Here you will be able to see all the feddbacks of real people who are purchasing the products of AMC Livonia 20 (Movie Theater) in Michigan.
Now this firm receives a rating of 3.9 over 5 and this score was based on 3111 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is quite positive, and it is based on a high number of reviews, so we may think that the rating is quite credible. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to write opinions when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Movie Theater is classified in the category of Movie theater.
It was clean even though it was very busy. I bought my tickets on line and it was very crowded. The service was quick and the movie started on time. Imax 3D is definitely worth it.
Hadn't been to this AMC in years. Met a friend who drove in from Warren to see the movie 'Parasite.' Thought provoking movie. Liked the upgrades at AMC. We'll meet up there again for a Sat or Sun matinee.
AMC-20 has been a Livonia staple for years now and, while the movie-going experience has evolved, This theater is still one of the best around. They even have a bar opened now.
It was pretty solid other than we had to leave Alladin 20 minutes early for a soccer tourney. Maybe we didn't need 35 minutes of previews!
Tonight was my 4th time there since they changed their seating policy .when you buy your tickets you must chose your seats this stalls the ticket purchasing process. Wait is way too long back to Phoenix theater
They charge as much as other theaters do that offer the luxury seating which is now a staple at theaters. The sound was terrible as well.
This place definitely needs a lot of cleaning and updates, I can't believe that they charge the same amount for tickets as theaters that have great updates like reclining seats. You are able to choose your seat but they're regular theater seats, no recliners. The concession area is very dirty there is spilled popcorn and dried up and sticky spill drinks on the counter where are the napkins and butter is and it looks like it had been like this all day. I went to the 6:30 showing of shaft and the actual theater where the movie is shown also needed a lot of attention it look like it had not been cleaned all day. There was popcorn and wrappers all over the floor. When you walk into the area that leads to the theater the garbage cans look like they had not been dumped, there were popcorn boxes and cups spilling over out of the garbage can. The only thing that was clean about this theater was nothing. This location definitely needs a lot of help. Management needs to come in and do a sweep and/or training classes to show these employees and management how operate this establishment.
No fresh produce for some alcoholic drinks, but they were still good. Comfy chairs even though most places have switched to recliners. Food is really great tho.
Meh. Old, dirty seats and outdated theaters. Good selection of movies though! And they have those cool mix-your-own-coke machines.
Love it! Great lay out great snacks very clean bathrooms
Pleasant experience, not too crowded
Nice and clean. Movie inspired interior, nice and loud audio
Took my child to see toy story 4 yesterday . I would give this amc 20 No stars . The movie theatre was so dirty popcorn in seats , just filthy . The seats were stained I will never come back to this location
The ambiance of the theatre is polish and clean, nice setup, despite the not so friendly cashier, but definitely will visit and check out the bar.
Not up to date, they need to catch up with the competition on seating. Nice to see a bar and some healthier food offerings. Sticking with the other guys.
I love this place, I use to go to Fairlane but they became disgustingly dirty. Not only is it clean to the eye but your nose as well. Staff is friendly and helpful and can be seen throughout the day cleaning.
Tried purchasing tickets online and the website wouldnt allow me to do so. Kept saying couldnt complete transaction. Tried 4 different debit cards and kept getting the same message to call an 888 number. Called that number only to get a recording telling me to attempt from a different device. Caled the actual theater location (Livonia 20) and nobody answers. Sat on hold with the 888 number and finally got someone on the phone who was rude and very unhelpful. Needless to say, we are taking our business to a different theater! I do NOT recommend this place at all.
Love the seats!!! Great theatre experience
nice place to see a movie. They try to keep the phone use down during the movie. Good sound system. 20 theater so a lot of choices.
Nice roomy, comfortable place. But, seriously a $6.14 diet coke, lol?
First time at this location and don't understand why the bar isn't open at night? Why advertise the drinks at the concession stand and not be able to try them out. It be nice to enjoy a drink at an establishment without complications. The seats are average like a used lazy boy recliner.
I think the theater management is not customer focused. They don’t have enough staff members to clean theaters after a show. Also sometimes when there is an electtic outage or issue with the server, they are not very good at handling crisis. People have to stand in long queue just to get refunds and sometimes they don’t even do that and force you to take a free movie pass. They don’t allocate theaters properly, lot of times blockbuster movies are played in small rooms and it gets crowded. Most of the times the self ticket machine is out of paper or simply doesn’t work and there is a long queue and understaffed ticket booths. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and work on this because this theater is at great location and I think they can do much better.
Very outdated seats very uncomfortable. Also could hear the other movie while in movie. Will not be returning any time soon.
My second favorite AMC theatre trailing slightly behind the Forum location. Very clean, good staff, screens. They could definitely update the seats but otherwise, a very good theatre.
This is ridiculous! No longer can you sit where ever you want to view your movie. I have been going to this threater for years. With the current policy there is a special line for customers to be serviced before other people in line also movie goers have to select their seating location. The line was unusually long. My firestick is looking better an better.
Seats are uncomfortable: no footrest, no recline. Popcorn isn't any good. Brightness of the screen changes during the movie. Why pay more to get less? We much prefer Phoenix theaters.
One of the nicer AMC Movie Theatres in the Metro Detroit area. Some theaters have reserved seating, hopefully more will change to that in the future. The theatre is clean with good screens and sound. It's situated near a number if restaurants, a few within walking distance so it's a great spot for dinner and a movie.
I thought the Movie was Good
The theaters are clean and they have quality screens and sound systems. The staff is friendly and there was not a long wait at all for concessions or tickets due to their efficiency.
The place was amazing but 8.26 for a small popcorn is to high
Needs updated chairs similar to the theaters in the surrounding area. Popcorn is awful even when freshly made. Concession stand has a good variety of snacks, but of course they're pricey. Saturday matinee and snacks for family of 3 was approximately $60.
No reclining seats. Old school theater. Other theaters like Emagine are much better with comfortable recliner seats. This theater is outdated and need an upgrade badly.
Good theater will less reclining chair screens!
Very clean facility with friendly staff and great concession options. Love the veggie hot dog!
The IMax theater was amazing but buying my ticket was ridiculous. It's a Saturday Night and they only had One Attendant selling tickets. I arrive early for a reason but I barely made it to my movie on time because the line was so long.
Low price but low facility. Very bad seating.
Always a good time! Prices are a bit above average but overall still worth it.
The theater is vary nice and clean. You have plenty of ways to buy tickets either online, from a ticket kiosk, or at the box office. What I don't like about this theater is the low sound volume within each theater room. I've been to at least 3 shows here and they all have had poor sound volume.
Great place to catch a movie -- just watched Toy Story 4, really good movie. Thing is, the site gave the start time for the movie, buy it was actually the start time for the previews, which of course took some time.
We have been here a few times to watch Indian movies and also regular movies. The ambience is clean and well-maintained. AMC could do better in posting directions if you have to reach an elevator to utilize the handicapped section.
Had to reserve a seat. At 2PM in afternoon? Not good. Cost has gone up. Good thing Movie was worth it.
Nice theater, clean, was even able to choose seats when ordering tickets through the stubs app. Really like this AMC location.
Everything a movie theater needs. Through sometime their Auto ticket kiosk give problems, but over all a good near by theater
Toy Story 4 was cute. @ MAC big choice of movies
Pop in at least one machine was lukewarm, seats don’t recline and cup holders are angled so we feared the large pop would fall, seating is old & worn, staff forgot to turn the lights off for the movie (20 minutes in someone left to tell them) - if a staff member popped in at the start of a showing that wouldn’t have happened. First experience at this theater and I was disappointed.
Theater was not crowded. No wait good seats. Clean. Doesn't have the fancy seats imagine had but comfortable
Great place.
This isnt a great movie theatre, the prices for popcorn, slushees and pop are terrible high, for what you get i mean like a regular size slushee cup is 6 dollars and like a small paper bag of popcorn is 8 really, not to mention the staff, me and my friends are all 18 and the front walkie talkies someone in the back saying we arent, i mean really bud. We had id as well, you will never ever get treated like this at emagine, i tried to give amc a chance and i will tell you something never again.
Wanted to see a movie that was somewhat new, but was told that there were no seats together. My fiance and I was looking forward to seeing the movie but we weren't about to sit separate.
This location is desperately in need of an upgrade. With so many theaters offering reserved recliner seating, this location must upgrade or it will fail. I go twice a year for an all day special event and each year the conditions get a little worse. This year on a Saturday night their fryer was down two weekends in a row, leaving the event attendees with a choice of pizza or hot dogs when we wanted real food for dinner. With other choices on the menu they can do better than this. There were also 2 cashiers working the concession line, which was a mile long. This location could be so much better if they would just upgrade to compete with other local options.
Very nice show
Lots of legroom and very clean aisles. Prompt service. Not the most comfortable seats. But a very pleasurable experience. I would go there again to see a movie.
Very nice theater. Good selection of movies. Staff is friendly and helpful.
They were very friendly and amazing at the job , no mistakes were made that’s what you call a movie theater
Great place for the entire family
Very convenient location and nice theatres
The theater has old seats that didnt fold backat all, no seasoning for popcorn other then fake butter and the cup holder didnt even hold the cup properly. This place needs a serious remodel for what I assume is just the older theater's. I hope so anyway, even their premovie advertising shows recliners which are near the standard now a days for 8 bucks a ticket.
Got some free tickets for AMC 20, ended up leaving due to how dirty the theater was... Stains all over the seats and garbage everywhere. Lines took forever, almost no employees for a Friday night. And they were out of the only two food items that we wanted. Total waste of time. Won't be returning.
I love going to this theater, especially since they serve alcohol. On this occasion however I got there 20 minutes early because of the snow and then it took another 20 minutes for the movie to start. There were no previews or anything. I think this may have been a fluke, so I'm only taking away one star.
One guy selling tickets. One guy selling popcorn with 25 people in line. Not an A lister so felt like a second class citizen. Won't be back. Laurel Park Phoenix Theater is MUCH better!
Surprisingly quite nice considering the parking lot is always so empty. I had avoided the place mostly because of the fact that every time I drove by, no matter the time of day, they never seemed to be too busy. But it's actually a nice theater, the seats are a bit older, I don't know if any of the theater rooms have updated seats (reclining) but the two times I went they were the seats from the early-mid 2000s era. Staff was polite, it was pretty clean, and you can order tickets online. I don't buy movie snacks usually so I didn't see how the prices at the concession compared.
$5.00 Tuesdays can't be beat. Great pacakages for movie lovers!!!
Never had an easy movie going experience here. Whether being scolded by the concession people because I wasn't a VIP member but accidentally stood in the VIP line or buying a special commemorative popcorn tin for 12 bucks only to be told that you only get regular popcorn with it and not caramel or cheese corn. Not even a button on the register to charge a little extra for the flavored corn. Instead had a manager take 5 minutes to redo the sale and give me money back. Add on outdated and uncomfortable seating and there really is no reason to come here. If I didn't have gift cards, wouldn't come back. MJR takes care of their customers better.
The seats are not great. Concessions are very expensive.
My friends and I loved this theater! We went to see the movie, "Unplanned ". The food service was fast and very friendly. The seats were comfortable and the theater was a good temperature, not too cold.
Pretty good cinema. I have watch 2 movies. Both where 2D though. So I can't tell how good is their 3d. The only let down is that there are no recliner like other cinemas.
Good food and nice seating !!
$5 Tuesdays are the absolute best!! Thanks for making it easier to take a large family to the movies!!
Nice theater. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. The seats are comfortable. The pricing us comparable to other theaters. They have special events which are cool.
I don't go to this theater because I don't live I in the area. I did go recently with some family members after a family members birthday get together. I like my pop corn staggered with butter. I asked the girl to put a little pop corn in butter it put more pop corn & butter it etc. I didn't know they don't butter it for u that the butter is not behind the counter. She just pointed & said basically for me to butter it not explaining to me that this theater doesn't butter it for u. So I kept handing it back to her & she ROLLED her eyes @ me!!!!!! Even if it was MY misunderstanding that was NOT good customer service. A manager walked by & I told him what happened. He look @ me then her & just walked away not taking her aside & telling her that is NOT ACCEPTABLE behavior. Next time I'm in the area & go to a movie ill go to Phoenix theater @ Laurel park Place mall!!!!!! Good thing that not one my usual theaters!!!!
This use to be a nice theater but the seats in Theater 5 are too narrow and they are very dirty! I could not even sit in it Thank God it was more seats available smh the paint is peeling off the floors and they were sticky! They need to update the theaters espcially for the price they charge for movies tickets and consessions stands.
This place was filthy!! This was my first time going to this theater, my son and I attended a 8pm show and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened that morning. We waited 35 minutes (only because my son really wanted it) for popcorn because they only had two people working the concession stand. After the long wait I had to scrape to find a "clean" top (and I had to pray that the one I found was actually clean) for my beverage as they where just thrown everywhere with none stored in the appropriate holders. I will definitely not be back ugh!
Uncomfortable seats. Terrible noise overflow from Hall and other theaters. The only redeeming quality is that they will probably have more flexible show times due to capacity (that's how I ended up there).
The place is huge and the theatre room sizes are massive. Seems to have good options of food. Toilets are not bad. Plenty of seats to get a decent one, even if you're not on time. Good parking space too.
Concession food/snacks a bit pricey but overall fresh and good
They finally have reserved seating, but still behind on other areas in relation to Emagine. Nice 2nd choice if Emagine can't accommodate the schedule or is booked up.
I personally love to go to AMC chains but this one not so much because of their poor maintenance.
They need a little updating on there seats so u comfy.
A decent movie theater. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Not crowded at 4PM, comfortable seating. Good optics. Good safe environment.
Good movies and cool atmosphere only gripe is that the food they serve is really bad and terrible quality it wouldn't be so bad if the taste just a tad better but still dont get the food just get popcorn and a drink and enjoy the movie
Lost my phone and was returned to me, honest people
Very good place, people are helpful and greet you warmly. Prices not bad either.
The only theater in Detroit where you going the all the latest Bollywood and Hollywood releases
Some of the worst audio I've ever heard for a movie, mostly from the reflective walls and ceilings. Sticky floors and uncomfortable seats, not worth the movie ticket price. Only part that was decent was the popcorn and snacks.
I feel like most movie theaters now have either the curse of too many people increasing the chance of someone ruining your experience or a place where no one goes (not even the staff to clean) and it feels run down. This place seems to be at the perfect medium for now and it’s clean, never crazy and has awesome sound and picture quality. Probably my preferred theater at the moment!
Sticky floors, took 25 minutes to get pretzel bites and workers were rude
Very clean and festive theater however, they would benefit greatly from upgrading their seats.
First week of endgame being open and this place is so under staffed. The place was a mess and the lines are ridiculous. Lack of staff will result in a loss in concessions. That alone should justify the staffing.
I go to this theater every Saturday night with my group of friends. Great screen and picture quality and seating is roomy. The staff keeps it clean and well maintained and their new stubs program makes it amazingly inexpensive to go to the movie theatre. The only downside is the prices of their food and popcorn, what you don't pay for with tickets you make up with the food. I mean, 1 large drink and popcorn is like $20. Little ridiculous if you ask me.
Wonderful place. I was having sex in one of the theaters with a girl i met in the lobby. We had a wonderful experience, and a wonderful crowd. Getting their VIP membership is defiantly going to be happening in the near future!
Great movie theater but I wish the seats reclined. Either way it was a good expierence.
The line to buy tickets was 20 people long with only one person selling tickets, we waited 10 minutes at 11:30 am just to buy tickets. We bought a large popcorn and 2 drinks, $25!!!! The seats are just regular seats, not recliners, the cup holders were small and barely fit our cup. The people were very nice and the facilities were clean but the concession prices were outrageous, we could have eaten dinner out for that price! Won't be back
Great Movie theatre, really clean and very nice staff!
This is good theatre. Specially much better than AMC Southfield. Most of the times, it's not cleaned after the prior show. Yesterday itself, IMAX was extremely dirty after the prior show. Popcorn all over the seats and floors. They should improve that.
Great viewing for the movie, but I highly disappointed with the cleaning of the theater. We got there early, and waited outside while the sign said it was being cleaned. When the sign was changed to seating for movie, we went in and nothing had been cleaned. Trash left every where. The cleaning crew did come in until right before the movie started. Not the best experience with the theater.
Love this place. Easy to get in and the food selection for a movie theater is amazing but the prices are not. All in all it's a great place but do expect to pay theater prices for everything.
Very comfortable seats
Its a nice theater
Nice place. Good overall.
The Very first Movie I saw at this Theater was Monsters Inc in 2001. My First Movie I saw in 3D Was Monsters vs Aliens and My First IMAX Movie was Avatar. This is one of my 3 Nearby Movie Theaters alongside Emagine Theater and United Artist Theater
Great show "Emanuel", clean and pleasant. My oldest daughter Sharon and I had a wonderful time.
It's nice but more expensive than other theatres I've attended. The one I was in didn't have recliners but still nice. Popcorn was okay.
One of Michigan's finest theatres. Friendly staff.... Buttery Popcorn.... Overpriced everything. You know, The Movies.
Very nice spot to see a movie. Love the seats
They've yet to join the recliner theatres. No refill on their medium combos. If they're not going to offer the same amenities as other theatres their prices should reflect that. No senior discounts either...
Always a nice stop.
Good theater and on the smaller side! It could use a little remodeling since it's been around a while. The employees are also so so. Some have forgotten that customers are the reason you have a job. Overall, good place but I have been to better.
Nice and clean. Movie inspired interior, nice and loud audio.
I saw IT chapter 2 here a few weeks ago at the IMAX screen. It was awful. The seats were uncomfortable and did not recline or adjust. 10/10 would not visit again.
Decent theater. seats just okay not really comfortable. Reasonably clean.
It's ok. Relatively clean. Serivce gets you what you need, but not outstanding. As with most movie theaters, the food is overpriced. The seats are terrible. Updates needed, especially in the higer priced selection i.e. IMAX or 3D.
Good amount of available seats. That's it for the positives. Prices are too high. $9 for a Saturday matinee is too much. Concessions are way too high too. I wouldn't and won't ever come again without being given a gift card. EDIT: spelling
Movie and theater were very good popcorn was not
Hated my experience. You wait in a line outside to pay and pick your seat. Then you wait in line to enter the theater with your ticket. Then you wait in ANOTHER line inside to buy food. The popcorn wasn't that great (although is refillable). The crowd that uses this theater apparently loves talking because they were ALL yelling at the movie as it played. The lobby was so messy too. I would go to Phoenix theater instead.. their prices, seats, crowd, and popcorn taste are better
I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the reserved seating. I have asthma and am allergic to perfume/colone. It makes reserved seating very stressful. So far, no issue, but I tend to only see movies that have been out for awhile to avoid the possibility. It was easier when I knew I could move to another seat if there was an issue.
Such a nice theatre.
The place is well located and lots of parking spots close by. The theater is clean compared to AMC Southfield. Only downside is they have only couple of IMAX theaters. The A-list program is very good and I am able to watch 3 movies a week at 19.95$/mo.I like the popcorn served here. Worth spending good time over the weekend.
Very well done, concessions an Theaters are arranged quite nicely!
My all time favorite movie place. Love the ambience. Nachos with cheese are awesome.
Nice IMAX and sounds, but need to upgrade the seats to recliners.
I bought popcorn and drink, my wife spilled the popcorn and I went to get a refill at 855 I seen one person working and said hi 3 times and then I asked for refill she said we are closed. I paid over sixteen dollars for the drink and popcorn
I don't often go to the movies anymore, but the AMC 20 in Livonia is the one I prefer to visit. It's spaceous, as clean as you could ask from a very well-trafficked theater, and it's not usually all that crowded for the later showings so it's easy to watch in peace. The one downside is every time I've visited in the last few years only the main concessions counter was open so the line was quite long.
good place I like it
Nice theatre but they need to invest into reclining seats.
Nice big place and has all the new movies out to watch for there releases into the theatre. Love the atmosphere. The prices at the consession stand were reasonable. The ticket taker was very thorough in inspecting our purses. Just a little warning: Watch out in sneaking any food or drink, you'll get caught. Nice comfortable seating and pleanty of room.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would So, last night, I went to see The Man who killed Don Quixote at AMC Livonia 20. Now, for a long list of legal reasons, this film is only showing for ONE night, at ONE time in the U.S. Meaning that every theater in the country shoeing the film is showing it at 7pm. A few minutes before the film was SUPPOSED to start, an employee comes in the theater and tells us that due to a mechanical issue (I believe they said the movie file was corrupted), the movie will not be shown. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I would assume any DECENT THEATER would check their films for any issues. And upon finding out the film was broken/corrupted/whatever, they would let their customers know at the ticket booth, so maybe the moviegoers can try to get to another theater that's showing the film. BUT DID AMC Theater DO THIS??? Obviously no. Instead, they waited until the movie was only a few minutes away, giving us no hope of seeing it anywhere else! And not to forget, they also made sure everyone had bought their overpriced concessions before making the announcement- making sure to squeeze out any amount of cash they can, right? I'm obviously very upset because this movie won't be playing in theaters again, it was a one time thing. I've been waiting for a year to see this movie. But I am OUTRAGED by AMC Livonia 20's business practices. AMC Theatres, you have lost my business, and I hope that this post will lead other people to use a different theater. I am incredibly disappointed and angry.
Hmmm. My 1st time here and sorry to say but I prefer else where. It was nice clean and shinny but the seating was HORRIBLE. Really condensed and hard to let others pass by. If your pregnant or on the fluffier side you will be uncomfortable! Im 7 months and couldn't sit still!! Ate before I went so I cannot comment on the prices but seats, and finding a park is ridiculous
Nice screen. Good parking. Seats could use a cleaning. Other maintenance issues noted.
Yes it's a decent place to watch movies here. The seats are reasonably comfortable, though there are no recliners but still the theater is good enough.
Garbage theatre. Front lobby has popcorn everywhere, line took forever unless you pay a monthly fee for a separate snack line. Seats have stains and don't recline. For costing more than emagine I would've expected more.
It was a good movie. Racing In the Rain.
Great movie place, overpriced food though.
This place and its employees need a lot of help. I had a refund done to one of my gift cards and had proof of it. They told me there was no money on it. I talked with guest services and they told me there was nothing they could do even with the proof I had. She didnt even listen to what I had to say. In other words the manager basically dismissed my proof/argument instead of just doing what was right. Also the bathrooms are a mess. No soap and toilet paper everywhere. This place needs better leadership that actually cares about their customers.
I'd like to start off saying that this theater used to be better. Dirty theater super sticky floors, I know it's an issue, but I don't notice it at Emagine theaters I have been at recently. That may be due to the fact that they have recliners. Also the concession area was a filthy mess. Liquid butter all over the counters and floors. Salt shakers that had butter in them and salt that wouldn't pour out. Three out of the six digital Coke machines were out of order and half of the flavors were out at the rest of each machine. While we all know popcorn and other food at theaters is over priced I got nothing but a bucket of small pieces, which happened to be covered by a small layer of non broken popcorn. As for price, they are slightly more expensive than other theaters for standard viewing, + $0.50 - $1.00 (Non 3D/IMAX). However the the overall quality of the experience was much lower them other theaters I have been to recently. I used to frequent this theater all the time for several years. However after my most recent experience I definitely will not be returning as their standards have slipped.
saw the joker movie with an emtpy theatre. it was nice. staff seems nice too.
It was a good experience, service was quick helpful.
Seats were uncomfortable, close together, not reclining. Theaters were smaller than others. Food was good.
Nice theater but the seats desperately need upgraded.
Excellent theater, real value for A-List program participants. Great movie selection - love the documentaries - in well-maintained and comfortable surroundings. Bonus for the adults in your party - the bar! Nothing goes better with a movie than craft beer.
Would have been 5 stars, but the seats my wife and I had were old and uncomfortable. IMAX sounds and looks great, saw Apollo 11. Oh, and they have a 1.5lb pretzel that you can buy from the concession stand.
We went to watch URI The Surgical Strike. The premise is clean & tidy. I would like to recommend
Lobby was stifling hot if you had to wait in line. Only one person selling tickets. Moved really slowly. The theatre however was very comfortable. Clean restroom.
Comfortable seats, but skip the snacks. They are trying, though!
I was disappointed with the concession stand service. I was told that they only had one size slushie, and would only sell me a large size for my six year old son, but as I was walking away he asked another team member to get some other sizes of cups. I've heard of upselling, but not out right lying to a customer about the availability of an item.
Good place to go, tickets can be a bit pricey but they have wonderful snacks and movie options
They have the best popcorn!
Have to pick seats now but overall a great experience
Good theater with a few IMAX screens. Has assigned seating but no recliners? That's the only downside
Nearly empty for The Lion King with grandkids.
The theatre is good but it is not the best. The audio effects are good but there are still better effects I've heard. The screens are good but, the seats are too close to the screen which is the most annoying thing. When I've to see an exquisite scene should have to move my head instead of my eyes. The 3D effects are good for an Indian movie that I've watched but the sound effects were really bad.
A very nice and clean theater. All the people that work there are very good! Seats are a little narrow if you are a bigger person and not as comfortable as the newer seats in other theaters.
Everything is good but the seating sucks, they aren't recliners so it's not comfortable especially when I seen a 3 hour movie. My legs and knees are killing me and the seats are old and tight space seating.
Seats are uncomfortable compared to other movie theaters. The star johnR has reclining seats, and it is a disappointment that this theater does not even have the seats that rock.
Okay theater. For the area it's the best
We go there to watch Hindi movies. No problem so far
The staff is friendly. But the prices are rather expensive given the facility. The front part of the lobby looks like they didn't finish a renovation completely. The seats need to be deep cleaned or reupholstered, yet the ticket prices are similar to theaters that have more updated facilities. And all of the signs and markers for line queues were confusing, it appears that certain customers are allowed to cut the lines (this is not a great way to welcome first time customers).
I grew up going to this theater but after going again recently, I am astounded at how old, dirty, and poor quality everything seemed! The seats were not comfortable and the floor was incredibly sticky. Easily the worst part, however, was that for our ENTIRE movie, we could hear the full soundtrack of the movie in the theater next door clear as day. So during an emotional quiet scene, it actually sounded like a war scene was going on. Absolutely ruined the movie experience....I've never been to a theater that doesn't have proper sound proofing. It's like they updated their speakers but not their insulation. Definitely will be choosing to go to some of the newer theaters in the area from here on out, this one is stuck back a decade.
