I went into the theater hungry and decided to order some chili fries 10 minutes before the movie began, it still took nearly 20 minutes for me to get my food and for 5 of those minutes the food was sitting there but the girl did not give my food to me

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I travel the United States and have been to a lot of movie theaters and never seen one like this. This place is ridiculous just ridiculous. I went to take my cousin to see a movie I'm 24 Years old. He is 14 years old.I was told that he has to be with a parent to see a movie. I am his guardian. The movie started before their so called curfew but ended after. If they are going to be this rude they need to have it posted on their website. I went the night before with no trouble. I do not think anybody at that movie theater knows the curfew They just act like it. Because The guy at the ticket booth told me several different excuses. In every one did not make sense. He said he needed to see my cousins id I told him he is 14 he does not have an id. He said well then I need to see yours so I showed him my ID in that still wasn't good enough. He said my cousin needed a parent with him. That is ridiculous. Most movie theaters you need to be with someone over 21 to see a movie after curfew or are r rated. I'm fine with that and that makes sense. But not this place.

This place has upgraded since the last time I was here. The seating is sooooo comfortable and they recline with plenty of leg room. The smell of popcorn butter is completely gone and was very very pleased with service and accommodations. It’s a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon out of the Mississippi weather (heat/rain).

This is the most comfortable place to watch a movie I’ve ever been in besides my own home. The only complaint I have is the outrageous cost of refreshments!!! Other than that it’s so clean great and friendly staff!

I think they could improve on those prices especially this is great family time but to get a drink and popcorn even a large people just can’t afford to bring there families. They have the new reclining chairs and I'm a big fan. If you have little kids then make sure you sit in the front two rows bc they have ledges that divide the different sections and my kid cant see over them the further up we go. They do have seat boosters though if you ask.

Horrible policies and ridiculous prices at the snack bar! Maybe so many people wouldn't resort to smuggling in outside food and drinks if the prices were remotely reasonable. The people are rude and uncompromising in their demeanor. HOW RUDE!

This is our family's favorite theater to see films at. The staff has never failed to be friendly, the theater is clean, and they even offer pretty good meals at their cafe. We're always careful to arrive about 20 minutes early if we'll be ordering from the cafe, as this is not the type of food offered at the concession counter! I've witnessed customers have a meltdown because they placed an order five minutes before their showtime and the food took a little longer than that. This is no way the fault of the staff or business, it's the fault of the entitled @$$ who mismanaged their time. Your cheese steak and fries is going to take at least 10-15 minutes, perhaps longer if they're busy, throwing a fit because you expect your meal to be as quickly prepared as a bucket of popcorn and a soda is moronic! Anyway, we love this theater and visit at least five times a month. Highly recommended!

I haven't been in this cinema in two or three years, maybe longer, but I was very impressed with the place. They loaded up my popcorn as much as they could, and I sat in a theater with cushioned lounge seating, cup holder, and electronic-controlled leg rest. Super clear picture and outstanding audio. First class cinema experience. It made me want to go back again. I think I could get used to that kind of luxury.

We have gone to this one several times. My biggest problem are the walls separating the rows. My children and even my self are short and when we sit where we prefer to sit we miss the bottom half of the movie because the wall is so tall. Its hard to be streached up through an entire movie. We have now found a theater that we won't have that problem so we won't be back to this theater.

Used to come here multiple times a week in the glory days of Movie Pass, still a regular. The upgraded seating is AMAZING, and the sound quality is usually at the perfect level. Service has always been spot on, staff is sociable and friendly, everything seems very clean. My default theater for the area, love the place.

This is a decent movie theater. The management has made special viewing sessions just so that we can see a movie in 3D that was no longer normally shown in 3D. They also featured a movie that was made locally upon request for one week. I really appreciated how accommodating this theatre has been. The only complaint that I have about this location is that it's been here for a while and the seats need to be updated and repaired. As far as movies themselves are concerned, the screens are great and the sound is wonderful.

Not a bad theater. Pros and cons... Pros: *Nice seats *Nice staff *Clean environment Cons: *They have assigned seats. There were people sitting in my purchased seat on two different occasions (I've only been there twice). I either had to sit in an open seat or personally confront the person and ask them to move. * the lines seemed to take forever. It took about 10 minutes to buy tickets and another 15 + to get concessions. Maybe it was just an exceptionally busy time when we were there?

Order your tickets in advance since it’s assigned seating. At one point, they wouldn’t let me bring my purse in. No purse, no money for concession. And I was really missing not having my chapstick on me since I forgot to grab it from my purse in the car. It was just really inconvenient. But the recliner seats make up for it enough for me to give a good review.

My sisters and I went to watch a PG 13 movie with my 21 year old boyfriend. We purchased our tickets and as we were walking in the lady collecting our tickets very rudely told us that we couldn’t watch it bc they were underage. She looked at us up and down and made me feel real uncomfortable. We then went back to the front to get a refund and the lady was very short and rude. I wish I would’ve had that information walking in instead of being embarrassed by their staff. Do not recommend this movie theatre.

The movie's we saw,were good. My boyfriend, and I saw, No one's fool,and Bohemian Rhapsody. Both really great movie's. However, they need to make sure,to let people know which door to go in. Evidently There was 2 doors playing Bohemian Rhapsody, we went in the wrong door,wasted a lot of time,and saw the end of the movie,then watched the whole movie. And the large popcorn was cold,and not fresh. My boyfriend, and I tried to eat it anyway, but ended up throwing it away. We both ate about half each. So will I go back, yes,but no more popcorn. O yeah ,and the seats were comfy.

First, my husband and I come here often. Yesterday, David and Tyler in the Cafe concession area were GREAT! They were friendly yet professional. The young lady who took our tickets was also friendly. The theater upgraded to recliners not too long ago so that's nice and comfy. One of my pet peeves is seeing signage posted on printer paper about customer policies. It's just kind of off putting especially taped to a register. Invest in some nicer signage that doesn't take away from the great customer service. Its a small thing but really sets a certain tone and makes a difference in customer expectation and experience, especially when you have such great employees with a can-do attitude, imo.

Chairs are comfortable but the temperature is consistently 85 degrees or higher. I have been to this location and every time I go I complain about the heat so tonight will be my final exit of this theatre. I will not pay to sweat while watching a flick.

I was unable to take my sister to movie because of their asinine rule about children after 6pm. So much for being a family establishment. I may not be a biological parent, but I am her guardian. Cinemark may want to make it clear guardians and their children arent accepted. I'll stick to the grand where all family types are accepted.

LIKE WATCHING MOVIES IN A HOT BOX Luxury loungers and assigned seats are great but the rooms of the last two movies I’ve seen here were very hot and stuffy. One movie was an evening showing of Infinity Wars which was crowded and the other movie was a 945AM showing of Deadpool 2 and there was maybe 6 people in the whole room. Each time I told the staff about the temperature and nothing was done- so now I’m done buying tickets at this place.

My wife and I went to the 11:00 am showing of Penguins and were enjoying ourselves. 15 minutes after the show began, a large group of young grammar school children came in with what appeared to be their teachers (supervision). The students sitting to our right were well behaved. The ones to our left were constantly talking, moving around, and misbehaving until their supervisor came around. As soon as she left they started again. Certainly this theatre must have known about this groups plan to attend and could have told us.

Overall a good place to watch a movie. The popcorn and pop seemed a bit pricy, but most likely on par with competitors. The employees were very nice, and made me feel at home, thank you. Last but not least the chairs were amazing lazy boy types that fully reclined, I almost fell asleep it was so comfortable, and I had a full day prior to my visit.

While a little pricey this is a good theater. Lots of theaters so sold out doesn't happen often. Tue bargain day. Lots of choices for concession. They often have package deals and special event screenings. Sometimes they keep movies for an extended period.Its very clean, the staff is awesome. And they keep the bathrooms cleaned up. And very comfortable seats. I enjoy going there

I knew this was going to be a bad experience when we walked in to the theater and it was already hot in there... Then people started coming in and it got even warmer... They allowed three babies in to the theater to help ruin the experience even further. And people with their lights on their phone dealing with said babies... Management obviously doesn't pay that close attention to providing a traditional movie going experience.

An average theater compared to others I have visited. Pricing was about average for movies and the typically normal inflated prices for food and beverages. The floor was rather dirty with the usual popcorn spilled here and there. The seats were roomy and comfortable with plenty of shoulder room. The employees were friendly and efficient and the movie selection was very good.

The seats are incredible. The food cashiers are very nice. I would like the managers treat their employees with respect. I was there last week and one of the managers was rude to an employee. I hate to see this behavior from someone with authority. I would suggest to take them off to the side and discipline them. I still get them a 5 star. Very comfortable seats and nice staff makes for a great place.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is condescending and unhelpful. Don't bother asking questions to actually understand their policies. Management is actually worse than the frontline staff. Since I refuse to patronize any establishment where I'm not valued as a customer, my family and I will not return to Cinemark...EVER!

I love the large, comfy, push-button-auto-recline seats, with arm-rest cup holders!! I came for two movies, and was completely comfortable the entire time. The restrooms are clean; and the staff is friendly, and helpful. I purchased my tickets online, which allows you to choose your seats (though, with the wide aisles, and incline, there's not a bad seat in the house). My spouse became ill, and they easily, and quickly changed his ticket for a different showing. Each movie shows different previews of coming attractions. This Gulfport theatre shows classic movies each month. I gave it 4 star's because, as with all chain theatres, the concessions are ridiculously expensive. They have the standard offerings of popcorn, sodas, candy & snacks, and an area where you can get "fast" food (hot dogs, burgers, pizza, fries). The only different type of offering is Starbucks specialty coffee drinks. Also, there is a fee per ticket, when you purchase online of about $1.70. There was a sign in the lobby that, beginning in mid-February, allowable purse/ carry bag size will be restricted to 12×12×6 inches. You will not be allowed to bring in anything larger. Oh, yeah...I still had to wear earplugs. There's only one theatre I've been to, where I don't (in Waveland).

I am a movie club member, the theater is great. I buy online D reserve my seats to bypass the lines. The reclining lounge seats are great for young and old. I discovered the best spot for my four year old is row D, loud noises frighten him, thos row is not too close and no there are bars ostructing his vision.
