Newer theatre that's quite nice. I'm sure as soon as people catch on to the convenience of the location it will be much busier. I enjoyed the fact that the employees were eager to help & they were genuine. The employees at the Douglas location tend to look overwhelmed, overworked, & under motivated any time it's busy (which is most of the time). The new theatre location at Longview was clean, well staffed & provided all the amenities with none of the negatives. Also...cudos for clean, well maintained restroom facilities.

Beautiful theatre but no adults in charge and trash overflowing. My family went to go see Incredibles 2 tonight at this new theatre. Very nice on the outside and the theatres are top notch. Unfortunately it does not seem to have a manager or anyone in charge. When we entered our theatre the trash was overflowing. Trash had been stacked on top of more trash. I told an employee and he said he knew but when the movie was over there was even more trash. Once we were back I the lobby the trash cans out there were overflowing as well. I looked around for a manager but only saw kids working. No one checked our tickets we we came in either. We will stick with our usually theatre as this place is a train wreck.

December 2nd, 2018 / 1400 hrs. The lobby area by the drink fountain was absolutely disgusting. Popcorn and trash everywhere. Men’s bathroom did not have paper towels. Could’ve been understandable if busy; did not appear to be, nor understaffed. 1630 hrs - After movie, and although the theater area was clean and comfortable. The lobby was still a mess and still no paper towels in the men’s restroom.

I like that there is reserve seating, but I bought tickets online and was assigned row A. DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE TO SIT ON THE FIRST 2 ROWS, A or B! My wife and I had to leave and exchange tix for a different day. In the first few rows the movie would be completely unwatchable and probably give you vertigo. It's like watching your 60" television if it was sitting on you chest. It's honestly embarrassing that a company would ask for $30 for 2 people and give that seating as an option. Really cool theater with awsome reclining seats and a bar, just poorly designed and laid out.

We really enjoy this theatre. Haven't had a bad experience and can purchase tickets online or in person. Great bar area and live music is great when they have it. Grand Screen is giant and definitely a modern movie theatre experience.

It's just ok. Looks nice, but low on substance (go figure). Some of the theatres have really small screens, and the ticket machine (for printing tickets purchased online) weren't working. Drink/butter/salt station were messy like no one had picked up all day. But, it is a new theatre so nothing horribly filthy, just not kept that day. We'll probably go back.

I want to start by saying I love this theater. Really great high quality. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because during the most recent movie I saw the screen blacked out in about 2-3 intervals throughout the movie. At one it blacked out for a solid 30 seconds. They came in and rewinded the movie but it still happened after that. Never had this happen in another B&B theater or any other theater for that matter.

Parking is HORRIBLE and at night, dark and SCARY. There are so many dark blind spots around the building for thieves it is ridiculous. There were ladies walking in complaining of the lighting as well. I told the managers on duty and they said it was on the developer of the area. There was a policeman on duty but he just stood behind the ticket counter looking imposing...INSIDE the building. For such a nice facility it is a shame.

Organization is only good as weakest link. Went to see movie and was greeted at concession stand by giggling teenagers telling us they can only accept cash. Hahaha...there's an atm up the street. Get cash and come back! No thanks.

Very nice new theater, but customer service is lacking. Waited in a long concession line. When we got the the front the manager, who was on his cell phone, told us that register was broken. Rather than taken our order or moving to one of the three unmanned registers he had us go to the back of the next line. When we finally get to the front, again, the clerk tells us his register is not working and suggests we change lines. As I am already fuming, the manager tells me I could stay there if I paid cash. Even after that they screwed up our simple order of popcorn and three drinks. Finally on our way to the theater we are greater by an out-of-order soda machine. The ones that are working were out of a variety of sodas and flavors. I think this will be a nice theater once they figure out how to operate it.

The way going to the movies should be. Quality seats, fair price for tickets, and a good number of options for food. You can get your normal popcorn and Candy type snacks or go all in for a burger or pizza. And for you adults there's a full-service bar. Once you get used to the idea of having to order your tickets ahead of time it works out just great. Some patrons will be disappointed when they walk up and find out that a show is sold out or they can't find two seats together. There is no general admission seating.

I love this theater! Built to look like a 50's style theater but all the present amenities! Their seats recline all the way out! Great theater sound! I mean you feel your seat rumble with the action! Good food selection and a full bar! I recommend this theater for date night or family movies!

This theater is absolutely amazing. The interior of the lobby doesn't really seem like a theater. It almost looks and feels like a small Cafe. It has an open bar, several tables to sit at, and a fireplace. The bathrooms in this theater, are immaculate! It's not very often that you walk into a bathroom at a Theatre that is that pristine and clean. But these bathrooms are! The sinks are hand free, and it's got a step knob on the door so you don't have to open the door with your hands. I love that! The service here is very friendly. And the theaters the grand screen Theater is absolutely bomb! The aisles are wide enough for you to get up and walk freely about, and the seats recline. I am not a movie theater fan at all. I never have been. But I will be going back to this theater quite often. It's clean, comfortable, not too cold and just a great place to visit. I highly recommend you visit this theater!

Hope this theater makes it. A couple times we were the only people there to watch the movie. One time on our way out we had a question and couldn't find an employee anywhere. Waited at a table for over 5 minutes and never once saw an employee. We drove around the theater and there were two cars parked in the back so I guess they were there somewhere? Theater rooms are clean and comfortable and the sound systems are legit.

This location is in a very nice neighborhood and is very clean and kept up. My only complaint is it is super small and only had like 5 movies being offered. Which is okay if you want to see what they are playing but they left out a ton of options that other theatres within 10 miles offer. It's nice if you live there because it's close by and you can walk and still have a nice outing but it's still disappointing their lack of options. I can't comment on the staff since we didn't get any snacks and we used the ticket machines.

The Experience has been a "10" each time I have been there! Very nice neighborhood, a touch of Towne Center vibe in the area; like it. Modern day jazz lounge meets classy movie lounge chairs. Big leather easy chair at the touch of a button electrically finds the right comfort level for amazing visuals and sound. Menu for sandwiches, chicken fingers, a wide variety to drink and of course movie popcorn. I didnt think I would like reserving seats, but it takes the stress out of finding the seat you want. Good job BnB! I will be back!

We visted on March 19 for a 2 o'clock showing of Captain Marvel. The movie started 20 minutes late after a guest complained. The trashcans were full, the counters were covered in popcorn and soda, and the floor behind the registers was covered in food. The employees were more concerned with huddling together and talking instead of doing their jobs. It was a completely different experience from when we were there the previous Friday March 15th. The employees were on top of their jobs. The place was clean and the movie started on time. I guess there was a different better manager on duty Friday.

The theater is nice the seating is nice I am not a big technology person and I was having difficulties ordering tickets online with the assigned seating you have to purchase tickets in advance and when a hot movie is coming out and you want to reserve your seats and there is difficulty online and you are unable to get them it would be nice if there was a telephone number that an actual person could answer to help you but no there is no such telephone number so then you lose out on the tickets for the time that you wanted on the day that you wanted and now the family of four will not be going. I understand I can just go to the box office to purchase them but there is an online option and it should work

We've been here a bunch of times now and really like it. It has a small-theater feel in the lobby but actually has one of the biggest screens made, and super nice chairs. I love assigned seating. Showing up at show time (instead of early) is a luxury.

Great theater! Love being able to reserve seats using an app and the seats are nice leather and recline. Everything seems clean. Staff have been a little stale but since this theater is not that busy, I can see where a shift would get long. Parking is easy and it's in a fairly convenient area. I drive 20 minutes to come to this theater.

The theater is great in almost all ways except they don't have enough staff on the weekends. All their ticket machines were out of order (all 3) so we all had to stand in a long line at the concession counter to get our tickets AND order our popcorn etc from the same single individual behind the counter. Our line was all the way to the front door...no other help in sight. That's why I gave only 3 stars.

Parking could be better. Limited space. Theater looks nice enough. Prices are steep, but that is what you pay for a small time business like them. Cinetopia and AMC will beat them on price with better parking and experienced workers. If you are in Lees Summit and don't want to drive far, this company is average and will suffice, but if you want a higher quality and experience head to the big timers, cheaper, and, once again, better parking.

Went to see Avengers End Game on the second weekend. It was the first showing of the day at 11:30. Got there at 11:10 and people standing around outside. No one inside and doors locked. They didn't open the doors until 11:22. That gave us 8 minutes to get food, which wasn't prepared, drinks, and sit down. This is the highest grossing movie of all time and you won't even open your doors until 8 minutes before the show is supposed to start. The food wasn't ready, all you could get was drinks and had to wait for the cheese to heat up for the nachos, no pretzels or hot food was ready. Very poorly managed. Nice seats and layout, but not worth it. Never going back here. The one on Douglas which is just 5 minutes away is much better managed, has better showing times, and the tickets are cheaper too.

Terrible experience! I have emailed from their website four times with no response! I am from out of state, and bought tickets online. ( not knowing there was two locations in the area ) I went to the wrong location and missed the movie! When I called, there is no option to speak to a human. Obviously sending the emails don’t work, because I’ve send four with no reply! It’s been over a week! I simplely wanted to reschedule or get my money back! I think it’s ridiculous you can’t call and speak to an actual person! Also, terrible customer service in the aspect that I didn’t even get a confirmation email that they received my email! But rest a sure they took their money with no problem! Will attend regal from now on!!! Update for the “Owner” We’ve sent you our refund policy. Beautiful complex. First time I went, everything was perfect. 2nd time, not so much. Teenager selling tickets was argumentitive and misinformed. Went to a Tuesday morning movie the week before and had no difficulty getting the $5 special rate. This past Tuesday I was unable to get the rate. She said I wasn't a member. When I informed her about the previous week, she said they " didn't do it right". When I informed her that I was able to get the rate online while purchasing as a guest and not a member, she questioned that too. Finally she pointed at a stack of cards and put a pen in front of me and said you have to be a member! If she would have pleasantly offered the membership from the start, things would have gone much smoother. The finest facility is only as good as the people running the show.

Saw Spider Man tonight and was a good experience. The reclining chairs were comfortable, I love the rewards program (that gives occasional perks/freebies) and being able to grab a beer before(for) the movie. They have one Grand screen (their larger screen name) which is good enough. It's a larger screen but still a smaller number of chairs that recline. (vs IMAX and GXL are hybrid stadium style) and when not on Grand screen I'll see if they have the movie on Grand screen at the other LS location. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? burgers can take awhile and if you have to wait in line prior you have to arrive earlier than I prefer to make sure you don't miss any of your movie. Also some issues with automated ticket machines previously. Although you can also purchase tickets at the concessions or the bar.

Great place to go for a movie. Nice comfortable and clean theater in general. The customer service is great and they even let us bring water in the theater for us non soda drinkers who don't want to pay $8 for bottle water. The screens and viewing experience are amazing but its sister location off of Douglas has MX4D and it definitely tops this theatres experience. However the live music in the lobby and bar is a great place to hangout even if you aren't going to see a movie. Overall, good place for the family and for a date.

Great theater but staff needs to pay attention to heating and air. We were there a month ago and the AC was not adequate. This time the weather was colder and the theater was cold. It seemed like the heat had not been turned on.

I love all BB theaters, this one just happens to be the closest one available to us. Prices are cheaper than other theaters and they have those nice reclining leather chairs. We went a few weeks ago to see Aladdin, about 10 min into the movie they had to stop the movie and funnel people in due to a tornado in the area. I was really impressed with how quickly they handled the situation. After the warning was up they had everyone go home (which I'm thankful for because a lot of staff are kids and SHOULD NOT be risking safety in that type of weather) and offered patrons a refund or another showing at no cost. We got to see the movie 2 days later and it was great!

Sweet venue but terrible management. I’m sitting here 38 minutes after our showtime and finally they start the previews and start our movie. But guess what. they started the wrong movie. So now here we are almost an hour later still no movie. After talking to the group sitting next this happen to them before. Get it together B&B.

The cinema itself is great. They have a modern interior, a decent number of screens, a bar and pretty much anything else you'd want in a theater other than an arcade. The entrance is a little hard to get to from the highway, but not terrible with navigation.

Awesome! I guess for me, the comfort in the seating is best thing. No more disruptions If you or someone else has to get up and leave the theater. The options of adult beverages or a quick dinner before is a great idea, although I haven't tried it yet. Step up to the Grand Screen, the sound and visuals are just what you would expect (awesome). We take the grandkids twice a month, we always have a good experience.

We have come two times now to see big marvel movies and get here 30 minutes before our movie just so we can get our food on time! Tonight it literally took over 20 minutes to get a burger fries and pretzel. On top of that management was rude and short when we complained and only offered excuses. The drink area was covered in popcorn and soda spilt everywhere. We come to this one bc it’s usually nice but service has gone downhill fast!

Amazing outstanding place! Can't say enough good about it! Was very clean,staff beyond friendly & helpful. And seats very comfy. Only bad part at all was that it was freezing in the theatre. I will never go anywhere else!

Tried the grand theatre. Wasn't worth the extra $5 per ticket. Glad we tried it but will not go again to the grand theatre. Nice theatre over all. Enjoyed our time there.

Great little theater, excellent addition to the Longview area. There's a line lounge area out in front of the theater space that looks perfect for meeting friends or just relaxing and discussing a film. I'll be back in sure!

If you could just get a phone number that works and not cut off after 3 prompts that would be great! It’s hard to call and check for a lost and found item when the only number you have is a “Hotline” number that offers 3 simple prompts them hangs up. No option to talk to a real person is kinda disappointing. Cool theater for the money

The new age Art decoration design of this place is marvelous. It's a beautiful theater with great staff who make sure you have a great movie experience. I love B&B!! They really do keep the magic of the movies flowing here while also bringing Hollywood to your hometown. Such a great brand!!!

All I can say The Who helped us at the bar. I believe his name was Joshua hence said on name tag. He was very helpful and friendly and just had a smile on his face which made my first time coming here very enjoyable and wanting to come back here again!
