First time coming to this theater. Decent theater, was surprised at 730pm on a Friday it was quiet there. Better concession choices than showcase warwick or the showcase warwick mall. Had a funny smell as soon as I hit the corner and I have to say the popcorn was far better. Try it out

Not horrible, not fantastic. I'm spoiled now with AMC close to where I live, so I really missed the huge recliners.... and AIR CONDITIONING! I don't know if there's was broken or what, but I brought a blanket because I'm used to, and enjoy, the theaters to be chilly. I was sweating my ass off through the entire movie. Everything else about the theater seemed just fine though, staff was pleasant, popcorn smelled delicious, everything was clean

Hey its a nice place to go and watch some flicks with family and friends. Clean establishment friendly staff members to make your visit more enjoyable. Don't get me started on the concession stand snacks of all kind for the kids with a sweet tooth grab some popcorn and enjoy the film of your choice and have a good night at the cinema folks.

A basic, outdated theater with limited food and beverage choices. I expect it hasn't been renovated or changed hands in at least a few decades. However, the Studio Ghibli film festival took place here, and I commend them for regularly hosting important film festivals such as this!

Went here to see the new Aladdin. This theater isn't updated as a lot of other theaters are with the reclining seats, but I personally like it better here regardless. One thing that stood out to me was the fact I didn’t have to get my own butter for the popcorn. Have you noticed the other newer theaters take your money, but make you print your own tickets, get your own butter, and drinks? Like you work there! And to top it off the butter and drink area is filthy! This place DOES NOT have this ridiculousness. It’s very clean and I was greeted kindly. The sound and picture is good. You really don’t need reclining seats, the ones here are just fine. This is an all around great theater to visit. I’ll be back here for Toy Story 4 and Lion King!

i had never been here before, so i only saw one movie room. i'm sorry to say the chairs were dilapidated, quite uncomfortable, and some of the seats were squeaky - so much so that most of the small group watching regretfully detracted from the experience by the people trying to get into a more comfortable position. several people were moving from seat to seat. i will say that the young man who sold us our tickets was quite friendly. but when we got out of the movie at about 9:00 pm - the place was uncomfortabley deserted! no staff to be found. they need to do the place over!

Most uncomfortable seats ever the popcorn is stale and way over priced for popcorn and tickets of another theater had as good a time as this place on xmas eve you can garintee we wouldn't be here my back is already hurting why hasnt this place upgraded to reclining seats and popcorn that isnt stale and lets not forget the slow service that was experienced at both concession and ticket. I dont see how this place has any good reviews honestly.

This multi theater has comfortable seats, good sound and standard lobby/ snack bar. The 3d films show well. I can't think of a time when equipment failed. Prices are standard.

I'm not exactly sure how this theater gets 4 stars but it was nothing of the sort for me. I normally avoid regal because I've never liked it much and prefer AMC. I only went to this location due to the discounted ticket through an app I had and it unfortunately only worked for regal. When I pulled up to the theater I was already weary of what I was in for. It looked a little run down from the outside but I just figured it was an old theater. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady at the counter on 5/2/17 at about 5PM. She scanned my phone for the ticket info and said quote "all set, theaters down there". I didn't get any stub, (which every theater gives) I didn't know what number theater I was going to and I also didn't receive my 3D glasses. I had to come back for those after we got to the theater door and I realized we didn't have them. When I got back to my seat after getting the glasses, I'd realized the two sets of glasses we were given had a darker lenses on the right and it made it difficult to see the screen. I then returned the glasses and was told I was the first with that issue. I was more confused then anything cause I've been to at least ten 3D movies in my life and have never seen this but things happen. The next pair of glasses worked and things were great from then on. After the movie my friend and I were leaving and that same young lady was at the concession stand with two other men who worked the consession stand. There was nobody at the front desk and it appeared she was complaining about something cause she was spouting off about this and that. I didn't take the time to listen in detail because it wasnt important. What was important was the lack of professionalism. The theater quality was okay but the customer service left a little to be desired. She seemed friendly on the outside but I specialize in guest services/guest retention and can smell fake from a mile away. Wonder Woman was great and I suggest going to see it the Dartmouth Mall AMC where they have new seats or the Showcase at Providence Place.

Just left after driving from CT to take our son who is about to deploy to see Ad Astra. The two teeny boppers at concessions couldn't be bothered to stay at their post but kept disappearing to go in the back ... Hiding from customers? Wouldn't sell tickets for their advertised showing time claiming their register only showed an earlier show which was not advertised at all. Great way to go out of business.... The theater was empty... Now you know why.

So I decided to give these theaters a try even though Ive never heard anything great about this place and everything Ive heard is true.You walk in and the floor is sticky from soda and theirs trash everywhere, and when I went to pull the seat down to sit the cushion fell off of the chair! Overall though these theaters could be worse and if your looking for some place local to watch a movie these theaters do the job enough but if you can i would recommend you go to ANY other theater.

My husband and I went last night to see The Walking Dead/Fear The Walking Dead "event" they had going on. The tickets were cheap at $10 And they gave us a "commemorative item" which was just a poster (still pretty neat though). The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater was decent. The only thing I didn't like much were the reclining seats. They'd recline anytime you'd put even a little pressure on the seat. I always felt like I was going to go all the way backwards. Other than that it was an awesome experience and I'd go again!

It was okay . First time here . Parking was awesome plenty of space . The concession was alright the menu was all blended in with each other just 2 color yellow and white . Nothing pops out so if your looking for a combo or something to eat other then popcorn you'd be standing there awhile. Movie was okay but the most annoying part is everytime someone recline their chair or sat up the chair would squeak loudly and thats pretty obnoxious to me

First off ... there was not a lite up sign to show you were the theater is. Its off towards the side and back in a plaza. Parking lot sucks to ho in and out of in the dark. Thearter was old . Broken seats. Kids were cleaning it though. Staff was pleasant but to much for movie tickets in a old broken down theater, 12.50$ the movie started off with previews, but only audio nothing on the screen. We had to ho tell staff there was no visual picture. They didn't know smh. The sound was good , when the movie did come on and we could see the picture it was clear and loud. No staff around when we left. I went here because i got movie tickets on groupon and its the closet regal cinema near me in ri. This was in Swansea, near the mall. Over all it was ok. The movie IT was pretty good and if the dam kids behind us would have stopped talking like they were at recess in school it wouldnt have been so bad. I dont eat movie theater snacks but bf did and it was wicked expensive. Two star rating.

This theater is in need of some serious updating. The seats are filthy and broken, floors are sticky, and the screens look dirty. The Picture Show in Fall River, and AMC in Dartmouth blow it away. The only advantage is it's close by.

Screen in theater was off had to go get a manager to turn it on, then it was just the volume and no picture, you shouldn't need to leave the theater to get someone to fix the problems that we're going on, it was also cold and no one came in to check the temperature as they usually do

Typical movie theatre nowadays. A bit on the expensive side but there are ways to go for cheap (matinee showing, no popcorn). Some aspects are a bit rundown (arm rests were kind of gross, bathroom stalls should be avoided). The theater in the Taunton mall is much nicer (with a price).

Horrible service literally people smoking weed in the movie theater and had so many complaints, but yet did nothing. Shelby Siliva was so disrespectful calling me and my friends 2 year olds bc we know what the smell of weed is. After people continue to complain they yet to do anything. I have really bad asthma and I could barely breathe, I’m glad they care abt people doing drugs in there movie theater.

For the only cinema in town, its ok. The tickets are kind of pricie when comparing it to AMC in Dartmouth but the place was very clean and the staff was nice. I sound was great and tye theater itself was very nice, not the best seats on the planet though so keep that in mind if you're going to watch a long movie.
