I am so done with this theater. It used to be great but has gone down hill BIG time. For the people complaining about the glass panels blocking their view, if you sit in the row right behind the handicap row, it isn't an issue but you typically have to get tickets super early because they tend to go fast. The reason I can't stand coming here any more is that people can't seem to stay off of their phones and it is a completely ridiculous distraction and ruins the movie. I finally got fed up yesterday with someone on their phone the WHOLE movie and went to ask the staff for help. Do they care?! Absolutely not. Why go to a movie and play on your phone the whole time? It really boggles my mind. Thanks for ruining my movie experience AMC and for not caring about the sanctity of the movie seeing process. You suck.

Perhapse the best movie theater experience I have ever had in a long time. This particular theater sports it's own parking garage. The family and I will often park and head over to one of the resturants hours before the show for lunch, then return for the show. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everyone feels like a regular, rather than just catering to those who sign up for their loyalty program. The selection of food is excellent, and prices are decent for a movie theater. There is a bar inside capable of making any drink you can imagine, while the concession stand has far more than just popcorn and candy to offer. The bottem line, is that this is a perfect example of what a movie theater should be.

Clean facilities, fast and friendly service. The young woman at the ticket counter helped patrons with the self service kiosk and made things so much faster and more efficient. I wish they would remove the glass partitions in the theater, I know it's probably for safety but it really is distracting when watching the movie--it bisects the screen.

Parking and overall theater are nice, however a saftey rail with a glass top is placed between each row of seats. The glass portion is in direct line of sight to the lower 1/3 of the screen. It is incredibly intrusive and took away from the over all movie experience. The distortion of the glass, while minor on 2D, had a larger impact on 3D and made it very difficult to physically focus. We will be seeking other options in the future.

Usually don't go to the movies, but really wanted to see a new release. The overpriced popcorn that we got was super old (and it was a busy night), also the condiments area was a mess and pretty empty of any useful items. The worst part was the theater itself. Every couple minutes or so my pregnant wife and i had to keep smelling the people behind us smoking weed and smelling like the shampoo isle at CVS. I honestly couldn't care less if people smoke, but do it outside so I'm not trapped with it for an entire 2 hours. I'll just stay home and wait for movies to come out.

I simply love everything about this venue! With a parking garage, on line tickets, new seats similar to recliners, clean bathrooms and plenty of room to accommodate crowds. This is my favorite movie theater. We like to come for $5 Tuesday. Yes, it's a thing you should enroll in. See you at the movies.

While standing in line(before the start of the show, two people in front of me) one person handling the concession stand. People walked in from the theater hallway and stood in the members line next to me. I understand the perks, but there should be a second person to handle that. Waiting for them to be served cost me the beginning of the show. Because I'm not a member don't mean my money isn't spent just like theirs. And when I asked the manager about it, she thought it was funny. The joke's on you when I take the matter to corporate. When help is needed you should give it !!!

Went to see the lion king... the theater smelled SO BAD. Like, a thrift store with garbage cans that hadn’t been removed in a while... Is there something going on with the carpets?? What are y’all using to clean the seats?! Whatever it is, please reconsider.

Had a bad experience in both infinity war and end game. I ordered food and drinks and never received them. The same thing happened at end game but even when I asked, by the time I got my meal it was at the climax of the film. I would recommend going somewhere else. *Though if you want to drink while you watch, I'm pretty sure they serve alcohol, so enjoy*

I recently started visiting AMC instead of the other theater I frequented, and I must say, I'm not entirely impressed. The facility itself is spacious and appealing, and the quality of the movies themselves are good. However, the staff are a little lacking in customer service and a some are a tad rude, if you ask me. I watched them turn away a group of people that had purchased tickets for an R rated horror movie on a Friday night. They carded them, despite them looking quite a bit older than 17, and when one didn't have their ID, refused them entry. It wasn't the fact that they were denied, but the way in which it was handled that rubbed me the wrong way. Not all the staff were unprofessional, just a select few that seemed unnecessarily confrontational. The menu was difficult to read and didn't make much sense. I realize this is a franchise and isn't this locations fault, but this was another thing that turned me away. I wanted to get my snacks and get to my movie as quickly as possible, which I felt I wasn't really able to do very well. All in all, if minor things like these don't matter to you, it's a perfectly acceptable theater to visit. I still believe I'll be taking my business to the previous theater corporation I have frequented before AMC though. To each their own.

This is a newer theater in a nice area. Everything is nice and clean, lots of good concession options, good screens, recliners... Basically what you would expect for a newer theater. It's only drawback really, is that it only has 8 screens. This can make it hard to find the movies or showtimes you want sometimes. But other then that its a great experience and probably the nicest theater in the area. Parking garage next to it is free, as well as other lots and there is valet parking. Lots if bars and restaurants at Streets of Saint Charles too, so there is lots to do before and after the show.

This is my favorite movie theater. Nice open area for ticket booths and concession stands and also a bar for a drink. The seats are comfortable and they recline. I love the aspect of picking your own seat because it let's you see ahead of time if you aren't a fan of crowded movie theaters or want to make sure you get a good seat, they let you see before you buy. This is a great feature they offer than other local theaters.

I could easily get used to a movie theatre experience like this. Great location. Super nice staff and servers. Comfortable seating. And the sounds was so good (nice and loud)! Love coming in the mornings only cause it's cheaper movie wise but this place is very nice to catch a good movie and have food delivered right to your seat. They have a different assortment of foods that you can order online the same time you get your tickets. So basically all you have to do is show up and take your seat and enjoy your show and wait for them to deliver your food to you. Just be ready to cancel your dinner plans if you eat here because it is a little expensive if you plan to ordering some food.

Popcorn was hot and fresh. The drink machines are the Coke kind with multiple additional flavors. The seats recline with footrest and armrests that can be moved out of the way. Great place to watch horror movies!

The theatre is nice and the concessions and bar are not lacking in any way. The only issue that I had with this location is that my boyfriend and I went to see a 3D movie. When you are sitting in the chairs reclined a little there is a glass/plexiglass divider between you and the next row. If you are watching a 3D movie and you try to watch the part of the screen the glass covers, it is un-3D'ed. The glass causes the bottom part of the movie to be blurry. Maybe the glass/plexiglass counters the 3D glasses? I don't really know. I just know that I found it a touch distracting. I would return to see regular movies with out a doubt.

The line getting the tickets is mighty slow even though I had free passes I supposedly could scan on the screen, but was told to wait behind the slowest customer ever. I didn't even want to know their problem so I didn't listen. Took awhile to get us checked in but not as long... maybe he was newbie. It happens he seemed to be not comprehending the seats we picked etc. So might've been new and panicking maybe not but being alone and there was a line forming is scary for a cashier. Ticket ripping a breeze. Then trying to get food what a disaster when I'm standing in the a list and there are several people behind the counter and no one waiting on anyone. Just me and my family and a lady in the regular line. They finally decide to wait on someone and choose her. It was racial. We walked away. I came back later cause the movie was about to start and was hoping for my boys to not have her wait on them and say anything to them. The place is very nice. Seats are awesome. It's a great way to sit with both my kids. The soda and butter area as well as floor was super dirty and wet.

Not sure if they were short staffed or what but it was filthy. Saw the movie "Good Boys" in theater #3 at 5:15pm and it wasn't clean. Trash overflow, dirty floor, and the seats weren't clean. Men's restroom was nasty. I haven't been to AMC Streets in a while and now I remember why. The movie was funny though..

Bathrooms were in extremely poor conditions. Condiment area looked as if no one had tended to it all day. Burnt popcorn smell was absolutely overwhelming. Trash cans inside the theater were overflowing.

Could've been 5 just for the experience but the slowness of the customer service was the deal breaker. Customer Service seems to have went down like the Dow rates in most businesses. This location was no exception. Dirty soda machines and counter tops while some employees appeared to be on break. Very slow food preparation. My movie started at 3:50. I got in at 4:15 due to the mild sense of urgency the young lady had preparing our food. Attitude about your job is a direct reflection of the management!

My husband and I always go to this location! And so do all of our friends! It has plenty of covered parking which is awesome! (Parking is in a garage). The staff are always professional and courteous! We love ordering the Nachos there! The seating is SUPER comfortable! (RECLINING CHAIRS) It's a great theatre experience!

There's a safety rail of glass that will block the bottom third of the screen for every seat. It's incredibly distracting to have a tint over 1/3 of the movie you're watching. Staff also lied about accepting coupons. Wack.

Such a nice theater. Honestly the only annoying part about the theater is finding out the directions to the theater from the parking garage. Don't see a movie from the top row! You will have an annoying piece of glass obstructing your view the whole time!

Great theater, the thing that bugs me is the plastic dividers in front of you in the shows that obstructs your view. They are transparent, but you are watching the show with a line through it. Everything else is great. Don't know why they can't make the chairs a little higher to avoid this.

Theater is fairly new and already run down. They can't be cleaning the theaters in between shows because its always dirty. The seats are coming apart, some don't recline anymore. Considering how busted the seats are and how dirty it is not worth the $13 dollars a person they charge for a movie... wouldn't pay $5.

The theater as a whole is very nice, they offer a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages, and you are able to add your own butter to the popcorn. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. The only issue we encountered were actually the seating. We sat in the very back row, which is obviously the highest level, and there is protective glass above the partition directly in front of the seats (I'm assuming its added protection to prevent people and children from falling over the edge) , however it interferes with your view of the screen. In addition if you recline your chair, the view is even worse. In order to enjoy the movie fully without interference, I had to sit on my feet to boost me up high enough to see the full screen without interference, which interfered greatly with my experience. As you can see the picture I added, the glass is clearly interfering with the view, unfortunately.

Underwhelming experience. Every time I have been there, the audio is extremely quiet.. it's as if they have no concept of what "reference volume" means a theater, and that's embarrassing. The most recent time I was there, I complained to a manager about the quiet volume, and was promised they would turn it up, but they didn't. Ever since that experience, I have committed to never coming back. I will take my business to Marcus Wehrenberg even though it's a father drive because their audio is always better.

I love this little theater with one exception. This place is brand new, so why does the Ladies restroom smell like Panther pee?!!! Made a comment to a day Manager, but I doubt any action was taken to correct the issue since they were communicating with their boss via walkie talkies. I thought I was already talking to "the Boss".

My "go-to" theater in the St. Louis area. The Goldilocks-size facility is just right. Seldom overly crowded, decent seats, early weekend showings are a great value.

Large selection of foods and drinks. Very clean. Extremely patient, friendly and helpful employee's. The seats are comfortable recliners and special section without any steps and open spaces to allow handicapped/ wheelchair bound guests and their companions easy seating. The lack of 5th star is only because could use a larger handicap seating area and handicap parking on side of garage where movie goers walk to entrance of the Theater. The only handicap area is on restaurant and shopping elevator side and only 5 there, 3 which are Tesla charging stations also.

I've been here quite a few times due to the fact it's the closest theater to me. It's a pretty good establishment and the employees are nice. My only complaint is that it's not very clean. I can sometimes find trash crammed in the seats and cup holders. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest but if you can ignore this it's a pretty good theater.

Nice place, but who thought it was a good idea to put glass panes in each row? There is no way that it doesn't obstruct your view. Like I said, it's a nice theatre otherwise, but I will not go back unless they remove the glass. I heard people on both sides of me complaining, so I don't think I'm unreasonable.

Why three stars and not five? Well the place is new enough to be clean and up to date; so the screens and sound quality are very good- but the popcorn was stale and expensive, and the previews and commercials before the film lasted almost an hour. The showtime on the ticket was the beginning of a 45 minute ad block I really could have done without before a 2.5 hour film which effectively started late. The ads and trailers shown were almost completely irrelevant to the film I was seeing, too- so I felt like the demographics were way off. Still, of you sneak in your own snacks and show up late enough to miss the deluge of ads before the picture, it is a nice enough theater.

The facility itself is nice and clean. I like the ability to order food or snacks and have them brought to your seat. The design of the seating is an absolute engineering fail. That said, I don't think I will ever be back to this theater again. The transparent walls that seperate the rows are directly in view of the movie screen and make it very distracting to watch a movie. Also, if you are watching a movie in 3D, the tranparent wall will cause the 3D image to distort causing the bottom half of the movie to be blurry and unwatchable. My daughter had to stand through the entire movie so she could see over the transparent wall.

I love this movie theater. The tickets on Tuesdays are like five bucks, which is a great offer. We went to check out Toy Story 4 today with my bf and his mom. The seats were very comfortable, the room is not too big but the space between the chairs is good. We had fun.

Nice theater, they staff is nice but needs more training on their POS system and the bathrooms definitely need to be cleaned more often. The actual theater is nice with good screens and comfortable power recliner chairs.

Very nice theater, clean and pretty new. Great parking in a nice area. Ticket prices are a little bit higher than other theaters but you can go on Tuesday's all day and pay $5 a ticket. It also has a bar that opens later in the day that has a good frozen margarita.

The seating is great. Get to recline back to the point where your almost laying down. Did not know you can have pop corn, soda and food delivered to your seat!

This place is wonderful. The chairs are comfy and they recline so you can enjoy your moviegoing experience any way you want. The food is way to expensive. Don't even think about candy because it's all 4 dollars and 25 cents. It's not even big boxes it's just regular sized boxes. The popcorn is however a good value

Just a nice place. However our food which we ordered on line ahead of time never came to our seats as promised. We went to see what was going on and our food was just sitting there. Needless to say it wasn't hot. Won't order ahead again.

This will be my main theater for now on. Great seats and great staff when u enter. I am a stubs member so I don't do much interaction with buying tickets. I get mine on the app. So I just show code and they scan it and I go right in. The scan guy is always nice and presentable I truly love his personality. Oh and the 5 dollar popcorn and soda on Tuesdays and 5 dollar movie is always a plus. Great movie experience there.

Sat down for the movie and there was a glass barrier covering part of the movie screen. Even sitting straight up, it’s there, and makes for a less than satisfactory viewing, since the glass distorts the colors. It’s very distracting.

The service at the concession was badly disorganized. They didn't knew who was supposed to be getting what for the customers. They were out of hotdogs, but we could see them cooked. The seat I had needed to be reaplstered. The movie was good good sound and video.
