It’s a small town theater that’s staffed by mostly young, high school aged people who sometimes may or may not be having a bad day. Service will pretty much vary based on that. However it’s still a place to watch movies that is kept in somewhat good condition. Hopefully it’ll see some more updates one day!

Theater trashed, any food item is ridiculously priced, drinks ridiculously priced just to walk across the room to stand in yet another line, only reason I go is because I live here and it's the only theater. Custom service isnt bad.

We come here a lot as there is not a bunch of options for things to do in Great Falls. I haven't had any bad experiences here. The theatre is not as modernized as some of the newer theatres. It doesn't have reclining seats or an IMAX screen. The annual popcorn bucket and stubs memberships are a good deal. Overall it's a pretty decent theatre but dont expect an over the top experience some newer theatres will offer.

This movie theatre in Great Falls, MT used to be a great place to bring your family. Now that AMC took over they over charge you for pop and popcorn. It was cheaper to buy the tickets for two people than it was for 2 large cokes. Two people (1 Adult & 1 Child) it cost $50.00 for two tickets, popcorn and 2 Coke’s. AMC is not a place for a family to spend time together.

Only go when I have to with a group. Still don't understand the costs for popcorn, pop, etc? Talk about expensive. Theater rooms are okay, chairs are starting to feel & show their wear, sound systems at times fades or goes in & out.

Love going to the movies. Theater has seen plenty of ware since new. Remodeling usually means looking at numbers and deciding to close or raise prices exorbitantly. I will sit in the worn-out seats and far too small of restrooms for a little longer. Paying the "A Club" members' monthly fee is the only way to go. As I said, I love the movies...

I just started to go to a movie for many years and I really like the variety of movies to watch BUT, you people need to get back into reality with your popcorn and pop. Its really sad because the concessions are more expensive than the movie itself.

The attendee at the theater are very nice and friendly all of them. The food selection is good. I noticed the seating in cenama 5 my seat I could feel the strings or say the cushions feel wornout, I still like the AMC.

Great service but the I.D. asking is getting a little out of hand. I get it, kids shouldn’t watch certain movies. But when the ticket people say it’s okay to buy a teenager a rated R ticket, I didn’t expect to get I.D.’d again at the usher booth. Take it easy guys. Our boy can handle it.

If you're trying to call them- don't bother. Every single time I have ever tried to call them i never get an answer. Not when it was carmike, I was hoping that since it's amc now that they would have better management. Nope. Still no one answers my phone call.

If I wanted to watch a movie with the lights on halfway through the movie, I would have stayed at home. The management didn't seem to care that our experience was horrible. They didn't even offer any kind of compensation. Worst experience ever.

Me and about a dozen others waited in line for 20+ minutes because we aren't premier customers and only premier customers were being helped. Then we were informed that there was supposed to be 3 lines as if that would have helped. Horrible customer service. The only reason that we come to this theater is because it is the only one in Great falls. The seats and theaters are gross, dirty, and need to be reupholstered as they are falling apart.

The AMC theater in Market Place is quite an upgrade from the Carmike that was there before. The employees have been pretty nice since I've visited but with not too many people going to theaters anymore they seem more like mannequins waiting for the store to close.

Food popcorn and drink was all good but some of the chairs in the theater were falling apart and they weren't super comfortable. Top that with sitting there for a 3 hour movie and you get this review.

Very understaffed. Several selections in the soda vending machines were out. Butter dispensers for the popcorn were both out. Lights were flickering in the theater. This place is trash.

The staff are very nice, but the theater itself is not the best. The film room don't have surround sound so every movie doesn't have the bite it needs. The doors to the rooms are right next to the seating so you hear everyone come and go. AMC needs to show this theater some love because it needs the TLC.

The newest theater in Billings, but it's still a few years old. They were transitioning to new ownership so our coupons were having trouble registering in their system. I'm sure they're past all that now. I will go again, mainly because it's the only Theatre worth going to in Billings. I will, however, say that I know some of the staff that had trouble with the cutover, and lost their jobs.

It isn't a nice movie theater. Confusing when you go inside and looks like they are on the verge of shutting down. Employees are not customer service oriented. Butter area was filthy and broken with cardboard. You fill your own soda but have to wait in a long line as only one machine is operational. Inside theaters it is ice cold to the point you need winter gear. Floors were filthy beneath the seats.

Their management acts like we are lucky that they are even in town Not a dimes worth of improvements since they took over ownership. Broken chairs that have been broken for years. Stickie floors, crackling speakers and unfriendly service. But they don't mind charging tons for their food.

This is a nice theatre offering a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and movies. I was surprised at the condition of the seats, because the rest of the theatre seems updated and classy, but the seats are still the smaller older seats, and many had broken armrests and stains...

Awful, couldn't manually enter credit card as mine wouldn't work since they have no chip reader. Stayed all of 5 minutes before my d.d. client became scared asked if we could change movies the reply from manager sorry she was scared but no that's not possible and the movie we wanted to change to was already 40 min. Into it. Manager wasn't capable of helping in any way

One of the worse AMCs I’ve been too. Staff is rude and very impatient. The theater wasn’t clean and the main lobby is out dated and always dirty. Only 3 people visible working. One taking food orders, one making food, one taking tickets. There we about 6 people in line and I waited literally 15 minutes to get a ticket. The employee had to take my phone to put in my Stubbs Acct number. She wants too happy about it either. Get with it. This place continues to suck

Only theater in Great Falls so there's a bit of a monopoly. As such, prices are kind of ridiculously high for movies and even more ridiculously high for concessions. Last time I checked, a small box of candy was $4. Overall though, my experiences here have been good. The one time there was something wrong with the speakers and no sound worked for a few minutes, we talked to a manager and got a refund quickly. Thanks for that good service. Clean, good facilities overall

06/2017: As the only movie theater in town, it's good. It would be nice if they could update the seat cushions so that they are more enjoyable in the lower seating. The concessions are pricey, but I do like what they do have available. The staff is helpful if you have a little patience. I do wish however that they expand to have an arcade inside the waiting area. Edit: 01/2019 it's one thing to have to come up the length of the parking lot on crutches in the middle of winter. It's another thing to OBVIOUSLY IGNORE someone in that state and not at least come to talk them. Seeing as this is the ONLY theater in town. I don't have an option to take my business elsewhere. So, it's all about customer service. Hence in my drop in the approval rating.

I have never found the theaters to be dirty. The seating is comfortable. The price of going out to a movie here or anywhere, no matter what your age, is ridiculous. Prices are horribly high for admission, as is the cost of food and drinks. Also, some of the movies at the theater are already available on television. Great Falls needs to up their game in my opinion. Then again, the parking lots seems to be full. Therefore, people are still willing to pay the prices. As long as people continue to flood the place nothing is going to change. Business as usual!

We went to see The Lion King on a Saturday night at 7:00pm. This was the worst theater that we have ever experienced. With the prices so expensive in the theater...one would expect it to at least be clean and well ran. It lacked professionalism from everyone including the kids behind the snack counter to the ticket taker. The seats and movie room were filthy. We will never give them any of our business again. We will just wait until the movies come out on Demand at home. How sad

Sat in theater for 15 minutes with a blank screen and piano music playing before me and another person alerted staff. Staff when entering were not very inviting or friendly and the ticket taker was so busy counting tickets she never bothered to look uo to see the group of people.

We decided to sign up for the AMC Stubs-A List. We were able to add the app on our watches but when we got to the theater the woman said she needed the code because she didn’t have her scanner. We weren’t even going to bring our phones but we did just in case. This is a sign amenity that’s offered, but because our theater is ghetto, she needed the code. The woman also kept correcting us when we were reading the code. She said there was a letter in front, when clearly it’s on her end because the code on our phones don’t have a letter in front. Very poor customer service. I feel if we have the scan bar on our watches or phones then someone at the movie entrance should be able to scan it, instead of getting attitude from someone working the concession. To top it off, we’ve noticed some speakers are blown so the sound sucks, and the chairs have never been updated. They only have a few screens worth watching a movie in, the other ones are ground level, and you might as well go somewhere else. The popcorn is always stale. And like most theaters the pop/popcorn and snacks are ridiculously over priced. If you’re able to try to see your favorite movies in a big city theater where you get basic amenities, quality sound, and reclining leather chairs.

If I could give this movie house negative stars I would. First off this amc is the worst one I have been too in my life. Moody staff and a very small. No choice for snacks. I have been to a ton of amc's that were remodeled and they are amazing.

This theater has really improved since the recent franchise change. The bathrooms are an especial improvement! They're clean for a change. I've been taking advantage of the $5 tickets on Tuesdays a lot more now that it's worth driving across town for. Kudos to the staff who seem to be much happier, friendlier, and eager to serve.

The staff is always friendly, I am a once a week movie goer. I really wish that the theater would be updated, the carpets are filthy and the seats need to be replaced. And the moldy smell is awful. It would make going to the movies more comfortable and enjoyable if it was updated and refreshed.

I have no clue where the staff learned there customer service skills but could use an update. Seriously overpriced. Use the money your ripping people off on your popcorn to update your 1980s conversion van seats. Your theater smells like a nursing home. Do the employees even know how to push the broom. Friendly staff, no sticky floors. Decently priced show tickets. Concessions are pricey, like most movie theaters. My only complaint would be the way they have their soda fountain setup next to the lids and straws. It creates a cluster and a longer wait just to get drinks. Other than that it's a decent movie going experience.

Ridiculous. Movie was supposed to start at 7pm, after 30 minutes of trailers there was an additional 30 minute delay for unknown reasons. At a minimum there should have been some explaination for the one hour late start time.

Staff was unpleasant. Couldn't even identify who worked there since one person was wearing street clothes with no name tag. Crazy high prices. 30 minutes of ads till the movie actually started from movie time. Garbages were over filling, bathrooms were disgusting. Ads about trying to get people to buy premium status there were played multiple times.

A bit or miss experience. They’ve been slowly updating the theater itself and that’s helped immensely but the staff can still be a bummer. Just a month ago I had an employee snap at me for asking a question about my purchase. Turns out they made a mistake and had to refund our money and no apology or compensation was made afterwards. But the pricing and deals for movies are nice so I continue to go. It’s just an average theatre worthy of an average review.

No, screen of what movies are playing at thicket booth, so when our show was sold out we could not read the schedules to opt. for a different movie they were moved above the popcorn stands, ( I have 20/20 BTW). Then found out you can now buy tickets at the popcorn stand, and a "premier" line. Confused on what line to be in. Then it's fill your own drink to go wait in another line, and they are so close together even with 2 machines, only one person could pour pop, and the put your own butter station was so close everyone was congested and waiting. Could be more stream lined. Very confusing for the occasional movie goer.

I'm visiting from CO where we have some extraordinary theaters (Dolby Cinema, IMAX, Prime, recliners, etc.), but this was a nice little theater. Very nostalgic, it took me back to my youth. And it was very clean and well maintained.

It's ok but it's over priced for the movies and also the workers can be a little rude at times, the beverages and the popcorn as well the candy are over price as well. Don't get me wrong it's fun going to the movies but I'd rather do something else than pay 40 to 50 dollars each time we go to the movies.

Was going to watch a movie, then I remembered how uncomfortable the seats are. Considering the price for the tickets and snacks one would think the money would be used wisely. Just because your the only movie theater in town doesn't mean you can cut corners. The seats should refect the price.

Theater was fine, but having hot dogs on the one side and main items on other caused confusion. There has been a long line waiting to fill at the drink dispenser. Wasn't a very good solution.

Walking into the theatre that the movie was showing in, was like walking into a sauna. When stating a complaint that it was about 85 degrees, we had been told it was the thermostat and it was broken. And it takes about three hours to fix. My response, well I missed a good portion of the movie we paid for because I had to leave several times to avoid heat stroke. Along with several other paying customers. Customers should not be subjected to sit in a boiling hot room because of a KNOWN problem with a heating element was stuck on high and broken.

Simply not affordable. I am used to high priced pop and popcorn at the theater but these people have taken it to a whole new level. Nobody even taking money at the ticket booth just a sign hanging up saying to purchase tickets inside. Then we had to wait in the long line at the only open concessions register just to purchase show tickets. Employee is out mopping the main lobby without even putting up a wet floor sign. Pretty low class operation.

This theater is never clean. We are regulars here just because there's not much else to do in town. But whether it's the actual theaters that never get cleaned, the lobby, and most disgusting is the bathrooms. Customer service is okay but cleanliness, friendliness, and the actual facility itself could all me improved.

Good little theatre for a smaller town. It has improved some over the years. I just went and it was a good experience. It was quite loud but the option is too low I opt for louder. They offer better snack foods like hot pretzels, mini deli trays, hot dogs, flat bread and of course candy and soda. Come watch a movie, how long has it been since you and the family attended the movies?

Normally I like our AMC theater here in Great Falls MT. Unfortunately not tonight. A group of teachers from the Prescool I work at made plans to go see YESTERDAY at the posted 8:20p.m. showing. We arrived at theater and were told showing was canceled. Apparently corporate had told them to show Men in Black instead. NOTHING was changed on the website to give us any heads up. So we left with barely even an apology for the inconvenience.

The theaters are a little dated. Make sure you come for the earlier movie times and save some money. Concessions usually cost more than the tickets do.
