved and comfortable seat, ticket prices are not much more than a standard movie theater. The food has some highlights (try the Royal Burger), but if you're looking for a comparison to other places it's in general like going to a somewhat better chain restaurant. Theaters are clean, but sometimes the bathroom's level of cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered my food at the beginning of a 2 hour movie and after asking 2 different waiters where my food was 3 times each, I received my burger with 10 minutes left. The waiter even had the nerve to tell me to be patient after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. After I finally got the food and not the water I ordered (which I didn’t get for the rest of the movie), I tried it and it tasted very bad. This was a $14 burger. I was relieved to finally leave the theater but realized that I did not receive my $10 in change they owed me and even more they owed my friends. We talked to the manager and she told us they left the change at our seats. We walk back and no change. What a surprise. Finally, after waiting to talk to the manager again, she gave us our change (5 dollars less than they owed me but I didn’t care at this point) and left. Overall, DON’T GO HERE.

Love the dine in experience. First time I took the kids. It was in one of the non recliner auditoriums which I would have been happier with but the server more than made up for it with his excellent service and attentiveness. I really appreciated him checking in on us in a discrete manner through the movie for drink refills etc.

"Reclining chairs didn't work, one attended checked to see if our chairs were working, said "I'll be right back" disappeared. Didn't come back to take our order or ask to change our seats since they still didn't work. Essentially ignored us while service customers around us. Normally I enjoy coming to this theater but time all the staff seemed unorganized.

Really nice theater that is spacious and comfortable. Love that their dine in tables are more like bar tables, I really prefer that. The ordering experience was simple and quick. Overall, I enjoyed myself. It was exactly what I needed...a restful evening.

I was underwhelmed with the dine-in experience this time. Watched a matinee show. Thought my attendant bell wasn't working as my friend and I both pressed our bells and had no assistance for over 30 mins. All while watching another attendant assist the other side of the room. Not until we asked the guests in front of us to press their bells as well did 2 attendants attempt to assist us. However, one left once she realized we were 'together'. Later, waited 20 mins just to order a drink. Granted this is not a 5 star restaurant, but there should be some system in place if one staff member is overwhelmed or they're short staffed.

Decent priced tickets, convenient parking, an okay environment for a dine-in movie theater. For a popular movie buy your tickets before hand because you'd be out of luck if you have your hopes up thinking there would be seats available. Fork & screen theaters are well lit, however management needs to do a better job on sticky menu's and better selection of the silverware that's provided. The recliner seats add more to be comfortable but I wonder how often seats are wiped down. These theaters are only for 21+. A well done burger is not supposed to show pink meat on the inside. Small portion of fries given with the burger order. Staff needs to lower their tone talking to eachother when the movie is still playing. I wonder if the staff is Lgbtq friendly because a staff member made me wait longer to go in to be seated for the same showing other people were going in to see.

The food was okay (and overpriced). It is nice to have a drink ( nyc overpriced) while watch a movie. Thats6tge good part. The bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. The tables were sticky and smeared visibly. The menus were stuck together and dipping at the same time. When I pointed this out to the waitress she replied "Yeah, the bus boys are lazy." Third and last time visiting. This was a last chance visit, after our last trip where we never even got our food.

My experience at the west orange Essex green was the worst from the people sitting next me and my girlfriend bring in to the movie theater their own container of oxtail,the incessant talker having a conversation throughout the entire movie. In short, the worst behavior is anything/everything that gets in the way of the solitary enjoyment of watching the movies and enjoying a date night with my girlfriend. I would like a refund.

I've been here a few times and have always loved the service, the professionalism and the cleanliness of the theater as a whole. But surprisingly today I was a bit shocked. I bought my tickets online, printed them from the kiosk at the theater. I then entered the theater and heading towards the two ushers at the podium. They were rude and not paying attention as I handed them the tickets. They continued to conversate and laugh within their own conversation. After 2 minutes or so they grabbed my ticket and said "theater 1". No enjoy your show etc.... I then headed towards the assigned theater. The rugs were dirty on my way to the theater. There was popcorn everywhere..The reason for 3 stars was because as I entering the theater I was approached by a young man who directed me to my seat. I ordered food and drinks they were both amazing alongside our waiter..

Nice area where around you can have fun and eat This move theatre has a great service of food inside and outside. The weathers are a little slow but it’s worth to try it. Just sit and watch the movie while you are eating an amazing burger! The sits are really comfortable and the screen is really big perfect for the lay down position.

It’s a good movie theater but I need to stick to my reclining chairs for people 6’3 and up. Back always hurting after a movie due to lack of seat mobility. It’s my fault I didn’t pick the recliner due to showing availability. An I have the movie pass

I'm 50 fifty with this AMC! 1st we order before the movie starts. It took awhile to get our food. The waitress made us pay before we received any food which wasn't a issue.. at the time! We get our food, it was ok. Then, I decided to order another drink. My second drink arrive 2 mins before the opening credits(I got a refund, poor customer service). I also, noticed that everyone around us did pay for their food before receiving it.They got their bills right before the movie ended. They could have walked out and not paid!!! I definitely felt some type of way. Bottom line is I won't be returning to this AMC but I will visit another Dine-in AMC. Hopefully, my experience will be a 5

Theater is getting dated and food is not that good. I have gone four times over the past few years, and I have noticed a decline of food quality. I'm not sure if I will be back. Ordered a burger today, received something overdone and dry, disappointing. The serving staff is very nice and polite. They could be five stars if they improved their food quality and freshened up the establishment along with a good cleaning. A garbage receptacle in the men's bathroom would be nice also.

Me and mf gf went to go see a movie here so we could skip having to make multiple trips to a restaurant then the theater. Setting was cozy, theater was clean, staff members seemed friendly and welcoming... however 15 minutes into the movie, we pressed the button multiple times to request a waiter so we could place our order to eat. No one ever arrived to take our order. The movie was 2 hours and a couple minutes long, we made it through the entire movie without being tended to. Meanwhile, we watched everyone else around us being served while we waited..and waited and waited. It's worse when you're hungry and have to watch others around you eat. When we exited the movie, there was a crowd of staff members huddled up and hanging out in the hallway, why couldn't anyone of them come and take our order??? All I wanted was some fries and a sprite. Would've went to a different theater and restaurant if we would've known we'd be left to sit hungry through the entire movie. Looked forward to trying out the food here, but looks like I had my hopes up for nothing

Good place to see a movie if you want to drink alcohol and eat food while you watch. The dine in movie concept is cool, but eating in the dark involves a little bit of risk taking. As with every movie theater, everything is more expensive than it should be. Service can be a little weird at times but it's not a dealbreaker. Seats in auditorium #3 are way more comfortable than the ones in #9, so if you somehow have a choice, go for #3. Good popcorn.

Dirtiest bathrooms so gross .. I can’t believe all the people that work there just hang out and talk and check out there cell phones. The food service was okay well better than usual .. usually they spill something or add wrong on my bill I’ve opted to head to other theaters because of this but I try to give them another chance it just doesn’t work out so great I hope they could get there act together it would be much more enjoyable for everyone.

I really enjoy coming to this theater. The seats are well seperated so I do not feel as if people are sitting on top of me. The food is pretty good. I stick to the chicken chipotle sandwich with fries. The only reason for the missing star is the service. On several occasions my soda refill never arrived. On my last visit my popcorn order did not arrive. Overall good theater, never overly crowded. Service could be better.

Movie was fine. Staff just seemed like they'd rather not be there. I mean I get it, I've been there but you got to fake it until you punch out. The bartender was on the phone the whole time while she served us. I could go on.... But in a nutshell, this wasn't anything to write home about.

This time they brought the dessert before the dinner, our dinner didn’t come with the biscuits it was supposed to have, and when I said we didn't order the drink she brought, the server made a face. Not worth the price of the food.

Seats are good. Service is good at start of film, less so if it has already started, think it took approx 1hr to get a drink from the time I indicated via button I would like to see a waiter till it was delivered. Food and drinks almost unreasonably expensive too, but it's the movies and it has felt like extortion for decades.

Go in sit down for movie and turn on light for waiter. Waiter comes up turns off light and says I'll be right with you never comes back. Came hungry left hungry too. 0/10 protip be sure to sneak in some of your own food and drink cause odds are no one will serve you

Love the concept of the dinner theater. If you think about it, it's almost like the new version of the drive-in theater, minus the speaker hanging on your window and the car exhaust. Anyway, when this location first opened it was at it's prime. Each theater has it's own charm, but some already feel a little dated and in need of an update. I would definitely say the clientele IS NOT the most etiquette driven crowd so be prepared to have to deal with cellphones and conversations that have nothing to do with the movie. It doesn't matter the film category or time of the day. Food and drink options are nice. It's like the Cheesecake Factory and AMC came together an made a theater friendly menu. Staff is hit or miss, sometimes your server is nice, but often you are greeted with a neutral tone and a super layed back demeanor. Will I continue to come here despite it's little quirks, yes? Will I continue to complain about the inconsiderate guests, yes!! I'm an AMC fan, what can I say.

I went to see Avengers Endgame on 4/25, I sat down and reached for the menu and the menu had dried food on it that it took away my appetite to want to eat, because I didn't want to get up and go wash my hands, so I ordered a soda and it had an after taste to it. Thank goodness the movie was good, but I doubt I'll visit that theatre again.

My server antum was terrible i pushed the button to call for service its been over 45 mins waiting on a root beer the movie is ending and im still thirsty im mad at myself for even giving her a tip after i pushed the button i went to the restroom and outside to smoke a cig came back sat down and she just got to me i asked for a refill its now been 53 mins and still no service! All this and the light is still on the movie is over now and she has not returned after she cashed us out demanded immediate payment for the food and drinks we ordered sad to day we are celebrating a birthday today and her being so unattentive has ruined my experiance here i will not be back i will strongly advise anyone that ever mentions the amc dine in to me to go to regal insted!

I went there last week to watch the Lion King. I tried to order a hot tea since I was cold during the last hour of the movie. The waitress came after 15 minutes of pushing the button and to take our order, but about 30 minutes later the movie finished and never saw the waitress again.

Simply Wow. This is my first time coming to this AMC Theatre and I haven't even watched the movie yet and it is already my favorite. They definitely know how to treat the customers here and provide the atmosphere everyone would enjoy. The setup is ideal; no waiting in line for food - you order and get served from the comfort of your seats! I'm 6'4" and usually find myself fighting for room. Here there is ample leg room.

It was a pretty decent AMC, however I am not a fan of the "dine-in" movie theater. It was too much noise and movement for my personality. If you don't mind a dim set of lights all around and people walking back and forth then I would absolutely recommend it for you!

It is a big chain movie theater so don't expect anything special. But pretty cool they will bring you food and booze while you watch a movie. Service is almost always slow and grumpy (with rare exception) but if you keep your expectations low it will be fun. Food is just okay - it's more about the novelty of the experience.

Only good for movies..the food service is always AND I MEAN ALWAYS NOT WORTH THE MONEY..chewy fat deposits in the chicken old avocados and just a problem every time we come to dine in..so we only go to clifton now and just eat b4 we go .. one day it may get better..if they change the staff to people who actually care about giving customers a full dining experience then just maybe itll be better but for now they have a long way to go.

Me and my girlfriends entire experience was awful. We were excited to come here as we really wanted to see endgame and this used to be the best theater around, I often called it the only one worth going to but apparently a lot has changed. 1. The ticket machines were broken and we had to go to customer service and wait 2. We specifically came for the recliners and they were broken. We were offered seats in the very front row instead. 3. The theater was generally dirty and not well kept. 4. The service was incredibly slow and unresponsive. 5. We tried to order 2 bottles of wine. 1 of red for me and 1 of white for my gf. It’s a 3 hour movie and if we left a glass or two in the bottle, no big deal. The staff told us at first that we couldn’t unless we also ordered more food, which we did. Then they brought one bottle out and refused to bring the second bottle until we drank the entire first. That wasn’t at all what we wanted, and the rationale was that we had to share as they couldn’t give an entire bottle to one person. This makes no sense as two people sharing 2 bottles is the same as 2 people each drinking one bottle, not that we would have anyway. We just didn’t want to deal with the hassle of ordering more drinks. The staff was very rude in general through out. 6. At the end of the movie, the MANAGER (Justin) was on his walkie talkie very loudly in the theater disrupting the entire theater. When asked to go outside with it, he was very rude and said he “had to do his job and talk to his staff”, we asked if he could do it outside and stop disrupting the movie, he said “do you want me to do my job or not” and then threatened to have us removed.

Hit or miss at this place!! Sometimes you get a good experience sometimes its bad. The food and portions has gone down hill since this place opened. You used to get a big side of fries now you get 15 fries I actually counted it was so little. The menu used to be diverse now they only have 1 dessert offered. Aside from the fact to you get comfortable chairs the dine in experience is better at other non dine in locations!

Love this Dine in AMC theatre. The staff is always very professional. Life is so stressful. This place allows one to forget problems and drift into the movie and relax. The seating is just wonderful and so comfortable. The food is delicious and fairly priced. Service is A+++ I love the reclining seats. I feel like I am at home. The spaces between each other is very acceptable. I wish there were more recliners. The ones that don't recline at least rock back and have nice counters to rest food on. I like this location as well. I can visit Panera Bread, art store, clothes store, pet shop and more when I get out!

Seats are sooooo worn out. Its uncomfortable to sit on the chairs. I sat in theater 7 Seat d2. Apparently the staff uses my table as a tray holder. Staff kept leaving trays on my table. This disturbed my attention to the movie the entire time. Every few seconds staff would leave another tray on my table so they can drop off those items individually. Some staff members were polite and said sorry but kept dropping trays off at my table. I advise this theater to get a tray hilder or block this seat off permanently. I was very unsatisfied. My wife and I didnt get to enjoy the movie.

A great popular place to go whether by yourself, "coupled up" or "familied down!!" There is a bar for the "while u wait" crew. There are also 2 kinds of theaters within. The "fork & spoon" that allows you to watch and dine at short makeshift counter-tables or in the recliners (no kiddies allowed). The only thing that may be a drawback for some, maybe the distraction of servers bringing food, drink or the bill while the movie is on.

The quality of this theater has really gone down hill. When they first opened, everything was clean and the staff was attentive. As of late, I go and the tables are sticky, there’s popcorn in the seats and the bathrooms are horrible. I am an avid AMC theater goer. I’m a member of the Stubs Premiere program and my children and I make going to the movies a family event. It’s often difficult to find a manager when there is a problem. For instance, I reserved my seats online and when I got there the recliners weren’t working. I was able to let an associate know before the movie started, but no one came. I then had to get up in the middle of the movie to find a manager. On the upside, if the film shuts down in the middle of the movie, they will give you free passes it you ask. I hope they improve over things soon.

It was my first time going to a AMC Dine-in Theater and it was an okay experience. If it’s your first time going to a AMC Dine in theater then definitely experience it for yourself. However, I won’t do it again. The movie was good, the chair was comfy, and the food was okay. But I rather buy food in a restaurant and then go to the movies. You’ll save a lot of money and also have a better meal. I like the idea, but AMC loves to overprice their items.

BEWARE if you are dining in. The waitress swiped my husband's credit card and never returned with the receipt for him to sign. It was the middle of the movie so we did not notice. She forged a signature and took a $10 tip for herself on the card! We left a cash tip so she was basically tipped twice! I am sure they are doing this to a lot of customers and getting away with it. We reported this to management and no refund has been given yet despite proof of theft! STAY AWAY from this theatre. They will steal your money!!!

Great experience and the food was good. There are other places where the food is so salty that you can't even eat it but not here. I would come back. I also sat on the 3rd row and while close, I didn't break my neck. It was good enough to feel in the movie.

I've had mixed experiences here but probably won't be going back again. My last visit, the theatre was way too hot. I have been to more than one movie here where the other patrons were being obnoxious. Service has been hit it miss. The main draw for me was the dine-in aspect, and i do feel they have a decent menu. It's just not worth the hassle of the environment imho.

I have found my full service theater home! Absolutely fantastic experience from the second I walked in. Arrived 30 min before to make sure there was plenty of time so I grabbed a drink at the bar. Went to the theater about 10 min before the movie started, pressed the button to request a waitress and one arrived within 2 min. Ordered 2 more drinks and an appetizer and they even held the second drink and didn't bring it until I was ready. The appetizer arrived shortly after the previews started. It was very tasty but small considering the price. Overall, excellent service, not too high prices, a true full service theater. Seats were comfortable and I had a fantastic time!

Great seats but not the best idea. I ended up spending nearly $100 in total for 2 tickets and food. We didn’t even order a meal. Just a small popcorn, some candy and 1 milkshake (because they didn’t have ICEE even though it’s a movie staple). If you have unlimited money and don’t care about food quality this might be the place for you.

I use to love this theatre, after they introduced the dine in feature I stopped going. Extremely annoying having servers block view. Very intrusive. Also the popcorn is overpriced. Ten dollars for a little bag of popcorn, never going back. Sorry.

I really like this theater and I'm not a huge fan of movie theaters. I like that the seating is comfortable and I can purchase a drink or order food while I'm there real quality food. However I gave it at 3 only because in the the couple of times that I have been to this theater they always seem to run out of food one time they didn't have like check in there was another dish and it's always something missing or they ran out. I don't know who the manager or assistant manager or purchaser is but I think that they need to be better equipped for however their water is supposed to be managed for the month. Is disappointed when you look at a menu and expect to receive one thing when you get there and then they have absolutely none of the things that you asked for. Another time I went they gave us like the bottom kernels of the popcorn which I thought was odd we had to ask for another bucket of popcorn which we had to wait an extended amount of time for. I will visit this theater again only because there is not another theater local to me that serves food and drinks. However if there was one that I knew about I would certainly take the time to visit the theater.

The worst theater ever! It was disgustingly dirty with sticky floors and dirty bathrooms. I can't believe how terrible those bathrooms are. The only thing a movie needs is a screen/audio, and clean environment. Shame on them for charging all of that money for a bad theater!

I tried to order a non alcoholic drink at the bar a the bartender wouldn’t take my order. She told me to order for my seat. I asked for a water fountain there isn’t one. Then an employee told me I could get a free water for the bar and the bartender ignored me.

Went there not long ago for the dine in experience. Reserved seats and come to find out the didnt work. Had to talk to customer service to see what I can do. Luckily the theater wasn't packed and I was able to switch but there attitude were mediocre and pretty bad.

Worst AMC theater. In general worst theater experience period. Not clean, smells bad, the chairs lean all the way back to the point where a shorter person like my wife can't see the full screen because the table in front of the seats for the food is blocking the screen.

Service wasn't so great when you get inside the theater room itself maybe it could of been just my server. He wouldnt take our empty cups so we can have more room on the table or anything we was done with. The drinks & food are great especially the brisket mac n cheese or the spicy jalapeno burger too. Went to see a 10:20pm showing. Arrived at 10:30 and they were already about to lock the doors. The girl who ended up letting me in was rude about it and to other people that were arriving as well. I told them I had ordered my ticket in advance. The self-service kiosk wasn't taking my barcode. I went up to the ticket check in and the staff was hanging out at the bar, not bothering to come and scan me in. So I just walked in. The area where I sat at wasn't all clean. Overall, not a good AMC. Not worth the money. Terrible customer service.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Food takes forever to come (which is standard here) not to mention the food is almost always cold; but my order was completely wrong and I ordered a milkshake about an hour before the movie was over and never got it (I pressed the red service button and everything). It was still put on my bill and I still payed for it and nothing was done about it... service here is just a complete joke

I just feel strongly that the table lights should be off during the movie. I get that they are on for those wanting to eat, but they are VERY distracting. There has to be a better solution. I saw so many people placing their menus to block the lights.

I went to see Captain Marvel on March 12, 2019 and I ask for no salt on my popcorn and they could not provide it. They said all the popcorn they make has salt on it. The screen had a scratch on it that my eyes focused on. I would not go to this AMC.

decent theater. plenty of parking available. ordered the wings and a burger. the burger was pretty good. the fries were not as good as I'd like but they were all right. they at least weren't soggy but they weren't very crispy. the waiter was nice but kept checking up on us during the movie which got a bit distracting (which I'm sure was not his intention).

The atmosphere would be nice if it weren't for the shotty staff. The place has an odor to it and I have herd that health inspection has been an issue in the past and not to eat the food there (told by former and current employees). No Dolby or IMAX makes in worse and the cinema suites had multiple broken chairs. Avoid at all costs.

One star is for the building up keep. The bathroom is never kept up to par. It always seems like anywhere in the building is not taken care of. I've never ordered food here and I never will. If you can't keep your bathroom clean I highly doubt the kitchen is clean. I give staff all five stars because they're always nice. I just wish that management would but some pride into their theater.

The movie was good...... that's it! I ordered food and a drink..... it didn't even come out. I waited for about an hour then I rang my bell and some random waiter came and told me that she would get my waiter. My waiter never came out and I got charged for something I didn't get. It was ridiculous!

This place is nice for the movie portion. Comfy seats, spacious theater... but the food is WAY overpriced & they only have ONE size of popcorn which was -no joke- like 9 bucks. SMH. If you’re going with a few people it’s almost worth it but if ur going with one other person... don’t bother. Bring ur own popcorn

we went here yesterday for the first time yesterday to see avengers , and we were not satisfied; the food was terrible. The employees took way too long to service us, and on top of that we asked for to go boxes, the guy said okay and no one brought them. We ended up having to get up during the movie after like almost an hour of waiting to get it ourselves. Essex Green has to do better. Great reclining seats though! Very comfy.

Compared to other AMC dine-in locations outside of NJ this has a major cleanliness issue. Bathrooms bins overflowing. Tray tables sticky, tray table in front row was tilted and unbalanced, had to hold it to keep in place while eating. That said A-List is awesome, if you're not all ready sign up what are you doing with your life? This place gives me a chance to drink a cold beer eat and watch a movie so I can't possibly give it 1-star.

Do not go to this theater! There is a thief on staff and the place smells horrible! First off, I should have left upon arrival. The theater carpets smells like old dirty mop water. I went last summer and had the same experience and thought this time would be different and it wasn’t. Additionally, my son left his jacket in the theater and we were the last family to leave so I figured I go back to the theater and they would have it. Unfortunately, the jacket was not there. I believe that a staff member stole the jacket out the theater. When asked for the Manager Janine to roll back the tapes because I believe a staff member took it and it is wrong for staff to be stealing from customers, the Manager Janine told me they couldn’t do that. When asked for the number for the manager above them, I was told that I couldn’t have that information.

The theater itself was good. Mgmt needs to do something with parents letting their kids sitting away from them. Kids were rowdy and loud while parents sitting in another section trying to shush them. Rule should be implemented that parents MUST be with their kids (either in front, next to, or behind their kids). The usher forgot my drinks. By the time we received them the ice had melted. Didnt want to do anything to my drink I returned it so it just sat there. Doubt it if I will order food again. I'll walk and get it myself.

Great location and the idea is awesome however the service is not. I went yesterday to see Shaft (Excellent movie) and I was excited to get my drink and eat on at the same time. The bar in the waiting area is clean and spacious. At 7pm on a Sunday they had one bartender. We sat down first, one gentleman comes up stating he was in a movie and needed his drink fast. A father and son team walks up and she takes all of there orders first. No problem she just won't get a tip. She makes a Strawberry margarita that was trash. We get to our seats and I asked the waitress if someone could wipe my table off because it was dirty. We placed our orders and waited. Never got my table wiped down and my food was ok. My fiance enjoyed his food and his drink (Jameson and ginger ale). My second drink was a mojito and that was trash too. This could be an awesome place but they need a better bartender (Immediately) and more than one. Not someone's cousin who likes to make drinks but does not have a license to do so. The food has the potential to be better it just needs to be hot and the presentation of the food also needs work. Hopefully I can find another dine-in theater with better service and better drinks. Don't think I'll visit this spot again.

We sat down to watch the movie and a server didn’t come and take our orders until 41 min in and as soon as I had sat down I had requested a server by pressing the red button. When they finally came they said the kitchen was closed and didn’t have any drinks. Horrible service! Will never be coming back or recommending anyone!!!

Im over 55 but didn't get a senior citizens rate as the age is now 60!!!!!! Looks like I have to wait a few more years. But, the theater for the 3:30 show was quaint! We watched the movie without disturbance. Will come again and try the menu for done in!

My husband and I used to love coming to this theater. It was comfortable and the food was good. I don't know what happened. Maybe management and/or staff changes but the food service has gone down tremendously. We recently came to theater and the food, like other times was HORRIBLE and disgusting. How do you go wrong with Chicken Fingers and French Fries. The chicken was fried so hard you had to go deep in order to know it was chicken. The biscuits they give you were so hard I could have hurt someone with it. My advice is bring your own food. They don't care enough to make sure you enjoy the movie as well as the food!

Amc has had its down falls over the years but recently when I come to watch Abominable with my kids I had a wonderful server Luis he has been the most attentive server I have had in a long time at AMC from taking my order even told my kids jokes the part that amazed me was when he took the next guest order in Spanish he was great and The food was absolutely Awesome pricing was a little bit much i hope the next time I come I have the same great Experience
