Could be an incredible theater but we were so disappointed with customer service. All the staff just looks down and isn’t super friendly. The lines to concessions were disorganized and couldn’t tell where to order from. Went to order a bottle of wine and waited about 10 minutes before they decided to tell us they didn’t have that kind so we had to reorder...ended up upcharging us to order a beer and glass of wine because it wasn’t the same price as the bottle (thought we may get a discount for waiting). Then ended up waiting for the beer and wine for 15 minutes after the second order. Walked in at 6:12 for our 6:15 movie...walked into the actual movie at 6:50 right when it started. So disappointing for our once-in-a-blue-moon date night.

The theater was very clean and spacious. There's a dining area and plenty of food options. The seats are incredibly comfortable - leather with the ability to recline and prop your feet up. The sound is also fantastic in this theater.

Went for the 5 star lounge, myself and friends arrived 20 minutes early to order late lunch. Not only was our food the last to arrive 30 minutes into the movie they actually came out and asked if we ordered food, twice, clearly forgetting our order. There were also small children in the theater... where they were selling alcohol beverages. Not impressed with my experience for what I paid for, won’t be going back any time soon. This theater was a lot better under Wehrenberg.

Wow!...just..WOW! Best theater I've ever been to. I've lived all around the country and been to countless theaters, but this wins hands down the nicest. 1) seats are upgraded and some of the most comfortable I've sat in. The seats in the ultrascreen have heated seats! 2) the ultrascreen is amazingly large, clear, and audio phenomenal. 3) Pepsi 4) popcorn is great!

Cool place to go for a movie night. This theater has a section where you can order food, eat, and pay all while seated in your own recliner. My wife and I weren't impressed with the service, as our order took a very long time to come and was incomplete. Maybe that was an anamoly. Strangely, the bathrooms are not where you would expect, a little out of the way and further than I cared for. There was also an arcade, with some solid classics: Jurassic Park, Aliens, as well as a basketball hoop game and an air hockey table. We had a fun time chatting before our movie, during the show, and hanging out after. Kids can come, so this is not a 21+ theater. Not 5 stars because service and bathroom quality/location were a little under par.

We used to love this theater when it was Wehrenberg Galaxy. The employees were really nice and helpful. Since it became Marcus, we have experienced a handful of people being great, but the rest are just morose, rude or bored. I gave it 3 stars because the theater itself is terrific....comfortable seats and clean.

While the film was great I was less than impressed with the theater. In the bathroom 2 of the stalls were out of order. The lock in the handicap bathroom is improperly installed and you can't Lock the door. As for the seating we had 2 of them that the recliners were broken. Sad for a new theater

Love this place. Those recliner seats are fantastic. The movie selections are always enough to find something you want to see. The place overall is clean. When there is a problem they are generally right on top of it. Popcorns not bad. 5.00 Tuesday is the best. Sometimes we will watch 3 movies on a Tuesday! Popcorn is cheap on Tuesday also. They have specials on Tuesday that just make it great.

We were in the 21 Lounge Seats are nice. Service is nice. But after the movie the theater never turned on the audience lights. Had to use phone flashlight to exit without falling.

This is a very nice theatre but get ready to laugh when you go to buy popcorn and a drink. The prices are ludicrous. The chairs are super comfortable recliners but have about $100 set aside for a family of 4 to see a flick.

Went to see Black Panther here. First time here since renovation. Wow what a difference!! You reserve your seat when purchased online, great idea!! We went right to our seats. Comfortable Recliner chairs with drink cups. Very relaxing to watch movie. Enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend!!

The cinema was cold as a Yeti's leftovers, the concession stand is more expensive than 2 people dining out for market rate seafood, the movie IT: Chapter 2 was ok, scary movies aren't scary anymore

Try and avoid front row seating especially the recliner ones. Not sure why they sell tickets that are too close to screen that will make your neck hurt when watching the movie.

The theater seats are to narrow. The seats move up or down because you hit the buttons with your body as you sit watching the movie. They seem to have added a new feature at concession stand . You stand in the center waiting for available line but there isn't anything telling you this so you receive bad looks.

I used to hate wherenberg theatres, but ever since Marcus took over, I have not had a bad experience. Chesterfield galaxy continued this trend... fair prices, great seats, great screen size, great time at the movies!

I would highly recommend this theater over the AMC nearby. Not only are the tickets cheaper but you can also reserve seats. Speaking about seats, this theater has plush, reclining seats that are very comfort. Their conseccions are pretty good too. Overall I would highly recommend this theater.

I love the assigned seats and the roomy couches. The people who work here are also very friendly. I especially love that there are no plexiglass barrier between the rows of seats like at some other theaters in the area. Without it I'm able to see the screen without a distracting line from the top of the barrier so I especially appreciate that not being there.

I could easily get used to a movie theatre experience like this. Great location. Super nice staff and servers. Comfortable seating. And the sounds was so good (nice and loud)! But wow, my wallet definitely felt a lot lighter after going there. Now I know what to expect and will definitely be back, but I might order a little less off the menu.

Every last detail is good about this place. This is my most favorite theatre to go to because it has good service and good seating. What I like about is that you can reserve seating instead of worrying about arriving too late and getting bad seats. I also like how the seats are recliners and there's a button where you can order food. And there burgers and fries are really good. I highly recommend coming to this theatre.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this theater. The thing I liked most was the reclining seats. Yes you read that Right! Big oversized reclining seats! Comfortable fake leather recliners. The only drawback was I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep during the movie and had to put my seat up to stay awake. The place and restrooms were clean and sanitary. All the counter staff were pleasant and seemed to be well trained. Kudos to management! Will definitely be back to see another movie there!

Great food, clean theater, very nice staff, wonderful facility, but I have to leave one star for an egregious violation on human rights. The staff will not serve an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea. Yes, I'm dead serious, I ordered an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea, and the waiter brought me an Arnold Palmer with unsweet tea. After I had taken a drink and realized the mistake, I pressed the button to recall the waiter. I apologized, and said that I ordered an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea. The waiter said "I'm sorry, we can only serve Arnold Palmer's with unsweet tea." I looked at him, puzzled, but I didn't want to take up his time as the theater was very busy. "Ah, sorry." I replied, and he quickly left. Please amend this, and I will happily change my review to five stars.

Very good cinema experience. Me and the boys watched Avengers Endgame finally, and we were given comfortable reclining seats with plenty of leg room. Food was expensive as always, but that is what a normal movie theater is like. Would recommend if you want to see a movie

Ever watched a movie with heated seats? I hadn't either, but now I don't want to not. The theaters are smaller, but have excellent seat service with real food, not just what you'd normally expect from a concession stand. Picture on the screen was clear and bright even from the side seats, and the sound was just the right amount of loud.

It's okay for a theater it's not the same when Wehrenberg had them now this company Marcus Theater the movie sometime start late they can be pricey on their concession saying come on who wants to keep paying six bucks for a soda pop or six bucks for a popcorn that's the only way they can make the money the parking lot is dirty always has glass in it so you have to watch where you drive the staff is not helpful and management just doesn't care.

My daughter treated me to a movie (Bohemian Rhapsody). Besides the excellent movie, I had a large Diet Pepsi and pretzel bites which were great. The seats recline. I have several tears in my bicep muscle and several tears in my rotator cuff on the left side, so unfortunately for me, reclining is very uncomfortable at the moment; however, my daughter LOVES the reclining seats. I will too again as soon as I get these tears repaired.

Marcus Cinema has comfortable reclining chairs in most theatres. There is a $5 deal for any movie (not sure about 3D) on Tuesday. I am not a fan of how you buy the individual seat ticket (instead of first come, first serve basis).

My husband and I are very frequent customers for our biweekly date nights. Usually we have a good time, but these last two times were lacking. The first one was that there were kids in the five star lounge which used to be 21+ only. The 2nd was tonight the lights stayed on through the whole previews. Bs.

I feel this theater is going down. You see the owner on screen before the movie. He stats this is what his father and grandfather have always been in the theater business. I couldn’t tell, the only thing good about this place is the seats. The food stand looks very very outdated. The man who waited on me seemed like he hadn’t had sleep or was just hating his job. He did give a smile he didn’t ask anything, did he even breathe? I don’t know. Now my sister waited for ever down at the end for a beer. While 7 employees just looked at her. She told them that if she wasn’t supposed to be at that counter, could have one of the employees told her. Instead of staring at her like she was dumb. The owner needs to update the place, hire a better staff. If the staff unhappy about pay, than pay your people better. Oh also keep the soda bar area clean and there was no lids for the sodas. The paper towels dispenser didn’t. Work in the bathroom.. I hope you make Changes for what I pay to see a movie.

New bag policy with no warning. Very poor planning and a security nightmare. You expect ladies to walk out with their purses after they buy their tickets. Placing their bag in their car, then return for a 2 hour movie. Perfect opportunity for criminals to enter said vehicle for a guaranteed prize. With 4 grown kids and 2 grandkids, we’ve spent more money at Wehrenberg and now Marcus theaters than I want to know, but, looks like that’s coming to an end. You don’t even have people taking tickets and yet you can hire a kid to harass ladies about their purses. Goodbye Marcus. Hello B&B (or other).

The theater itself was nice, and the $5 Tuesdays are great. In theater 4 the dirty screen is very distracting from the movie. I dont know if I will be going back, I would hate to watch another movie with black marks throughout the view of a movie.

I was pleased with my experience in their Superscreen DLX heated recliner room. I loved the enormous screen and the ability to put my feet up. Best of all, the sound wasn’t deafening as I initially feared (my last movie experience before this was in an IMAX room and I nearly had to leave it was so loud). It actually seemed quieter than a regular theater’s sound which I appreciated. If the quiet sound wasn’t a fluke, I’d be sure to go to this specific theater room again.

The show started late , and called the manager while I was in the movie and he came in the movie and explained the issue and gave us a tickets to a free show... he was great.
