Great seats. Loved the inside of the theater. But I must say after waiting 20mins of waiting in line( under staffed) they tell me they don't have what I want to order. I need to go in another line. Pure craziness! Manager was gonna call it over. But the area was going to take another 25 min to make the item. Disappointing. This doesn't happen in Chicago. Otherwise. I enjoyed the movie.

My husband and i saw the equalizer 2, great movie! We ordered are tickets ahead of time on the atom app which was surprisingly awesome because when we had arrived all we had to do was show the code and get our snacks (pretzel nuggets and nachos). This location is always clean and the food is freshly made if not they have no problem remaking it for you which i found shocking. Some places will give you a hard time. Anyways overall great experience! Get the rewards card when you stop in defiantly worth it!

The movie The Avengers was awesome. The movie theater was not very nice. The bathrooms that we used were all filthy. There is so much urine on the floor you're sticking to the floor. There was two children behind us during the whole movie talking. They must have been around 4 or 5 years old. I also had to wipe down the seat before I sat in it it was full of butter or oil or something like that.

This is a really spacious theater and there are so many concession areas, so the wait is never long. My only issue is that the staff seems very irritated with customers before they even get a chance to interact with you.

If you have never seen a movie in 4D, pick a big action release like one of the Avengers or Star Wars franchises and treat yourself to the action. This is one of the very few locations that offer movies in this 4D genre and it adds a very fun, interactive element to the theater experience. The most surprising thing is that the chairs actually move, almost like an amusement park ride. There are quick bursts of air that come out of different locations, some mild scents and liquid burst and textured rumbles that poke you when relevant in the seat. Well worth the extra money to experience a movie this way.

Been coming to this theatre since i was little and always loved it. However, they are now always sold out and wont put up enough functions knowing how busy they get. Its been a good 4-5 times ive gone over there and had to head out and go over to liberty tree mall because the wait on the lines are ridiculous. Theyll have like 2-3 people working the lines on nights they know are crazyyyy busy ,like i said not enough movies playing for the amount of traffic coming in. Prices... ridic, but i guess thats most movie theaters anyways, but definetly need more employees and faster service.The ice cream spot here has a register and it should be used for people who just want ice cream but instead, you gotta get in the regular 20minute lines where people are getting popcorn and food, just to order an ice cream mean while the associates at the ice cream stand are not busy at all..

Went to see endgame, pre-ordered tickets that process was great. The seats were comfortable I think it cost $12 per ticket but that's about the going rate. People were actually quiet and kept their phones away. Overall a pretty good experience.

We regularly go to the showcase in Woburn which we like and this Revere location does not earn any sort of "de luxe" in my opinion. The theatre was clean but that was about it. Missing the bar (except in a sit down restaurant). There were food choices but limited seating for eating or waiting despite the huge main room. We ended up having to scarf our burgers on a bench off our laps. I expect somewhat higher prices at a theatre for food but twenty dollars for a medium popcorn and two 12 oz bottles of water is too far. You'd be better off paying lower prices somewhere else. There's nothing to back up the higher prices. The 4-D seats were novel but not notable. I mostly just felt jostled in ways that detracted rather than added to the experience; the timing somewhat awkward and forced.

This was my first time to a cinema in the USA. My family and I went to watch Aquaman in 3D.... The movie was great and so was the experience. The cinema was illuminated just right with adequate lighting and signs to point you to the cinema room. The staff was approachable and the environment clean. I did use the bathroom and it was also clean. Didn't buy any food because the food options were limited. There were some entertainments for children outside in the lobby and a few posters of popular and upcoming movies perfect for taking your pictures and documenting that night. The movie tix prices were reasonable so I wouldn't say they are expensive.

I like coming to this theater due to the comfy seats, and bar with its separate menu. Atom makes it easy to get right in. Sadly you can tell management is lacking. Their aren't stocked properly, they definitely need more employees to deal with the volume of customers. You can tell the employees are doing their best with what they have.

Comfortable seating, could hear the movie great, everyone else was quiet, clean bathrooms. Snacks are good same price as everywhere...a bit high BUT two adults couldn't finish a medium popcorn! Considering it is a deluxe theater the five stars is definitely not overrated I would give it more stars and again everywhere was clean comfortable quiet peaceful no problems. NOTE** this was a matinee***

There are many different theaters at showcase cinema and the theaters all have very comfy seats that recline though that does make it that there aren't as many seats. They also have a large refreshment stand which is right next to a pizza place so you won't have to travel if you need something to eat especially butterd popcorn. I would strongly recommend seeing a movie here.

My family and I came to the Showcase Cinema de Lux Revere to see the latest Avengers End Game movie and we had a negative experience. I want to be fair - I've only been here tivis theater one other time and that experience was pretty good. We were excited about seeing this movie and my thought was the size and modern look of this theater would come with all the bells and whistles to experience this blockbuster summer movie at full octane. That did not happen. Problem #1 it took forever... I mean 25 minutes to get concessions. It was crowded, but not insane. The line was probably 10 people ahead of us. Their set up could seriously use a productivity consultant. A friend with us told me it was always slow like this. Problem #2 sound in the theater (specifically theatre #16 was TERRIBLE. The theater was equipped with large speakers that surrounded the seating area - I would have expected sound that would leave me needing a hearing aid... Not the case. The only audio for the film for the first 45 minutes (and two complaints from me to the guest services department later) gave us Avengers Endgame in old school mono-speaker format - only speaker putting out sound was one from near the top of the screen. It was bad. I reported this issue initially about 10 minutes into the movie and nothing changed. After the 2nd complaint about 15 - 20 minutes later things improved and it sounded fine. You can't swing a cat and not hit a great theatre in the area with great sound and overall good movie and watching experience. We love going to the AMC in Danvers that has huge sound that rattles your chest. Anyway... We are not going back here again. You also can't take beer into the theatre... Just another reason to watch the next big blockbuster at the AMC at Assembly or in Danvers...

I went to this theater last night for the first time to watch I, Tonya and it was THE BEST experience I have ever had at a movie theater. The popcorn was amazing, the food was amazing, the seats were super comfortable and the view I was sitting on was perfect . The whole theater room is really cool. It was a great experience and the staff is super nice. This is my new favorite movie theater to go to. Can’t wait to go again!

Loved it Toy Story 4 in 4D AWESOME time with my 28 year old some ny cousin and her 8 year old son. So much fun we laughed the whole movie all the way thru and I didn't fall asleep yay for me well its not hard to fall asleep in showcase cinema now a day with those really comfy recliners and food service at tour seat if you choose the revere theater is awesome place for kids and adults now have fun enjoy the movie

This cinema is my choice for most blockbuster movies. All the screens are beautiful and the sounds is usually top notch. I had only one disappointing show with a blown speaker during Blade Runner. It’s reserved seating which is a must these days. Also they have a great selection of movie food (pretzels, ice cream, candy etc) and even a “restaurant” and bar which sells basic dishes.

The movie was exciting, the food amazing but when I went to my seats there were other people already seated, and I have to call an associate to help me with the issue, in my way back for help I accidentally dropped my popcorn and they didn't refill it, I had to buy another one. In other cinemas they'd change it for less

Guys - bathrooms smelling like piss at 3 pm on a Sunday just doesn’t fly. Could smell that in the hallway. Severely understaffed. Chatters (the bar/restaurant) opened with the caveat that there was no cook on staff. Why bother even opening then? There were tons of families there and huge lines for concessions because there wasn’t any food offered at the restaurant. Heard several people complaining. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because they are a good sized theater. Probably going to have to look into other options.

When I went here it wasn’t all that great. I was with my friend and she ordered tickets online for a 3D movie and they messed up the order. Not to mention the fact that my friend asked when the next showing of the movie started and the people in charge said it started at 10:25, when we finally went in at that time we had missed half of the movie. A girl working there had an attitude when we asked for the glasses and it was really unprofessional since I work and my workplace is very professional. The staff really need to straighten up, even I, as young as I am, am very professional during the workplace. It was very disappointing and I feel like we should have taken our money back. I would not want to go here to watch a movie with my friend again until they straighten up. A mistake is fine but to many in the workplace from different employees are not okay. They should know their stuff when working. Socializing with their friends who are not working there isn’t okat either. It’s highly unprofessional.

There was only one person working the snack bar so long lines, wait was 30 minutes, and missed the beginning of my movie just for stale flavorless popcorn. The bathrooms were just as bad as the theater if not worse. Gave it 2 stars because the comfortable seats were the only redeeming quality. I seriously doubt I will return.

There were hardly no rides for kids under 48" unless they ride with adult (one kid one adult). I had two kids so... I had to tell my kids they couldn't ride. The disappointment is heartbreaking. Also you had to buy tickets instead of one flat price 55 tickets for $50. Most rides were 4 tickets so those went very fast. I'd rather take the drive to any amusement park.

Patrons can get rowdy (especially during the weekends) 2). There is a bar, but it's not the greatest. They dont really have bar tenders, more like theater workers who have had minimal training pouring drinks. Everyone gets carded no matter what. I saw them ask a 60 year old woman for her I.D. And if your license is out of state, then they have to call their manager. To take full advantage of the night, stop next door as Easy-as-pie for a pre or post movie pizza. You could also go motorcycle shopping or check out some dancing ladies (if those are your things) as there is both a Harley dealership and a strip club within walking distance of the theater.

Cant really compare this place with too many others, as there are not too many theatres in my direct area. However, this has been THE spot to see movies since I was young. Recently went here for a very very late night (technically early morning) movie. Love the leather HUGE recliners. I could've squeezed right into my mans with him.
