The staff was friendly and polite. Both the inside and outside were well maintained. Very accessible for most people with disabilities. The theater was quite comfortable, temperature and seating, and the volume was at an appropriate setting. I was impressed by the selection of movies and the throw-back nights they offer.

I have been here three times now, and unlike most theaters I feel safer here knowing that they don't force their customers to disarm. I would definitely not go here if they did because their popcorn is very bad, and I have to drive 30 minutes to attend a movie here. Staff has been polite, and very helpful when help us needed. Feel like I’m back in the 90’s, they need to update there while place, seats are really uncomfortable, you can’t pre pick your theater the concession stand is outdated. It’s a shame MJR is not around I feel like because they don’t have competition like MJR they don’t care about keeping there theater state of the art. Very nice facility. Huge problem purchasing tickets. They make you choose your seating when you purchase the ticket. Very annoying. People spend a lot of time hunting for their seats and being rooted out when in the wrong seat. Good grief... Just let us buy a ticket and take any empty seat. You can't switch when a tall person is in front of you or if there is a restless child making a bit too much of a distraction.

When I was a child I was told of the coming remodeled theater. It was written in books and spoken of in whispers. The thing that thrilled my soul the most was the promise of the pop machine that would allow one to select hundreds of varieties and combinations of pop. I told my children and their children, people were joyous that grand day. That first day it opened my S.O. and I ran to get our tickets and our couples combo. Only what did I see upon turning around? An ordinary soda fountain... I was heart broken. I cried. Other than that it's a great clean theater. If there was a cinema civil war I'd be on the GDX side.

Beware - If you want a family time, you may be disappointed. Obnoxious people talking loud, making noises, yelling at the screen; no management or security check / interventions. In fact, never saw any personnel stepping in for rounds - something that is routine in the cinema industry. Spoke with the manager, Megan (about 9:30 pm, Halloween movie, theater 6), she was sorry. On the technical side, the sound quality seems to lack in most of the theaters, compared with the industry standards. Besides that, the cinema is clean and without long lines.

Endgame was great however your staffing on the concessions was awful, you should have had every register open or close to it (this was one of the most anticipated movie's ever should have been better prepared) we were almost late for the start of the movie and we got there 35 minutes before movie was supposed to start and I bought my tickets 3 days before. To top it off the movie had to be restarted because someone screwed up the 3D I'm not sure if I'll be back and this used to be my favorite...

They had a separate kiosk where I was able to easily and quickly print my tickets with my confirmation code. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Join the reward program! Discounts on concessions and sometimes free stuff when you've accumulated enough points. Prices are better than most theaters. Seats are reasonably comfortable. They aren't as fancy as the Power recline ones you can find at other theaters, but they are comfortable enough.

Great Theater and clean, however getting popcorn here is an issue. Even when its jam packed busy they only ever have one popcorn machine running so you have to wait.. when its not busy they wait until the ABSOLUTE LAST MOMENT!! before refilling the machine so all you end up with is a large bucket of little broken pieces.. buying popcorn and producing popcorn for your patrons is cheap guys. And you sell it back for a fortune. Please dont be cheap with your popcorn and give us some halfway decent stuff

2 People were talking the whole time, not to mention, laying on the floor. Ask them to stop. Went ot and said something. A security person came in walk across the front of the theater and did nothing. Went out again told an usher, guy in a suit stood in the doorway and left never to return. It never stopped. When leaving said something to the suit and he turned his back to me twice and said nothing I can do about it. Nothing was going on yet, he couldn't see them when he came in because they were on the floor. The suit said they were sitting in their seats. That was the people on the other side of the theater. Don't attend a movie unless the theater is more than half full. They don't care if you have enjoyable experience or not!

Love this theater. Very friendly atmosphere and always kept very clean. The seating is comfortable as well. I started going here years ago because their seats are good for larger people as well, but even after losing some weight this is still my go-to for theaters! Only thing I would change is when you get there you have to pick your seats based on a computer, which I get but part of my love of theaters is just getting in there and finding a seat I like. But all the seats are always comfortable so this is rarely a problem!

2nd time I went to see a big box office movie there only to see it cut off in the middle of the movie. We were very upset that this happened and it took away some if the enjoyment of the movie. It also took up more of my time. We go here all the time so its disappointing. Thid happened when we went to see Deadpool 2 last year and again for the premiere of Captain Marvel. And both being Marvel premiere movies my guess as a fan is that we were not the only people this happened twice to.

Favorite place to see a movie in the Tri-Cities. Friendly staff. Bathrooms are always tidy. They have the largest screens in the area so it is worth the drive from Bay City or Midland. The rewards program is really beneficial so I recommend signing up for that also.

Seats could be more comfortable, but still a nice theater. Food and drinks are on the pricey side, but I hardly ever eat or drink anything other than water when at the theater. The sound system and picture quality are great as well.

2nd time I went to see a big box office movie there only to see it cut off in the middle of the movie. We were very upset that this happened and it took away some if the enjoyment of the movie. It also took up more of my time. We go here all the time so its disappointing. Thid happened when we went to see Deadpool 2 last year and again for the premiere of Captain Marvel. And both being Marvel premiere movies my guess as a fan is that we were not the only people this happened twice to.

Favorite place to see a movie in the Tri-Cities. Friendly staff. Bathrooms are always tidy. They have the largest screens in the area so it is worth the drive from Bay City or Midland. The rewards program is really beneficial so I recommend signing up for that also.

We were in theater 10...Every seat is extremely comfortable and plush. Screen is crisp and clear and the sound system is fantastic. We saw Captain Marvel.

I walked in with my kids and there weren't any customers at the counter. Little did I know that there was a line. Rude member of management I presume, was hovering over the attendants and says with a nasty rude attitude, "Your cutting in, the line's over there!" He could have been nicer. He has no sense of customer service or real leadership. All he was doing was pacing back and forth behind the attendants, with a very grumpy unfriendly face and demeanor.
