Really love Emagine Theaters. Really dislike this one. First, someone had their head in their rear when locating the entrance. It faces East but all the parking is on the other 3 sides. Second, more of the same thinking n inside. Only 2 drink machines to serve 18 theaters. Other locations less than half the size have 2. Third, the location is on three one side of the theater. They could have put 2 more on the other side to serve that half. MORE...Theater was not cleaned and we were there for the fittest showing of the day. ...Surround sound didn't work for first 5 min of show. I'll wait for the DVD versus seeing it here.

New favorite theatre. Was a hardcore AMC fan for the longest but I have officially made the switch. Recliners or some kind of specialty seating in all the theatres. Food overall tastes better than the AMC counterparts. The prices ... are so reasonable!!!! I've enjoyed matinees as well as an evening show and the prices are well managed and worth every penny. Signed up for the rewards program. And looking forward to future viewings at this theatre.

Awesome theater - we saw Avengers -End Game in the 3D EMax on a Thursday (didn't have tondeal with the weekend crowds, PLUS the ticket prices are cheaper during the week ). Clean as always. Loved the seats, sound, and picture quality. (repeat customer)

Really good service everyone's been very nice to me, the only issue I have is with a little bit of the price. It's a bit pricier than some of the other theaters I've been to, but it is a fantastic theater to go to, and I would go again.

No one even checked for a ticket bought online. Young kids in our row constantly 'running' in and out of theatre across the front of us. Folk on other side of us and in front used phones constantly with screen light shinning in our faces. There was no control of people pooling and running through lobby. Will use Canton Emagine from now on

Comfy reclining seats but I really don't like having to choose my seat at the ticket counter. When did that become a thing? Expensive but what theater isn't? Lots of theaters for a large selection of shows and fountain walk offers lots of after movie options for a meal or activity. Fun area.

Love emagine Novi! They really are way more high end than they used to be with reclining seats and edible cookie dough and since I'm part of the loyalty card club, movies on Tuesdays are way cheaper! I even get free popcorn every few movies I see! I love it here and I try to see most of my movies here if I can!

The remodel and assigned seating is really nice. I love not having to rush to try to get a good seat. Online tickets mean that the only line I might have to wait in is for concessions, but they have even streamlined that as well. Let's not forget the E-Max screen... That thing is HUGE!

My boyfriend and I are in a constant battle between what theater is better Emagine or MJR. We went to MJR not too long ago and we were disappointed and uncomfortable. I told him my parents and I love Emagine and to give it a try. We love it. Always a pleasant experience every time. The seats are comfy, you can sit anywhere and still enjoy the movie even very close up front. The food is amazing the drinks as well. It’s more pricey but you get what you pay for and I think I converted him to Emagine!

Saw Zombieland in their Emax theater! Screen is much larger than average and the seats are very comfortable recliners! Little chilly tho so bring a blanket! But most importantly...heed my warning! If you are at the last showing don't think you can go back for popcorn refills because they close the concessions before the movie is even over!! Yeah...that sucks!!

First experience was a in there for Endgame, and I loved it. The lobby is so different from most if the other theaters I have been to, it's a lot more cozy and relaxed and way less industrial feeling? But the seats are amazing and the screen is perfect. It was Worth going there for Endgame.

This is what you you should expect from emagjne theaters. This location is easy to locate and alive with surrounding businesses. Including restaurants and home. Friendly staff and fast service. Food is great and they deliver straight to your seat but don’t expect it quick. Seats and theaters up to date for an amazingly comfortable experience.

What a stunning theater. Yes, you will pay premium prices for the tickets so be prepared, but that is every single movie now. They however have stepped up the class in going to the movies. With a full bar and amazing selection of food, its a great choice for a date night with the spouse or taking the family for a mid day adventure. Emagine is one of my favorite movie theaters. It's a fun place to enjoy with family and friends. This Emagine in particular is close to my work place. Theaters are cleanly maintained. EMax is simply better than other IMax screens. Most of Hollywood, Bollywood and Indian regional movies are shown here. Timeplay in the auditoriums is just fun before starting movie and you will be rewarded with movie tickets. Reclining seats, Dolby Atmos sound experience gives a better experience. I prefer watching movies only at Emagine as it's simply amazing and Highclass. Five stars for a wonderful infrastructure. I recommend Emagine over other Movie theater chains.

I love the recliner seats, the space in front of the seats we had as well as the picture quality and the sound. One could sit behind a tall person with no problem. (For reference, I am 5' 6".) I didn't go to the concession stand or bar.

Excellent service. I had a bad experience with a guest who was sitting in my assigned seat but wouldn't move when I asked. I would've gotten another seat but the theater was filling up and I wasn't sure if I would find another empty seat, so I talked to the staff and they took care of the situation and were really great and polite about it. Please sit in your assigned seat people!! You make it difficult for everyone when you don't.

Such a huge theater! Comfortable seating areas while you wait for your movie to start. The theater seats are very comfortable and they recline as a bonus. The seating rows allow room for people to move freely without having to "climb over" others. Clean restrooms, large refreshment centers (although kind of pricey) and choice movie screens (regular, 3-D, or IMAX). I will definitely be back!

Great location. We had a ball. It was comfortable. The atmosphere was chill. The crown was multiethnic and wonderful. There was no noise during the movie or before outside of light chatter before and after. The Consessions prices are a bit off the charts..and the price of admission was fair....all in all...I spent about $50 and some change for two people. The comfort was great. However, the screen size of their Supposed...SUPER MAX SCREEN...was lacking...overpriced and NOT at all what they advertise. The AMC STAR...has large screens...and their admission is very fairly priced. I'd return...just be forwarned about the Consessions costs.

Me and 2 other family members came to this movie theater to view the Han Solo movie. Once we got seated, I realized we and another small family were the only ones in the theater, which was fantastic. We got reclining seats and enjoyed the movie for 2 hours. The movie theater itself had no negative flaws and was enough to satisfy a fellow like me.

Clean, well maintained theatre with comfortable seats. Very easy to pre-purchase tickets online for a reserved seats, which makes planning to see a movie much easier - especially with popular first-run films! Plentiful surface parking and easily accessible from multiple major roads including 12 mile and Novi.

It's a shame going to the movies is not the same as it was. So I decide to surprise the kids with a movie date only to be told no tickets were available. So I asked how do I make sure this doesn't happen again and I'm told the movies went electronic, buy your tickets online, or come in earlier. We showed up 30 mins before show started. Oh well, not only do they lose my money for tickets but also concession stand and games. For a family of six that's a big ticket all because they went electronic. We are going mini golf now.

I usually have a great time here. No issues with the facility, just in the people that go at times. I will say that management was on top of it even if they blocked my view of Pokemon Detective due to a family coming in late for one and having a lot of kids with them some I'm sure they didn't pay for as they were taking up others paid seats. But as I said, management was on top of it.

Went to see Doctor Who Logopolis. Great theater, comfortable reclining seats. We didn't buy food and drinks this time but it's good that you can order them ahead of time. Arrival and entry is super fast, unlike most other places you just walk on in and find your seat. No waiting in lines or having your tickets checked, unless you go buy food etc. The place looked fairly clean, bathrooms were reasonable and not as messy as some I have been in. Everything was well organized and we had a great time.

The theater wasn't clean when we went in, and we went in 40mins before showtime...plenty of time for the staff to clean it. My flip flop stuck to the floor on Theater 10 Row I. Then the bathrooms were a mess, toilet paper all over the floor. Now to the food... the staff behind the counter must've been a little tired; they weren't very pleasant at first when I ordered my food. And whomever prepared our food wasn't a very good cook. The Sliders were horrible. The bread was hard

Tickets aren't pricey, screens are huge, and the chairs recline electronically. This is what a 5- star theater should look like, and I've never had a bad experience with movies at emagine. Food options are plentiful and admittedly pricey, however the food isn't exactly what I come for.

Great for sound,picture and comfort. Concessions are pitiful as are the concession workers attitudes. Make sure to give yourself extra time as they have no sense of urgency when it comes to having guests in their seats before the movie starts.

All theatres have comfortable reclining seats. Seats are selected when you buy your ticket. I do everything on my app. Super easy. There is a ticket surcharge now, though. I'm disappointed that they started deep-fat frying the pretzels. Yuck! But the Bosco sticks are good, and so are the chicken fingers. There are enough to share.

Emagine became and has remained my preferred theater group for a few years now. Literally every interaction I've had with staff the members have gone above and beyond with anything I needed and never made me feel like it was an issue for them. You pick your seats and all of them are personal recliners with heated seats. The ticket prices are literally the exact same or maybe cheaper than other theaters. Oh, they not only will deliver food (like their pizzas or whatever) to your seat but they also serve alcohol. After going to Emagine I have literally 0 reason to go to any other theater and I think it will stay that way.

Drove almost 2 hours to see a movie at this place and when we got there we couldn't even see the movie we wanted because they wherent showing it. Even though their website said it was and their "movie menu" at the location even said that there where showing for that day. I'm highly disgusted with the customer service they provided and I'm highly irritated that the website was not up to date. I will never drive here again, or suggest this place to friends.

Love the seating options. You can get a reclining seat for one or a cuddle sofa for two. They have beer and a great variety of soft drinks and juice. Free refills for popcorn and FREE popcorn on Tuesdays. Be sure to sign up and become a loyalty rewards member tho get more free stuff!

Movie conditions were bad, no AC to get through a 3 hour movie in Room 8. I had to go 4-5 times to the restroom just to get out of there & freshen up. Girlfriend fell asleep. That's how enticing The Avengers Endgame was. It was like ok let's get a money on & get to the point.

Its my favorite place to hangout with my family, i watched all types of moviez recently watched toy story( new), spider man 3d was the best one, with the price its worth it, best part is the recliner they have, its v comfortable, the serving they serve for the popcorn its really huge, we go smaller size but it was not smaller at all, waiting for some good movies to come, definitely going to visit soon

If I could give no stars for our experience I would. We arrived a little early to our movie and sat at the bar after ordering food and got a drink. The staff at the bar was horrible unprofessional, talking poorly on management team, eating behind the bar, drinking while working and amongst all of that... Never saw either of them wash their hands. We love the emagine theatre but this location we will never return to!

The weekend police presence was nice to keep the teenagers a bit more under control compared with past experiences at this location. It's pretty close to the bars, so there are a few rowdy drunks; amateur hour on Friday and Saturday nights. Overlooking the use of cellphones and people talking throughout the movie, it's not bad. Probably best during daytime and not on the weekends if you don't like throwing down with some punks or want to just enjoy the movie.

All movie houses being sort of equal now with big screens, hot food items and reclining seats, Emagine Novi remains my hands down favorite for a few good reasons. One, it’s newly remodeled so there is never a big crowd. Two, advance tickets are easy to purchase on my phone. Three, the Loyalty program gives me lots of free tickets and popcorn that I can share with family members. Four, located at Fountain Walk, there are lots of other amusements and eateries to make the experience complete. Five, there is ALWAYS a Novi police presence to maintain order. Oh, and did I mention the grown up DRINKs

II haven't to this theater in many years because I never liked the seating and I was greatly impressed with how well this theater has been kept up and they've updated the seating to Lounge seating. We were there because of a free movie giveaway and we saw the kid that would be king which was an excellent movie we ordered a large popcorn Barrel with extra butter it was tasty and fresh. Bathrooms are clean and well-lit. Need to try the bar next time but it was 10 in the morning. Will go here again they also have $5 Tuesdays movies all day for $5. Can't wait to go again had a good time. Friendly staff.

Went to see The Avengers: Endgame here. Great theater, amazingly the line was very short, clean lobby and theater. And most surprising of all, my ticket was only $10! Guess because I saw it in Standard showing? 3 Issues though: 1) The movie wasn't available in 3D, and the explanation wasn't clear or believable. I don't even remember what he said, but just found that odd and disappointing. 2) The sound was too low. Usually, I experience the opposite, where the sound is too loud (not here, but at some of the AMC theaters). I was actually about to go complain to the service desk about this, but I guess my ears adjusted, and the annoying people next to me shut-up eventually. I mean, I could barely understand what Captain America was saying. Disappointing. All that fancy glitz and size, but weak sound. 3) Mens' room was a disaster! You know it's bad when you can't find a clean spot to stand in! And some of the toilet lids where just completely covered in urine (I know, gross but no other way to say it). I think sometimes maybe the sensor on the urinals and toilets don't work, so people just overload it with urine? You gotta step it up Emagine Novi.

Always a great theater! Typically really clean, the theater is well maintained, the chairs are super comfortable and have a nice recline, and the area is awesome. I do wish the employees were a bit nicer and friendlier, but you win some you lose some right? This is definitely my favorite emagine theater location out of the 3 that I've gone to!

A great theater that is a bit pricey but has wonderful seats for watching the movies in along with freestyle machines for the drinks, you pay for quality here.

Its a nice movie theater just a little confusing. Its a bigger theater and easy to get turned around in but overall a great place. Friendly staff and the popcorn is amazing. We had so much fun and the theater was clean. Def will go again.

Lots or space in the theater and comfortable seats. I understand that they dont make much money from tickets but $20 for a medium popcorn and a large drink is a bit much.

Large theater with extremely comfortable reclining seats. You're able to reserve your seat using the website to make sure you get your preferred spot. They also provide the ability to have food delivered to your seat during the movie.

The staff are wonderful, the food and drinks are good, and the movie experience is always. I will say however that everything is so overpriced I feel the need to only go on Tuesdays to get my half off tickets with my reward card. Just getting two tickets, two large drinks and pop corn bundles comes to nearly $60. They take overpriced to a while new level.

I am a loyal member of Emagine theaters, particularly Novi. I also have an extras loyalty membership. I had an unfortunate experience today where a lady refused to move from my assigned seat and there were no other options to sit. I had purchased my tickets the previous night and when I spoke to the manager, John, he agreed there was a glitch, and could see my ticket purchase but not the other customer's. We had missed a substantial portion of the movie, and to compensate for the mishap, he gave us upgraded tickets for the next show and 6 complementary ones. He was more than accommodating and appreciated it very much. I would also like to mention Shawn, he took our concessions order and was a pleasure and enhanced our experience. Thank you Emagine theaters for continuing to go above and beyond.

For the 2nd time visiting in two weeks, both times the bathrooms were totally disgusting!! I would even use them on the 1st visit to the theater. Toilets not flushed, paper towels all over the floors,. Stalls wrecked with urine on the floors and it smelled horrible! I'm thinking to myself, this can't be right.

Very clean theater! The front staff were very kind. A man had his phone out the whole movie and I did not enjoy seeing his bright screen. Should have staff checking in on the movie every 10 mins. Only bad pet! Took my husband for Father’s Day!

By far one of the best movie theaters I have been to. Very organized and super easy to purchase movie tickets. Staff are very friendly and service is super fast with little to no mistakes. Although I wish they had people checking your tickets before entering the theater room because I always buy tickets online and a couple times I walked into the theater and saw people sitting in my seats that aren’t even supposed to be in the theater, and had to waste time telling them to move out of my seats, other than that I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to watch a movie comfortably and relaxed.
