Great and friendly staff and clean environment, but incredibly uncomfortable to sit in a hot theatre. A few people asked the staff to check on it. They said they would have a manager go in and look but we never saw a manager. Little kids were coming out with beat red faces and parents complaining. I'd rather pay the extra money to go somewhere with a more comfortable atmosphere

Had absolutely no problems complete satisfaction with the theater in itself but I find it completely ridiculous that we have to watch 15 minutes of actual television commercials before the previews started. I mean that's the point of paying to see a movie, so you don't have to watch commercials!!!

I frequently come to this theater, they sell COTTON CANDY for $3.50. Popcorn is fresh, the workers are real cool. Nothing wrong with the old school rules and places I can go to the movies in the afternoon and still pay around $5. PLEASE DONT CHANGE!!!

Nice theater, not the most updated, but set back at the end of a strip mall where there are plenty of places to eat if dining and a movie is your thing. Also I believe beer is sold there too, however unlike the more updated theaters, there isn't a 21 and older lounge, or fork and dine option. Snack counter is pretty dismal as well. Very little options, very standard.

This theater used to be great. Not sure if is about to undergo renovations, but the quality is just not up to AMC and BnB. Concrete floors, old seats, and the speakers/audio is not good. Just a real, out of date theater.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants around. Not the most luxurious seating, however the armrests move and there is "cuddle" seating. Free refills on large drinks is a nice bonus.

The people working at the concession stand were extremely rude. I ordered my snacks and was asked if i wanted a reward card; i said no and ask if they had the same reward program as another theater I frequent. It was very rudely explained that Marcus theaters is Marcus, not the same as any of the others. Those theaters have their own rewards. I was being scolded for asking a question.

We've had consistent success with this theater. No major issues with food/beverages save for some terrible pretzel bites quite awhile ago. Temperature in theaters has been pretty good time and again. We'll always have issues with the cost of concessions, but we realize this is how movie theaters make the bulk of their cash...ticket sales go to the studios/distribution.

I used to love going to this movie theater when it was run by wheirenburg. The service was great and it was always clean. Since it has been run by Marcus theaters I haven't enjoyed many of my visits. The service has downfalls and the floors of the theaters are disgusting. I wish I could say better. The pricing is great for movies and popcorn although

It seems the moment I walked in the movie auditorium, all signal dropped. When i got back outside a ton of messages popped up. I don’t appreciate that at all as one message was an emergency. Notice indication the free seasoning going away now selling small containers of same. Only one flavor of free left. Also not right that when you earn points say for a free small popcorn, you upgrade to a medium they won't charge you the difference between the two like Regal does, now your free $5.50 popcorn is only worth $3.00 On an upgrade

I was very disappointed in their handicap accessibility. The doors have no opening mechanism and are very heavy as well as the door in the bathroom. This seems like a simple thing to remedy yet it's been like this for a very long time.

Nice movie theater. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking and entrance. Most theaters make you choose seats ahead of time but the seats we like are front row with rail for out feet The diagram of seats so mot accurately show which seats those are so do not always get to prop up our feet.

Comfortable seating, not too hot or too cold, friendly service. The popcorn was not the best. I remember going to Wherenberg Theaters and getting the best popcorn what happened? I expect good popcorn when I am charged that much. It was small pieces (cheaper quality corn) and not good flavor, I will not order it again. Limited caffeine and sugar free drink options. Next time I will enjoy the movie and skip the popcorn.

Maybe I have high standards from the Marcus theater in St. Charles, MO, but this theater is disgusting. Also, the staff that we dealt with were rude. My biggest pet peeve is when you walk up the counter and the person doesn't say anything at all and just stares at you. Then the transaction is over and she still says nothing to you. If you can't even manage a "hello" or "thank you", then you shouldn't be dealing with customers at all.

We were not in one of the theaters with reclining seats. The normal seats seem small now. The theaters are all way too cold for my comfort, whether it's Winter or Summer. Otherwise it was fine.

Rarely complain online, but we chose this theater based on the online reviews. Posting my candid comments for the sake of others who do the same. We went to see the 6:20 show of Ant-Man tonight. First time at this theater and most likely my last. The popcorn was, stale, cold and chewy. Not sure if it was mold, age, humidity or filth, but the theater smelled like bat guano. Made it terribly hard to breath let alone enjoy the movie. The entire facility is in dire need of a renovation and thorough cleaning. Greatly disappointed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking.

The bad - lights on side of wall shine on screen and make movie less bright and distract from movie experience and they won't change the design. The lights shine left and right instead of down. Whoever picked that design was not thinking well. The good - Price is better than other theaters in area and not ridiculous assigned seating like the other Marcus theaters.

Went to the theater and the movie stopped 3 to 4 times. We had to look at a black screen until someone informed the manager or tech. Restarted the movie from the beginning-stopped again-had to get someone again. This happened over and over and the only thing the manager could say is we will refund your money-duhhhhhh Wasted about an hour and still didn't see the movie. No compensation-BAD Customer Service. Normally no issues with this theater.

Serves stale popcorn but compensates by selling alcohol here. Screens are good, seats recline and they know where the thermostat is. Frigid in the summer and Hell in the winter. Pretty good movie theatre, low numbers of punk ass teenagers and in a pretty nice area.

This is really the only theater that I ever go too. The only time I really go is on a Sunday morning when I can have pretty much the whole theater to myself, no crying kids, no obnoxious teens, most people are at church at this time. The place is clean from the night before.

Went to go see a movie today and I kid you not, I saw one of the cashiers vape right behind the counter. Guess he wasn't patient enough to wait until his break. Bathrooms were clean and seats were comfortable. However they only HAD ONE cashier working the concession stand with a line of about 15 people waiting, my popcorn was burnt and stale and there was garbage all over the top of the trashcan and the floor around it when we walked into the theater. Also, there was this weird dark spot on the movie screen on the bottom left that looked like someone had left something in front of the projector that was extremely annoying.

Everything about this theater is great except price. They are always kind and friendly and everything is clean. It's also .5 miles from my home. But more often than not we go to Galaxy in chesterfield as ticket prices are $3 cheaper per adult. And now with B and B open a few miles away, their tickets are only $1.50 more and they are reserved seating with recliners. I love the convenience of this close theater but even regal/great escape is cheaper.

Not sure what happened to this place. It’s been a few years since I’ve been there; maybe there’s new management now that it’s owned by Marcus. Saw a 7pm show on a Saturday and the place was filthy. There was trash all over the theater we were in and the floors were super sticky. Half of the seats were broken too. We had to keep moving to find one that didn’t feel like it was going to rock off of its base. I saw a bunch of kids walking around with brooms and dustpans but I’m not sure anyone asked them do do anything with them. Ticket prices are good though! I guess you get what you pay for.

This theater is close to home so I have been quite a few times. It was great before Marcus took over. The food is worse now and the place is just getting run down. It is not uncommon to sit in a chair and find out it’s broken. I’ve had several experiences where the movie started late or didn’t work and we had to get moved to another time. I’ve experienced problems with the audio quality. And this last time, I booked and thought they had upgraded their seats... because I had to choose seats on a screen when getting my tickets. But no, same old junky seats but now you can’t just sit wherever you want, you have to select a seat when booking and then sit there. To top it off... the screen was fuzzy when I went to see Spider-Man FFH for the first time. Like really bad. It was like watching Netflix when you have a bad internet connection and it switching to streaming in the lowest quality. I spoke to someone and they said they’d take care of it but it never got better. This is the kind of stuff you would expect and put up with at the dollar theater in town. But when you’re paying normal ticket prices... no way.
