The theater was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The only qualm i have is that the seats werent all too comfortable and they were rather narrow. When sitting in them, if there is a person sitting next to you, it would be very awkward bc there isnt much room to move your arms. Other then that i enjoyed my experience here.

As far as movie theaters go, this isn’t a favorite. Seats are old, don’t recline, and a ticket is more expensive than other Regal theaters with better seating. I had an issue with an obnoxious patron (who I learned had not purchased a ticket) in my theater and when I brought it to the attention of the management they told me they would take care of it. Twenty minutes later, still no one had come in to check on us so I came out again to bring it to their attention. Still nothing. At the end of the movie I spoke with the same manager a third time and basically was told it wasn’t a big deal and they didn’t see any problems when they did their check of the theater. Of course they didn’t find a problem because the patron came in AFTER the staff did their check and never bothered to investigate my complaint. Not impressed with the lack of customer service or quality of the theater itself.

Experience was horrible! We ordered food and drinks before going in providing the theater and seat numbers. Did not receive our drinks until 30 minutes into the movie so they were watered down. The food was not brought to us until the movie was half over. I got pretzel bites which were cold and the cheese sauce had a dry cheese crust over it and my husbands wings were cold and slimy. I complained to a gentleman named Willie and was told to write my number down and the manager would call me regarding the horrible experience I had. My husband, father, and I went in for my birthday and I feel like I COMPLETELY WASTED $100!!! For the manager to not call and attempt to make things right is appalling!

This theater has gone way downhill to the point I can't recommend it anymore. 1. The men's bathroom was unusable. It was an unsanitary death trap. Absolutely disgusting. 2. The concessions stand would not redeem regal crown club points for drink or popcorn. 3. There is no reserved seating. Talking and cell phone use were widespread intolerable. I recommend the Red Rock Regal cinema instead. You're wasting your money going here.

As the readers to My reviews know, I was a Food & Bev. Director, Pit Boss, Slot Host & Assistant Hotel manager in 'Old Vegas" so I know about Quality, Service & Cleanliness! My visit to the Regal Cinemas Village Square !8 (Which I haven't been to in years) was a EXTREMELY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I was greeted by Fran (the ticket booth operator) with a warm smile & a "Good Afternoon,Sir! What movie are You seeing today?" She was very PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS! I also noticed that the outside entry & the doors were SPOTLESS! I was then greeted by the Ticket taker, Jared, who was very COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL! He directed Me to the theater the movie was playing in and wished Me a "Good Afternoon & ENJOY the MOVIE!" I then proceeded to the Concession Stand where I was greeted by Ashlee. She was very PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS! I did notice that the Lobby Area was IMMACULATE! SPOTLESS with no spills or trash on the ground-WELL MAINTAINED! I then was greeted by Julianne who wished Me a GOOD Afternoon. I told Her how Everyone was very PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS! She thanked Me &told Me to enjoy the movie! The hallway was SPOTLESS! The carpets looked BRAND NEW (as did the walls!). I then entered the theater-It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN as if they had just opened! After the Movie, I stopped @ the Restroom : It was VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED!, As I was leaving, I stopped by the Concession Stand again for a Large Diet Coke for the road! Pete was now @ the Concession Stand-He was also VERY FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS! As I was leaving, Julianne, Pete, Ashlee, & Jared wished me a good afternoon & thanked Me for coming to the theater! Outside, Fran also wished Me a Good Afternoon & thanked Me as well! I will DEFINITELY RETURN & I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND going to the Regal Cinemas Village Square 18!

Have started going here regularly, they have a good selection of movies, the seats are comfortable, and the theatres clean. My husband and I enjoy a Tuesday night movie night as it's cheap ticket night and is quieter than the weekend. The movie we went to watch last week ended up not working but the staff were helpful, with refunds and a free ticket for next time. Their customer service has been good whenever I've spoken to someone. The regal card is worth getting if you go often.

I grew up right down the road and have been to see 100s of movies at this theater. It is a fun place to go to especially on a Friday night when there are a lot of other people hanging outside or at the bars/restaurants near by.

The screen was huge and the audio nice and loud but the seats are worn out and old and no one was taking tickets out front so after standing there for a bit I just walked in and no one batted an eye. I'd paid for my ticket so I don't feel bad, just confused why they didn't have anyone when it was a medium busy night. This is the closest theatre to my house but I think I'll stick to the Cinemark at Santa Fe Station Casino.

First off the outside of the building is very misleading. Had I been able to view the theater first, I certainly would have not bought a ticket. The viewing area is completely out dated. Seats are terrible and very uncomfortable. They forgot to turn the house lights down when the movie started. I, along with three other people had to get up and say something before someone finally turned the house lights down ten minutes into the movie. The viewing area had an old, musty smell to it. The concessions were over priced for the almost intolerable viewing area. None of the Marquee signs were on to guide you to your theater. Only makeshift paper signs taped to the wall next to the theater door. The staff seemed to not care. Several were sitting about on the hall benches. I certainly will not patronize this theater again. I honestly went home and had a hot shower, I felt I needed to.

Multiplex theater in a nice shopping center. Regal cinema is a big theater chain with a pretty good reward program. E-ticket is available with the Regal app. Village Square offers multiple dining options. Easy in and out on Sahara Avenue.

Very big screen but I highly recommend better alternatives like Suncoast 16 hotel and casino or Orleans which come at nearly the same price but offer a much better seat and the same quality of popcorn. It feels very crowded in the theater with old fashioned red seats that are not the most comfortable to seat in. Like I said many more alternatives that are better than this one for not that much more of a price.

Best selection of movies, with friendliest staff, comfortable cloth seats with folding arm rest and best popcorn all contribute to a wonderful movie experience. Its the only theater I visit in Las Vegas. The rest, especially the Station casino theaters with RUDE EMPLOYEES, HABITUALLY DISAPPOINT OVER and OVER AGAIN. The Village 18 is "my theater." If it's not playing here, I'll catch it on REDBOX.

This is one of the few places left that doesn't have those big bulky reclining seats. I like any theater that offers the $6.80 matinee price, so I will be coming back. This isn't the classiest theater in Vegas, but its one that has more privacy and better deals and the employees aren't up your butt.

The standard seats kinda suck, that's a pretty big deal at a movie theatre. Everything else is mostly good, although the men's urinals didn't have dividers, so you'd be exposed to everyone else there while using them.

It has an old timey feel to it, which I like. Maybe they'll update eventually, but hopefully they keep catering to the crowd that comes here.

I'd give no stars if it were an option. Cold popcorn on a Saturday night! 2 cashiers. Solemn environment. Definitely not a place with smiles from any staff especially the mgr. 1st and last time I go to this regal. Regal used to be my go to theater, especially in NY. I'll stick with galaxy theaters from now on. Popcorn is always popping there even on slow, empty tuesday night, and they use real butter. Staff is smiling. and usually happy to see you. The movie experience should be fun and exciting, and regal has been s major disappointment lately.

I haven't been to a movie theater for some time as streaming movie play a role. Good clean theater with relaxing seats that makes me wanna just stay seated when movie is over. Concession stand carry basic snacks and workers are friendly. I often ask for more butter on popcorn and they do extra spurts. I'm glad not many people talk during movie something not common anymore with technology these days.

Very comfortable seating. Not overly loud sound system. Cashier's at the lobby snack counter pleasant. Prices where the normal theatre cost. Temperature in theaters was cold so glad I brought my throw blanket. Clean restrooms. Handicap accessible seating. Disabled young spouse was not questioned on the validity of his need to use a disabled seat. This is a embarrassing ordeal if he has to voice his disability ( has happened MANY TIMES) will be our new theater on this side of town.

We went to the last showing on Christmas night. My son dropped his phone, but it was too dark to see to find it. When the movie was over we couldn't find an employee anywhere so decided to call this morning. I spoke with a manager who claimed they were looking in lost and found. He came back on the line and asked for a description. I ket him know it was an android in a special case that looked like a gaming controller. He cut me off saying that was a great description and out me on hold again. Then a lady came on the line and said they had no phones at all and we must have just misplaced it. I said no, I know it dropped in her theater and maybe an employee took it. She said it could have been another patron, however we were in the back at the last showing at midnight and the 2 other groups in the theater were in the front and left before us because we were looking for the phone in the dark. She implied I was lying and offered no other help. Thanks a lot for a great customer service experience. Dont go to the late showings because if you need help with anything you wont get it.

Clean, no long lines, the signs for the theaters numbers and movie names were not working, so pay attention to the instructions from the attendant, check your ticket and look for the signs on the walls, also, they do have jalapeños, you just have to ask for them at the cashiers

So this review is gonna be really good so here I was with my friend today just to go watch detective pikachu barely people was here so i was thinking that it was just an slow day when we went there we bought popcorn and stuff and watched the movie it was empty i hated it i sat on those chairs and it was uncomfortable no leg room i mean barely any leg room and also so old that the chares are those old school chares from movie theater back in the day. Popcorn it was stale the lady put lots of butter and like the popcorn felt like it was mostly filled with butter. The thing on the ceiling where u go to see where your movie is. Is broken and tried to find my movie by going to every theater. Felt like the employees are rude with how they are speaking make me feeling like there mad or something at me but yes this is just a review so yeah i prefer the Orleans casino Theater but this is the closes one near me so ill just go to the Orleans Casino Theater instead this place my friend agrees with me

This is the theater I go to when I want to catch smaller releases. It seems like this is the only theater in town that gets many of the cool independent and limited release titles. The seats could stand to be updated as other newer theaters in town have the reclining luxury seats, but as it stands it's worth the pain in the butt to see what I want to see on the big screen.

It's good, not great. Candy was fresh and soda was cold. The theater was very clean but the floors were a cold concrete and there is very little leg room. Picture and sound quality were flawless. Janitorial work does a very good job with the bathrooms. This Regal is cheaper than the Summerlin Luxury due to no reclining seats, so it's good for a matinee. Ashlee was very nice at the concession stand.
