You have all the opinions of real people like you who used the products of Michigan Theater (Movie Theater) in the state of Michigan.
Now this firm gets a score of 4.7 out of 5 and that rating has been calculated on 1234 reviews.
As you can see its rating is practically the best one, and it's based on a large number of opinions, so we may say that the assessment is very faithful. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
It's a beautiful building! I went for a special movie event.
Cool ambience and nice bar.
Beautiful building. Great movie.
Just a nice place to take a friend or lover / partner for a chill movie night plus there’s lots of bar an restaurant on state Street.
Great screenings of special feature films. Art house films, indie films, anime features, and documentaries. Beautiful theatre that also hosts live speakers and occasionally bands (The Decemberists & King Crimson, to name a cou0le). Great staff. Concessions including beer and liquor. Seats are a bit tight for taller guests.
Very diverse film offerings, great mid-size music venue.
Recently enjoyed the Will Kratts show and it was fabulous, the best I've seen for children. We enjoyed it as much as the kids. If you're an animal lover, check their show out. You won't be sorry. This is a very nice theater! Has lots of style and personality. Comfortable seats and snack bar available during intermissions.
Great acoustics, comfortable seats, highly recommended
Nice show.. Average at best staff.. no free parking.. was told with an attitude that I needed to be a member to have parking validated.. Nice live organ music before the movie Love, Gilda started.. great movie
The theater is beautiful and very comfortable compared to most old theaters with traditional seating. The only mediocre thing was the popcorn.
Only been to theater 1. It's a classic theater (not movie theater) seating (low, deep, and wide, looking up to a stage with a screen). Plays indies or smaller releases earlier or more often than other theaters. Screen and sound are fine but not emersive given the layout. Nice options to have given the movies it shows, wouldn't pick it over a more modern theater if both were showing the same film.
Your first walk and looks pretty good some of the detail work could have been cleaned up a little bit better
Replaced all the seats with soft red recliners. The theaters are that big but are very nice.
A magnificent movie palace! Great snacks too.
Gorgeous interior, loved the shows I've been to!
Wonderful, beautiful, historic theatre. Good sound system. Easy to get to with parking 1/2 block away. Surrounded by restaurants. Unique films and presentations daily. Cheap for students and seniors.
Rachel Barton Pine (and AA Symphony) played awesomely!
Nice old fashioned theater. Handicap accessible. Only downside is Parking
Was there for the AAFF. Elegant old theater with a lot of history & character.
Good concert venue...Amos Lee was awesome!
Good acoustics.
Beautiful space. Helpful friendly staff.
Saw Jaws there. Not too bad but it was more expensive them I thought. Also not as classy as I heard it was. Nice Organ before the movie and introduction to this Movie series by a Rep. of the Theatre. I won't go outta my way to go (it was a 45 minute drive). Actually I have more fun at my normal theater. Not bad but not too special.
Such a beautiful theater! Love seeing movies there!
Amazing films, great sound quality, and tasty popcorn
This was a great place for Anos Lee show!
Rocky Horror Picture Show was the best! The theater even allowed shadow casting which they have not allowed for years!
It was fun how the guy played the piano before the movie started. Very unique and different. The building is beautiful and you feel quite classic being there. If I lived closer I would see shows there regularly. It reminds me of the Sun theater in GL, but with pizazz. Hopefully I can return again one day.
Located near Maynard. The michigan theater plays a variety of Cinematic masterpieces. Big place, great place for children, dates. Some nights prices are half off and EVEN FREE! thank you michigan theater
I love this grand, old theater. The Screening Room is a great place to watch a movie. They also bring in some amazing bands.
Beautiful Theatre but the show was awful!
Love old fashioned organ music? You can hear the historic Barton Organ before movies. Great selection of movies and special events. Membership offers special pricing & 2 hours local free parking.
A WONDERFUL evening out with my wife, as we saw a GREAT movie, "RBG"! The movie was shown in an intimate theater("Annex?") and the seats were fine, sound at a comfortable level and not over air- conditioned. This theater is a classic place, near the campus and many fine restaurants and coffee shops. All in all, a fun "vibe" permeated the entire time and experience.
Great place. Always nice here. Love it.
Nice, classy/classic atmosphere. Average priced drinks and snacks for a theatre. Unfortunately cramped seats... but that's almost expected at an old theatre.
The seats are tight and small, but the old style vaudeville theatre is well worth seeing. It was wonderful to hear and see former Secretary of State Madeline Albright, but I wish the historian talking with her wouldn't have talked so much.

It's much more like an auditorium or a stage than a typical movie theater, it's an absolutely wonderful experience unlike others in the area

Ann Arbor Concert Band was a great, concert and wonderful, venue has been redone nice new seats embroidered with the M and new enameled floor. Looks beautiful. I love this old theater, reminds me of the ones when I was a kid seeing Disney Films.

Great atmosphere. Was a shame the drink stand closed so early. I got a large drink at 930 and by 1030 I tried to get a refill but couldn't. Minor gripe but it was annoying.
Amazing films, great sound quality, and tasty popcorn

Ry Cooder, Levon Helm are just two of the many outstanding artists that I have seen there.
This is my first time to the Michigan Theater. We saw in Australian dinosaur tour. They actually came from Australia. They were so interactive with the crowd the way the theater was placed you could hear everything see everything. It was such a great experience the only complaint that I would have is that the concession stand is so small and it's placed right when you walk in so it's hard to get by if there's a long line at the concession stand regardless of the ropes they put so people wait in line for that move the concession stand or move the line and that would be the perfect place!! And prices were Fair
Nostalgic, well maintained, and impressive shows, events, and screenings! It's always a joy to visit.
Old school theater with several different screening rooms. The main theater is only sometimes used, with the Annex and Screening room more commonly used for movies. The atmosphere is cozy, the antique aesthetic pleasing to the eye. Price wise, tickets are standard for the area, but this theater has a wider range of movies showing. The quality of the theater experience suffers however as the elevation of the seats is low, leaving you to either strain your neck upwards, or sit in the very back.
Grand old theater showing first run and classic films every day, with concerts, lectures and exhibits thrown in to boot.
Incredible! What an amazing space...saw Amos Lee here which was just spectacular! He was great! The venue was great! The staff was great! Parking is close and a walk around downtown after the show was great too. The sound was much better than I thought it might be as well for the age of the building.
This place is beautiful! Everyone was helpful and kind.
Great venue sound was great very comfortable place to watch a show we will be back very good selection of concerts
Good venue. Had to buy a membership in order to buy alcoholic drinks. Stairs need to be lit better- I saw 2 people fall walking down in the balcony
Super neat, old school theatre with a throw back vibe! Organ performance before your movie, well when we were there for a movie. Even with the old school seats and screen it was a great time! Some of the best popcorn around or grab a margarita down the street!
Classic and classy theatre experience
Good acoustics, great movie and event selection.
Proud member of this fine organization. Great films and experiences along with a fantastic, nostalgic customer experience.
I go here every Thursday during the school year for the art school's lectures and I love this venue. It has a lot of seating but isn't too big. Some events are free, and tickets are usually around $9, I think. The concessions aren't too expensive. And it's located down town, where there are plenty of places to go to eat after the event you attend.
I saw Kamasi Washington and his band during my first time here. My seat was quite far back and I could barely hear anything. I figured it was due to my seat, but after seeing Bela Fleck and the Flecktones up close, everything was still so washed out! The clarity of the instruments in this venue is terrible. I could barely hear what Bela Fleck was playing. I'm not sure if it's the acoustics or the sound engineer. I hope someone can make a note of this and work on improving it for future shows. It's a shame, because the venue is beautiful.
Very nice place to visit
Wonderful theater to see a movie! Love how the audience is polite & quiet and the concession stand sells popcorn with "real" butter!
Just saw a jazz show here and I thought this place was really nice. It looks really cool on the inside and I liked the history behind it. It was also really clean.
Amazing nonprofit theater! You would think this would be a super expensive place, but ticket prices for movies are quite reasonable. There are a number of great shows available with most seats being pretty solid choices. The screening room in the back is sufficient. Take some time to walk around and admire the architecture. This space is gorgeous.
Beautiful historical theater. The main theater has hosted world class performances, including music, talks, drama and comedy. They have a live piano performance sometimes, before the beginning of a show. Something that you don't see a lot anymore. It's not the best place to watch a movie because the seats do not recline, and are nowhere near the comfort of luxury couches in other cinemas. But they are a very dedicated organization and play a well curated set of movies and shows that you rarely get to see anywhere else.
I love the Michigan Theater and I'm glad it's still being used because its so beautiful inside! A great night at the movies!
Amazing experience, friendly service and nice seating areas. Clean theatre, they have popcorn, candy and serve alcohol. Beautiful theatre with engraved seats, perfect for a date, solo or a night out with friends. All around a great place to visit.
Just love all of it. It may not have the fancy reclining seats but the atmosphere and movie selections make it one of the best places to watch a show or film.
Not a fan of the membership fee for drinks. Nice theater though
Great place to watch a movie and don't forget to grab your special issue groundcover on your way in or out for ONLY 10 dollars
Awesome place to see a concert. Get up close and personal to the artist.
The ambience of the theater is good. I went there for Chinese New year festival. It was a nice experience for me
This is an amazingly beautiful and well kept historic venue. Walking in felt almost like stepping back in time. The staff is all amazing and polite, they genuinely seem to love this place and the community around it. They really set this place apart from other theaters, right down to the organ player as a before movie entertainment. This is a must visit place for tourist and michigander alike.
Nice place with friendly and helpful staff
Went to see Charlotte's Web for a preschool field trip. The ushers were very well organized and got us to our seats with our school quickly. The organist was outstanding! The kids had fun dancing to his music until the show started. The play was great. The actors were very engaging and the kids really enjoyed the show. The theater is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and brings you back to "the old days" - a great theater experience!
Always an amazing time when here for any kind of show!
I look forward to when the renovation is complete. It will be so beautiful! I enjoyed watching a movie there and joining as a member to signify my support.
I had a magical experience here!
This theater is such an iconic part of the University of Michigan campus. My friends and I came here to see La La Land and we loved it. Before the movie started, there was a musician playing the organ in the front of the theater, which made it feel like we were back in the old days. This is a nice old-fashioned theater that has gorgeous decor and surprisingly comfortable seats. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here would highly recommend catching a movie here!
Excellent lineup of movies! This week highly recommend you see 'On the Basis of Sex"!!! Much respect to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg after watching her story and what she's accomplished so far for women in America.
We went to see Peg + Cat Live as part of our school's exposure to the arts program. We loved it! The ushers were so amazing with our boys who've never been into a theater like this. All staff made it an enjoyable experience and we will most definitely be back!

Great sound and comfy seats
I liked the old style of this theater compared to a modern one. We listened to the Ann Arbor symphony orchestra perform Star Wars music, and it was quite good. Only quibble: one of the smaller posters, probably for some movie, had a very graphic picture of a gay sex scene, which is visible as you're walking into the theater. While younger eyes should definitely be shielded be from this, no one needs to see this while they're just minding their own business.
This place is beautiful! Everyone was helpful and kind.

Very cozy venue! The service folks are always helpful and friendly. Alcohol is an interesting situation. You have to be a member of the organization to purchase alcohol, but you can sign up for a year on the spot. Totally worth the few dollars, and comes with a magazine subscription!
Needtobreathe accoustic live tour. Loved the show and the venue... We needed a membership to buy a beer though... What's up with that?
Loved seeing Randy Rainbow at the Michigan Theater. He was great and the venue was perfect. I wondered if I would be able to hear in the balcony. No worry. I heard it all. Of course he also had subtitles with the lyrics.
A county treasure restored to it's original glory and then some! The Not Just for Kids series is an amazing program and great value. Wine & spirits available with your popcorn & candy.
Good historic large screen theatre.
The crown jewel if 1920s movie theaters in southeast Michigan. Three screening rooms for n one building. The full experience is any movie shown in the main theater with a pre-show organ concert. Be sure to go up to the front before the movie starts and look at the whole room with your back to the screen. Gorgeous!
Not an easy parking. All other is good.
Great place to see either a film, a concert or an event. Very few bad seats in the main room and they are clearly marked online so you know what you are getting when you book. Great little screening rooms in the back for smaller release films. A little piece of Ann Arbor history.
Wonderful historic movie house (with great ambiance in the main theater).
One of my favorite theaters to catch a variety of movies. Seating can be cramped depending on what theater you're in.
I've been going to the theater for years. It is clean, 100% of the time. The staff are pleasant, 100% of the time. The management is knowledgeable and accommodating, 100% of the time. The events are thrilling, when they're screening thrillers.
What a wonderful time in a local theatre. From web purchase, to concession service that was fun and friendly to a cool organ prelude. So fun. Will be back. Thanks for your passion for a classic theatre experience.
Beautiful space. Fun time. Good acoustics. The seats could be wider. All in all a good place.
Always a treat. Films are shown on time and are played well. This place is more about the experience then anything else. We have been here for numerous events through the years and it is a pleasure to visit. The staff is great!
Jenny lewis was awesome! The theater is beautiful.
Recently modeled theater is larger with more screens, more seats and upstairs floor with escalator added. It's full of art deco touches (as before), but very modern and updated with amenities to help make your movie-going experience memorable.
Beautiful old time theater
Gave it 5 stars cuz we saw Melissa Etheridge there. We love her!!
Just saw It's A Wonderful Life...great place to see a show!
Super great venue. I love how small it is. You really get up close no matter where you're seated. We had tickets in the nose bleeds and I could still see every detail.
Went to The Greatest Showman sing-along and had a great time!
Randy Rainbow was great. This is a wonderful venue for live music.Excellent acoustics.
important community & cultural institution in Ann Arbor that does it right.
The detail and craftsmanship of this theatre is astonishing. I could watch paint dry here and be entertained.
Very nice atmosphere! A little hard to see the stage over the heads of the people in front of you. The seats are not staggered, so you sit right behind the person in front and the floor is not sloped enough to see over their head if they are the same height as you. Popcorn was without the regular yellow coloring. Didn't try it myself, but I assumed it was popped without the regular theater seasoning. They did offer melted butter. If you like your popcorn "naked", it's for you. Also offered alcoholic drinks, wine and mixed drinks. Also didn't order these.
Great venue with character and charm!
Wild Kratts Live was a WILD experience
Love Banff film festival!
1927 impeccably renovated venue for movies and live performances, Sheetz 1700
Beautifully preserved and restored theater from the golden age of cinema, complete with its own organ, Michigan Theater is as much a community hub as it is an independent movie house. It is home to the free Penny Stamps Lecture Series during the Fall and Winter Terms, and the famous Ann Arbor Film Festival in the Spring. In addition to quality adult movies nightly, it has also served as the site of the Community High commencement ceremony, and as venue for many smaller rock concerts and University Musical Society events. They also have the best movie popcorn in Ann Arbor, and a refreshment stand featuring bear and wine. The Michigan Theater is an Ann Arbor institution!
A lovely little theater in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Cozy and classical it's the perfect little venue to take in a holiday favorite.
Great historical theater, with all of the old wonderful architecture you'd expect. Seating is very comfortable and well-placed for the stage. The theater does look like it could use a little bit of repair as far as paint and plastering and upkeep. Really helpful friendly staff. No parking on site, but there is a large public parking structure one block away.
The Michigan Theater is a wonderful place and a historic gem in the heart of Ann Arbor. The architecture is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and they do a great mix of indie and mainstream movies and events. I love that they play It’s a Wonderful Life every December for free, and it’s a lot of fun to catch the organ music. This is my favorite theater hands down! My only con is that the seats are small and kind of uncomfortable, but that adds to the historic charm.
This theater is gorgeous and they show lots of special things that you can't see anywhere else. In the past year, I especially enjoyed seeing all the Oscar nominated documentary shorts for this year (one ticket and you see all the nominees!) and a filmed performance of the one woman stage show Fleabag. Note that they have a good selection of beer, wine, and mixed drinks for a theater but you do have to have a Michigan Theater membership to buy alcohol.
The theater itself is really quite beautiful. There isn't much leg room between rows so keep that in mind if you're tall. I don't know whether it had something to do with the venue itself, but the crowd at the show I saw here was by far the most disrespectful crowd I've seen for any concert. People were entering and leaving the auditorium in droves throughout the show, forcing ushers to direct them to their seats with flashlights the entire time, creating quite a distraction from the show. Definitely a mixed bag for my visit, but it's hard to really attribute that to the venue itself.
Classic theatre, love the live music at the beginning
Seats are worse than a spirit airlines plane. Zero leg room, zero comfort. Seats aren’t staggered so you can’t see the stage. I’ve never seen a bad performance here, but you leave with back pain.
Great theater I go here mainly for concerts!! The last few shows I attended were great. The staff is always very kind. I love that people don't smoke in the theater and that it is easy to go outside and smoke. Always a good experience. PEACE
Vintage theatre feel, with modern theatre media. Well kept venue with friendly and courteous staff.
Very classy/historical feel to it. Lots of different-sized theaters with different feels you them. Gotta say, the pipe organ is pretty cool to catch, if it's playing :)
Saw Sarah Vowell, very entertaining. Have to read some of her books.
Such an incredible venue! I love that so much work is going back into restoring this historical landmark. While you won't catch new movie openings, this place is a fountain of family fun and entertainment all year round. I especially love how they show Oscar nominated features during awards season. Also, if you ever have a chance to catch a concert her, do it!
The theater itself is very nice and the few staff members that I talked to were very nice but on the day that I was there they were in way over there head they had a mess set up trying to sell beer and mixed drinks but u could only buy them if u are a member which they make u fill out paperwork for which slowed a all ready slow process down even longer. Then u had people cutting in line making it even longer my girlfriend went to get two drinks when we first got there missed the first act completely and a good portion of Ron white.
It was a perfect sized venue for a concert. The building is also beautiful.
Beautiful theater. Parking is close and lots of options for eating or shopping around it.
My favorite theater in the area. They have the best popcorn and movies that are not shown at the regular theaters.
Classic venue at the university. Great concert.
Beautiful decor, really has a vintage feel. The acoustics are also quite impressive. Staff have been pleasant on each of my visits. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment
Very cool place in a cool location.
Classic movie screenings mostly!
Very cozy venue! The service folks are always helpful and friendly. Alcohol is an interesting situation. You have to be a member of the organization to purchase alcohol, but you can sign up for a year on the spot. Totally worth the few dollars, and comes with a magazine subscription!
Beautiful historic location with small cozy theatres. I enjoyed my experience here despite the mildly uncomfortable seats.
The Michigan Theater is absolutely beautiful! There really isn't a bad seat in the house. We went to see a shadow cast of Rocky Horror Picture Show. We sat up in the mezzanine and could see all of the actors on the stage. 10/10 would recommend.
Ann Arbor staple, movies, events, and speakers. I've seen Patti Smith talk, Cyndi Lauper sing and Sally Mann speak about her photography to name a few. Beautiful space and they are going to be extending and growing their building this year.
The Michigan Theater (and the State Theater) should be your first choice to watch a movie in Ann Arbor. The Michigan has a classic vibe and always has an interesting set of independent films and documentaries in addition to some blockbusters. They won't gouge you on snacks and drinks and it's a nonprofit! Plus the Michigan is right downtown in the middle of lots of restaurants and bars. Hands down the best movie theater in town.
Such a charming and beautiful historic building. It’s very impressive how it’s been so well maintained and the seating is still very comfortable. We watched some movies during our weekend visit and it felt like going back in time for us. Not having an old fashioned venue like this around our home made it much more special. Glad my daughter will be going to school nearby so we can stop by again sometimes. Keep up the good work!
Classic movie with huge restored auditorium and second screening room seating 500 with real projection movie camera, comfortable seats, reasonable prices showing first run movies and special art house productions. A treasure for any movie buff. Restored art deco glamour.
Awesome theater! Going there for a movie is one of my greatest joy after school.
I love the Michigan Theater! It's really "grand" inside and always is showing cool stuff, whether that's Ann Arbor Symphony playing the music of Harry Potter or cool talks from the filmmakers or Planet Earth and Blue Planet. Definitely an Ann Arbor staple.
Had trouble with Ticketmaster tickets but the staff at the Michigan Theater Handled it easily and painlessly for us. Beautiful venue good sound. Limited bathrooms could use expansion there.
It is beautiful, the people are very nice. They tend to do a lot of programming with more unique groups like the UM Japanese Society or They Might Be Giants. They also have an organist play 30 minutes before every movie.
Love seeing a live show here. Always a good time, great view no matter where you sit, great sound. Just a FYI, to drink booze you have to join the "club" for $5. If you frequent the theater, it's a great deal. Otherwise not worth it for a 1 night show.
Had a blast at Wild Kratts. Clean theatre and friendly staff.
Michigan Theater is a beautiful building. I went there for the first time to see John Butler Trio and it's a perfect place for a concert. There's not a bad seat in the place. It's very intimate. The autistics are phenomenal. It was made to play music there.
Whatever the event, you feel like you're part of history--enjoy it.
Great old theater, with a mix of new mainstream and art films, and great old films.
We went to see David Sedaris here on 18 April, 2018. My daughter and I love his writing. The Michigan Theater was a great place for his reading, as it is easy to locate (in Ann Arbor, MI) and plenty of structure parking available, many eateries located nearby (we dined in a sandwich shop right next door!)...The theater is clean, well-lit, very comfortable; the acoustics are excellent, the staff there are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again!
Classic film venue in downtown A2 with a retro flair. Wooden seating like in the old days, so be prepared. Smaller theater rooms make it cozy. I liked it!
Beautiful theater with excellent sound!
This is a great place for a concert, which we frequently do there. We've also been a few films, but it is mostly concerts.
A really cute old theater! They show lots of cool movies
It's a good theater in downtown Ann Arbor. There's a parking structure across the street. I've seen comedians and play/shows here and they've all been good and the venue worked well for each. If you want alcohol you have to but a year membership for about $10 first - it sucks to pay the extra but that's how they can get a liquor license so i guess you deal with it if you want to drink.
always a wonderful place to see a ballet
Cool place.
Bela Fleck. Roy Futureman Wooten. Victor Wooten.
Beautiful atmosphere in historic theater. You won't find your typical blockbusters here (unless they feature an older one as part of a series), but you will find incredible gems, that big commercial theaters usually miss, be it small, independent productions, documentaries or foreign movies. I love it!
Great place to go for entertainment.
Beautiful venue!!! Can't wait to go go back!
Beautiful historical theater in downtown Ann Arbor. See a show here if you get the chance.
We got in smoothly, the ushers knew where to send us.If you are over 5'2 you will need extra knee room....in the balcony area. The Keb'Mo' concert was great! We could see the stage very good, from our balcony seats. The sound quality is outstanding.
We saw the Fab Faux here. Beautiful theater!
Michigan Theatre is located in the heart of Downtown Ann Arbor. Everyone here are amazing individuals for sure. So many historic events have occurred in this particular theater for sure. Plus it’s opened all year round as well. Can’t wait to make another appearence as a visitor again soon as well. Keep up the great work!
Fabulous experience on Friday night. The sing along movies are the best. History of the venue is worth a visit to Ann Arbor.
Great venue for music. Love to see Joe Jackson there.
An amazing theatre showing a wide variety of movies, all of which are not the run of the mill blockbusters. Also hosts some live events in the magnificent main theater. Two historic movie house organs are in house, both sound wonderful and are worth a listen if you happen to be heading in to watch an evening show.
Listening to one of the community high school jazz ensembles at the Premier of Commie High.
Always great classic theater
Great acoustics for a concert. If any of your favorite bands are playing here, go. You will be impressed.
I had a lovely time..one of the best experiences
I saw a rock concert here. I bought modest priced seats and still thought that I had a great view in this moderate size venue. The acoustics seemed good for my location on the main floor. I love the old style original interior. I am glad that it is still open. I am 6' and found the seats very comfortable with plenty of leg room for me. That is not always the case in older theaters. I would have given it 5 stars except there are some modest issues where the place is showing some wear and tear. No biggies.
Wonderful restoration of a historic theater. Check out the gorgeous new seats.
Beautiful theater. Has the decor that reminds you of the Fox or other historical sites, but on a smaller scale. (I am a short person and my knees were hitting the seats in front of me, so definitely not a lot of leg room.) Sound quality was good, we saw a comedy act.
There is a lot of history here and I love the interior. Watching a movie with my family was fun. I still reminisce about the Vanilla Ice concert here in the 1990s (don't judge; I was very young).
A staple in Ann Arbor. It is a stunning theatre and excellent resource to the community.
Lovely theatre! Great popcorn and great movies too.
