About 4 weeks ago was actually my very first time coming here to this particular theater the Century Orleans 18. They definitely made a great impression my first day and every day Ive decided to go see a movie! The employees have always been very professional and so polite. The Sweet Cherry on top would have to be the fact that every time I've gone to the movies here, The whole entire place both the Theaters and Lobby are always clean. The Lobby is always clean and has a very welcoming environment & the Lighting is nice as well. Overall I'd give you guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could!! But 5 is still great! Thanks EVERYONE at Century Orleans 18

The Orleans is our closest casino to the house and we couldn't be happier. Off the strip it's location provides a little sanctuary from a lot of the chaos downtown. The buffet is probably the best in Vegas in it's price range and they throw buffets at you regularly if you achieve card status here. The theater is awesome and super comfy with reserved seating and leather recliners. As for the machines I find I do pretty good here, probably hit above average if I was keeping track... which I'm not

This is definitely one of the better price movie theaters I have ever been to. Go on Tuesdays for a great discount of under $6 or if you're a senior go on Wednesday. They have the best reclining seats ever in Las Vegas. The only other theater I would recommend would be the Galaxy Theaters at Eastside Cannery because they have pulled out food trays to use instead of just cup holders. But both the Orleans and Eastside Cannery are owned by Boyd

We used to come to the Orleans to bowl and see movies. Now I'm regretting ever coming back. The staff is lack luster, they do not care about cleanliness in the theater or in the restrooms. The reclining chairs inside the theater were broken, I could not get my own chair out of the reclining position. The arcade outside the theater is always fun to go to, however we were about to purchase a game card when the employee came over and rudely slapped the sign that said "no food no drink" and said " you cant play here, I'm asking you to leave". Seriously? One small sign that you cant see from the entrance. Also, why not just politely ask that we throw away our drinks? It was the worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend The Orleans! Go to Red Rock instead. The Orleans needs an overhaul of needs to go just like the Riviera with the kind of staff they choose to hire. 0/5 stars.

Showed up on Sunday night at 10 pm to get a ticket. Ran into this miserable unfriendly girl working the ticket counter. Got the ticket, went inside and walked into the bathroom and half the floor is covered in urine and to top that there is no soap in the men's room. The seat I picked had popcorn on it. The only good thing is that so far I am the only one in the theater!

Seats are super comfortable. Large, lots of room and recline. Unfortunately the pizza is not good, they’re frozen and heated up in a super oven for 3 minutes. They taste like cheap microwave pizzas. My reason for dropping the star. Other than that the staff are friendly, the cinema is clean and has been upgraded.

Great location. Parking is free. Excellent service. Kiosks for movie tickets available. Well lit lobby area while you wait in line. Also they have a great selection of movie souvenirs including t shirts. My wife still wears the Captain Marvel shirt!

My experience here has always been great from the great selection of beers to the food and recliner seats. But today, I had to encounter 2 of the most unprofessional managers (Aldrin & April) I had previously ordered a beer and was confused as to why it wasn’t filled up all the way. I went back to ask the the lady who served me and she kindly told me it was because I ordered from a bottle. (Which is not the one I wanted) I asked her if she could pour me the correct one instead but she refused because I had already “touched” the beer. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager because this is not what I wanted. A few moments later Aldrin “the manager” comes out and I explain the situation, he tells me there are absolutely no refunds! He then started giving me attitude because I told him I’m just going to get a refund on the movie tickets. In his own words he says, “Go ahead it’s not my money.. I don’t care” Wow what a great manager. He doesn’t even care about how much money the company makes! I’ll be taking my money that Aldrin doesn’t care about to AMC instead. No wonder they’re doing so much better than Cinemark it’s because Cinemark hires unqualified managers.

This movie theatre is one of the best I’ve been to. The reclining seats are comfortable, and the game room just outside of the theatre is super convenient. Also the self serve ticket booth makes for purchasing tickets super easy. Plus the prices are great.

I feel it is a little understaffed at times for the crowds they bring in especially during the weekdays . you can just walk right in to the theater and have them scan your phone no need to purchase tickets there if you can avoid it and preorder online.

This is a really good theatre. I was at a Regal theatre the night before and the experience was just horrible, from employee and their behavior, so-called customer service to the hard crusted hot dog that i had to return and got attitude for doing it. Your theater and employees are what other theatres should model and strive to be like. Your food selection, although a bit pricey is very good and the quality is very good. I love that i can add as much butter as i want on my own and i can mix the kettle corn and regular together. The seats are so comfortable and i love that they are reclining. Thank you for making movie going a real treat. Your employees are professional and kind. Not at all imature like the regal employees i encountered. I will definately be a loyal Cinemark movie patron and definately here at the Orleans .

The great aspect of this movie theater is it's affordable prices and how unbusy it is. 90 percent for the time I've been there's always availability in seats and the staff are really friendly. The entire theater is equipped with leather recliners that lay all the way back. So don't feel bad if you book a front row seat cause you will not strain you're neck. Also a MUST for movie go'ers awesome clean concessions and bathrooms.

Nice remodel of the theaters... Ben a while since I've been free. Alas the experience was ruined by staff ineffectiveness. 15 people in line. 2 managers chatting and oblivious to the fact that they only had one cashier at the snack bar. I had to tell then. To which they responded by opening the other side. Didn't help all the people on our side. You shouldn't be in line for 10 minutes....ever. Especially when you have staff. A customer should never have to alert you to an issue. Thankfully the movie was good.

Reclining seats yay! So plenty of room you don't feel like you are too close to the stranger sitting next to you. The line for snacks is very clunky out front. The aisle is very small and you have people self serving their own drinks while others are trying to order popcorn etc. and others trying to get to the register on the same tiny aisle way. The people that work here are all very friendly. Book your tickets in advance and pick your seats and you can walk right in and don't have to worry about getting there super early for those good seats.

Been coming to this theater all my life. And it's always been one to keep the balance of fair price and great theater experience. Seats are wonderful. Staff is usually fun. Food is never old and rock hard. Only reason it's not 5 stars is just cause it's hard to keep up with the masses of people in a casino and keep the place super clean and maintained. But that's expected in a huge place so I cant blame them.

Paid $25+ between one single ticket, medium popcorn, and a water just for the audio to cut out half way through Joker. Asked for a full refund, but since the hefty cashier at the concessions never gave me a receipt, April, the incompetent manager would only honor a refund for the ticket. April had a huge cast on her leg because she always trips over herself at work and doesn't know how to walk. Don't be like April.

Fantastic cinema that has recently been remodeled situated inside the lovely Orleans casino. Now with super comfortable leather electric recliners and great cup holders. Massive screen and with the option of XD and fabulous sound. Great popcorn option and drinks but at usual high cinema prices, why is that always the case? Reasonable admission prices with seniors special on Wednesday before 6pm get points on your players card then swipe and save with the voucher.

This place is the best place to see a movie. They have the big recliner seats and they do not gauge with their prices. With eighteen screens, they show almost every movie out. The bathrooms are always clean too. The only thing I don’t like is the parking. There is no close parking and you have to walk through the casino to get to the theater.

Chairs break, rude staff, 1 cashier for 30 people (severely understaffed) bathrooms stink and the arcade outside has rude employees that don't care you just got out of a movie with your drinks. They act like every arcade doesn't allow when they're the only one. A Vegas native never going here ever again.

Wonderful experience. The theater that my movie was showing in had small walls in front of the rows which keeps you from seeing the people in front of you. The seats also are nice and wide and do recline. The snack bar also had some very entertaining employees. I love how they joke around and are very friendly with everyone. The bathrooms are also very clean and had plenty of toliet paper and the trash wasnt over flowing in the stalls. I hope my next visit is as good as this one.

Love the theater! My husband is HUGE into sound (this man customizes our sound at home almost every time he turns on the TV) and he was so impressed by the quality of sound that he wants to come back to this theater just for that reason. Not to mention they have the nice reclining seats in the regular theaters, not just the ones you pay extra for. It's really neat because just outside the theater is a playpark for your kids, so if they'd rather play or you want to catch that action movie that isn't kid appropriate, you can leave them there while you go to your movie (this does cost money). We definitely will be back to watch more movies here!

I usually attend AMC or Regal and both places have people there to assist with things. Even thou it was handicap accessible until the point of getting there own soda, candy, and straws. There is a cashier and someone with the popcorn. Another staff member on the floor couldn't hurt. The theater was clean as well as the bathroom. I enjoyed assigned seats and the stadium like feel. Cashier needs some help on customer service instead of just being a cashier. Popcorn guy was quite funny and didn't have a problem layering the butter 2 times because there's a way and then there is the right way. Overall i would go again if invited.

Semi-luxury seating. The feet go up, but the backrest reclines like airplane economy. The only better theater seating is the Galaxy Henderson, but we make due at the Orleans because they have discount Tuesdays.
