Been coming here for many years not sure what is changed but something has...to bad it's all we have. Use to come here every week for date night then again for family day with six kids it was real nice to go to a movie but not worth it when my kids end up crying because the way Management is handling things...not cool not cool at all.

Easy access with a big parking lot. Theaters have large screens and the seats are very comfortable. Very easy viewing. Tuesdays or bargain day and the prices are couple of bucks off for the movies which is a deal.

Always a good place to go to catch the latest movie. Pricing is fair the staff is always courteous and remember they really don't make much money so buy their popcorn and their drinks to help support their business and give us a place to go watch movies on the big screen. So whether you're going alone on a date or with the family I recommend going to the theater at least once a month.

The service in the concession stand was exceptionally slow. I stood in line for 20 minutes for popcorn, didn't take a step forward in line, gave up and just watched the movie. This has happened numerous times, we will probably be going to Whitefish to the movie from now on.

Stood in line for 8-10 minutes for concessions, 2 people ahead of us and forked over $17 for a "bucket" of popcorn and 2 drinks. I'm pretty sure that bucket only held a bag and a half of microwave popcorn. Once the movie started a cold, almost wind, fell on us the entire movie. I had to go to the restroom so I asked the nearest employee to check on it. I never noticed a difference. We both had on sweatshirts and didn't think we'd need our winter coat. Noticed others wearing coats. If you go here, BRING A COAT.

Freezing cold! I have noticed this before but this time it was almost unbearable. There were literally people wearing gloves while watching the movie today. Also, for as expensive as the popcorn is you'd think it would at least be warm - and this has also been a consistent problem (early daytime shows). I spoke to a manager and he said their policy is to keep the theaters at a temperature of between 68 and 72. There's no way it was even close to their minimum of 68* - it might have been 62* tops.

We don't often write reviews unless there is an extreme. We have been coming to the Kalispell 14 since it was built, starting with about twice a month, but over the years less and less down to the 4 or 5 times a year lately. This was caused by an ever declining big screen experience and little annoyances by the theater itself. These irritants include but are not limited to odd scheduling of the shows we want to see (such as only once per day or early or late instead of all times for one theater, I guess in an attempt to show 20 shows in a 14 theater complex) ever rising prices, outrageous concession prices, and poor or discourteous (I want to use the word snotty) customer service and ticket sales. On our way to the theater today were discussing why we still come to the Kalispell 14 and as we often do, listed the pros and cons, of which the only pro we could think of was that the seats here are really nice. Otherwise, over the years the business has declined to attract us since they are constantly quashing the big screen feel and experience. Now today when we approached the ticket sales the seller asked us to pick our seats on a screen in front of us. I asked what this was, since I really don't pick my seats until I am in the theater and see their relationship with the screen I will be looking at or what is open and acceptable for us. She said that the theater has been doing this for about 4 months. We asked if we pick a seat here do we have to sit in that seat? and she said yes. Well, needless to say, we found that this was the final irritant with us doing business here, and we expressed our dislike and left without plunking down our hard earned coin and seeing the show. Yes, we walked away since there are now well more dislikes than likes. I am sure they instituted this practice to allow people to reserve some seat online or some sort of manipulation of the customer to conform, or to entice people to use their app to purchase tickets. But sorry, all of that is not a big screen experience of open general, first come seating and in this day of easy to acquire entertainment and home theaters like ours, the evening out experience is all a big screen theater has to sell. Now, since they don't have that any more, we will not be darkening their door again. We would give a one star rating before today and now our rating is 0.

We go to the movies often and enjoy the variety of show times at these theatres. They are well maintained and clean. SOME MOVIES NEED to be seen on the BIG SCREEN. Special days with special prices too. Generally not crowed. (Only suggestion is that staff monitor the individual theatres, during shows, for people putting their feet up or kicking the seats in front of them. No matter how polite you ask them to stop, some just won't & become very rude about it. Since the seats are attached to each other, you can feel it in the entire row. These are adults/older teens treating the furniture as if it were their own, like they are home alone.) We love our hometown theatres!

This theatre has 12 screens, so all of the new movies are available! It is a very large theatre, so there are a lot of people, go early! There is a "video game room" so it helps the time "pass" when you go early! Also, there are a couple of benches in the lobby, especially for those who cannot stand very long! A full 6 to 8 lines at the concession stand, making it much quicker to get served! There are 4 ticket lines which help too! You can also purchase your tickets online, and walk right past the long lines! And, they do accept credit cards, as well as having an ATM machine!

I love the movie theater here it is amazing I come from a small town called plains where there is only a 1 room movie theater that plays Friday Saturday and Sunday at 8pm so I loved when I moved to Kalispell 6 years ago that I can go to a movie just about any time of the day and there are definitely a lot more movies to choose from how ever I do think that 7 dollars for a large popcorn with a refill is ridiculous and 4.50 for a large drink and like 5 dollars for a small box of candy i can get at the dollar store for 1 dollar I could get 5 times as much by going there I have learned u might want to eat before you go there other wise u will waste a lot of money on snacks that are super cheap elsewhere

The movie was amazing we saw the stars born in Theater 8 and right after the first 10 minutes I spoke about the freezing cold theater to a gentleman behind the candy counter and he said he spoke to the manager....but the cold lasted til the end of the movie. Other guests also complaining about frigid temps. The bathrooms also need taking care of two stalls I went into had no toilet paper and the trash was overflowing. we have always loved this theater but I think it needs to be revamped by better management!

Overall the Signature Theaters in Kalispell is a pretty good movie joint. The facilities are maintained well and kept clean. Ticket prices are what you expect at any large theater these days. The staff are friendly and helpful. The screens are big enough, not the largest in size, but big enough. They have most of the popular big name movies that come out these days.

This theatre is the worst. It's over priced, and the last few times I have gone there every staff member was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, the last movie I went to the theatre was absolutely trashed from the previous showing!!! There were used napkins all over the seats and trash everywhere. I will gladly drive to whitefish theatres before I ever go here again. Don't mind the 30 minute drive if it means I get great customer service, a clean theatre, and a wonderful experience.

Signature Theaters is the main theater in the Flathead Valley they host all the major movies that are playing in the nation and have a number of screenings to facilitate this facilities are usually really clean and the ticket prices are standard as is expected the food and condiments there are more pricey but that's part of how they make their money

Going to have to go with an outrageously low review here. I get that this is a company that needs to make money, so I understand things have to cost money. However, the popcorn always tastes old and stale, it's never even warm. I shouldn't be paying out the rear end for that. A lot of the chairs in the various rooms are starting to wear out too, tons of squeekers and bad pads. Feels like there is no maintenance done in these rooms at all. The most egregious offence though, is that they don't card for R-rated movies. That or, they don't enforce it well. I spent last night in a theater full of young teens, for a R-rated film. This wouldn't have been so bad, but they were "Cool, edgy" teens that couldn't keep their mouths shut. This theater doesn't police their rooms at all, so no actions were taken against these kids. This place charges you an arm and a leg for crappy everything, and then won't even ensure the viewing experience of the movie is worth it.

$6 for a small popcorn that was disgusting. It wasn't fresh at all, was cold and tasted awful. We ended up throwing it in the trash. Also, if you're handicap and alone, you will need to ask for assistance in getting into the theatre or out of it. There are no buttons to push the doors open. Seems odd for a building that was built 10yrs ago.

The best thing about this theatre is $5 movie night. I guess now it's $5.50 but still 5.50 for any movie anytime on Tuesday night is an awesome deal and that's what they offer. The seats are comfortable and pretty wide. If you're going to come for a popular movie get here early as the ticketing and concession lines are always slow.
