We love coming here, but no matter when we come out always seems understaffed. We always have to wait in such a long line. We came to see a 6:30 show but we're 2 in line sooooo long that by the time we got to the counter we had to wait for the 7:30 show. It was 6:50 when we finally had gotten our tickets. Its ridiculous to have to wait in line for almost half an hour just to get tickets. They should have a separate counter for tickets and a separate counter for concessions. I really think that's what takes so long. So if ya wanna see a movie....get there almost an hour early

Great experience! This Theatre has an upscale bar to get a drink before your show. But there is no arcade, like some older website reviews say. The prices are high, but has everything from popcorn to cheeseburgers, and of course all your candies and even icee's!

The employees are all very helpful. Its just a shame when other customers are rude when it is a very busy night and the employees are doing their best to keep up with the demand. I recommend getting the burgers, they taste really good

Clean for the most part, except under the seats. The arms don't move and (not the theatre's fault) some of the patrons don't understand the concept of boundaries. Counted 12 people at my movie, 7 were within touching distance, had I reached. Too close for comfort considering all the other places to sit. We moved. Was disappointed that the "showtime" advertised was actually the time that the preview/advertisements started. The actual movie didn't start for 10-15 minutes afterwards. The theaters where I live play the previews well beforehand, so the movie starts at the exact stated time. Guess I should stayed in Florida.

Very quiet and clean movie theater. The only thing I wish they could have done was turn the lights down a little bit more during previews. It was a little hard to see the screen. Very friendly staff and clean restrooms. The staff was always asking if we needed anything. Nice theater.

Yesterday I saw Avengers endgame in the 21+ theatre. The movie was great, and the seats were great, however there was a ton of people getting up and leaving throughout the movie, which wouldn't have been so bad if the door wasn't so squeaky Everytime it was opened and closed. There was a lot of banging in the walls for some reason and I thought the volume in the movie was just a little too quiet.

First time there was tonight and the wife and I had to leave. Maybe the main theater is cleaner but the front lobby and the theater I was in smelled like hot garbage. Rather than sit thru that movie we left 20 minutes into the movie because even though we paid to get in, you couldn’t have paid us to stay. Nothing against the staff, they did nothing wrong, but the theater itself was disgusting

Movies are a good price, I very much enjoyed the 21+ section with reclining seats. The only downside to that section is the men's room will form a line as it is a single toilet; this can make drinking anything at the movies a problem. The popcorn was too salty for my taste as well. With that said it was a great experience and worth the trip

As a new mom of three who hasn’t been to the movies in years, my husband and I decided to take our older two kids to the movies on two different days, I purchased our tickets online then claimed them in the theater which was a pretty straight forward process. They also have a kids snack box that comes with a drink, candy and popcorn which was nothing shy of perfect for my children.

The people are always kind and very helpful, everyone seems to enjoy their jobs, it is always very clean in the lobby, screen rooms and the bathrooms. I really enjoy the retro nights, I think it is amazing that is done, there is always something for everyone. I've seen a couple movies in the over 21 theaters and again a great experience, the bartenders are friendly and always make people feel welcome. I love that as a backstage pass member I get emails about deals and upcoming movies and retro nights!

If you come to this movie theater, sign up for the backstage pass you get discounts off on movies and popcorn. . Their chicken sandwiches good and their hamburger is good. The seating are nice comfortable. I seen two movies there I seen Deadpool 2 with my sons and I seen Ant-Man and Wasp., With sons. My favorite was Deadpool2 and I will be going back again in the future. You can also buy movie tickets online just go to their website.

We went to see Small Foot (the movie, itself, is amazing). It started 25 minutes late. Then when it did start, the sound didn't work for another 15 minutes. I (along with several other parents) kept leaving the theatre for answers. The manager (Sharon) was a horrible person to deal with. She spoke to us with extreme cynicism and did not once leave the counter to see what was happening. They weren't busy at all!!! We asked why the movie was late and she "didn't know." We asked when the sound would work and she "didn't know" that either. I asked if she was going to see if the guy working on the movie needed help or to make sure he would restart the movie and she said "that's his job" and she "didn't need" to check on him. We all asked about discounts and refunds and GUESS WHAT... no answer to that either. When the movie was over she was nowhere to be found. I'm never going back.

We love watching movies in reclining seats! This is always our go to theater for new movie releases. Staff is super friendly and we love the fact that they have a 21+ side where you can get yourself a cold beer or nice glass of wine.

On the whole, par for the course as theaters go. Selection decent enough, movie time choices decent. Food selection good but quality not the best and would not recommend for its price, but that's true at every theatre. Bathrooms nice, clean, and relatively roomy. If 21+, there is a bar which is great for groups to meet up in, bartenders usually pretty solid. Staff always friendly. Reserved recliner seats are very comfortable. Not an amazing theatre, but as far as selection nearby goes it's probably your best option.

Was anxious to try the reclining seats and over 21 atmosphere, but it was ruined by the brights that they won’t turn off or turn down... save the money and go to the regular theater unless you plan is to get drunk at the movies.

Pretty dissatisfied. Went to see the 7:25 showing of Glass today, February 10th. I could very easily hear the sounds of the movies next door. 10 dollars per ticket on a Sunday night is horribly overpriced for old movie seats and a movie I couldn't hear over the sounds of the others. For such a glossy, overdone entrance, you'd think the actual theater would live up to its first impression. I've been to nicer for cheaper, and I won't be going back. Positive note: Popcorn was as good as the others.

Such a great theater. Watched dead pool 2 and lady got obnoxious and loud towards end and they asked her to leave. She refused, cops were called and she was removed. That tried to reimburse our money but we were able to finish movie. One complaint the theater doesn't get dark enough during movie.

I love this theater. Always great and friendly staff. They have a nice 21+ section with two screens usually featuring The big titles so you won't have to worry about younger children or teens. They also feature a giant screen outside the 21+ area, that has amazing picture and sound quality. All their screens offer recliner seats, as well as reserved seating. I promise you will not be disappointed by going here to see the newest films!

I went the other day to Little. (Amazing movie) The helping staff was great, the food was so good i couldn't finish it there and HAD to take some home ...I have only one minus... clearly seen are residual stains on soda, candy, and popcorn.

I remember as a kid how fun the movies were but now they priced themselves out. They also need to allow adults with kids with them be able to order a drink.

This is just such a nice theater and the 21+ side is so comfortable and inviting. Not only is it a great place to see a movie, but the food is spectacular. They have some of the best french fries I've ever put in my face. I recommend wholeheartedly. It is a tad pricey but I believe it's well worth it.

Shockingly fancy theatre for such a rural area, with an adults only section somewhat reminiscent of Alamo Drafthouse. Lots of screens, but not many late night showings. Generally pleasant staff. Pretty good food and drink options. No imax, but otherwise a great theatre with modern whizz-bang theatre tech for bigger titles.

Went to see Captain Marvel in 3D opening night. Movie was in 2D. Projectionist stopped the movie 20 mins in, and proceeded to tell everyone that he needed to restart the projector to play 3D. 30 mins of black screen, and the lights come on. The manager explains that they are having issues playing 3D and that they will play the movie in 2D. They proceeded to hand out free movie passes. 15 minutes later the movie was restarted. The theaters are a bit outdated, but it's the only theater for many miles.

Movie started over 30 minutes late. I spoke to someone after the movie was 15 minutes late and nobody knew the movie had not started. More than 15 later and it seemed like it was no big deal to them. Usually my experiences here have been much better.

The only reason why this is got a 4 or it probably should get a four and a half.. is when I ordered the tickets online it said 3D for the 3:00pm showing, but it was not it was for a later time and later that evening the website was wrong.... now not sure who controls the website, whether it is the manager of the theater or someone else, but they need to fix that....

We loved going to this theater. It has great prices, especially on Tuesdays. It also has a bar area as well as certain theaters that allow alcohol inside. Overall it is a great place to spend the evening. I would highly recommend this cinema to anyone in the Fort Leonard Wood area.

Nice theatre... a bit old style and the seats don't recline as much as I would like. But the staff was helpful in seating us in accessible chairs, and there was plenty of parking. Since the ticket sellers also dispense the refreshments, the line moved slowly.

Not a bad theater. Small but good seats and alcohol is good. All menu food is concession stand food but not bad quality. Must be a member to have the better seats and they ID anyone coming in the bar area. The 21 and over seating is great, to see a movie without kids or babies crying is great.

Good theater with a 21 and over area that suits a mature audience. It has a bar area that is very chill and relax. Minus 1 star because they don't offer military discount in a military friendly town. They are the majority of the consumer that supports the theater.

The grand screen, sound system, and reclining seats are awesome. What isn’t awesome? Paying $12 for a ticket to a theater with a lot of crying kids. Only way to get around it is ago to the 21+ but then we lose the grand screen. Add a 21+ grand screen please.

Worst Theater in the area. Complaints go unnoticed, lights constantly stay on during movie, kitchen never have a consistent closing time, and management can't manage correctly. It's like the sayings $h!t rolls downhill. I've complained to corporate numerous times and nothing has change. Prices have increased, theater is filthy, drinks on the 21 an older side are horrible. It's just not a good theater. An AMC would have been much better.

If you're looking for a great date night away from the kids, that won't break the bank, I highly recommend B&B Theaters in Waynesville. We enjoy the movies, but really love having the Cheeseburger and Fries combo instead of popcorn. We tried having both but the burger and fries are so filling that we were just too full to eat any of the popcorn. As long as you're 21 or older, you can buy your movie ticket, order your food, and eat in the 21+ dining area all with the peace and sanity of a kid-free zone. There are even board games to play while waiting on your food. There are 10 screen on the under 21 side of the house and 2 screens in the 21 and over side. B&B Theaters offers a great experience for an affordable night out in a town that has little to chose from.

I have struggled in wanting to write this review. The theater did away with their Geeks Who Drink Trivia which has caused me to not go to the theater and spend as much money along with all of the other people who played trivia. I have watched quite a few movies (thank you screens that we saw DURING trivia). They do have older movies on Some Tuesdays and when you combine that with your backstage pass membership *free* you save additional monies and it seems like you actually paid to see Beetlejuice in the 90’s. The reclining seats are nice in the Grand Screen, but DO NOT look under around or in the seats; you will find things that you don’t want to. The food is Exactly what you expect, overpriced, but the FRiEs are the steal of the menu, only $2.99 plus tax! I do feel that the staff wants you to have a good experience, but also, that the bar of expectations is low since there is no competition. Angela is an awesome bartender, so tip her well. Update: they responded to my review that talks about the Backstage Pass Program asking if I had heard about it. Since I posted my original review I also noticed that they have taken down many daytime showtimes.

The bar was super expensive. The theater we were in not only had the most uncomfortable chairs in the world but also, bright lights the entire time we were watching the movie. Which only showed how dirty it really was. The bathrooms weren't exactly clean either. If I'm going to pay nearly 50 dollars for 2 beers and 2 tickets I expect a little bit better. Might as well of stayed home.

I have been trying to rent the theater for a private showing as a community outreach tool. I have been speaking to Paul Weiss at the corporate office. In my opinion he is very unprofessional and has a less then desirable work ethic. I was told I could rent a showing and made promise based off this, only to find out he was unable to deliver. I asked for a phone call several times with no response. You constantly ask consumers to rent your theater the, deal for a rental and the cost is actually more than if I just bought a public showing. I will say the the general manager Allen Morris made things right, he even came back to the theater on his time off to fix the corporate guys mess up.
