First impressions were great,was greeting very openly,helped with sitting change due to computer didn't give me a choice of seats, just picked them out for me,but he got the changed quickly. Movie was great. Go John wick!! As leaving was acknowledged and told to enjoy the rest of our evening.

The reclining seats are amazing! Love the kids summer movie series! Reasonably priced and service has always been great. Only negative is if you have any problems with your backstage pass rewards, they cannot help you in store, you have to email customer service and I have yet to grey a response from them. Not the fault of the theater itself though!

Wonderfully refreshing for Christmas afternoon. All the employees were genuinely friendly, despite having to work on this holiday. Watched Aquaman, which was a fantasy superhero movie to the delight of my teenagers. Several adults were there to watch Clint Eastwood's Mule. (But movie reviews are elsewhere) The theater was very clean, the comfy reclining seats work well and the popcorn was delicious. A plus that you can fill your own soda pop and a butter dispenser to suit individuals tastes.

Theater very nice. Staff not so much. They are either under staffed or they are all hiding. When i reported to the staff that the restroom was a mess, I received eye rolls and no verbal response. Theater patrons were guessing which cinema room to go into because there was no one to assist us

My family and in-laws drove from Warrensburg to watch The Lion King. We purchased our tickets in advance for a 4:00 showing on a Sunday. When we arrived, we were told that the theater was down and the movie wouldn't be ready for quit some time. When we asked to see the GM, the mgr refused to go and get him for us. We were a little upset that we drove down and that we couldn't even speak to the person in charge to discuss options. Finally we asked for a refund, to which they declined at first. After 5-10 minutes they agreed. Our purchase was just over $90. The next day, we were issued a credit of $7. We waited the full 10 days for our refund, and it never came. The 2 phone numbers that their website lists are only recordings. We went through the website on there contact page 3 different times, explaining in great detail what had happened, and we have still not heard from a single person. No emails, phone calls, messages, nothing. I do see that they respond to some posts on here, and I hope that they do. They are the best theater in the area. Better than Warrensburg or Sedalia. With that being said, until we receive our refund, we will never be back again, and we will stop recommending them our friends and family. Very unfortunate, but hopefully they will respond and do the right thing.

Went here to see the remake of IT and I loved the seating, the movie, and the concessions (had two glasses of wine and cotton candy - how awesome is that?!) were great. However, I felt the concessions were overpriced. Would go again though!

The prices are very competitive in regards to other theaters. The theaters are always clean. They have comfy reclining chairs that provide a very relaxed movie going experience. The staff is always pleasant and attentive.

I used Movie Pass for the first time, and I needed to change my phone number. This confused the computer. Instead of making me wait the manager said "This is on me, I'm sorry." Paid for my drink and popcorn. He came to the conclusion, to take care of the customer first, this is what we need more now than ever.

Theater was so hot!! I would normally give it more stars but we were seeing for the entire 2 hour and 15 minute movie!! The heat was blasting, even the older couples were saying how hot they were!! I had a migraine by the time we left and couldn't enjoy the movie. Very disappointed!!

Wife and I love to stop in for Movies here, theater is great, we love the new seats, and it's nice not being crowded, most times we stop on way back to Cass County from Osceola, but we've been known to drive down for Movies, when you Have Smith's and Mallards to eat at, then also Darkside Tattoo, love the convience

Love the power reclining seats! Soda and popcorn butter are now serve yourself since the remodel. Reserve seating now too so you pick your seats when buying your tickets. Great way to get the seats you want as long as you arrive early!

This theater is the only one for many miles around, so if you live near it, be happy that you have this option. The seats are exceptionally nice, comfortable and spacious. Reclining seats are a nice, BIG bonus. The visual and audio quality are both quite good. The movie selection is fully up to date. The lobby is dated as the only negative. This is a winner. Just go.

I love going to this theater. It's always very clean and if we had a problem the staff was great about finding a solution. The only reason I give it four starts is because it is a little expensive when it comes to food.

Came from out of state, was treated very rudely for asking for smaller cups for my nephews. They where so big I was worried about them spilling, I was told that every cup is counted in inventory and he can’t have his inventory wrong. I was also told, I asked you 3 times.....you may have asked me three times but no where are the sizes visible so maybe you should choose customer service over inventory. I was appalled at this teenagers attitude and responses. I will make sure I tell everyone I come in contact with. Save your money they are overpriced and rude!

Nice staff & high praise for the Manager Allen. Odd hours. Hours change and never reliably updated online, for years... No phone to location, just unhelpful recordings. Minimal staffing, so get there AT LEAST 30min early due to slow lines. I suspect my frustions are due to Corperate Office. Reclining seats are great.

The staff was friendly, the seats were comfortable and when the power went out, they got things started back up quickly. My only complaint was that the popcorn was not fresh. I actually suspected that the popcorn was from the night before, since I was there for the first show of the day.

It's a nice theater but they had a movie posted outside and when we went in and said we wanted to watch it the kid just stared at me. I repeated myself and he said they don't have that movie. I said it was posted outside, he continued staring at me while he spoke to another girl standing behind him. She said no and they started talking like we weren't standing there. Finally he asked again what we wanted to watch and I asked what they do have showing, he said I don't know. I looked around several times and couldn't find a list anywhere that showed what they were showing, short of going back outside and still not knowing what they would actually be showing. I said I can't figure out what I will watch if I don't know what is playing. He finally rattled off a list as fast as he could, I could only catch the last thing he said. If I hadn't really wanted the time to relax away from home with my husband, I would have just left. I decided to watch the last one he said, since he couldn't tell me what any of the movie's were even about either. Turns out it's a war movie, which I really don't like, and it was cranked so high that every time they were shooting guns, about 80% of the movie, we all had to hold our hands over our ears to barely get through it. I don't think I will try that for a relaxing night ever again

I wish that the theatre would revise their refund policy.Love B & B theatres! We were not able to make the showing today, 12/27 at 4 on for rogue one. We are an hour's drive away and the road were icy and very tretuious from early morning all day. No way for us to get to the theatre to get our refund or exchange. This was our annual tradition of movie and dinner with the family who all drive at least an hour to get there. Still a loyal b & b customer!

Horrible customer service by general manager. Buy tickets online- slow customer service. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for service to buy tickets. When running late for movie ask general manger if any seats left in kids movie (secret life of pets) and he threw his hands up and said I mean 20 minutes late! And I said that’s fine any seats left and said well there is 3 but none together. Obviously we left and next time when deciding theaters me and my family will make the drive to sedelia. Customer service goes a long way.
