Very bad experience long line up with only one person selling tickets. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. The manager started selling tickets starting from the back of the line at her desk to people that just got there. When we complained along with other people she said she was taking care of the game section. There was only a couple of people when we looked. She should have gone to the ticket counter so people waiting in line so long could go first. We got there early but the wait in line almost missed the beginning of the movie.and some people did depending on what movie. She was not very polite and had an attitude.

Main area, concession area, bathrooms and theater were all dirty. There is trash and sticky floors everywhere, used napkins in our seats and cup holders. The staff is completely disengaged. The guy taking the tickets was completely glued to his phone and didn’t look away while he told us the wrong hallway to go down for our theater number. We had to repeat our concessions order 3 or 4 times- still got it wrong and then didn’t give us any drinks until we asked again. So weird. I wish my seat heaters worked but nope. We will pick a different theater next time.

It was my first time going to Marcus Theater. The employees have a wonderful attitude! I enjoyed the "Lion King" movie and the atmosphere was pleasant. Kudos!!!!

Friendly staff. Only thing I dislike is that the restrooms aren't the cleanest with the very little traffic i see there on Tuesdays they shouldn't be s dirty like they went the whole day not cleaning them and its only around 11am when I'm there.

A waste to go here when I can go to the st Charles 18 with suite suits for the same cost. Why sacrifice comfort when it costs nothing additional. We sat in the middle of the back row and one of the seats are broken. To be honest I thought Marcus was trying to update their theaters but maybe they are just letting this one slowly die with the mall. Also concession was super slow at 1pm on a Monday. Took 15 minutes to get through a short line

The staff is great. The stadium seating is outdated and I say this because the teens behind me kept putting their feet on tbe back of chairs which at times I felt. Most of theater had legs on seat. Need reclining. But it was $5 Tuesday. Lots of talking. Bathroom trash was overflowing. Its alright for 5 dollars.

Had a great experience last night at Marcus Mid Rivers! It was clean, staff was friendly and wasn't chaotic by any means. We recently went to AMC at the Streets of St Charles and that place was a mess. Only 1 soda machine worked, the theater had popcorn and trash all throughout the theater. I will definitely visit Mid Rivers again - just wish they had the reclining seats.

The theatre is old, stinky and stingy.. they even charge for Jalapeños which every other theatre throws in free. I seriously hope they shut down this theatre soon so that we can have an overall better movie going experience. Only reason I come here is as the Indian movies are sometime screened only in this antuquated theatre...

Went to see a movie with friends when one ditched, left his drink and candy, and just left.. we left also searching. Since we left the movie mid way through, the staff offered free movie tickets for our troubles! Even tho it wasn’t their fault or problem, it was still awesome of them!

Went there the other night. Concession stand did not have an employee for a very long time. Had to go to guest services, the lady then went to the back to bring the kid out to help the three sets of families trying to buy food. Kid working counter was uninterested, didn’t bother smiling or being kind. Wouldn’t recommend going to the 6pm shows :/

Staff was super friendly, but the theater is badly out of date. No reserved seating, standard theater chairs, and generally just run down. Not the experience I've come to expect from Marcus.

We usually go to St. Charles 18 but the movie we wanted to see was sold out so we looked at other options. Figured all Marcus theaters would be comparable so we tried out here and what a mistake ....Understaffed and dirty, dark halls and creepy. We were at Screen 3 and were sitting on the far right (when looking at the screen) and our seats were looking directly at the wall ...We had to turn our heads far to the left to look at the screen. Surround sound wasn't on, only the speakers in the front were working so we couldn't hear anything. Old fashion scratchy/itchy folding seats (no recline, no heating, not comfortable). The floor was sticky like you were in the theaters in the 90s. We left 5 minutes into the movie and demanded a refund. Absolutely the worst theater in the area. Will never go back.

We had a bad time at a movie and left halfway through, the other people watching were loud and obnoxious and we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We told the customer service employee and she was very understanding and offered us a refund. We've been going to this theatre for years and never had a problem before this but they handled it extremely well and we'll keep coming back for years.

My husband and I went in to enjoy a movie. The posted start time was 6:05pm. The previews never came on. Around 6:25 I, and several other movie goers, went to ask the manager what was going on. We were seeing the same commercials over and over again and were ready for the movie to start. The manager was very short with us and said she would get to it when she could as she had other things to handle first. I went back into the theatre for roughly another 10 minutes before we have up and got a refund at 6:35. The manager gave no apology for the delayed start, nor the inconvience of everyone who was there on time and possibly had plans after as well.

Saw Avengers: Endgame here. Paid $12 for an adult ticket. Seating and sound was fine. Chairs don't recline, at least in the theater I was in. Staff was welcoming.

Not bad place for being in the mall. Hope they build new building with all updates like other locations. Service at concession was quick and helpful. Bathroom was pretty clean and screen #11 8/21 7:15 has very sticky floors but guess it happens.
