Smaller movie theater(s) located in the Mashpee Commons. Some theater rooms are better than others when it comes to sound quality. If you aren't looking for a further drive to say Hyannis, this movie theater will do. I've never had bad service or a dirty theater. Fandango has always been accurate with movie times/etc. I think first showing during the week is around 3PM, ie they don't have showings from 11AM during the week usually. All in all, a above average theater that can be convenient if you're in Mashpee. Would go again.

Their customer service is totally fine, and their prices are reasonable. But the theaters are so small it makes every movie watching experience underwhelming. And honestly the screen size though small, wouldn't be 2 stars levels of bad if Hyannis theater wasn't so close and so much bigger. So I suggest going to regal in Hyannis, they have a significantly larger theater, the whole mall and Chick-fil-A. This being said, if you don't mind watching on a really small screen everything else is perfect.

We only go here when we "have to". The theater isn't great and it is way over-priced. 4 people, with the combo of a drink, popcorn and candy snack pack is over $120. The staff aren't friendly or rude. They are just there. They don't greet you, but they say "enjoy your movie". They aren't fast, but they aren't slow. In all fairness, they do the bear minimum of their job requirements.

We tried to get in the Sunday before labor day, but lock there doors just 10 minutes after the last advertised feature time(7:20), usually they show 30 minutes of commercials before the movie so we usually plan to be there 10 to 15 passed the advertised show time. 2 other families knocked outside but they didn't even look in our direction, I guess they don't need our money. That was about 14 tickets waiting out. Bad business.

The theater was clean. Ticket prices and concessions were similarly priced as any other theater $$. Tickets were sold at the concession stand, which made for long lines. When I came out to refill my soda, I missed 2 - 3 minutes of the movie looking for an employee. I haven't made up my mind about this theater yet, but with 5 theaters within 30 minutes of my house, I may choose another one if my concerns continue.

Great theater. Ground level entrance makes for easy access for wheelchairs. Reasonable prices for tickets. Parking is a bit confusing for first time visitors, it's best to park behind the theater and restaurants, and walk through the ally way. Air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, just right. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

This theater has a cozy feel, the service was quick, the bathrooms were clean, and the overall experience was good. The seats and cup holders were also clean. Staff didn't shine their flashlights on movie goers like in other cinemas. I'd definitely go there again.

This is by far the worst modern theater I know of. Why would anyone in the 21st century build a theater with the walkway in the MIDDLE of the theater. All the best seats are non-existent in favor of the walkway. The seats are all the worst seats possible.

Very nice for the first time we asked by pass3rs wherr to park and well they said accross the way so u have to walk passed Siennas Restaraunt the entrance is hidden but u can see it manager was really nice he helped and was very profesional and the workers very nice smiling and very proefesional thank you for treating us nice i like that so for the movies it was very nice too seats ground floor comftorable

This is one of the worst theaters on Cape Cod and close to the worst theater I've been to in over 25 years. Poor snack selection followed by even worse seats. You are better off going 10 minutes down the road to Heritage theater in sandwich. If you’re in Falmouth you can go to the cinema pub or Cape Cod mall in Hyannis. Any of those three would be better than the Regal cinemas in Mashpee.

I really haven't had a problem with them and I've been to this movie theatre tons of time, so I don't know what the other reviews are talking about because the snack selection is fine and the seats don't have any problems. I mean I go there to hang out with friends a lot and never once had a problem

I love this theater. It may have a few things wrong with it that some big time movie theater critics(not really) may care about but if you are looking for a place with cheap snacks and affordable rates, then make your trip to the commons for the regal cinemas experience. My only problem with the theater is that they do not carry certain movies for some reason. I remember that they didn't have the horror movie Deliver us from Evil nor do they have Kevin Heart's What Now? That is the only thing that bugs me.

A cute theater that thrives on location and gimmick more than anything else. Dated chairs and a limited schedule for films means you'll likely be using this as part of an overall visit to the Commons and not a destination location on its own.

Great Cinema especially for the matinee shows, it is relatively small compared to the other Mega theaters but if you are from Cape Cod you really appreciate that small-town feel the staff is very polite and the prices are very reasonable will continue coming here for a long time

An ok “typical” theater- everything you need is there. Handicap bathroom but is smaller side. They dont allow young adults with mild disabilities ( a young adults dream was to work in a theater) to work there because they said they dont make enough money to train them extra. I will never go again.

This place is literally horrible! Me and my friend who are 16 years old tried to buy tickets to an R rated movie, and they rudely demanded an ID even though we had a parent standing right there granting us permission to see this movie. So we got tickets to another movie and snuck in to see the R rated one. 20 minutes into the movie they SHUT OFF THE MOVIE! The whole theater went dead silent and the lights turned on just because they wanted us to leave and didn't have the guts to tell us! Literally I've never been to a theater where the movie was shut off. Plus the popcorn sucks and tastes like cardboard.

This theater is a terrific bargain. Depending on what movie you're watching, you only pay for one ... but get to hear two... or even three if you're really lucky! Most of the screens have a seam right down the middle -- highly visible in bright scenes. The popcorn is usually room temperature and chewy. So a little goes a long long way. The staff are frequently poorly trained. I recently presented my Regal card at the ticket booth where the grump guy told me that I had earned a free popcorn. I went to the snack bar and they didn't have a clue. They got the manager to help but she was clueless as well. I ended up paying for the small popcorn... something like $4.95 !!!! as I felt badly for the young girl who had but some extra artificial imitation butter-like (not) oil on the popcorn. The other thing I like about this theater is they know how hectic our lives can be. So if you're running late... never worry!! There's at LEAST 20 minutes of advertising BEFORE the coming attractions roll. 7 pm show and it's 720? No worries... you'll be right on time!

Letting under age kids see a r rated movie that is why to harsh for them to see. If your under 18 or a bad parent and want to see a r rated movie this is the place to go.
