Love this theater me and my daughters are definitly repeat customers..Always come mabey once a week or once every other week but this time was a disaster. Took my 2 daughters to see Pet Semetary and sat down before the movie was about to start and a group of teenagers sat down right next to us( i didnt mind that part..we expected it to be crowded because the movie just came out the day before) Anyways these 4 teens would not stop talking out loud and just being so rude. At one point i think the one next to me was vaping and he drank MY DRINK by "accident"... who does that???? Anyways i so thats why i gave a 2 star rating. Nobody wants to spend $50 between tickets and popcorn and not enjoy them selves. And not to mention have a total stranger drink your gingerale.

A line to purchase tickets, then a line to purchase food and I finally get to the counter and order a hot dog and am told it will take 7-1O min. Really? Each hot dog you serve takes 7-10 min to prepare? You have lines of people for a 1:00 pm show on a rainy Saturday and you have to cook each hot dog individually? Sad.

As a Military member, it was the worse treatment that I have ever received and a one of the biggest letdown to my kids, that were so excited to watch a movie. They refused to honor the Military Discount to my dependents. (Showcase Cinemas offer a military discount to all active duty personnel and their dependents at all locations except Showcase SuperLux in Chestnut Hill, MA.). When I asked for the policy the management said that they did not have the policy even when i showed him the policy on my phone they still refused. I hope that they fix and clarify the military discount program, else I will not return to that theater. I Recommend, to my Military Brothers and Sisters not to go to that theater.

I choose this location for it's convenience. I knew that it had not been renovated like most of the showcase's other locations. That being said, an older building isn't a justification for the treatment I received from one of the employees. I was in the main hall with a couple dozen other people, some carrying large backpacks, but I was the only one who was stopped and forcibly searched. He went through my purse without giving me a reason. I was the only colored person, and the only one searched.

It was the perfect place to go, we didn't have to deal with the lines at the mall, and parking is easy. getting in and out of there is easy... and what more do you want in a movie theater than to go and see the movie you want without having to wait on lines

My favorite place to see a movie!! Good food for a movie theater, very clean, good staff, extremely comfortable seating, all special needs accommodations. Has a special needs night for my kid who has ASD and has sensory issues so she can enjoy a movie without me worrying a stranger is going to call her a brat or shame her for stimming in public!! I moved to East Providence and I still choose to go here 30 mins away because the Providence place movie theater can't compare.

My husband and I went to a matinee so the theater was pretty much slow. But that didn't bother us one bit. The theater was clean and in order. And it's my preferred theater to watch a movie. Love the stadium seating.

Parking is easy and if you go with someone who has trouble walking, go in the back way. Handicap parking is close to the door and once inside, there are tables and chairs there for them to wait while you buy the tickets

Older movie theater, which offers a decent moviegoing experience. The theater has some modern amenities, such as surround sound and stadium seating, but lacks others such as curved screens, high-back seats or armrests that can swing up out of the way. This theater could certainly use a tech refresh and a makeover to come up to amenities offered at other nearby theaters. The snack bar offers lots of choices, although prices are steep, bordering on highway robbery and popcorn is usually from a bag, popped at some previous point in time (rather than freshly popped). This theater offers all the latest releases, even some in 3D also. Movie prices here are generally higher than at other area theaters, and some to increase every time we go (which is quarterly). Admittedly a movie outing for a family of four, complete with snacks and drinks will cost more than dinner at a casual dining chain, so this limits how often we go. Overall, this location is convenient, clean and offers lots of free parking so is recommended, but other area theaters offer more for the money.

Super clean establishment. I enjoy this theater for the stadium seating, sound system and mint video screens. Like most movie theaters, the concession stand is outrageously priced. I mean, seriously, $5.50 for a large soda? Only thing I have noticed recently about this theater is they barely show any 3d films during the day. I miss when they showed films for like 11am, now in recent times, the first showing isn't until 1pm. But other than that, I enjoy seeing films at this location.

Good times, easy in and out. There were surprisingly few people at the theatre on a Friday night. We arrived early for the second weekend showing of Antman and the Wasp, thinking that we'd need to save seats for our group of seven. It wasn't a problem at all, we easily got seven good seats near each other. The movie was fun and the theatre seemed to be in good condition. The only downside is that the theatre doesn't do reserved seating.

The concessions are a bit expensive but most theaters are now. If you swing by the Target next door you can get theater boxes of candy for $1.00

With the prices you have to understand that they make $0 from the movies:tickets. The film studios get all of it. The concession snacks are the revenue to maintain the overheads building equipment and staff

I do enjoy seeing films at this theater, but I could also go see the same movie that I wanted to see at any point, at the East Providence 10. Also, the drinks and snacks at the concessions stand are completely unreasonably priced. I won't come here if I don't have to.

Theaters have low seating capacities and aren't upgraded to the big comfy leather chairs. SUPER clean though and theaters rows are pretty spacious so your knees aren't hitting someone's head. Definitely a better movie going experience than the Showcase theater in Providence Place Mall or Warwick Mall.

I went to see A Star Is Born the latest version. It's been over a decade since I've been to the cinema. I was impressed! First off a very spacious, accessable and maneuverable parking lot. Plenty of designated handicapped spots. The lobby is colorful, positive and soothing to the eye. Clean and well kept. Ive met a charming young woman whom was one the team members and manager. She was helpful in directing me about the place. There have been lots of changes over the years. They have gotten plushier. I love the comfortable theater seats and it seems it less difficult to walk up the steps . The Movie Starring The Magificant Lady G.was spectacular. What better way to enjoy the full experience. The Full Screen And Surround Sound. It felt as though I've attended a concert. It seems these days one can find fantastic entertainment any where. We have cable, We have satellite..then on ones phone and laptop. However...my suggestion...Go See A Movie In A Movie Theater. You'll Have Grand Time. When You Do Go...Make It The Showcase. Trust Me..It Will Be A Memorable Experience.
