We got to see the newest Mission Impossible movie (which was excellent!) and thoroughly enjoyed the movie watching experience. This is a pretty simple theater but it has all the necessities (though the concessions are a bit pricey). The place didn't feel too crowded, the movie audience was respectful, and the staff was friendly.

Best cinema in the KC Metro. My favorite spot for a movie. Family friendly atmosphere, very reasonable pricing for concessions. One of the few theatres that you don't have to sneak candy in because of outrages prices. Very clean and modern complex where you can feel safe walking to the car after a late night movie.

Movie was good but in the middle of the movie I went out to get a refill on my drink and no one was behind the counter I had to wait around 4-5 minutes before an employee saw me and gave me a refill and 4-5 might not sound long but I missed some of the plot in the movie

I love this cinema! Clean environment, nice leather seating, superb stereo sound. My only problem is the incredibly long lines to get movie tickets. I believe the reason for this is because they run the same line for snacks as they do movie tickets. I’ll deal with it not to have to travel to Independence to sit in AMC20.

I enjoy this theater. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've seen about 8 movies there and it has never been crowded in the ticket/concession line. The prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are conveniently located. I enjoy their Retro Movie nights.

Small town theater feel, with upscale experience during the show. Leather seats are a plus. They have all the blockbusters and even a giant 3D Max screen. This is always my first choice for movie going. Great rewards program and they have; retro nights, kids summer series, and sensory friendly shows. The popcorn is great too!!! Everything is reasonably priced (for a movie theater that is).

Using MoviePass, I've seen 4-5 movies here in the last few months. The box office arrangement is interesting - you actually buy your ticket at the registers where you order concessions. Only problem is when you're in a hurry and there are two manned registers both clogged up with a large family. An e-ticketing kiosk or self service ticket scanner would be great to expedite the entry process. The food is very expensive, the drinks are small and the popcorn doesn't taste as good as AMC. AMC has a regular popcorn + regular drink for $10 in their app and B&B wants like $13 and the drink is much smaller. The seats are nice and the theater overall is clean (although I found the theatre trash cans to be nearly overflowing when watching the first movie of the day - they must not empty them the night before...).

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, Every Theater in the place went dark but the sound keeps playing. I went to go complain along with many others. I missed 10 minutes of the beginning of the movie. They got it started again & I presumed they would just restart the movie. Instead they didn't restart it the movie & they did nothing! No ticket for another day! & No Refund.

I love everything about this place except for the fact that snacks and tickets are purchased in the same line. I would come here exclusively if this were not the case. It's very clean, most of the theaters are quite small but the seats are very comfortable.

This theatre is easy to get into for even big-name movies. Concession prices aren't too bad and the seats are comfortable. Around the holidays, B&B is way more laid-back than trying to get into AMC 20.

The Main screen does not assist with Hearing impaired or Deaf and while this is minor to some, it violates the disabilities act. We thought our experience would be better than received. Positive: chairs, not crowded, good movie, comfortable temperature. Negative: preparing for audiences, repeatative commercials, eerie silence for 1 minute between previews. Absolute failure: not accommodating people with disabilities, you're lucky this doesnt have a 0 stars.

The staff was great, no problem with the movie. Problem was for 1 adult, 2 kids, 1 sm drink and 1 small popcorn it was $40. Not to mention, the theatre had seats that were "out of order" because they were literally broken. I don't mind spending that kind of money if things weren't trashed.

I am thrilled to have a theater 5 minutes from my house! When it first opened, it was clean and tidy. My last visit I noticed the front doors hadn't been cleaned nor the entry way. I would hate to see this theater go downhill. Maybe someone needs to discuss this with the management. Just thought someone at corporate might like to know.

It's a great theatre. The staff works hard and does their best to accommodate the guests. I overheard lots of people complaining to staff about things that were entirely out of their control. I think people need to realize that they are required to show previews and that the pricing is out of their control. I throughly enjoy the magic of the movies here.

It's a great theatre. I went to see the new godzilla. The movie was great. The surround sound was very loud. Seating was great, since it wasn't packed. Also for my location, it's rather close. Almost a perfect experiance for any movie enthusiast. I'd recommend it.

Small time operation. We arrived 25 minutes early for a 1 pm movie that had been out for over 2 weeks there were 7 groups of people in line to by tickets, you by your tickets and concessions at the concessions counter, I guess they figure they don't have to have an extra person selling tickets. Nice and cheap for them but it definitely impacts the guests. We stood in line to buy our tickets for nearly 15 minutes, they only had 2 people behind the counter. Finally when we got up to the register we ordered a bag of popcorn, 3 touches and 2 drinks and the cash registers all crashed simultaneously, nice. The 16 or 17 year olds scrambled to try to fix it, at this point I'm worried I'm going to have a hard time finding a seat for me and my boys. One kid got his register working and was able to check out 3 other groups of people while I'm still waiting for my guy. Finally he gets it working and we get into the theater, the only seats left are in the very front, we get set down just as the previews get started. This is a nice theatre if you don't mind coming and waiting in line. It's a classic case of a small company, trying to compete with powerhouses like AMC and the like but too small to have custom software to run three operation. If there are no cars in the parking lot, this might be a fine place to watch a movie, but be warned speed and efficiency is not something they will ever be accessed of.

Would have given a 5 but we missed the first 20 minutes of our movie due to having to wait 50 minutes to purchase a ticket because you have to wait in the same line for snacks. Should definitely have two separate lines. Not all people want snacks.
