This theatre is one of the best I have been to in a long time. The seats were very comfortsble, and there was enough room in the isle for passerbys. There were seven flavors you van addto the popcorn for free. There is unlimited free refills, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The qu as lity matched that of places charging far more.

I just saw The Avengers: Endgame here last night with my boyfriend. I was really surprised that we were the only two people in the whole theatre. The place was super clean and they had the comfiest seats I've ever sat in at a movie theatre! They even reclined!! I thought it was really cool that they sold beer and wine. I've only been to one or two other theatres that do that. The prices for popcorn and soda were a bit ridiculous, but I don't know of any movie theatre that has reasonably priced snacks.

This used to be my wife's and I favorite theater, very seldom sold out, and close to home, earlier this year we started visiting the Clinton location, and that has become our favorite now. We still frequent the Harrisonville location, we average minimum one movie a month, depending on a sitter for our three kids. I have to say, this was the filthiest I've ever seen a theater we were seated in the back row, as usual, and before the previews I noticed the row of seats in front of us had popcorn and trash under the seats, all across the row.

the chairs are nice. The watching experience is great, good clear picture sound is perfect. But when you walk in and 5 people are standing around talking, who by the way work there, and I use that term loosely. They stood in the way it was hard to get our drinks.they never once stopped talking. People were waiting in line for tickets and refreshments and only one person was at the cash register. I think they need some adults to watch over them.

Seats were fantastic! Film quality was good. Young woman opening up at 3:15 was on the verge of unfriendly, she did answer questions but there was no, "Hi can I help you" or "enjoy the movie".

I love this theater! They have great and comfortable electric reclining seats. At times they get a little busy and you have to wait a while to be served but honestly that's mostly due to the fact that I've had several experienced where people cut in front of me in line. The staff is friendly and the butter is to die for! They also sell awesome huge cardboard cut out characters from movies! They only cost around $25-$40!

oh so you will play movies like avengers during the day before 4pm but 99% of the time you wont and then we drive to belton or lees summit!! not right to us people who are off during the day!! this is why people are staying home to watch movies now days!! also i see young kids sneak in alot when your busy at register and 2 people are working. needa to be a better entry access.

Pretty pricey, but that is a fairly expected experience at the movies. What wasn't expected was the church next door playing music loud enough to be heard in the the theatre. Nothing like hearing music from something else during your movie. Hope the theatre owners talk to the neighbors.

The advertised price online for the tickets was cheaper than I was actually charged at the theater. I thought this was the case when I was rung up and questioned it and she said no they're actually cheaper than what they are online. It was only a dollar or so difference per ticket but it is still dishonest or incompetent. The whole idea of charging more for ordering tickets in advance online is ridiculous anyway. I know most theaters do this now but isn't it better for them if they know in advance how many people they will have in the theater? Why should it cost more to give them a heads up that you're coming and commit to your ticket early? If anything you should get an online discount. Also when I arrived I asked specifically if we were on time for the movie and if it had started yet because I knew that we were running a bit late. The person at the desk said yes you're fine but it turned out that the movie had started 7 minutes earlier so we missed the opening scene. While watching the movie it was hard to understand what people are saying, the sound track sounded muffled at times.

Always clean with comfortable seats. Only problem is trying to get hand towels in the rest room. The towels are up in the machine and you cannot get them with both hands because there is nothing hanging out to get hold of.

We LOVE B&B! All seats are power recliners, (with no upcharge,) super comfortable. The only downer at the Harrisonville theater is that it is hard to see the seat numbers if the lights are down. Concession prices are comparable with any other theater, if not a little cheaper, and free refills on large popcorn and any size fountain drink. Plus they have a loyalty rewards program with occasional special deals.

I will never go back to the B&B Cineplex in Harrisonville Mo as long as the employees that work there on the evening of August 2nd 2019 are still employed there. They are the rudest most disorganized employees I've ever encountered at a theater.

I love this theater! Great seats, prices are very comparable to other theaters, if not cheaper. This theater has a nice, small town vibe. I was there last night, August 2nd. I am truly impressed with how the employees handle rude and belligerent customers. This crazy woman started yelling at the 2 teenagers who were working last night. Now I don’t know how much they make, but I’m sure those kids don’t get paid enough to deal with that. I didn’t catch the whole conversation but it sounded like the woman needed some serious help. I will definitely be coming back again soon!!

Usually great experience here but today had a seat that didn't recline it have a working foot rest. Told the front desk and they said "Oh Yea, C7 doesn't work." No offer of a refund or adjustment in any way and, with a full house, couldn't move my group to a different seating arrangement. With this kind of customer service B&B won't get repeat business.

I’m only giving the theatre 4/5 stars and not 3/5 because they fixed the screen since the 3D movie we were watching was blurry and double-imaged even with the glasses. Otherwise, the rooms are not sound-proofed at all. You can hear every movie around you in your theater and in the hallway. We enjoyed our movie immensely despite everything, but we will not be going back. And unlike what others said, our tickets were cheap compared to other opening weekend evening prices at other theatres.

Love the new seating, however, they still have a lot of other issues to work out. The combination ticket sale / concession bar is convoluted and does not flow well. The area where you fill your drinks is most often dirty and messy. Hope they are able to turn it around and make everything flow better. Other than that, we love having a local theater with those super awesome seats!

Bought tickets to see a movie. And had a death in the family, so we weren't going to make it. Turns out, in order to get a refund you have to GO TO the box office. If I'm not going to make it to the movie, I'm not going to make it to the box office either. Their refund policy is a scam.

I absolutely love this theater. If I have a choice I always choose to come here. The seats are fantastic! So glad they are going in the other B&B Theaters! The small popcorn combo though is tiny. The popcorn bag is about a 1/3 of the size of a lunch bag. Could be just a little bigger for $10.

My husband and I went to the Harrisonville B & B Theatres to see Rocketman. It was great as there was only 4 of us watching the movie. We enjoyed the seats, had a big popcorn and two drinks. Everyone was nice, very helpful and made our experience great. I walk with a cane sometimes when my left knee acts up and the seats really helped my knee to stay relaxed and not hurting.

Bought tickets to a 12:30 Saturday movie showing on Wednesday before hand online. Got there at 12:20 Saturday and still waited in line for 20+ mins to show them our tickets. It's a joke

We could have walked in without tickets. The place was so unorganized. We bought tickets online, and when we arrived there was no notification where the box office/will call was. The concession counter had 4 employees but it was not moving. Customers were getting angry, and leaving the line. The kids running it were to busy talking. No one checked our tickets, so we just walked in to the movie theater. The lights never came on to assist us in finding a seat (before/after the movie). The entire place was filthy. There was popcorn all over the floor, and dirty towels everywhere in the restroom. You could even hear the other movie from our theater. Management should really look into this place.
