It's pretty poor business sense to wait until 5 minutes before a movie is supposed to start to even unlock the doors for people to buy tickets. By the time we got through the very long line outside, there was no time to even use the restroom or buy any refreshments before the movie began. On top of that, the lights started coming up five minutes before the movie even ended! I just got the sense that they don't even really want any business. With as much as we pay to see a movie here, we'd like to at least enjoy the experience. We'll be going to Warrensburg from now on.

My first time at this theater and what an excellent theater! I saw "Run the Race", a great Christian movie produced by Tim Tebow and his brother. Management at the Galaxy 10 had to work very hard to get that movie in their theater because there was limited production of copies. Christopher, one of the managers, stopped me in the lobby to ask what movie I had seen and how I liked it. It's obvious that they really care about providing good movies and good service! Thank you for a great time.

This theater has mid quality images and low quality sound compared to theaters within 30 min of it. You would be better off driving to the Warrensburg Carmine 10 if you can handle the travel time.

We went for the new Avengers movie, and loved it. The theater has the nice, very comfortable stadium seating. I could sit all night in there. The concession stand is priced about the same as other theaters, but they do serve customers a lot faster. We make the extra drive to go to the Galaxy, because of the service and comfy seats. I recommend it highly.

Movies tend to either not be shown in Sedalia or stay for months. It's disappointing to find out after paying your movie is in the small one level theater. Otherwise, its clean and the bigger theaters have stadium seating.

I do like the theater, but it needs to be updated. Prices are steep even matinees are, but I do like this theater. I would suggest maybe do something like Warrnsburg, MO and have matinees all day and maybe a bit later at night for adults and collage kids that want to see a movie but can't due to the set weekday times. That is one of the main reasons why I don't go to this theater as much as I would like to.

I give this place 3 stars because you never know what you are going to get. I've had times where the projectors are broken, AC is broken, one concession line open and missing part of the movie waiting on popcorn among other things. This trip went well this time but I'm not holding my breath. People preach supporting local business but its hard to when a business isn't consistent. Wouldn't be upset if AMC came in and put this place out of business.

Used to like visiting this place. Haven't been here 2-3 times in the last 5-6 years. Weekends and during holidays is the only time that matinees are shown and even then it is usually 2 pm at the earliest. Sedalia may not be a large town but they could have matinees 2-3 times a week. I make the drive to Warrensburg and go to AMC when I want to see a movie. Matinees start at 10 am. Not everyone works 9-5 with weekends off, or wants to wait until 7pm to see a show, so until they change their scheduling I'll just head to AMC, and AMC has COKE not just Pepsi. Iland does their website and maybe it doesn't get much traffic, but when it is that outdated, it is time for someone not stuck in 1990 to refresh the look. Nothing like using EXCEL to create a website.

Very upset. I was not able to bring inside the water I use to prepare my baby's formula because of the food/drink policy. I do that every where else and I never had a problem. I had it in the diaper bag. I told the guy at the door and he said "we have water, you can buy some here". I understand but when you are in a budget, you save any way you can. Plus, I only use that water for him. oh well, next time I will hide it!!!

Woman at window was EXTREMELY RUDE to my elderly parents! She acted like she couldn't accommodate their walkers in the theater! Never been an issue before and I assist them as I am a NURSE! Nasty Attitude and she should find another job and Attitude! Would NEVER go there, AGAIN! RUDE! GO TO CLINTON THEATER! It's nice, clean and the people who run it are Extremely pleasant! Nicer chairs and a cleaner theater, overall! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not too bad of a place to go see movies by yourself or with your family. Their nachos are good in the concession area. But the cubicle in the female restroom is kinda tight. I've seen some women that were having hard time getting in. I think it would be best if the doors are pull to open instead of push to open, cuz it takes a lot of inside space. :)

We sat here for 30 minutes after the movie start time and someone went and told them the movie hadn’t started yet and they waited 20 minutes more to start the movie.

Last time I'll take my family there, over 100 dollars to take the wife and kids. This is the third time in a row we have gone and the temperature in that place has been over 80 degrees. Even heard someone complaining at the concession stand about how hot it was and the girls behind the counter just laughed at them. We will drive to warrensburg from now on before we set foot back in that place. FIX THE A.C. OR TURN DOWN SO THAT IT'S COMFORTABLE TO WATCH A MOVIE WITHOUT IT FEELING LIKE YOUR OUTSIDE!

The only good thing about this movie theater was the size of their drinks. The theater itself was dirty, hot and had bedbugs or spiders which bit all over my legs and made them swell up. I do not recommend this theater unless you are really desperate to see a particular movie. The staff did not care about the condition of the theater or guests. The tickets were not even cheap. I have been to 1$ movie theaters that were so much better. 1/10.

Spent 14.00 to get in, 12.00 for popcorn and drink using a card.....tried to go back and get a 1.25 pickle using same card and was told I had to buy 5.00 more to use card again. Very disappointed in your RULES!!! so I didnt buy anything more. Not sure I will ever return MERRY CHRISTMAS..

Went to Saturday matinee and there was hardly anyone there. $7 seemed pricey for matinee. Evening showings were $10. Seating was pretty comfortable. The theatre rooms are small so the evening showings may be more cramped.

This is a good movie theater its the only one in town however that does not mean that ot suxs. Its always clean the help is nice . They play good movies and have kick ass sound in the place. The drinks and candy are a little pricey but not out of line with any others in other towns. The seating is really nice.
