Wonderful customer service. We were sold online tickets to a showing that was sold-out. However, they let us into a later showing and gave all ten of us a refund and an additional one time pass for any regular showing. We were overjoyed to watch the new release and loved the reclining seats!

Movies are a special time for growing up. We all remember the magic of seeing movies as a kid and still do as adults. B and B Liberty 12 made the movie experience even better. The play area was a hit for my kids. They can burn off energy so they can sit still during the movie. The heated recliner chairs were really comfortable. Each kid got a kids combo with popcorn, drink and small candy for a reasonable price (with some money going to a local charity). This was a special experience for all of us. Now I need to try the other theaters here. 4D and one that the screen goes out to the side walls.... Come check it out.

First ever visit here was good. Theater was clean, employees were helpful, popcorn wasn't stale or weird tasting. The chairs in the theater rooms are quite comfy, and the heated back that can be turned on was quite comfy. The most peculiar thing was the extremely superficial comments a few employees made that sounded like phrases the company encourages/demands they use. My humble opinion, just make sure the employees are being sincere and friendly. Forced phrases definitely created a virtual boundary for the two employees I actually communicated with.

I originally got tickets to the screen X thinking it had moving seats as well. When I decided to inquire about the difference to decide which to see I was told (by a different person that sold the ticket in the first place) one of the side screens wasn’t working. Since that was what the up-charge was for I stated they should tell people that when selling a ticket. One of the workers nodded. As I was changing my ticket to the 4D moving seats, I saw the shift leader tell the guy who nodded “Don’t tell people the screen is out”. Maybe it’s just me, but if you forget to tell someone it’s one thing, but when the lead directs an employee to hide the info, that’s deception. In addition, if you sign up for their rewards program, it takes 24 hours to complete, so your purchase when signing up won’t count. The 4D was pretty cool with the moving seats, strobe lights and wind. I’d recommend it over the screen X. I went in to check out the screen X (time was before my movie) and didn’t see anything. The employee said the side screens only come on at certain parts of the movie. Not worth the up charge. The theater was clean, refreshments average quality and price for any theater. I went for the special screens and will only return for the special screens as the theater itself did not impress me.

This is the only movie theater I go to now. I couldn't imagine going back to those old straight up and down seats. I take my daughters on most Fridays. I haven't had a bad experience yet. There restaurant serves really good food if you have time before the movie. If not you can order a variety of other things and take it with you to eat in a theater. I guess my favorite part is not the reclining and heated seats or the food. But the fact that I can order my tickets in advance and I know my seat will be there without having to wait in line. If I had anything negative that I didn't like I would probably say it is the 4X screen. It's very distracting I'm watching a movie. Entertaining but still distracting.

The new theater is AMAZING! I do have to give only 4 stars because my family had a bad experience when Ant-Man and the Wasp came out. We all went to see it, but they played the wrong movie and couldn't get us in to see it period. I ended up not seeing it in theaters, and we ended up seeing another movie months later with complimentary passes from the incident. Heated seats are always awesome.

Great place to watch movies the 4D Max is a little over rated because of the moving chairs but the effects are on point. I enjoy the food it's really good and we felt safe seeing police officers there to protect us. I think everyone that is 40 inches or taller should try 4D max out, I'm just old school and not use to moving doing the movie. Over all ten.

I watched the new live action lion king movie with my daughter and we were fortunate enough to get seats in the mx4D theater, I must say it was awesome the whole movie was immersive and you actually felt like you were there I will definitely be going back now that I know what I have been missing

TLDR: thisbplace follows the good, better, best model. Pay for the best screen always. This place was good in some ways but only one that involved enjoying the movie and that was from the person I was with. I viewed The Lion King on the grand screen, I bought a medium soda and some Reeces pb cups. The concession lines were short and quick and I found my seat easily. The price point was on par for an IMAX movie, but this screen was much smaller. They had reclining leather seats that were heated (not impressive to me, but my wife was appreciative). The sound in the theater was good, the seated worked well, but those are things I expect from a theater. Three stars, could get more they made it more clear on screen availability and what they mean prior to buying tickets. Just was not as impressed with the standard experience. This probably plays to the good better best model.

Two Can Play at that Game

A very comfortable viewing experience with modern amenities. I saw Wreck It Ralph Breaks the Internet on their grand screen.(seven stories wide, four stories tall) The projection quality was premium as well as the audio. I sat in heated reclining seats which were fairly comfortable. The only downside was how easy it was for your side to hit the adjustment buttons. Like any movie theater food and snacks are incredibly expensive. Drinks ran about $5 with their selection coming from a Pepsi Spire machine.

Incredible theater! The atmosphere is excellent, and the grand screen is one of the biggest in the nation. The jazz bar offers great cocktails and excellent food. I love that there are multiple theater options for all types of occasions.

This has become our favorite theater. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! There's a great selection of concessions,which are yummy! You can also have an adult beverage as well,lol! The seats are comfortable,bathrooms are always clean,and we've never had issues with the sounds of the other movies being hear in ours. The only negative I would say about this location,is the parking. The lot isn't large enough to accommodate everyone on an extremely busy night,but it's a small compromise for a great theater. We'll definitely continue to visit this location in the future!

Seating is comfortable though the tickets are expensive and with the up charges for the "Grandscreen" a family of five will cost you $75 before you even get drinks. Word of caution pay attention when picking your seats Row A is way to close to the Grand Screen and makes for a less than ideal experience to watch from.

AWFUL experience tonight at this theater that I normally love. The auditorium we were in was right next to the Jazz band and it was so loud it ruined the entire experience of what was supposed to be a suspenseful scary movie . (IT) I'm writing this in hopes whoever is in charge changes it for moviegoers in the future . I had gone to see Godzilla KOM screen x and attempted to get tickets online but wouldn't go through so I used my buddies card. Turns out that the attempts went through later after talking with them I got my money back it was just an electronic error. Got to the theater 1hr early and and a great time at the jazz club bar there and had a great time at the movie. Other than the mishap with the online tickets everything else was great. Especially Screen X highly recommend it.

8/16/2019, We to see Hobbs and Shaw in 4D. Midway threw the movie the emergency lights came on movie stopped playing but still had sound. I went and told a lady in management and she responded to me with a rude Attitude we know and I’m working on it. Went back to the movie and about 5 minutes the movie started playing again. But no 4D experience for about 20 minutes. Not a sorry or anything from them. Sorry liberty B&B I won’t be back because of your poor Attitude. And I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know how you truly are.

I just tried to order tickets from your website and have run into many issues. The first one being that it said there was an error and didn't place the order. The second issue is that it decline my card, which it shouldn't because I checked with my bank and the appropriate amount of fund were on there. Lastly, even though it "declined" my card y'all still charged me twice and I still didn't get tickets. I tried to contact the theatre via phone, but all you get is an automated voice and no one to talk to. I was looking forward to purchasing my tickets for the ITChapter 2 event, but not anymore.

The environment is amazing! You are greeted with movie soundtracks as soon as you exit your car. The entire staff is so welcoming and courteous. I told someone about an extreme allergy I have, and he cleaned the entire row of seats extra well. Seats are so comfy, even in the 4D theater. I will only buy tickets to see movies here.

Very nice and comfortable theater, my only complaint is that if you call them it's only an automated system and it's terrible, for those of us who want to talk to a real human being with problem solving capabilities. I tried calling them and going through different extensions to get a live operator but they are not set up to answer phones, yet when I made the 30-minute drive to them 2 employees were just standing around at the front desk area doing nothing. Why not have them answer the phones and help people while getting paid to stand there?! Other than that, great theater!

Thinking about spending 15 bucks on a movie on The Grand Screen? Just do it. I'll admit, we were way too late to this party. But when you've got a toddler, and streaming services at home, going to the movies is not a top priority. Well, going to AMC Independence Commons wasn't a priority. But we had a gift card and a sitter, and John Wick 3 came out. The massive Grand Screen, with its incredible sound and reserved seating (heated leather recliners!) is well worth the few bucks more than a regular weekend AMC ticket and the short drive from the east side of Independence. I'd drive from anywhere in Independence now until AMC steps up their game. B&B Theatres are also in Lee's Summit and Grain Valley. The Liberty location is impressive, and The Grand Screen experience has absolutely changed the way we will see movies from now on.

The front row seats of each theater should be removed. The picture was horrible distorted. I felt like I was watching Avengers as done by Picasso. Very disappointing. Great experience if you can sit anywhere else, but if you're late to buying tickets for a big release, you're better off waiting or going somewhere else.

Great experience always, unless you head into a well packed premier, but then that can be said for any movie theatre. I would advise against going to the 4D theatre; While it’s cool and fun at first, it can get annoying. Also, it seems like in recent movies, it feels like whoever is in charge of these seats moving just said (screw it, just wiggle them around and throw stuff in there face for no rhyme or reason. Why? Who cares, they won’t notice.) Regardless, it can be fun once in a while.

Went amd saw IT 2 , Great movie horrible 4d chairs move alot so dont go of you have neck or back problems an they spray you in the face with water and air shoots at your legs on ghe bottom and have things in the chair that hit your butt when people fall. I am working out of town and wanted to see Avengers. Went the Saturday after it came out. I was floored with the place, absolutely great service and auditoriums I've now watched Avengers a second time. HAD to go to this place again. Only complaint that I have is that when I got out my second viewing of Avengers today, I took my hat off during the movie but also took it off when the movie was over and got to my truck only to feel my hair clumped and matted. The back of my brand new hat sticky and gross and my brand new Avengers shirt is also ruined. I don't know what it is and can't get it off.

At first I loved the comfort of the reclining chairs, but now that one broke my phone I don't really like them as much. I'm writing this post as a warning to others. This past weekend we went to watch a movie. When the movie was about to start I put my phone in a side pocket of my purse (about 1/2 an inch showed above the pocket) and placed it between my seat and the one next to me. At the end of the movie I put my footrest down. When I picked up my purse my phone was gone. I found it under the seat with a big crack in the screen. Somehow the footrest caught on my phone and pulled it out of the pocket. In the process it cracked my screen. It's now going to cost me $200 to fix my screen. It isn't cheap to go see a movie and a night out with my family is costing a lot more. So be careful where you set your purse/bag at when going to this theater. I know this is a freak accident and won't happen to most people, but if I can help a little that would be great.

This company was amazing! I tried to buy a ticket online and it had issues withe my PayPal card but I thought maybe I had entered the numbers incorrectly and tried 3x and my card ended up being charged 3x fore the ticket! I sent them a message asking fore help. They immediately responded! And by the next morning I was emailed by the director of this location who let me know that the charges never came through on their end BUT that they reserved my seat (which was very important) and I could just pay when I came in fore the movie! They helped me in dealing withe the subsequent dispute withe papal as well! Customer service is top tier! I do however wishe there was a phone number where I could speak to a person, but other than that, they were incredible!

I think the best part is the fact that this theater is the heartbeat of the others. Don't see movie playing in theater 12 during the time the band is playing at the bar! You can hear the band through the walls when the movie isn't being loud. Other than that I would give them a 5.

It is so refreshing to have another nice movie theater option other than AMC. In my humble opinion, this is miles above any AMC I've ever been to. In a simple comparison; The Food: options and quality and better. Not only in pricing but taste as well. The Theaters: while there are half the number of theaters inside as the nearest AMC, quality trumps quantity everytime. I've never seen a 4D theater before. That experienced is ones that has to be had by everyone at least once. I have never been in the jazz band inside but I've heard good reviews. I think this place is great

Nice facility. Organizational skills were lacking. We asked one of the young men at the front counter for more jalapenos and lids for the small containers... with him not being busy and just standing around... it took 15 minutes for those requests to be handled. I really had.issue with what I was seeing because there were 4 young men standing behind the counter and only 1 was working. Now on to the actual theater. The 4x or whatever it's called, was an inappropriate venue for the movie "Glass." It was NOT an enjoyable experience. I doubt we go back to that particular theater.

I visited one of the smaller theaters, with only about 40 seats. They were comfortable, reclining seats. Sound and picture was good. (Robin Hood 2018) The only knock from 5 star is the same gripe I have at every movie theater; the price of concessions is to high. I am willing to pay a little extra for convenience, but it is getting far out of hand. $4.50 for a 20oz bottle of water is outrageous.

Max4D of the new X-men movie Dark Phoenix. The theater was very clean and the whole experience was well worth the $4 tickets we got from T Mobile Tursday. Not sure I would want to pay the $20 ticket price each for each person. Thanks to T-Mobile for the cheep ticket prices. I will definitely return when they offer another $4 ticket deal on Atom.

Guess I'm not blaming them, but I was getting decent whiplash from the 4d experience. Chairs are worse than airplane chairs and they bounce around even more than airplane chairs. Got up and stood at the side to watch the rest of the movie.

As soon as we walked in, super dirty, the floors, the countertops...and it was the 10:15am!!!!!... We asked for a box to divide the popcorn, NO.... The sits, do not adjust comfortably.... But I will applaud that the commercials are from local business!!

Still pretty clean. Play room was cool. Make sure you get there 30 min early. I misread my email and missed play time. They wouldn't let me join the next play time even though I asked very nicely. I had to give a stranger toilet paper because her stall was empty. Yes I am already a backstage pass member. Food was good.

It was busy but not over crowded. The decor is fresh. Dinner & a movie is easy with Johnny's on-site! The SX wrap around screen is worth the extra cost!

This is an awesome place for any occasion! Theaters are always super clean bathrooms are super clean, the staff is always nice friendly and accommodating. Plus Johnny's Jazz Bar & Restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and food!

Best movie experience in the Northland. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Love, love, love the chairs. So much space!! And the reclining is amazing. They've got a bar in the place too. I just wish I didn't have to pee so much during my watching of Avengers: Endgame.

One of a kind movie experience. Leading edge 4K and surround screens. Nothing like it anywhere as far as I can find out. Those screens cost a little more but are well worth the investment. That was eight months ago...I visited again today and discovered the menu has expanded. I tried both the egg rolls and the fried cheese sticks and found both to be delicious. Very nice. Donald

We were so excited for this to be built in Liberty. Not disappointed at all. All theaters have recliners(awesome). The Grand screen is ridiculously huge! It's all new and everybody is helpful and friendly. I love that you can reserve seats. So excited to try the 4d screen. It sounds CD amazing.

Great theatre.. Has a play place almost Like McDonald's has. For kids to use prior to movie showing. Heated recliner style seats with cup holders. Absolutely amazing!! Everyone should check it out!!

Experienced Screen X for the first time here and my mind is officially blown. I'm spoiled now. Totally worth it. The heated reclining seats were a nice touch. Looking forward to visiting this theater again. Was amazed that such innovation was too be found in Liberty, MO. Who knew?! Highly recommend. It was awesome.

The New B&B Liberty 12 is a great, state of the art theater with awesome sound and projection systems. Wonderful concessions and a surprisingly good jazz bar with a reasonable bar menu. Recliner heated seats, reserved seating, ample parking. Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody today and the sound could not have been better at a live concert. Go!

Very modern and luxurious, especially for the area and surrounding theatre options. The Grand Screen is my favorite with the reclining leather chairs to be the cherry on top of the experience. The 4D experience is actually really fun as well! I typically get motion sickness very easily, but did not in the slightest with this experience! I will say I prefer action films to any other genre in the 4D.

Great theatre with a variety of screen options. And every screen has super comfy reclining seats with heaters. My kids love ScreenPlay. I like ScreenX with projection on the side walls. Staff is friendly, and concessions are yummy. I like the balsamic flat bread, and my husband always gets the fried pretzel.

I love this theater. I love being able to reserve seats ahead of time. They have a full menu for concessions. Heated leather recliners in every auditorium. Can't beat it.
