Have been driving from winston for years to see movies here. Sometimes even two cars at a time with friends. What a great way to spend an evening with family and friends. I grew up with all the big movies on a drive inn screen and am ecstatic that there is still one that isn't too far away!! Well worth the drive

First of all, Montana has a drive in?? Talk about childhood nostalgia. I took my kids here to watch a The Incredibles 2. It was awesome to show them how we watched movies as kids. The concession stand was very reasonably priced for candy and such. Much cheaper than movie theaters. And tickets to see the movie are cheaper too. I will say though that I was super bummed that the concession stand only had popcorn, soda, and boxed candy. No hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, etc. Those are all the classics we had as kids at drive in theaters.

We were on our way from Seattle to Yellowstone NP and I decided to stop in Butte mainly to go to this drive in. It was a first for me and my wife and we are thrilled. The movies selected were nice and the team was super nice. Good image quality and great sound with the FM. Will come back if I got the chance

All the benefits of a classic drive in, plus a high quality FM broadcast for the sound... enjoy the movie on your car's stereo, or bring a boom box and some lawn chairs and enjoy a movie outside in the nice weather! Also, the prices are awesome: a large popcorn is less than $5 and boxes of candy are less than $2. One trip here and you'll wonder why you ever saw movies in a dirty, overpriced theater.

It is all the things you love about a drive-in. Extremely kid friendly, good quality picture, good quality sound. The concessions shack has ice cream and pizza and lots of other good things besides just popcorn, pop, and candy. And you can't beat the price, either. This place is always one of the highlights of my summer. I can't think of anything bad to say. If we could get rid of the mosquitoes, it would be perfect.

Please, do yourself a favor and check this gem out. This is THE nostalgia trip in Montana. Prices are perfect, popcorn is served with real butter, and is obviously a work of love for the owner. Nothing beats kicking back in your rig, with your dogs, and your volume control knob. Just remember to turn off your headlights if you show up late!

Silverbow Drive In is a great place for everyone! I wasn't sure about it at first, but I went, and it was amazing! All you do is just stay in your car, and go to the radio station that's playing the movie! The screen is high enough up that everyone can see it, no matter where you are. And the concessions were amazing! They are so affordable, opposed to the normal movie theater, and it was probably the best popcorn I've had in my life! Thank you Silverbow!

In a time when drive in theaters are in fast decline, it is well worth your time to make this a top priority to see a movie with your kids or grandchildren like the good old days!! $6 admission for anyone over the age of 4. 4&<=free. Concession stand is priced reasonably & have a large variety of offerings! Popcorn, candy, soda, and hot fresh pizzas! It is a great experience for anyone interested in movies or looking for a good throwback date location! With less than 400 drive in theaters still in operation in the states- make the Silver Bow Drive in a memory making place your kids will never forget!! Located just outside the Rocker exit southwest of Butte Montana. Arrive just before the sun sets & please watch for children who like to sit or lay outside on the warm summer nights!!

Every summer, usually a couple times a summer, we drive an hour and a half to bring our boys here so that they will have this experience as they grow up. We all love it! We like to pack the camp chairs and a few blankets and pop the hatchback (we tie it down so it doesn't block others view) to enjoy the show. Most movie goers stay in their car, why I have no idea. There are no bugs and even on a hot day the temp usually drops to mid to high 60's by showtime. They use real butter on their popcorn and are friendly as can be. Don't be a jerk and bring in outside food, they'll cook you a tombstone pizza and have a whole assortment of movie candy and other snacks (at way better prices than you'll pay at the movie theater). If you're lucky you might catch a shooting star while enjoying the latest summer blockbuster. We are so lucky to have this place, we are happy to be loyal return customers.
