Here you will be able to see the information of people who purchased the products and services of Regal College Station (Movie Theater) around Missouri area.
At this moment the business receives a rating of 4.2 out of 5 and that rating is based on 1376 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an reviews average is positive, and it is founded on a very large number of scores, so we may think that the valuation is very credible. If people have bothered to rate when they are pleased with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Very nice theater. The price was pretty reasonable for both tickets and concessions. The seats were very comfy. Theater wasn't ice cold like most normally are. Both restrooms, for the women at least, were very cleaned and maintained
Convenient parking with 2 parking garages located across the street. Great date night location dinner and drinks downtown and then catch a movie all within walking distance.
My favorite place to go watch movies
Why are yall not showing Dont Let Go???
Super fantastic movie place u must go go go tooo..
We wanted to take the kids to see the new Spiderman movie and every other theater was sold out. This theater was great at helping us and saving back tickets. We rushed over there and get there 5 minutes before the movie started. They went above and beyond making sure we made it before it started.
Downtown Springfield’s Movie theatre, heads up tho if searching for online or maps it will be listed under Regal Cinemas all though it is “Hollywood Theatre” to everyone else!
If you go early enough on weekdays you can be the only one in the theatre. Then you can laugh as loud as you want and play on your phone. It's not crazy fancy but it has some good food and the rewards are pretty easy to navigate.
no seasoning salt for popcorn. there are no popcorn and drink combos so this makes it more expensive than other theatres the seats do not recline. very average theatre but expensive.
We bring our two kids here every weekend pretty much. It's our family treat and we love this place. Great friendly staff, always clean, and they don't shame us when our toddlers are a bit rowdy going in. It's a bit expensive for concessions, but what theater isn't like that? We go here even though there are 3 other theaters closer to us, so that's something.
Shows a four-hour movie (Ben-Hur) beginning at 6 p.m. and closes concession stand before 8:30 with only a rip-off Skittles vending machine to access. Is that even legal?
Not bad. No reclining chairs, and the popcorn was a little old.
Great place to go and experience a movie. We had no line to wait in they had those kiosk machine, which was perfect. My husband chose the film "Us" and it was terrible wasn't worth $22.00. I think Dumbo would of been a lot better. The theater was very clean, chair's where awesome. The food price Way To High there is no reason for that.
It was great, staff was very friendly!! The theater was very clean and chairs were super comfy. It was wheelchair accessible and the accessible seats were in a great spot. It also was a wonderful movie that I watched, highly recommend the movie The Upside!!!
We saw Aquaman in imax here, the theater was alright, but the sound in the movie was so lound it was actually painfully, most of my group watched with plugged ears.
Firat date atthemovies
Great movie theatre and great time to go if you have the flexibility to be there around 3-4pm in the afternoon. Not too busy and we had the whole movie to ourselves. Very clean and great offerings. Staff was geeat!
My Grandson and I loved the new showing of the "Toy Story 3" Love ya Jamie!
Loved that the theater was empty during the day. Made the experience more enjoyable
One of the cleanest Friendliest theatres I have been to.
Clean good quality, and Not overcrowded. It's recommended to get the Regal app on your phone to save a little cash. Parking garage across the street has free 2hr spots.
Seats could have been better
Went and saw Lion King. Pretty clean, a little pricey and had to tell the management turn the a/c because it was a bit warm inside. But overall nice family place.
Always clean, always free parking near by, and always friendly. What more can you ask!
Uncomfortable seats. Why pay the same price when you can go to a better theater. Concessions also overpriced. Really over $5 for a bottle of water.
Movie theater was clean and food was good nothing special but good
We saw madeas family funeral. It was hillarious. The Regal in springfield mo is always clean & their staff always friendly
Great atmosphere, seats, and ticket prices!
Really nice staff & comfortable seating.
It's a movie theater. A cinema if you will.. Convenient location in downtown Springfield Missouri
Nice facility, staff was friendly. Vendor prices were a little high but you get one free refill on large drinks. Theatre's sound system was ok but not excellent. Last negative aspect is the bathroom policy. Bathrooms are located inside the theatre and not in the lobby and they require you to show your ticket stubbs to use the bathroom.
Good theatre. Located downtown right next to parking garage, which makes for easy walking. Chairs seem outdated, but otherwise a great place to go watch movies. They also offer student discounts!
This was the first time I have seen a movie in a couple of years and I was absolutely thrilled to see that the whole movie was really a very special event that was being monitored by other people who haven't experienced this kind of stuff in a movie or anything like it.
Has student discounts and a reward system. Pretty good.
I do like the theatre itself. However, it would be nice if they brought back their combos.
The movie quality was great but it's very expensive!! 2 adult and 1 child tickets with 2 large drinks, 1 bottle water, large popcorn, and bag of Snickers bites cost me $56.00!!!!! And that was matinee price!!!!Nope, not ever again!!!!
Paid 22.00 each for a live fight. Lost audio during the undercard and had no video or audio for the first 2 of 3 minutes of the first round of the title fight due to operator error. The satellite error actually appeared on the screen stating that due to inactivity the video would be interrupted. Unacceptable. Failure to deliver services as paid for.
Love this place, the lobster roll is to die for, but make sure you share it, its really big, and the people are very friendly, been going here for 9 years.
Older theater but usually has seats available when newer places are full, fine with me, good popcorn!
Expensive. No reclining seats. Screen had lines in it, detracting from the movie. No restroom in the lobby, so if you don't have a ticket, you're not visiting the restroom. Sound system wasn't very immersive. 3-D showing felt muted in colors and contrast. Unlikely to revisit.
Could have been cleaner for the amount of business in there. The staff was all smiles and attentive when needed. The guy kept coming in and counting the seven of us watching the movie. The drinks were cold. The popcorn was hot.
In one word robbery. Ticket are way over priced. No popcorn and drink combo. So unless you want to spend 80$ for a family of four go to the local drive in. Where you can watch 2 movies for 16$ and the atmosphere is way better. Not to mintion you can vape while you kick back and relax. Also BBQ some beer ect. Screw the corporate pigs go back to mom and pa spots where your family. Watch what happens to the price of living when people stop being slaves to the Monopoly system that is set before you. By the way children 3 and over is 8$ a ticket. Robbery I tell ya robbery.
My family and I watched Aladdin here. It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and the theaters are kept clean. They sweep after each show! The seats are also comfortable and the screen is huge!
Seemed expensive but I guess that's the new movie price for matinee
We come to Springfield to watch Samaritans purse documentaries and this is the only theater that shows them. It's a great venue! Always very clean and the staff is always polite.
Prices are way too high! It costs $40 for 2 adult tix, 1 large drink and 1 small popcorn! That's ridiculous
Went early in the day to take the grandkids to see the Grinch. It was great the whole time.
Great sound and movie experience! Will definitely be back!
Kitchen hell. Was a good movie
Great place for a fantastic movie experience. They are never super swamped, so they are a great location for opening weekend movies. The food has greatly improved the last couple of years, as well.
Great place to see movies if you live on MSU campus. Discounted tickets on Tuesday makes it a go to for me.
Not as crowded as other cinemas in town
Popcorn maybe a little overpriced. Cinema hall floors cleanliness needs work, as people spill food inside.
Very nice theater. Seating and screens are comfortable and met expectations. The staff was polite and accommodating. The only thing holding them back from 4 stars Is that extra umph of customer service friendliness. If the step up their game they could be 4 star.
Clean theaters and they offer a military discount
over all was a pleasant. Front door has a sharp point which caught and cut my daughters foot. the hog panels they have out to keep people off grass tripped my so and scratched his arm but besides clumsy kids we had a good time.
if i could give no star i would. workers are very disrespectful and rude and also didn’t refund us ALL OF OUR MONEY. and got rude again when we asked them to. which they still didn’t afterwards.
I always have a great experience here.
Was a great and clean place
Love this place! Plus throwback Tuesday is an amazing deal!
2nd favorite theater in Springfield. It’s always clean and it’s easy to order tickets before you get there. Seems to take forever to get concessions though so give yourself time for that. Parking is simple in the garage across the street. Last time we went was the first time we actually saw a lot of homeless sleeping on the sidewalk between. Haven’t been back since so not sure if that’s been common lately or not, just heads up.
Little pricy
Nice place, could use a bench or two and lower refreshment prices.
I joined the Movie Pass deal they have going on. Thats when I realized they dont have the same movies as other theaters and take movies out too quick if they aren't getting a lot of tickets sold.
It's clean but the food and drinks are very expensive
Nice movie screen, a lot bigger than our small town cinema. The one thing I would have to say negative us they the screen looked old and worn a bit, I could see many blemishes at certain parts if the movie. It was still nice and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Prices are a bit high but if you go with h movie pass you're all set.
Fun at the theatre... Don't know why it doesn't have Hollywood in the name online. Confusing
Personal favorite theater in Springfield. Best ticket prices around and last I checked they still discount brand new movies on Tuesdays (though it's been awhile since I went to one of those). Concessions are overpriced (but at what theater aren't they?). All theaters have lots of leg room and the lazy boy recliners. Also the shows, at least not the new viewings, usually aren't that full so the ambient noise level seems to be below average.
Great place. But didn’t expect to pay over 100.00 dollars at the matinee . My daughter and 3 grandkids, would be great if you had some special offers. Kids always want a treat.
Low key really liked it, the only thing Is the prices are a bit higher for the concession stand.........than Alamo and the AMC in Springfield. Tuesday movies are inexpensive. Will go back
Easy place to see a movie. Very close to downtown Springfield.
It's very clean the bathrooms are spotless I love that I can park across the street in parking garage an it free. The people that work there were very nice
Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere and bathrooms.
The BEST Place For Movies Out! Clean-Great Rewards Program-Comfortable-Smells Awesome! No stale beer smell here!
Family was accused of recording the movie on our phones. Detained and forced to show our video file which proved we were not recording anything. Then when I went back to talk with the manager he called me a lier and battered me in front of others. I asked for the police to be called and he told me to leave which my family and I did. We were humiliated in front of others. I am in the process of contacting a lawyer now.
Nice clean comfortable seats...will come again!
Service great! Concessions great. Facilities great and clean.
Had a lot more recent films than I had thought. The popcorn can get a little spongy but other than that it's a great place to see a new film. Sit towards the front middle, the speakers are better.
Good popcorn, drinks, movies. Clean bathrooms
Movies and popcorn. Some good things on the dinner menu as well
Staff really sucks. Don’t buy any unpackaged foods because they don’t wash their hands and they are not friendly when you call them out on it. It was extremely hot in the theater I was in. I mentioned it to the manager and they said it’s on a reoccurring cycle but couldn’t tell me what temperature it was set on. Bring your fans ⭐️⭐️ Given for location and theater cleanliness
Big building. Very clean. Easy parking
Good theater. Staff seems good. Probably could use more parking. More than half the parking garage is reserved for residents near and around theater. Spots fill up fast.
Had a great time
Great staff and food was good
The people are nice and they are never as packed as the other theaters. It doesn't have the reclining seats but that is not what I am looking for when I go to a theater. I saw The Last Jedi there and took my son for the first time. We had a great time and he really enjoyed it.
Wow. Wish I'd checked the reviews first. It's a cute dated place, but modern day bad service. The final show off ignorance was when I asked about nachos and when I told them I can't eat chili I was told I'd get charged for cheese instead. The manager didn't care, and told me it's an inventory thing. For the price I'm sure they could figure out the inventory.. Our at least try to appear understanding. We try to watch one or two movies a week. I assure you when I get moved I'll save money and buy apple movies before I'd return here. I work hard for my money... I'll find a place that is happy to have me spending it in their store. Hope that cheese was worth making a first time customer irritated, losing my nacho sale, the food for my two teenage boys, and future business. Glad you didn't throw off your cheese inventory.
Big, modern, and clean. Big comfy chairs, bright screens, and clean bathrooms. Free parking right next door. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Springfield.
I like this theater because it's closed and usually never busy. Prices for concessions are reasonable. I wish that some of the theaters were a little bigger but for the price it's a good place to watch a movie
Not very busy for a Saturday afternoon. I like that they have updated the concessions to include some basic food items. <3 Cheetos popcorn! I dislike the stadium seating.
Terrible experience at this theater.. my husband and I went to see the new Anabelle movie. People were talking and cracking jokes through the first 30 minutes of the movie and that's when we left and asked for a refund. It was impossible to hear the movie! Popcorn was stale too. We will never come back to this theater. Glad we were able to get a refund.
It's a movie theater. Good appearance and clean. Unfortunately doesn't yet have the recliner chairs, so one point down for stadium style seats.
Had a great time. Sound was amazing and had the entire theater to ourselves. Very nice. Just wish they had reclining seats.
Absolutely love this theater. Great staff. Always very clean. Highly recommend
Great chairs, clean, smelled good, but a little on the pricey side for my taste
Decent prices, and snacks. Good facilities, always clean. I've yet to have a bad experience here.
This theater isn't bad. The parking is in one of two nearby parking garages and the theater is in the heart of Downtown Springfield. Very clean and the staff is polite. You purchase tickets at the pickup window prior to walking in the building which eliminates foot traffic from people who wouldn't normally by a ticket but want to loiter on the property.
You can watch movies here
Good theater. Small screens.
I love this theater, I go here all the time. It never seems to get super busy, which is one of the things I like about it. Staff is friendly and the place seems clean. My only complaint is that parking can be a little difficult sometimes on Friday/Saturday nights.
Nice for downtown but I don't care to drive to this one. Parking can be a pain if you are disabled.
It is just an exceptional nice place to see your favorite movie. Bathroom is clean and food is great.
Could be much better. Have to stand outside to buy tickets with big unused lobby inside. Won't open up at 1135 am for noon show. Dont get it...
It's a nice clean but could have better seats everything else is no different than you would find at a regular theater.
Unfortunately, the theatre needs some work and the staff needs to do better policing. Every time I've been here, the theatre has always been undersold and there has always been unruly guests. Nothing is ever done about the loud and obnoxious guests, however. The plus is that the food here is actually a decent little treat. The other upside is the fact that it isn't really difficult to find a seat if you come here.
Alwsys a great place to go see a movie. Workers there are nice and get u through the concession stand quick and out.
Love this place for movies, they are rarely crowded and give points for free stuff, birthday free popcorn and drinks. Affordable and friendly. Little lady named Emerald is behind the counter for refreshments. She's awesome. The mgmt is super friendly and accommodating to most situations. Check em out.
Great cinema good service and The Mule was very good.
Aside from the price (not too bad, theaters have simply gotten ridiculously expensive in my opinion), my only complaint is that it was SO COLD during the movie the ice in our drink didn't even melt. It was freezing. That being said, the employees were polite and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, the seats were comfortable and the quality (in both sound and picture) was unbeatable. Also, the temperature in the theater made it easier to snuggle so is it really a big deal? Lol!
Good staff, clean facility, WAY too expensive food for what it is.
A little pricey but worth it
I prefer less busy theatres than Alamo or Springfield 11. These chairs are comfortable and clean. It is not a perfect 5 but it is the theater I know I can get a seat at on most opening weekend still.
About the only theater left in town you don't have to buy tickets in advance to see the same day in its first couple days of release, so that's a plus for Movie Pass users. Would like to see combos for popcorn and drinks to save a little money. The only theater in town that doesn't have reclined seating yet. However, it's clean and with everyone rushing to the other theaters, you don't always have the crowd to deal with.
Not a great a experience. We went to go see spiderman 2 and the theatre was very small and the projecter wasn't working. We didn't get to see the movie. We got a refund for our tickets. When we asked if we could get are our money back for the food and drinks we bought that were somewhat already eaten, they made us give all of our food and drinks back. Customer service also seemed somewhat rude. But the movie theater attendant was nice and we got a refund.
.Seats are OK, ticket and concession prices are on the high side for the area. Large amount of screens available, so selection of films is good. Easy access to restaurants and bars aplenty for pre- or post-film enjoyment.
Great pricing on tickets. Snacks are a bit pricey though. Skip the candy and just get popcorn, it's cheaper, plentiful, and they have a flavor station so you can jazz it up how you like. As for the theaters, comfy seats, good quality sound and picture. I plan to return.
I really enjoy going here, but my boyfriend and I usually go to the Alamo because they have better deals on tickets. I can get our tickets plus food for both of us for around $30. The regal costs almost $30 for tickets including a student discount.
Bit more expensive than most places, but comfortable.
Lots of seat available, not too busy where you have to spend time finding a seat trying not to bother others. Overall it's a nice movie theater
Prices are high for what you get. There are few better theaters in Springfield. The theater is clean. Conessions are high. I would eat before you go.
I prefer this theater if you want to avoid the overcrowded alternatives
Nice theater. Clean and good prices. Comfortable chairs with tall backs.
Great local movie theater! Our family loves it
Really Had a great time!
Great cinema. Exactly what it should be and do. Maybe over priced drinks and snacks. Maybe I'm cheap maybe we're a family of 5 so 100 bucks it costed for all of us. Wouldn't change any of it but the price of snacks and drinks. Won't deter me from going but can't afford to go as much as we'd like.
Clean and nice, they took a little to long to cook our food. And it still only lukewarm. But Very nice facility.
The theater is pretty nice. The staff is always friendly. When it gets busy there's one person at the checkout for tickets and maybe two people doing concessions.
It's okay. Need better speakers. The sound isn't loud enough.
Hot dog bun was has hard as a rock employee said not his problem
Staff is always friendly- and acts like they know you. Seemed happy to see you. concessions are outrageous. I assume that's the situation no matter what theatre you go to, but I'm still going to gripe about it, because Popcorn and 2 sodas should NOT cost $25. The theatres are comfortable. I've only sat in the stadium style ones, but they seemed well maintained, lit and over all good. ---now a good thing for me is, I've never been here when the seats were anywhere near close to full, so I always get a good seat. that's probably a terrible thing for this theatre. I believe they have 4 wheelchair parking spots in each theatre. They have that stupid squirt butter that's impossible to get in the bottom of the popcorn, and those weirdo think napkins that are more like toilet paper, but again, I think that's the trend at all theatres. I like this one a lot. you can buy ahead, online. when it's cold, you buy the tickets inside. they have a small arcade with a good selection of video games. bathrooms are always tidy and parking is decent. Grams gives it a 4 out of 5.
Great place. Comfy seats and good movie
Nice and friendly people! We enjoy watching our movie!
Don't go here very often as they only have discounted tickets once a week. Also, standing in line & just take whatever seats are available & they don't recline. The good thing is the theater is clean including the bathrooms.
This place would have rated 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of service at the concession stand. They only ever have 2 people at best working concessions and it's a long wait in line. The line to the concessions was all the way to the door when I went the last time. There is no point in getting free refills and ordering a large popcorn when you have to miss 10 or 15 minutes of your movie to get anything. Other than that I like this theater. Sound and picture quality is good and the place is consistently clean.
Ap was so easy. Getting tickets took no time at all. Love it.
Im displeased with them. On Tuesday night's it use to be $5 night. Not any longer unless you are a certain type of member. When I was trying to buy food, they said they were out. I was about to leave and all of a sudden they had what I requested. Not going back again. Very displeased.
I love that they have Dr. Who events at this theater and want to rate it higher. However, every time I am there, they are severely understaffed and have difficulties operating the theater. For example, this last time, it was extremely hot. When we alerted the staff, they let us know that the AC was out in that theater and there was nothing they could do about it. Genesis of the Daleks on the big screen was awesome, though.
Comfortable, clean no frills theater. Was a nice experience
Seats not super comfortable, food delicious (really good,) but pricey and slow (leave yourself plenty of time before showtimes.)
Lines were long to get refreshments. Courteous workers behind the counter.
Not a good first experience here. Paid way to much money for stale popcorn. Staff was not pleasant We see alot of movies but it won't here again
Excellent treatment of handicapped individuals going to the movies
The staff at this theater are warm and accommodating. I not only felt welcome, they had a way of making me feel they were excited FOR me because of the movie I was seeing. The theater itself was clean and comfortable. That goes for the concession stand, too. Very clean and the staff was great. I really enjoyed my visit there. I will definitely be back.
This theater is an absolute dump, with by far the worst projection, sound and seating of the three multiplexes in Springfield. The only reason to even consider going here is to see Fathom events or other special features that aren't screening anywhere else in the region. Even if you live near downtown, it is worth driving to the AMC or Alamo to avoid this awful, dilapidated theater. Regal should either renovate this or close it down.
My favorite movie theater in town! Movie and then across the street to grab a hurts doughnut..
Service was adequate, but a little pricey for what I could get somewhere else...seriously no combos for popcorn and soda
I was worried about the seats since I'm pretty short, but they were comfortable. Decent prices on snacks as well.
Awesome movie theater hands-down Great customer service always find good seats to sit in always clean clean floors clean seeds even the bathrooms are spotless and just a great atmosphere really enjoys theater highly recommend
