Overall good movie expetience. User friendly Kiosk for quick self-ticketing/seat selection. Comfy reclining lounge seating, wide enough to accommodate all body shapes, heights for a relaxing experience. My only negative was the theatre was a tad warm for the 1st quarter of the movie on this 111° day. There is a lot of construction going on the property right now, be careful navigating through the parking structure.

The "free" popcorn re-fills actually cost a dollar. But the sound quality in the actual auditorium theatre is amazing! The luxory seats are great too.

We had a great time! It is so fine to recline and enjoy fine popcorn and a drink with your sweetie and an excellent movie. I so love coming to Las Vegas to watch movies. Hey, that's how we roll. If that ain't romantic I don't know what it is. Get in adjoining easy chairs, hold hands and enjoy movies, now that's how it's supposed to be. And this and the theater at Orleans are the best ones we've found.

Nice clean theater. The only thing i did not like about this location is that there is no air circulating inside the theater room. The seats are comfy but the environment is not. After sitting on those recliners for 45 minutes it starts to get warm .

Just went to watch Avengers Endgame and the service was amazing, everything was clean, and employees were super nice. The seats were super comfortable, but the lines tend to get kind of long for refreshments and snacks.

By far one of the better theaters out there. Very elegant and well maintained. The other station casinos need to step up their game. The only one up to par is palace station. All on all the theater was nice, reserved seating, reclinable chairs, very spacious, people could easily walk through with others having to readjust.

I've been coming here sporadically through the years and the theater has changed. I'm reviewing from the experience of ordering tickets online and watching John Wick 3 in their JB-X theater... Tickets were purchased on Fandango online so I didn't have to line up at the ticket counter. We went to the far left counter to the Bar line to grab some cocktails before entering the theater and there was no line. The cool thing is you can order popcorn, candy, etc as well from the Bar so that was another line skipped. All the staff we came across were friendly. There's assigned seating with luxury reclining seats and they were very comfortable. The theater and sound system were dialed in perfectly in terms of brightness clarity and volume. The theater was clean and the floors were not sticky. This is such a pet peeve of mine at a movie theater, so gross. Overall, Brenden Theatres continues to be a theater I'd consider to watch movies because they've been consistently been good for me. The fact that the West parking garage is right next to the movie theater is a great convenience as well. Enjoy!

I purchased a ticket online and when I went to the assigned seat, there was someone there. They showed me their ticket and it had the same assignment as mine, so it was no fault of their own. I attempted to speak to a representative but there was no one available. Go to The Orleans across the street or anywhere else. Awful.

From the comfortable powered recliners to being able to choose your seats in advance. Buying your tickets through Fandango makes it really easy. This theater is one of the best viewing experiences I have ever had.

Tried to order an alcoholic drink, they boy in concessions wasn’t old enough. Understandable. He then said the manager who could sell us the drinks was on break and would be off break at 9. That’s when our movie started. 8:45pm, movie started at 9. So we waiting for her. It’s 9:01pm and we asked him was she around? He went to the back to grab her, she took her sweet time and finally made it to the front around 9:07pm. When we asked why they didn’t have someone in charge of this stand, she was just responded saying” because I’m in charge, everyone else is too young” It’s absolutely ridiculous there is no one to sell alcohol during her 30 min break. She didn’t apologize. Train your unprofessional manager, please. Never coming back.

This used to be a favorite in the late 90's and early 00's. Somewhere along they Brenden Theaters went for profit retention and stop caring about the customer service. Dirty floors, smelly and broken seats in the movie theater. Just a let down!

Venue is great, unfortunately they have a horrible process where at the end of last scene they turn on the lights an employee says thanks for coming. This ruins the ending disrupting the movie flow and mood music. Horrible!!!!!!

This is a bad theater now .I use to go there a lot in the past, but now they made horrible changes .Now you have to use a useless kiosk and pick your own seat. The kiosk says some seats are broken but it’s not true. the sitting system they have now is bad and makes the theater experience unpleasant. Go back to putting people in the front! Go back to the old sitting system where people get to sit where ever they want.

OK love this place it was amazing matinee movies are 6 Box but even better the concession stand and its selection they have a bar and the best thing on the menu is the prime rib sandwich and chips takes a little while for them to make it but it is fresh hand carved it was amazing really enjoyed my experience here sorry I don't have pictures

Kiosk there was fast and quick. Didn't have to deal with a person. Popcorn was fresh. Jalepenos was given in a sealed bags. Didn't enjoy them because they dont seem as fresh and was so soft, no crunch

Hands down my favorite theater in Vegas Brenden Theater hits all the marks. It's probably one of the best priced theaters in town. Almost everything is automated so don't expect much "customer service". I don't mind it though..it let's me get in, watch my movie, and get out. We usually purchase our tickets online so we can select our seats. Their seats are comfy and recline pretty far back. They have a bar and snack bar. The food court is also right in front of the theater so it's not difficult grabbing a quick bite if you don't want to pay for overpriced snacks. Centrally located. Patrons are usually all polite.

Nice clean theater! I enjoyed being only one of three people in the big theater seeing new Mission Impossible movie! The reclining seats were huge and comfortable!! The tickets were reasonable and the concessions were not too bad. I wish they had ice tea (plain). I would go back this threater in a heartbeat!!!

Very typical theater visit in price. There are plush reclining seats that make the price slightly more worthwhile, too. Like the premises actually reflect the ticket price. Nothing really stood out and screamed at me about this place but there is good news: one end of the concession stand houses a bar. The exterior of the Palms is undergoing renovation which might be a turnoff for some folks when they have to use a makeshift hallway to get from garage to the theater, but didn't really bother me. The weather is beautiful this time of year.

Love It Here. I love the luxury recline chairs. The movie was great. Honestly, my favorite part the best part was the bucket of popcorn. Everything else fell in place. Wonderful experience. If I want to go to a movie theatre this is first on my list.

So being inside a casino you would think that a beer bought inside the casino would be acceptable, especially since the theater itself serves alcohol. So my partner and I bought our tickets and went to walk into the theater with our drinks only to be met with a sign hidden away that says no drinks or food beyond this point. This is an atrocious place to put this sign, and management should be ashamed of itself for its handling of this.

So being in the casino is a plus and minus. Minus cause well it's a mall like food court on a casino and it feels like a neighbor mall and not the super nice ones. Also you order tickets by the kiosk which wasn't that bad but it made me think my whole movie was going to be close caption when only a min of it was. Now the actual theater itself was awesome. The biggest screen I've seen aside from Imax. It was clean, you select your seat, and they were recliners. What was also a nice touch was the seats came with a small swivel table for you snacks. The sound was awesome. Not too loud on the crazy action and then too darn quiet on the talking parts. It mixed both very well. If I'm in Vegas again with time to kill I will make it a point to go back there.

Wow, total customer service fail. I'm in Vegas on a working get away. We decided to see a movie here, take a Lyft ride over. The box office no longer has a person, but kiosks where you can buy the tickets. I also have my backpack with me as it has my laptop and other work stuff I carry with me. Nothing unusual as I saw other people with backpacks. So they have a no bag rule. I get it, trying to be safe. Unfortunately they have that sign tucked away in a corner. The manager stopped me after I bought the tickets and concessions. I understand why they are doing it, but she let other people in with backpacks and larger bags. It seems she picks and chooses how she applies the rules. It took a bit of back and fourth before she realized the no bag sign should be upfront for all to see before tickets are purchased. Trying to call the general manager, but that phone is constantly busy. Strange to have a busy phone and no voice mail option for a theater general manager. Anyway, it's just bad customer service all around.

The theater was clean but there were some technical difficulties with the screening that were never addressed. Lights came on twice during the movie. And the movie would stop periodically. This seems very strange, and there was an attendant who came in right as a credits started but never addressed the technical difficulties.

Reclining chairs, clean bathrooms, clean theater, employees were pretty nice and quick too. The movie itself was levels above awesome (Captain Marvel), oh my god. Kind of hard fo navigate the building to get in and out, and parking can be hard to find, but overall a good experience

It gets a little crowded later in the day so if you don't want to risk your movie being sold out completely, come early enough to purchase tickets or pay the extra Fandango fees. Very comfortable experience for shorter people (when the chairs aren't broken). Other than that I frequent this theater and would recommend it.

The reclining seats are everything and more! They have $5 movies every Monday and the theater is very clean. Definitely the move to make when going to see a movie...way better than Regal! They have a self serve kiosk you can use to get tickets and print out already purchased tickets. And they have really good adult beverages for purchase other than the regular beer and wine that's usually offered

Great Place... As Brenden stayed the same after complete renovations by Stations. Nice exterior and interior facelift though the original Palms will be missed! Service still hasn't changed and the welcoming of customer service needs attending to and recommend improvements all around. We were able to sit without tickets being checked at all. Food review stick to the popcorn and drinks! Pretzel bites are really hard, Hotdog looks as if it was sitting to get sun tanned!!!! LoL!!! Its still a theater for our visit... Rock on

Looks like they redid the theatre since I was there last 2 years ago. But the seats aren't all reclining in all the theaters. Some were just the rocking chair type where you can lean it back. Still not bad for the price but prefer Luxury Plus for their seats.

I didn't appreciate them turning on the lights right when the movie ended. The credits haven't even started rolling and an employee turns on the lights and asks how you liked the movie... people started leaving and didn't even stay to watch the mini trailer for the next movie.

Well, I come here all the time and always have a lovely cinematic experience. The food court is a great addition to it, of course (that overpriced theater snacks though..) Probably spent all my Thursday evenings here attempting to watch all the new Marvel films. Monday nights are the best because of the 5 dollar per ticket, per person deal. Oh and don't forget to bring a jacket with you. It obviously gets colder.

Great customer service. Love there $5 movie Mondays. Even when they are packed with patrons everyone stays calm and works together to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible and into their movie before it starts. They just need to work on keeping their snack bar a little cleaner and more presentable. And regularly clean the napkin and straw areas more often. But it's a great place to go to watch movies with the family.

I'm not sure about the rest of the theater, but the screen in auditorium 13 is FUBAR. There are scratches on the right hand side, which creates an annoying light source in the middle of every single scene. Took a good hour of the movie just to adapt enough to ignore the eyesore. In addition, the audio track kept skipping and stalling, resulting in garbled, hard to understand scenes. I know the theater can't control the people sitting next to me, so I wont complain about the talking, incessant phone use, and snoring, but I can complain about the absolute failure to maintain the equipment needed to even be considered a theater.

Horrible unprofessional running cinema! We tried to watch Gemini movie in 3D and it was so blurry! We had to leave after 3 first minutes!!! MANAGER SAID THAT 3D IS BROKE HALF OF THE TIME!!! We asked to switch to IMAX as next close time show and they ask us to pay extra. Such a waste of our time!! Very very disappointed!

Not a legit IMAX. They just took the standard definition movie and stretched the res to make it fit a slightly larger screen. Massive 4:3-ish ratio screen at a lower quality. Left the lights on for the first 20 mins of runtime as well, seemed like it was a theater managed by highschoolers.

My wife and I bought tickets in advance to see Brightburn. When we got to the theater, we were told that they cancelled the showing since we were the only ones that were going to watch that movie. They never called us to cancel. We took an uber from our resort for nothing. We spent $20 in uber rides and convenience fees in Fandango. None of that was refunded. We've never been to a theater where we had tickets and they cancelled the showing for a pathetic reason as not having enough viewers. Very disappointed that we planned our date night and this theater ruined it. I strongly advise to save you a headache and find another theater that's more reliable that this place of bummers.

What a great movie theater experience! Leather Reclining Seats, a Mega Surround Sound system, an extra large screen, wide aisles, big theaters (16), nice variety of snack options, bar drinks available, easy ticket purchase. One drawback: occasionally you could unknownly select a seat with a broken recline feature. You would have to find a working seat that hopefully noone has bought. Otherwise, you could get booted from their seat.

The seats were super comfy. The ticket booth was replaced with machines that were easy to use. You could buy tickets from the concession booth, if you prefer to pay with cash. Popcorn wasn't great. Concession stand worker was pleasant and worked quickly.

I love this place. Is cheaper than Regal and their chair are much much better than Regal reclinable. The audio system is much better than other theaters. Pop corn are often without salt but always warm. I drive 4 miles more just to enjoy this place.

I have reviewed this before, I love this place will drive a little farther to go here. The movies are $6 before 6pm and 9.00 I believe after 6pm. They have reclining seats, great sound and have redone the theatre recently. the only thing that I could suggest is that they have a separate line for popcorn refills I missed a good portion of my movie waiting in line on a busy afternoon.I would have given all stars if that has not been the case. it's a good place to go see a movie on a budget without feeling like you're at a budget theater.

This has always been a pretty nice theater, its all luxury seating now, that's new, but no problems. It is the only theater in Vegas who has Pepsi fountain drinks, no coke products. Very rare.

Nice theatres. Comfortable, reclining leather seats. The 3:30 show was only $6. The movie was dark and hard to see. The manager refunded the price of the tickets.

I come here all the time & I love it. Its clean & the customer service is pretty good. The lines being so long can be annoying at times but it's a movie theater so hey. The reclining seats are 1000% comfy. Food is pricey but it's to be expected. All in all, I love coming here.

They have young workers who try to be efficient...and I like that! I like to also believe that the advance their employees as needed. I saw a worker who used to be a worker and now he is a supervisor or manager in the concession stand. Didn't get a chance to ask him or to congratulate him because it was so busy but he deserves it. Because every time I go to the movies, which is a lot, he is always pleasant and gets my order completed quickly.

Love this theater! Fortunately for us, it is never terribly busy. We are locals, but we love the experience of going to the movies at the casino. Nice comfy recliners at this one, and located near the food court and not far from the front doors so you don't get lost finding it!

(March 30th, 2019 update) If I could describe this theatre in one word, it'll be..... AMAZING! Usually you will just find one or two theatres with luxury seats, but this one has theatres full of them! No matter how much you pay for entry! Very kind workers Most of them even thank us at the end of the movie!! The atmosphere is great! Nice, Fresh, and Very tidy! Especially the smell of that popcorn. I remeber what it looked like before and comparing it to now, i am seeing very nice improvements! Oh yeah and did i mention the smell of the popcorn? Yeah it smells sooooo gooood (I have a problem) I would rate this movie theatre one of the best ones in vegas for ultimate relaxation with luxury and best of all....POPCORRRRN!!! uwu
