Boy boy boy where do i start? The last movie i watched happened to be Avengers End game. Made it to the movie theatre in time for the movie just for the manager to tell me that the card machine was broken. That meant i couldn’t scan my rewards card to get my points and i had to drive 15 minutes up the highway to the nearest ATM to get cash. This isn’t the first time I’ve missed out on rewards points because of their machine being down. It’s happened at least 3-4 times. There are only two registers in the theatre, both used for ticket and food purchases, which means you will most likely end up missing parts of your movie if you go to see something thats really popular and don’t arrive 30 minutes ahead of time. That happened to me when they played Madea Funeral movie. The line was so long that it stretched outside the building since the main area is really small. Lastly, the parking lot area that leads out to the highway needs to be fixed. There’s a huge hole in the middle that like a meteor landed there and people have to drive around it.

For some reason the previews don't play on the screen, but you can hear the audio. The audio itself is not good, I could hear distortion and crackling in some of the louder moments of the movies I've seen here. But the tickets are cheap, the staff is friendly, and it's good way to beat the heat and escape into a film for a couple hours.

In theater 3 the screen was bright and clear. The surround sound was crisp and at the perfect volume. The staff was fast and polite. All in all a really good experience.

Nelco cinema is the physically closest cinema to me. It usually plays most of the movies I'm looking forward to but rarely do they show the pre movie videos. The popcorn and candy are good, but expensive, as is expected at a movie theater, I think. In the past they have had issues starting movies on time and they don't have locks on the doors in the men's restroom. They are one of the only establishments that serve my favorite soda in the tri-state area, though, so they get a pass for me. If there were one that is equidistant or I cared more, I probably wouldn't go there. They were good this time though. Popcorn was fresh and the movie started on time, so no complaints.

I like the stadium seating and video quality. There usually aren't any crowds and sometimes we almost have a private showing. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the heat or a/c aren't turned on.

Not so good starting out. The cashier insisted that I purchased a refillable popcorn and drink around 9:55 pm. I returned at 10:11 pm for a refill and couldn't not get one. In that case I could have gotten what I asked for in the first place. I guess that is their job. To get you to purchase cramp and forget the fact that you are spending your hard earned money. It is not like the money goes in their (employee) pocket anyway. Makes the owner richer and using people like me to do it. No... I apologize for the inconvenience or we are about to close the food station! Nothing! SMH!!!! However, the manager took care of the issue very well and was very professional. I loved the movie also King Author. Many thanks!

This facility is very rundown. All of the theaters have a musty smell and often have spilled popcorn and drinks in them even before the first showing of the day. The last time I went they didn't even have popcorn popped and actually brought it into the theater to me, which was nice of the staff but why wasn't any popped? I have been here before when no staff is there yet and the movie start time has already passed before they arrive and open the doors. This is the Delta though and there are no alternatives within about an hours drive.

The projector in screen room 1 is terrible. It's like the bulb needs replacing. Dark scenes are too dim to see and there is a white fuzzy halo around everything. It's like watching a movie on a bad home projector. Call ahead and ask which room your movie is in and if they say 1, wait a few weeks for it to be moved to a smaller room with a good projector.

My friends and I went to the latest showing of Aquaman and we drove an hour to see the movie. The theater was extremely filthy. The staff had horrible attitudes and when our movie ended there was no one left in the theater. The entire staff had left and our car was the only one left in the parking lot. The movie was great but I was extremely displeased with the overall experience. I took several photos and will be reporting everything.

One of the most ratchet places I’ve ever been to see a movie. The staff was friendly. The place itself is filthy. You had to pay for movie tickets at the concession stand. The theater was FULL of children. Loud talking all throughout the movie. A kid kept kicking the back of my chair. I asked him numerous times to quit (of course he didn’t). A security guard was nowhere to be found to do anything about the noise, distractions from people on cell phones, and the annoying kid kicking the back of my seat. I’d definitely decline an invite back to this theater.

Go to Vicksburg s theater instead. Carpet stinks, screen is dull even on bright movies and twice when we went to a 7 pm movie during the week when the movie was over, there was no one there! Like seriously the staff closed up and left us, not a car in the lot lights out and all. I give it two stars because it's the only place within and hour to watch a movie. Use to be nice when was family owned...once corporation took over it has quickly gone down. Makes me sad..wake up and take care of business people!

We went to the movies on 1/7/17 after waiting in line and buying popcorn for a movie. The lady at the ticket thing was fusing with another person about no heat in movie #6, since has she took our tickets she look their is no heat in ur movie plz wear ur coats. My question is why there wasn't a sign posting about this problem and why did they still sell tickets for this show? I'm contacting the Manger to get some answers.

I was disappointed From service, the place was dirty, the staff was't really friendly (I'm not asking you to be my friend, but be nice do your job) The movie was playing but the screen was off We missed all the trailers... Than the movie started ,after 30 minutes the movie stopped. After waiting 15 minutes for the staff to fix the movie , another guy told us to come get a refund or get a pass for the next day... Of course I got my money back (never coming back to that place) After that happened we try to play the arcade games they have there (they don't work) Waste of money. I drove 1.5 hours to get there with my family The night was ruined. It definitely needs improvement and updates on equipment and remodeling. The screen seemed to be old (bad image quality) When you go to the theater you expect to have a great experience with the picture and surround sound system! Not coming back!

This theater needs some serious renovations. Torn carpet,movies screens are dull and dark compared to today's standards. Prices are what they are. Minimal food selection. This theater is stuck in the 90s. Bad thing is it's the only theater around within a 40 mile radius from where I'm living. Oh and the movie sections are minimal too. Yeah you get the newest movie but they are only there couple weeks then they are gone.

Claw machines are badly rigged. There are pictures of food but they don't ever have some stuff. Arcade games are broken. Even if your parent buys you a Rated R movie ticket you can't watch it unless they are in there with you.

Long lines, tickets and concessions are purchased and received in the same lines. Miss parts of movie due to long lines waiting to get tickets that were already purchased online, the ticket taker accused my purse of being a backpack and I had to miss more of the movie to take my purse back to the car, although my hair is grey. Missed at least 30 minutes of the movie because of very poor organization and stupidity. Will never go there again and will not encourage anyone else to go. Wait and buy the movie

This place is a spot-on microcosmic depiction of Greenville. It is a ****t-hole. The parking lot has had craters in it for years, the sign by the highway literally is broken for more time than it is working. The neon lights on the building are constantly jacked up, and of course, the people working there have noticeably bad attitudes. There was a time or two, though, that I was helped by someone who acted like they take their future seriously. And there always seems to be something wrong in the theatre once the movie starts, anywhere from the lights still on, to not enough volume, etc. I'm sure it sounds like I'm reaching here, but it's really this bad. Like I said, it's Greenville, MS on display.

The movie was great. Everyone at this movie theater needs customer service training. Mostly, the employees behind the concessions counter. The bathroom was clean however in the stall that I used, half of the toilet seat was broken. Very dangerous and should not have been in service. The theater definitely needs an upgrade seeing that many people come from multiple cities and even Arkansas to see movies at this location. The next time I see a movie I will make preparations to drive to Jackson or Southaven. I would rather spend my money where the employees are much nicer and act as if they like their jobs. If I can help it will not return to this theater.

This place is terrible. Every time I'm in town, I try to give them a chance. Either the movie doesn't start on time OR it starts exactly on time with no previews. I once had to watch a movie with the lights still on for at least 30 minutes. My visit today was the worst! The movie was supposed to start at 11:25am. We arrived at 11:15 but the doors were locked and lights off! There were several cars in the parking lot waiting for the theater to open. At 11:19am, a car pulls up and 2 employees finally open the door. We still had to wait a couple of minutes before going in. There was an extremely long line and only 1 person checking customers out for BOTH tickets and food. We didn't get to the front of the line until 11:30am and by the time we entered the theater, the movie was starting. We went to sit at the top and ended up in wet seats. Upon turning our cellphone flashlights on, we noticed the floors and seats totally wet...AND rain was coming through the ceiling (theater 6). We moved down to the front rows to prevent having to miss more of the movie. On top of that, the theater smelled like mildew. Worst movie experience ever!! We notified the staff of the leaking roof after the movie. Hopefully, the owners will care enough to resolve the situation.

Could do better, but definitely could do worse. The theater provides the familiar experience of sticky floors, questionable bathrooms, tight stadium seating, and popcorn prices that would make people in the printer ink business blush. Staff seems largely indifferent to the quality of service they're providing, but the theaters themselves offer nice sound and picture quality. I don't expect much from my movie going experiences anymore, so this place gets the job done just fine.

I took my mother, daughter, and cousin to here on the 17th around 6pm. And the girl that was serving tickets was unnecessarily rude to us. I greeted her with a smile so I don't understand why she was so angry. And she tried to make me pay a ticket for my one year old daughter when it's supposed to be free. I was also offended that she referred to my daughter as a "him". But that's my only complaint; I still enjoyed the theater.

In the last few years they have let it run down. My husband and I go there every weekend on date night ever since they opened.Sometimes twice a week. We drive from Greenwood. I really wish they would update. The employees are very nice.

It's a nice, smaller theater. The ticket prices are great. Concessions at any theater are pricey, but their prices are a bit lower. Seen a couple movies here so far and will see plenty more in the future. They have some arcade games. The women's bathroom is maintained pretty well. My only complaint is that when we were watching a movie last time in theater 5, the sound was painfully loud. Other than that, the theater is great!

The theater is going down, unfortunately in the past I have had BAD Customer Service and complainted to their Headquarters and was satisfied. Service this day was Very Good! However the new owners need to maintain it, mainly carpets in theaters are coming up on the steps and this is VERY DANGEROUS, Someone is going to get HURT! ALSO ladies bathrooms are always dirty!

Movie started 40 mins late, but the one lady that was there while the manager was gone did a good job of keeping a cool head. Once the manager returned the problem with the projector was fixed. After the movie was over the manager was waiting for us patrons at the door with a free movie pass. The facilities are worn down and are in need of renovations but the staff can only control so much. So the 4 Stars are for the Staff members that actually work hard and care about the customers. Thanks to the two Women that salvaged the day.

Was watching Star Wars The Last Jedi in theater 2 and halfway through the film the lights came on and stayed on rest of film... they don't clean properly between viewings so you go in and empty food and drink containers and food is still in the floor

We went to see the first showing of the day on a Monday. This place is so disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned from the day before. We were in theater 5 torn carpeting (tripping hazard) popcorn on the floor and seats, spilled soda on the floor. I paid 42 dollars for 3 adults and a child to see a matinee, we got two bags of candy and 2 drinks. Drinks were horrible. I would not recommend going here. Absolutely disgusting.

Not a place I would return. I understand there’s not many options in the area but an update is needed. The people that I interacted with seemed uninterested in being there. We went for a 7:00 movie but the line didn’t move for more than 20 minutes and we missed the start so just opted to wait for the 9:45 showing. Teenagers seemed to overrun the place. It was only our family and another couple to watch the movie selection but more than halfway through the movie teenagers (I’m guessing another movie finished up) came in and they were all loud, moving seats constantly, and taking pictures and on their phones. No ushers or anyone to maintain the movie atmosphere or check tickets. Very irritating.

The movie theater only opened its doors 10 min. Prior to the first showing of Antman and The Wasp at 9am, we were told to wait a few minutes before going into the auditorium that staff was cleaning. We walk into room 3, there was no staff cleaning, there were empty cups and trash everywhere. We stayed and watched the movie,which was good. Come on people, take pride in your business! Greenville is dying,Do you want the Nelco to be another closed fixture in our city?

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely could because for a theater that was built in the 2000s, it is extremely ran down. The place is very filthy, for starters. As we were watching the movie, it took someone to get up to tell staff that the lights were still on while our movie was playing. Other theaters are more modernized with great HD quality. However, this theater has an ashy display as the movies are playing. The staff is also very rude. This is sad because many people from the Delta and parts of Arkansas use this theater because it happens to be the closest in proximity. However, I don’t think anyone would be mad if this theater was remodeled to suit a more modern style. Also, throw away the current staff and find people that actually want to work.

I decided to visit this theater to see The Quiet Place with my goddaughter. Upon arrival, I noticed a ton of cars and teenage kids. I did not think twice about that until I entered my movie. But before entering the movie, we had to wait at least 20 minutes before the purchasing of the tickets due to the staff joking with the teenagers that were running around mad at this place or they seemed to be in the worst mood over. So of course, I brushed it off so I can purchase our tickets. So when we showed our ticket to the guy before entering the movie, I was stopped by we had a bookbag purse. I was like hmm...there is not a sign that states we could not bring a purse. I was upset because another person was not stopped but I was. Once again, I ignored yet another sign that this would be a bad experience. Arrrggh this was the worst experience ever watching a movie. The teenagers would not stop talking, texting, taking pictures etc...I wanted to walk out like another couple did, but I endured this experience because I really wanted to see this movie. Never again! I spoke to the 'fake' security guy and mentioned that no one came and policed our theater and he mentioned that they were toooo busy with Truth or Dare. And I am like, ok whatever. And when I walked in that theater it was way over booked with kids sitting on the floor. So yeah, a fire hazard if I ever saw one. Do not waste your money going to this establishment. You will be highly disappointed and will leave angry like I did. I will drive to Grenada instead!

I come to enjoy film, not for the popcorn & soda. As far as film enjoyment goes, this place sucks. The screen resolution is crappy and the acoustics are poor. If you are unfortunate enough to watch a film in any screening room except Screening Room #1, you are pretty much screwed because the screen and audio is really bad. They have not made any technical improvements because they don't have to - the closest competing theater is 50 miles away. They have absolutely no incentive to upgrade equipment because they have no competition. People in Greenville pretty much have to suffer because there are no other options. I used to love going to the movies, but living in Greenville has soured me on the movie-going experience.

Lots of issues: tickets must be purchased inside even though booth is outside, snacks are way too expensive, they don't offer drink trays, floors are not clean, sound was way too loud, especially for a kids' movie, theater was pitch black before movie started so we couldn't find our seats... I'm giving two stars because we got to see our movie, and it started on time; but I struggle to find any other positives here. I'll just stick with Netflix in the future. #firstworldproblems

This place is not amazing. It's not even great. The carpet is ripped up and torn. The seats old and sticky. Sound travels through the walls easily so the movie sound is a bit garbled. The bathrooms not cleaned at all. The employees were helpful and nice. The popcorn was yummy. This place would be wonderful with a nice rehab.

Came home from TX to visit, and decided to go to the movies with my husband. This place was a complete dump. I understand that there are NOT many other places to go but at least try to fix up the place... carpet was torn, floors nasty (even after staff came in to clean up), and what's way WORSE... HOW ARE YOU NOT SHOWING PREVIEWS BEFORE THE MOVIE yes they are playing audio but no screen previews... SMH total waste

The movie was way too loud, I could hear the movie in the theater next to us and our own was nearly deafening. The staff doesn't leave much of an impression. Not rude, but not friendly, either. Very clear that none of them want to be there. But overall, it was a movie. What else do you do when it's the only theater in town. They know that, so there's zero chance it'll improve.

It is second rate in every aspect but it is the only game in town. The self service soft drink machine puts out a disgraceful product. This is shameful given the price and how easily it can be corrected. The showtimes are not dependable and the sound and picture are consistently bad. If it was located anywhere where it has some competition it would be long gone People will spend money in theaters not for only the movie but the whole experience. If you can't do that right then I will just wait until it comes to video or drive to Monticello.

I give it a 3 because it is date, the carpet is torn and ratty, seats are not very comfortable compared to the update theaters w reclini g statum seating. The sound is great, no hd or fancy screens. Employee s are nice and seems clean just wished they would update. Also don't have large variety and so.e movies stay on forever. The soda machine an in nachos are great tho!! My
