Staff was friendly but that's the only thing worthworth here. Old, stiff, small and very uncomfortable seats. Thank christ we went to a late show and were the only ones in the theater, otherwise we would literally be elbow to elbow with other patrons. Also needs more attention to cleaning. Had garbage in the cup holder and the floor looks questionable. This theater needs to be closed down and the interior completely remodeled and updated.

The seats are very narrow and not comfortable for anyone bigger than average size. They are renovating so hopefully that will be better when that is done. Everything else was wonderful.

Take my kids here often. I was surprised to be asked my seating choice for assigned seating but not surprised when someone was sitting in it. I expect refreshments to be over priced but $6 for a bottle of water was pretty outrageous!

Meh. No reclining seats. No separate bar. No food options beyond the basics. Don't get me wrong - it's clean and the movies look and sound perfectly good, but it's really lagging most everywhere else

We always go here.. but this last time,my son spilled his soda on the floor top of theatre and so I went to tell someone and Maintenance was very rude to us.. made us feel as if we were very bad people! I tried helping him and I tried joking around with him saying atleast it gets u out of cleaning toilets and he said with anger in his voice; I guess!! Very rude. I believe he needs a bit of training... I understand these are all children that work here... but everyone else is happy and nice.. except him.. if he wouldve just grabbed a mop.. he wouldve had it up in minutes. Instead he threw almost an entire small roll of paper towels down on it.... this was an entire Large cup of soda.. it was on two layers of floor... (top and below) Please train your staff..

Pretty good theater. Decent arcade and concessions. The men's restroom is always a bit dirty, and there's no privacy wall between urinals, which is always awkward. I can't speak for the women's restroom. Sorry. I tried going in for a look around, but they didn't find this review to be sufficient justification. (Just kidding about trying to visit the women's restroom, in case you have no sense of humor.)

Theater needs to catch up to 2019 with reclinable seats... heck even the small theater in Festus has them but Arnold still doesnt? I'll drive to Ronnie's from now on until they update. I'll change this to 5* when they actually update the seats btw... everything else waa great!

A decent movie theatre. Seats were comfy, but old, floor was a little questionable, the arcade was pretty fun. $1.00 for air hockey, and 25¢ for ski ball. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After being seated for a.while, an employee came in with a tape measure to measure everyone's purses and made all the patrons with purses 12" or larger take them to their cars. Not sure why nothing was mentioned at the ticket window nor at the concession stand, which was run by the same employee. Then 15 minutes before the show ended, the lights came on and stayed on until the show ended.

Most of the time it is clean I guess it depends on which students actually works that day.. The movie experience is great the seats are a bit old and sometimes uncomfortable to sit in. I know Marcus suppose to renovate the place to install better seats and make it bigger was rumor can't wait for that. Tuesday nights you can watch any movie for $5 hotdogs are $1 and you get a free popcorn not bad.. Good place to watch a show and enjoy it!

The theater itself is fine. It's never crazy like my fav, Ronnie's. But the seats SUCK!!! Apparently Marcus Theaters didn't see fit to update the seats here like they did their other acquisitions.

First of all the Marcus owners talk about how comfy their new seats are. They have not put in new seats since they took it over. No snow caps? Why? The fountain sodas are flat and not fizzy. The popcorn is like tiny crumbs I am trying to find to eat. The popcorn needs to change to better popcorn. The nachos were the worst thing I ever had here. I miss the old theater with the catchy tune, good popcorn, and snow caps. I think the Marcus owners are annoying, as they talk about their theater business. I come to watch movies not listen to a business seminar. Keep the VIP program because its good. Also, keep the 5.00 Tuesdays cause its a good idea. Please get better foods so I do not have to sneak them in.

The theater is better than the one in my small town of Farmington. The only big problem is that the seats are very uncomfortable and when I was watching a movie recently I had two drunk girls sitting behind me and it was very distracting.

Was given a customer service number by manager to get a refund. When you call number, it tells you that no refunds are given on this particular number and to call theater to get refund.

Let's be honest. It's a simple straight forward movie theater. No dazzle. No frills. Just a place to watch movies. Really the only reason I went here was because Great Escape in Gravois Bluffs stopped showing a movie I wanted to see. This place was adequate. It was older and somewhat dirtier than my favorite place. The seats really could use a good washing. The restroom was dirty and had a film of dirty water (I hope!) on the floor. But as far as the movie was concerned it was good. Decent sound and picture quality.

Very clean theaters and bathrooms. I prefer to catch movies here on the first showings on early Saturday or Sunday mornings when the tickets are dirt cheap and there's hardly anyone here. Would be nice if they had an IMAX but the Real-3D screenings are worth the $$.

The kids working there were awesome as always... But the manager a short foreign guy was something else??? First off the Late movies should have the same service as the early movies even if it’s only one worker. There is always extra cleaning to do! You buy a large drink & you can’t get a refill because the place is closed in 15 minutes. Went back to but a hot dog, they had 15-20 wrapped Hotdogs that they were throwing away. The kid worker asked if he could just give me one they were edible n being trashed? The manager said he had to sell it, I said that’s fine, I can buy it. The manager said he can’t because they are closed?! You just said I had to buy it... So in other words screw you, no option for cash

Other than the need to reserve seats ahead of time, which is unheard of in the small town I live in, this was a totally new experience in cinema. Reclining seats with drink holders and almost amazed they didnt vibrate as well. What will these people think of next. Seating was very roomy with plenty of leg room and no need to feel squished next to your neighbor during the feature film. Quite the experience!!

Staff is friendly. The place is dated, and I am fine with that. I like the older theatre feel. Just because it is dated doesn't mean you stop cleaning it. The floors are so sticky you don't want to let anything touch them. When it is remodeled the same staff will be cleaning it. It won't stay nice long if no one bothers to actually clean between shows.

I get that "to the victor go the spoils", but it would have been nice if Marcus had maintained some of Wehrenberg's heritage. They were part of St. Louis for over 100 years. And their popcorn was better.

Good selection of current movies at a good price. Food is more expensive there than at other places I've been, but they also have a small selection of alcohol, too. Theater was clean, and has good sized screens with a clear view. Seats do not recline. Not a lot of options when wanting to add something extra to your popcorn. Really, all they have is butter and salt. Very basic. Has an arcade near the entrance. The ticket prizes are alright. Think Chuck E Cheese, not Dave and Buster's. Skittles kiosk, too. Neat.
