Kids went to bday party there i came back half hour early to pick up my child and seen a little running around in lobby and no parent. Then my child came out and no adult with him. Then he went back in when movie was about over. Need more supervision

Great value! It's very rare that you can see brand new title for under $15. I got a large popcorn, large water and the movie ticket for $11 or so. Old school seating but in good shape. Place has been nice and clean every time I've gone and the staff is friendly.

Friendly staff, decent prices, and the front row seats recline (and are super comfy!). The location is a bit odd - behind a gas station - and parking can be a bit of an issue with large turnouts for opening nights

I recently went to see the movie "Frozen" at the Troy Movie House. One of the speakers in the theater was blown causing a lot of loud and annoying distortion. I went out, and the lady at the counter just said that it was not their policy to issue refunds and I was turned away. I got the impression that it was not their intention to repair the damaged speaker, so the noise will only get worse. If you're are hoping to enjoy the movie that you are going to see, it's worth the drive to go to another theater.

The theater is so much better than the location when it was next to rb lumber. They have leather seats and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. I wish they had a bigger sign though. Only possible upgrades could be more of a surround sound speaker system but overall i really enjoyed watching hobbit desolation of smog there.

You're experience here depends on the theater you get. 4 and 3 are great. They have recliners in the first row that are extremely comfortable. 1 and 2 are kinda shotty, the sound doesn't always work and the seats are sub-par.

Completely crappy they constantly let kids in under 17 to watch rated R. I believe the law states BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. tried watching several movies here. Out of 6 times, 5 of them I've had to deal with loud mouth rude kids cussing talking disrupting movie and when asked how they got into a rated R movie was told that an adult bought there ticket then left. I won't be back. Over priced crappy service and have to deal with being a babysitter for everyone else's kids Shen I've already raised mine!!

Super friendly staff. Not the fanciest theater in the world, but it was perfectly fine for those of us who dont need reclining heated leather seats. The only problem I had was that my chair was really squeaky. Not crowded at all.

It may not be for the elitist but it sure is convenient. It's close to home, Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. They don't always get the popcorn right but I'm a bit of a popcorn snob. Theaters 1 & 2 are a bit tight for the larger bust girls but 4 is great. I have yet to experience 3.

Ticket prices are nice but it never fails, every time we go we will be the only ones in the theater, next group comes in and sits right next to us and talks through the whole thing. Would rather drive further and pay more for a better experience.

This is a great hidden gem in Troy. Nothing fancy, and not high proceed. The seats are a nice leather and sounds is clear. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was the floors were really dirty. We were the first movie of the day, so they should have been cleaned either before opening or yesterday after the last show.

Half everything was broke. Arcade games, consession stand machines, bathrooms. What arcades didn't have signs ate $6.00 in quarters. The teeny boppers at the consession were NOT friendly or helpful! There was a creeper drunk guy that approached us who had been walking around with a beer in his hand trying to talk to my kids (it was the 1:45 show!!)
