I liked the location and the cleanliness of the theatre. They have a nice variety of snacks and meals. My only issue is that they do not have a large variety of options for movies. The odds that the movie you want to watch being there is low. My last visit we were stuck between choosing Crazy Rich Asians or Mission Impossible. I would not choose this location for a spontaneous movie night.

We went here for an early showing of a kids movie. We had two coupons and it still cost $34.80 to get in for the four of us. The popcorn, drink, and 2 candies cost $24. So overall this place is very expensive to see a movie. The theater was clean and there is a lot of space with trays to put your food and snacks. The staff was friendly, but overall, not worth the price paid.

Very clean facility all around. Beer and wine available to purchase. All tickets are reserved seats so no need to rush to the theater to get a good seat. Chairs are very comfortable. Only two negatives; Close parking can be difficult to find at times and tickets are surprisingly expensive.

This movie theater is great! Its in the downtown summerlin area, so there is a lot of shops and other big retailers nearby the theater. The concessions are average price for a theater, but you can have choices between pizza, burgers, sandwiches, as well as fresh popcorn, which I appreciate. The theaters have recliners and swiveling tables to comfort you to the max during the watching. No complaints here, it was a great experience!

We love this movie theater, but we have a bad experience at the bar. We ask for a couple of drinks and the bartender ask us for our ID'S, really? MY HUSBAND IS 66 AND I'M 57 !!! The bartender and the manager were very professional and explained to us that is a company police to ask everybody for a ID, we think that is complete absurde and I don't think we are going to stop at the bar until you recognize that to ask for an ID to a 66 old man is out of order. Thanks

This is my favorite movie theater in all of the Vegas valley. It does run a little more expensive than the other theaters, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. The theaters have luxury reclining seats, the concessions taste really good, and there is a bar for those who are interested. I would pay the extra money to come here again.

Here to see Crazy Rich Asians. All seats recline. The ticket price is $15.90. If you're not that tall (like me), try not to get seats in the very back row. Because the top of the seats in the preceding row are right at the bottom of the screen. So if someone who is tall sits in the preceding row, it's possible that their head will be in front of the lower part of the screen. The other rows appear to be ok. It's still a nice theater!

Do I feel like a hick. Never been in a theater that served wine and beer. The seats are very comfortable. Screen viewing and sound are excellent. Be prepared to pay $7 for a large soft drink.

This is the best theatre. Reclining, assigned seats. Traditional movie food and some fancier options. Full bar. Nice balance between blockbusters and indie prods. This is a grownups' theatre. It has ruined me for all others. Plenty of dining and shopping within minutes. Harder to find parking at peak hours, leave extra time.

Google lists they open at 11am. Came at 11:20am and was kicked out because they said they open at 11:30. If I hadn't already prepurchased tickets I would not have come back. Probably won't be back again.

Very relaxing. They have the luxury seating which is recliners that lay way back. The sound in the theater is unbelievable! We had an employee come by and asked us if we needed anything. (Snacks or drinks). Very enjoyable.

The only place I go to watch my movies. Always clean, very accommodating, popcorn is always hot and buttery, and very helpful when that one guest is rowdy. Always allows me to sit in another area without any problem. Have no issues with showing appreciation through complimentary tickets because of a bad experience. Love the reclining chairs and the atmosphere is always nice.

The prices here are higher than other places in town i assume its because its in the mall. There are minimal screens also. They have a bar and better snack selection. Always super busy and can be a little messy when it is. 3 stars for being messy, small, and over priced.

If you have convenient access or live near Down Summerlin, this theater is right next to Dave and Buster's and in front of the east parking lots. Speaking of parking: it seems weird to find a place right outside the theater, but the parking lot is huge. There is always parking available, even on busy days / nights. They have all the standard movie food: popcorn, candy, soda, etc. They also have the luxury part of the menu where they will bring food to your seat. Somehow it seems that everyone who works here is a little more pleasant, a little smarter, even a little happier with their jobs than I usually see in other theaters.

Great theater to chill and watch a movie. The food is better than most theaters, they serve alcohol and you order from the theater and they will bring your food and drinks to your seat. The only thing I don't like is that they don't always have a good variety of movies playing.

Parking near the theater is always a mess, but the experience once inside is nice. Theaters and restrooms are clean, recliners are comfy and well maintained. Concession stand lines sometimes get long, so arrive a little early to avoid any issues.

Sure you can say the seats are nice and big while they recline as well and you could say the service and popcorn are great too. But can you really justify the price of 17 for a ticket plus 17 for large popcorn and drink not including a treat? I would say no as you have so many other options you can choose from like Suncoast or The Orleans as they offer similiar experiences for much more affordable prices.

Luxury lounge seating in every theater. Full bar and an extended dining menu, not just movie consession type food. You can order a drink at the bar and they’ll take your menu order as well as your popcorn order, so no standing in line. They’ll also take your drink order while you’re in your seats before the show. Great customer service. Always great staff and movie experience!

Love this theater. Super comfy recliners, personal tray tables, bar & food service - how can you go wrong for the price? Sure, it's a little pricier than a regular theater ($5ish or so more pp), but for everything you get, I'd recommend it.

This theater is great! But as with all theaters, especially Regal Cinemas, the food price is high and the quality is low. I mean, you asked if I wanted salt, and this is what I got on my pretzel bites, that's a joke for a very high priced selection, other options are no different. Take the pizza for example, 3 Pepperoni's?? So seriously, the seats may be luxury and the best option of all is over priced beer but at least that feels like luxury, but don't expect the food to be better or the prices to represent their quality. Cause let's be honest, theaters may think and trick us they are evolving but the past still shines through with their features that lack anything much different than the competition. Again great seats, nice screens, but still a theater concession stand with the quality of past and prices of the future, wrapped in a Luxury image.

Great place to shop and stop to relax and enjoy a movie. Located at the Downtown Summerlin Mall. The snack bar has something for everyone, including a bar for adult beverages with a fantastic lounge area. The reason for the four stars is: prices are high and do not compare to other movie theaters with the same or nearly the same amenities.

Having a theater in downtown summerlin is something that everyone want and they get. This theater is compact and smaller than others around, but who wants it bigger? This is perfect with box office, concession, and a bar to catch up on latest sports score. The older lady with short blondish hair and glasses is wonderful full of laughter engaged in conversation for simply standing near her ticket podium. The seats can recline at a angle great than ninety degree a much needed feature when I plan to watch a full movie. A plush lounge area for waiting is so comfortable that I actually miss fifteen minutes into start of movie. If you don't want to get snacks during the movie there are people with flashlight that can get your food for you. That's like personal service included in price of ticket and you can be assure you won't miss any part of movie. Comfiest theater EVER! We won't see a movie unless it is playing in this theater. While my wife has fallen asleep a few times to action movies I force her to go to this isn't necessarily a bad thing! Food and drinks in the theater are really expensive. We paid I believe $20 for 2 glass of wine, but at least they have the options there for customers who want it!

Luxury at its best! This is a relatively small theater but is extremely comfortable with great recliner seating. Concession area also includes a bar which is a nice treat. Ticket prices are higher than typical Regal theaters in the area but well worth the price with the comfort you will be getting!

I come to this theater all the time since it is close to my house. On the weekend it can get very busy but I tend to go on the weekdays so never had to fight the crowd. I know movie theaters are not popular anymore but the only reason why I kept coming back is the comfortable reclining seats. Here’s the trick: buy the bundle tickets at Costco (4 tickets for $36). You only need to pay extra $5/ticket for reclining seat. (It costs $18/ticket if you buy directly at the venue)

This location is awesome. Clean, and polite staff. John the bartender is the best. Have a coke slushy with jack Daniel's at the bar and take it to your seat. Best part is on the weekends staff come into the theaters and take food and drink orders. Spoiled me! Will def come again. Also lobby has lounge type seating. Get the out the heat. Grab a drink watch tv, wifi is free.

I went to the theater for the first time. It's a nice theater with only five screens. The seats can be reclined and are very comfortable. The theater serves food and beer. That is the first time I have been to a place like that. The only two issues are that the price is very high at $17.50 per ticket and the restrooms are very small. It's not a place where I would go frequently, but I would visit it on occasion.

The best movie going experience yet! Food is extraordinary and beyond just concession dogs and corn. The theater has luxury lounge seats with plenty of room and a swing out table with a cup holder. There are 2 additional cup holders on the arms of the chair. Plenty of room for walking past a fully reclined chair. Great staff, always! And the best part, a full bar. Hello! Movies, wine and corn. In my opinion you couldn't ask for a better movie experience.

Meh....its a great theater but just so much more expensive than other Regal properties. We also had a problem at the ticket counter gave two halfass attempts at swiping my credit card and couldn't get it read my card. She just gave it back and said it wouldn't read. I asked if they had an ATM and "No" was the only reply I got back. So we slumed it at the Regal inside of Sunset Casino by far my favorite theater should of never tried another

I like that you can buy you tickets online and reserve your seats. That way, you can come whenever without worrying about finding seats. They offer to take orders before the ovie starts, which is nice. It's always clean when I come here. Definitely one of my favorite theatres on town.
