Absolutely amazing! They accommodated greatly when their servers went down and we could only use cash. Highly recommend this theater. And the screenplay room for kids was the best movie experience i've ever had. It was great having a place for kids and not worry about disrupting other people.

This place was amazing!!! A play place for the kids, amazing chairs and a grill/bar located in the building. Wish their website showcased all the stuff they have, I was caught off guard when I went and didn't know they had a kids box until the previews showed it. Well worth the money in my opinion, can't wait to try the 4D one, it looks amazing.

I moved about a year ago yet still find myself traveling two hours to go to this theatre. The atmosphere, and people have always been incredible. It is rarely occupied with too many other people. A few times I find myself alone while watching a movie. It is pretty amazing. Now they have these funnel cake fries that are mindblowingly good. This is, honestly, the only movie theatre I would recommend to others.

A theatre that has made a lot of improvements and efforts to improve over the last 5 to 7 years. It is now what you would hope for and expect in a theatre. This now is a fun place to see that movie you have been waiting for. No need to travel to Kansas or Independence anymore. If you live in LS you can have fun here.

It was a horrible experience. We went to see A Star is Born. It started 30 minutes late. Then the screen went black with roughly 10 or 15 minutes left of the movie. Then they started the audio back up without the picture. They totally ruined the end of the movie. They did give us free passes, but unless they can be used at another B&B theater, they won't be used. This is the second time I've been to this theater and the movie was late starting. I will never go back.

Price gouging experts!!! 2 sodas & popcorn for $20?!?!? Also, what is with purchasing online & getting hammered with additional fees!?!? We went to see a popular movie with a group & the only sets available together was the front row which isn't bad until you go there & touch the screen from your seat!!! Who in the world designed this place!?!? Ridiculous that we had to look nearly 90 degrees upward to see the movie characters who had HUGE lower bodies & tiny heads from this angle. It would not be a mistake to give zero stars for our experience that cost us $10-30 per person for a group of 10+.

It's only getting four stars because it is so DANG expensive! However! The seats are awesome! You can recline AND turn them into a loveseat! Plus they have those soda machines where you can mix your own flavors, as well as a popcorn station where you can add flavors such as white cheddar, nacho cheese, and jalapeno!

Seats are reserved, price is fair and not gouging like AMC. If you book tickets online there seems to be a booking fee of $1 per ticket. Nice local theatre - clean. Food and popcorn is pricey but expected.

There is a flaw in the screen in Theater 14 that needs to be addressed but the movie we saw Lion King was awesome but I recommend not to use Theater 14 unless they can get it fixed. Post okay and your rating first.

Gotta love the B&B Brand.... This is one of my favorite theaters ever! When you pull into the parking lot and walk to the front doors there is music playing in the parking lot. The asphalt and music reminds me of the Worlds of Fun atmosphere. You have three ways to ouch as tickets... you can reserve online, use a kiosk as soon as you enter the front doors, or you can visit an employee at the concession stand. You have several option to enjoy your movie too you have reclining chairs, mega screen viewing, 4D movies, and then you have a theater where there is a playground for the kids to play in 20 before the movie starts This is a well rounded establishment and I drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit. They have the typical popcorn, soda and candy...but they also have dinner menu items such as burgers, fries and beer. For they he not part the atmosphere is great and feels safe, there are plenty of options to view a movie in comfort and it's usually kept clean. I do have one request..... please add the "Zero" line coke products for diabetic customers . Love this place... see ya soon

Nobody answers the phone. The 4D didnt work so we swapped to a row that also didnt work after talking to employees mid movie. They just said weird, but thanks. One family had a great time while everyone else just paid extra to sit in uncomfortable seats. I go to the front again and the employees just thank me for telling them the seats dont work. Cool now you know. Thanks for a grand experience. Worst time at a movie ever. Will not be going back. Edit: I got charged twice and called the theater so many times with no answers. Then I tried 2 other theaters with no luck. I am going to have to drive over an hour just to talk to somebody! Ridiculous.

Usually pretty good, but I feel like it's starting a down hill trend. The 3D movies here for whatever reason doesn't seem to ever be in line or something because it gives me a headache at times. And I love 3d movies. I have a 3D TV and 3D at other places regularly or when there's a movie worth seeing in 3d.

When you purchase tickets online there should not be a fee. We are doing the work bypassing the ticket counter. I also don’t remember paying tax on thickets. When tickets were $10, I paid $10. What happened? Payed 10 on tax and fees for 4 tickets. Last time.

Very kool place to see the latest movies. They have upgraded seating and a very beneficial membership program. This theater has been around for some time now but continues to reinvent/improve itself with time. Based in Lee's Summit close to the highway for easy access, has decent restaurants near by with opportunity for more.

Not to mention they are installing new immersion seats that shake and vibrate during your movie! Easy to get tickets and save seating nice and cool in the inside. Recliners were great..Snack bar had expanded menu of hot dog,pizzas,burgers,chicken choices . We had the chicken and artichoke flatbread pizza. Was hot and fresh. Liked the heavier weight popcorn bags on large. The extra seasoning options to personalize your popcorn like cheese,garlic,Cinnamon ect... You get to have free refills since the drinks are self serve. Great experience.

In the past this theater has been nice; however, on this trip, 2/3 of the ticket kiosks were broken, the bathrooms were filthy, the sound was too soft, and a speaker was blown and crackling during the movie. When the issues were pointed out to the staff they were uncaring and rude. Won't be visiting again.

Our favorite theater! (We have a closer B&B that we use when they have what we want to see, but it is smaller so it offers less options.) This theater, however, has 16 screens, so we can usually find what we want. Every theater has reclining seats with plenty of walking room. Self-serve drinks with free refills, free refills on large popcorn, and complementary water, including sparkling water. We have sat in the 4D theater once-it was cool, but if you are watching a long movie with lots of action, it gets a little annoying. And we have watched one movie on the grand screen, that is really cool. I highly recommend this theater!

The theater and staff are ok, seats are nice. This time we watched a movie in the Grand Screen and you could just tell it was calibrated correctly or something. The color seemed off, it was dim and the image was out of focus. Not worth the extra money until they fix that.

I took my grandson to see Toy Story 4. The movie was great. This theater has recliner seats that were very comfortable. It was very clean and the recliners looked brand new. The location is great for me. The tickets for a matinee were only $6 each and I purchased them online ahead of time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price of concessions. $4.85 for a bottle of water. We got a large popcorn, a bottled water, a small drink, and 1 box of candy. The total was almost $30. That's outrageous pricing. In the future I will just wait for the movie to come out on blu-ray. I can buy the movie at least twice for what I spent on snacks today.

Very good movie going experience! After several very good experiences at this thester,I decided to splurge and paid the extra today for the mx4d. Big mistake!! Half way thru I had to move to a seat that wasn't moving. It was either that or leave completely. Movement was very rough and uncomfortable. Made it difficult to even watch the movie. Felt like I had paid extra to get beat up during the movie. 2 hours later and my eyes,nose,and throat are still irritated from what ever it was spraying at me. It left a foul taste in my mouth. Plus the movie wasn't even in 3d either. Do really like the theater as a whole but wont make the mistake of trying the mx4d ever again.

I don't know how to rate this theater because my sister accidentally bought tickets to a show in a theater with a literal playground. It was awful. I don't have kids and didn't want to listen to their screeching my entire two-hour experience. Moral: pay attention to what tickets you're buying. Maybe it's amazing in the eyes of a parent?

Seats were comfortable. The movie we viewed was very entertaining and thought provoking. Theater room was not clean. Popcorn, cups and debris on the floor. Viewing areas should be cleaned and checked after each viewing. A clean area makes the experience enjoyable. Patrons that frequent the location should take care of the facility as well by utilizing the trash cans.

Everything from the tickets to the popcorn is pretty pricey but this place is an institution if you want to see a film properly. Every row of seats are clean and welcoming. The seats recline to insure optimal comfort. I know the employees are strongly encouraged to quote "enjoy the magic of the movies" but that's exactly what I have done from seeing Solo and Shazam and today seeing Avengers End Game. I'm glad the old owners of that theatre are gone. Customer service is 100%. Keep it up.

Today was my first time seeing a movie at the B&B in Lee's Summit. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly. The theater has the comfy, reclining chairs, which is awesome. The theater also boasts the Grand Screen, which is 270 degrees. Finally, they have the MX4HD screen, where the seats move and you actively experience the movie. I cannot wait to try these last two screens. We were going to try the Grand Screen with The Nun last year, but I decided that I didn't need demons jumping out from beside me; maybe for IT 2 in Sept.

I gotta say, the sit are very comfortable, the food is decent, staff is nice, but they do lack cleanliness and for the prices they charge I expect more. Went to see Capital Marvel (GREAT), the floor was full of popcorn everywhere, my sit had candy peaces and melted staining my jeans, the trash can had not been emptied from the previous showing and the bathroom smelled pretty bad. I have beed to this theater before and this always seams to be the same every time. They can definitely due better. The place has potential to be worth every penny they charge, but for now after my experiences they will be getting 1 star until they do better.

We sat in row D of the Lees Summit location. (4D Theater) The seats were very squeaky throughout the movie which does put a damper on the experience. Almost like they need to be oiled. Also, I wore a dress. The leather (imitation-?) seat was cracked, split, and worn. It actually irritated the backs of my legs. Thankfully I'd brought a blanket and used it to cover the seats. Good customer service but the theater needs to invest back into our experience for $20 per ticket.

Bad birthday party experience. I planned a Lego 2 party w all the matching goodies, booked a party room & seats for 11 to watch the Lego 2 movie....they got everything wrong, took forever to get the tickets, put us in the wrong movie (we never got to watch Lego 2) & forgot the popcorn/drink package I purchased extra. Horrible party experience!

This is now my go-to theater (previously it was AMC 20 in Independence). Love the recliners and reserved seating, as well as the variety of food options and popcorn powders they offer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And they serve alcohol. I'd give them six stars, if I could.

I went to watch Aladdin in 4D. The special effects - chair movements, kicks in the backside, scents and water mist - made me feel like I was in the movie. I felt like I was riding on the magic carpet! If you suffer from motion sickness, bring meds or rethink the 4D experience.

I honestly can never get ahold of anyone when I have tried to call, I’m also in the military and I paid for two tickets to Shazam online. I ended up missing the showtime and I ended up purchasing another set of tickets with out the knowledge of being able to still claim them. Now having seen Shazam already this theatre won’t let me exchange the tickets for avengers so now they have my money and practically wont let me refund it or exchange it. ROBBERY!!!!!!

Been coming here for years! Love the renovations, new soda machines, and large screens. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Theaters and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Tickets are often cheaper than competitors, too!

This is becoming a very popular theater. A friend of mine insists on going here most of the time when seeing movies. The last movie I went to at this theater was a "4D" movie. Though that experience was a bit odd, the theater is great.

Terrible customer service!! No sound and movie was over 30 minutes late with garbled sound!! Theatre full of unhappy children and a lot of ignorant employees! Terribly rude people there even the "manager" couldn't handle her job!! Just aweful and full of excuses!

we went to see angel has fallen in the MX4D .. movie was ok but didn't really like the moving seats. theater was freezing!

We started at the Longview B&B Theater and it was only front row seating for Secret Life of Pets 2 @2:30 so we went to the Douglas one for the show @3:40. We bought our tix for second last row, D, and there were 4 of us. We had them 1.5 hours before showtime and when we got there, people were in our seats that refused to move because they were said they were sold seats for this showing. We had popcorn and pop and candies and a 3 year old and a 7 year old. There were no more seats and we want to the manager, he offered a refund on the tickets and popcorn and pop. Never offered to move the people who had the wrong tickets and even took our popcorn and pop away after refund while kids were eating it. We had a right to those seats since 1.5 hours before the show and had to go home. Place looks nice but staff and management made our whole afternoon a waste and did nothing to improve our experience. He tried to sell us tickets for tomorrow afternoon, which is Monday.

I’ve been a fan of this movie theatre for years, and when you guys actually fix the audio and playing issues in your cinemas, I’ll change my review. But come on. You’ve had issues to years with audio not playing on pre-movie commercials, 2+ minutes dead time between commercials and movie, Windows 98 loading screens for 2+ minutes, and numerous other issues. It’s embarrassing to take friends and family to this theatre near my house when these issues happen EVERY. TIME. Please fix this year’s long issue. It’s ridiculous.

Do not accidentally leave any candy or toddler snacks in your purse or diaper bag. The employees feel entitled to stand behind you and look through your bag while you are in the concession line and take anything they see out to confiscate it. If you want to search bags do so properly or you will end up getting one of your employess injured encouraging them to reach into peoples bags. AMC will get our weekly family movie night business from now on.
