Went to movies last night...No one available to sell tickets, they directed customers to the concession stand. Very dissatisfied this was not at all oganized, customers were trying to help others figure it out. They do do a great job in the cleanliness Dept though. Saw The Art of Driving in the Rain, wow what a fantastic movie, not a dry eye in the theater. Very touching heart felt story

Bob George

Arrived 12:55 for 1:30 movie. Box office unmanned (like last week.) Long lines. My wife went into line to ticket machine - I stayed in other line for tickets & refreshments. 1:12 ticket machine crashed, wife rejoined me in line. Arrived at counter at 1:30, only (?) 35 minutes in line. Folks with electronic tickets did not want to wait 30+ minutes for snacks. But we enjoyed the movie. Will avoid this theater - inadequate staffing levels. Prior week only 25 minutes in line, no box office, inoperative ticket machine.

Shane Rogers

This is a great movie theater! Clean! Plenty of staff members kept the lines short and moving quickly. Average prices for movie tickets and concessions. If you purchase your tickets online or with their app, you skip the ticket lines and go right to the theater (or concession line if you're purchasing food). Awesome! I'll skip a line every chance I get. This is one of my 2 favorite theaters on Cape Cod. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The mall is okay. It’s kept up. It’s a place where everyone shops and eats. I got upset one night because I lost my purse on a bench. And when I asked security if they could check the cameras. They said there were none. That should probably be a investment of the future just for security purposes and safety. It would help a lot of customers. I week later they found my purse and now I’m happy.

Max Dexter

They're mean

Kathleen Baker

Usually understaffed, although the staff that are there are very nice and they do their best to accommodate. The process for the CC glasses is cumbersome and time-consuming, but at least they have them!

Gary Gilliard

Nice movie theater. Conveniently next to the mall.needs those nice leather recliner seats!

Sam Quinn

There is no other movie cinemas near this one, so they get away with poor service and old seats and carpets. If you like long lines and a worn out cinema to view a movie then come. Also, do not wear shorts or you will get flea bites coming from the old carpets. Drive a few extra miles to Dennis and enjoy a newer well run cinema.

Amanda Walmsley

Need to upgrade chairs but staff was amazing

Donna Brassard

Very unclean! Really poor quality popcorn. Never again!

IRONMANT1S

Great theater, comfortable seating, big screens and all the amenities you'd expect at a big movie theater.. friendly staff too.

Dale Shadbegian

A great place to see movies on Cape Cod

Evan Griffin

Great staff, clean theaters. Give them more money, Disney.

Ashari Chapman

Over priced food, weird low seats.

Stephanie

I love this theater. The popcorn is delicious and the soda is full of bubbles ! :) i look forward to going there. I only left 1 star out because sometimes there aren't enough employees working. other than that, the overall experience is positive.

Mary Perella

Expensive and the charged my 12 yr old son as an adult which he is not!! I'd rather go to patriots square movie theatre its a better experience overall n prices are reasonable

Jeff Myers

We went to see DUNKIRK yesterday (7/24) at the 4:15 showing. We arrived 25 minutes early ... it was a rainy day and suspected other people would have the same idea. The line for the tickets was literally out the door into a vestibule. A conservative estimate was 125 people in front of us. When we got inside the lobby we could see that there were four ticket booths... but ONLY ONE PERSON was selling tickets. 4:15 came and went and we were still in line.... about 30 people to go. I ran to the theater (past the non-existent ticket taker... see Howie pepe's comment) to check on the likelihood of getting (good) seats. The theater (#11) was super jammed... ticket holders were coming out because it had become stiflingly hot. Surely someone could have announced that it was a (near) sellout and there was no chance to get in and get a (decent) seat. No one cared to do this simple courtesy. And, yes, if you are so inclined, often times you can walk right in and take a seat, bypassing the ticket sales booth. No one cares. About anything.

Michael Rogers

I'd argue it's one of the best places in the mall

Tim Dahms

Nice quality theater. Staff needs to work on communication amongst selves in presence of customers

Max Manning

If you love movies it's a great place to go especially mid day and before 6pm to be able to save money cause you'll be seeing the matinee showing instead if the nightly price. The concession stand has everything you may want and good choices of soda

Jeremy Hill

The customer service needs quite a bit of improvement

Wade Wilson

Clean, food was good

Melissa Skinner

Prices are absolutely absurd! Staff is lacking...employees running back and forth from ticket booth and consession stand. Takes forever to get thru either line! Always go 30mins early...45mins early if you want a $8.50 for a popcorn -seriously- floors are disgusting. Bathrooms not properly stocked. I'll just wait for Redbox or travel to another movie theater before i go back to this one!

PJ Stuart

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I was expecting a horrible movie experience, and I go to the movies a lot. When we got there, a very nice man sold us our tickets, and the kids at the concession stand were super nice. The popcorn was fresh. And, no, no one took our tickets as it was a very slow night, but what difference does that make? Were you planning on NOT paying if you could get away with it? The guy who sold us the tickets was watching who was coming and going. He knew who paid. The seats are just as comfortable as any other movie theater. It was a good experience. And I would think that if people don't frequent this location, there will probably be NO movies on the Cape at some point in the future.

Joe Berry

While on a trip to cape cod we decided to see a movie here BIG MISTAKE. Lets start with the ticket line one guy running it(on a Saturday night) line to the door waited forever, then on to the concession stand where nobody's in an big rush to help you, long slow line slow staff. On to the theater we sat in in the back of building very small same level seating uncomfortable seats. The bathroom was dirty. The hallways needed to be vacuumed popcorn garbage along the way. I will not go back to this Regal ever.

Dionei Vieira

It's a horrible place, slow staff, I'm losing my movie now waiting for my order to be completed, I was told 15 minutes, it has been 25 already, I went into my room to watch the movie, came back and nothing. If you are used to good service and speed, don't waist your money here. Horrible experience!!!

Chris Birch

$6.00 for a fountain drink? $6.00 for a bottle of water? Give me a break! No wonder no one was there on a Saturday night!

Lael_Da

The service was quick, the bathrooms were clean, and the overall experience was good. The seats and cup holders were also clean. Staff didn't shine their flashlights on movie goers like in other cinemas. I'd definitely go there again.

Kathleen Wetherill

EXTREMELY under staffed, been in line for popcorn for 1/2 hour already. I dont even want to walk on the bathroom floor, never mind use their facilities. DISGUSTING!!!!

K C

Unless you want to listen to 12 year olds talk full volume for an entire movie and the staff do nothing after 3 different people complain skip this place. Start kicking people out who are disrespectful multiple people including myself had to tell them multiple times to be quiet. And the staff did not care to do anything. Also movie I went to was rated R and the kids looked like they were in middle school clearly they couldn't handle being in there confused how they got past ID'ing.

Valerin Batista

I spent 33 dollars for 2 small drinks and 2 small bags of popcorn...to expensive

David Brose Jr

This is a long one, get ready because i don’t complain often but I was just confused and annoyed. I’m an avid movie goer and am a fan of horror films. My family all are depending on the content of a movie. Today (July 17) was my brother’s birthday. We had a great day and decided to end it by seeing a movie. We decided (based on what was out and the time) to see Crawl (Rated R). I am 19 years old and have been buying rated R movie tickets for years. So I bought the tickets for me and my younger brother who is a teenager as well. Bought the tickets on the mobile app and was ready to go. We had the phone and the tickets and got our candy and drinks. After a pleasant experience with the concession worker, we were about to walk to our movie. A manager (I assume due to her black suit and serious tone) asked to see our tickets. I provided her with my mobile tickets to see (upon buying the tickets there is a receipt that tells customers they do not need to stop at the box office and can go to the ticket usher directly) since this theatre had no usher this woman I assume was the manager looked at my phone and told me concessions needed to print a paper ticket. This seems ridiculous considering it’s now double the tickets that we can not lose and there isn’t even an usher. However, I didn’t see and issue since I already spent the money. We walked back to concessions with our stuff and the girls say they can print our tickets, but then the manager walks up and asks to see ID. I provide mine being that I spent my money and am an adult with my teen brother who doesn’t have a legal License or ID besides a school issued one. And after seeing my age, the Manager informs me that I have to be 21 to buy 2 rated R tickets. I thought that this is strange of course because I had already bought the tickets. Also, I am an adult and this is a movie ticket, not a gun, not alcohol, not tobacco; which I can purchase 2 of 3 in several states. Now not only confused but frustrated I ask why 1.) I am allowed to buy the tickets without verification on an app. 2.) why my age matters when 17 is the cutoff for purchasing tickets that are rated R 3.) why no time before, during, or after my purchase, I was notified of this “policy”. There were no signs in this theatre either. So without coming off crazy I ask my solutions and the manager said I can refund the tickets or I can see another movie. We chose to see another movie so as to not put a pause on my brother’s celebration, but I would like an explanation and a better answer and service expectation because I have been to theaters across the country from California, to Utah to here. And I haven’t ever had to be limited in “how many” tickets I buy.

Carmen Tutu

The concessions stand is VERY pricey but then again all theaters are! The manager (Mr. Ortiz) was great!!! my son has sensory issues and Mr. Ortiz was kind enough to help us out. We need more people like Mr. Ortiz in this world!!!

Alexandr Rauzer

O mean it's the only movie theater around, so you don't really have a choice. But I had no problems with this place. Everything is always clean and the sound is always good

Debbi Tustin

Always a pleasure to see a movie there. Clean viewing rooms and bathrooms.

Dan Sutphin

Went and saw avengers here. The staff were obviously overwhelmed by the turnout but they showed a brave face and were very nice all things considered some other patrons were complaining about the service and longer wait times to buy concessions but honestly for a movie like endgame u have to cut these folks some slack.

Kimberly Helie

Who dsnt like a gd movie.... i also like to get gift cards from here for bday presents.

Steve Mak

Military Discount? Why is it so little, our military should get a better perk from Cinema. FYI: Home Depot 10%, Jiffy Lube 25%. Kids and over 60 get $2 off. Maybe free popcorn for every military!

Imani k

It is okay but i love the popcorn

Andrew Wiseman

Good thearter, although clicking noise can be heard in several of the rooms if you sit to the side. Can be very distracting during a quiet movie. Make sure to sit in the middle if possible. Mostly great otherwise.

Lauri Hawley

Clean, comfortable, fun movie experience.

Bobbi Ester

We went on a Monday night. After waiting to get our tickets, there was NO ONE there to check them! The popcorn was stale and whatever oil they put on it only made it soggy. We threw out our large bucket. I buy 30 tickets at holiday time through AAA but I believe I will stop. My teen Grands recommend the Plymouth theater which I think we will try next time. We are younger Seniors and usually go to see a movie twice a month later evening, not on a weekend. Disappointed in 25 minutes of previews, bad service, inedible overpriced food..and the staff really seem as though they are doing the best that they can with what they have for both product and staff. This is not an employee issue it is a management problem. Good luck. I know you have a profitable business but you are or will soon be losing local regular patrons. Summer traffic may help. Good luck to management, get your product to the point you CAN charge $8.50 a bucket. Do something to engage staff in positive customer interactions. We'll come back before the summer rush but for now we will go to Heritage in Sandwich and Regal in Plymouth. Wow. I just noticed how many responses say that they will share fedeback with staff...but that does not seem to be solving anything. Do you have customer Service training? Have you considered fresh popcorn? After learning from another post that it is poured in from a large trash-type bag, I will completely skip the snack stand at all Regal theaters. As long as people continue to attend, nothing will change. Maybe Regal in Hyannis needs a boycott weekend to get the message. If you want change you need to stand behind your words. I am ready for a boycott...

Joan Barry

This movie theater is poorly managed. It is always understaffed--it often can take 30 minutes or more to be served at the concessions and I have never seen more than one window open for ticket sales. The "ticket taker" as you enter the hall for the auditoriums is always rude and/or unfriendly--not a good impression... Additionally, the hallway leading to the auditoriums frequently smells like urine, or worse. This place is so unclean. It is better to just drive from Falmouth to the Dennis "Entertainment Cinemas" or to the Wareham "Flagship Cinema". They are both better staffed and are clean.

Jon Williams

An older modern style theater. Could use some updating. Seating is reasonably comfortable.

Evan Fitzpatrick

I wish they had recliners.

Justice Atkins

Theater must be under construction, couldn’t even find the theater. No signs or anything

google user

Love it its my place to go when i wanna get away escape and just relax for 2 hours and enjiy a movie love there clean and its nice

Stephen

Good! The seats and rugs could use a shampooing

thatwolfguy1

Mediocre in every possible way

Kevin Cole

They have glasses with subtitles for the deaf, and will deliver your pizza too you in the movie. Other than that it is a very normal theatre

Victoria Peacock

I was so happy to learn of this theater because movie selections are limited on the outer cape. Everything about it was just fine, but we had to wait in line for a while when some customers were holding up the line. Obviously this isn't a big deal, but wish we had another counter to buy from. Ended up being late to the movie. Second, it simply smelled. The hallways smelled old and musty while the theater smelled overhwlmingly like mold (theater 6) which just put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the time. Again, I am grateful to have this theater nearby though. I love going to the movies and this one has a wide selection.

Peter McNeely

Everything was great except the $13 price tag per ticket and the food could be alot better. I have been to many movie theatres in New York and California that have people serve you food as you watch the movie. Maybe a grilled chicken sandwich? Something healthy and delicious. The only options were hot dog, chicken "balls" ( not very good), nachos, pizza, chicken wings?? They should serve DJ's wings at the movies.

Mary Coughlan**

The theater overall was ok but we were put in the wrong theater and we asked multiple tiles if we were in the right place and they denied it even after pointing out how it said a different theater on the sheet. We ending up missing almost the entire movie. For 2 different people. Also it is hard to find and very expensive. More people were selling food than working with ticket Manger was very nice though and gave a refund. For some reason they could not take AMERICAN express. I’m sure it’s not a regular thing.

Christian Oakley

Place is disgusting. Popcorn is disgusting and priced way too high. I recommend going to Flagship or Heritage theaters over this place.

Elizabeth Smith

Urine smelling theater...had to buy tickets at concession stand?!

Michael Driggs

Great comfortable seats. Plenty of seats

Michael G

The movie was ok, theater was hot & stinky. Also, nobody took our tickets anyone could have just walked right in.

Richard Andreoli

Very tight seating.

Catherine Cassidy

If you are expecting “Stadium seating” do not come to this theater. I came here because they claim they are a stadium cinema, however after purchasing our expensive tickets and going to get our seats we found that the theater is not at all stadium. I spoke with the manager and was informed that out of 12 theaters only 2 of them are stadium and during my visit those 2 were both playing the same movie. I feel that since they claim to be a stadium cinema, they should inform people when they are purchasing their tickets of the false advertising if the showing they are purchasing tickets for is not in one of their 2 stadium theaters.

Alicia Trakimas

A little pricey

Liz

Prices are a bit high, if I travel to Sandwich I can see the same movie for about $5 less and without the mall rat crowd. But it is convenient

Maurine Williams

Went to see a star is born good movie

Shea Bette

We saw wonder park, the movie touched on a lot of different subjects. The theater was comfy were had the must have popcorn, yummy !!!

Carl Walker

Expensive tickets and concessions. Slow staff or limited staff.

Asahi

i love this place, i grew up with this theater. i come back all the time.

Susan Geary

Ticket seller was slow and only 1 on duty

Seth Cecchett

Do not trust their posted showtimes! I drove over an hour to this theater to see A Killing of a Sacred Deer because it was posted on Google, MoviePass and IMDB as playing at this theater only to find that corporate decided to not to show it only hours before the movie was to start.

Jim Rodgers

Large selection of first-run movies; prices reasonable; senior discounts; can avoid ticket lines via ticket kiosks & prepaid online tickets using PayPal and credit cards and mobile app. Only problem was no convenient, close dropoff spot for seniors & mobility challenged.

Peter Brandao

They could use more actual food.

Autumn H Edwards Photography

Very clean, great movie offerings. Chairs are uncomfortable and snack prices ridiculous but good otherwise.

Kriss Stevens

Saw movie Quiet Place. Movie not so great. Pizza yummy!

Howie pepi

i LOVE IT HALF THE TIME AT NIGHT NO ONES TAKIN TICKETS i WALK RIGHT IN FOR FREEE sTUPID!!!

Edenilze Halluch

Constrution side, no parking near

Bob Melvin

Short staffed a bunch but it always runs smoothly! This place is an escape from busy day life so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a nice movie by yourself or with the family !

jason pittsley

Nice seats, lots of theatre rooms, wish I had better memories of the place though. It's me, not them.

Katie Rowan

Over priced, wish the seats leaned a bit.

Geoffrey Bassett

They consistently run action films with the sound at very low volume. Mad Max, Thor: The Dark World, The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug and many others were quiet on opening night showings! Technical here: they run the films ~20db lower than they should. I went here to see Gravity a second time and walked out when the sound was so low you could not hear dialog near the start. Add to that a host of seating and organizational issues when I have been there, I now only see films here as a last resort.

Jamie Forster

Nice cinema. Relatively clean. Great seating. Snacks expensive, but that's to be expected.

Prishod Koonce

Its nice

carol worrell

Good overall but the carpets are kinda funky, it need a bit a freshen up

Crystal Swensen

Love this location. Everyone is nice and they have the best 3D out of all the theaters on cape.

Ramiro Massol

Super dirty hallways, bad attention, sound issues, etc. Incredible being the closest cinema to Hyannis and such bad cinema.

Sarah Clarke

Good basic theatre which is a lifesaver for a Cape Cod rainy day. Clean and conveniently located rest rooms. Love that they have close up parking with private entrance so you don't have to go through the mall to get to the theatre.

Mary Zunino

Comfy seats. Good popcorn

Anonymous User

I come here frequently, because it's 5 minutes from my home. I have a feeling the owners benefit greatly from the fact that for many people, other theatres are too far to go elsewhere. That being said, this theatre is as about bad as other reviewers have indicated. They are chronically understaffed. I get that you don't want to have too many people working in off hours, but customers shouldn't have to wait for staff to switch between ticket sales to concessions. You could use the extra person to do some extra cleaning to be honest. Also don't reply with a link to another website to post the same criticism, we just told you the problem.

Rachel Ecker

I went here for the first time last week and had called ahead for the closed captioning glasses (hard of hearing). When I got there I was given the glasses to watch the movie and the glasses didnt work. I left the theater and spoke to a staff person who thought that pinning a pin on her shirt was more important than engaging in customers, there was a line of at least 20 people trying to pass the gate and she ignored. Once she was done perfecting her pin, she called over the manager with the walkie talkie. He explained that the closed captioning glasses do work and it was on. He said that he would check on me in the movie theater in a few minutes to make sure that they were working- he never showed up and the glasses were bot working. So eventually after 30 minutes of not understanding the movie I went back out to the ticket stand and waited for a new set of glasses. They also did not work. I brought the glasses out and I gave up. I knew this was to good to be true- reason # 107 why I hate movie theaters. Oh also should mention that all 4 of the people working con-session stand tried to work as slow as possible and talk to each other for minutes at a time while 60+ customers were waiting in 4 lines watched them converse. Several customers actually told the young staff “less talking, more working” and the staff gave one older gentleman a hard time about speaking up. I dont know what the problem was but it took me and my son 50 minutes for a small popcorn and 2 large drinks. It was an abomination. Ps- I never give less than 3 stars but this was a horrible experience and they did not seem to care that I wasnt able to actually understand or watch the movie since I had to leave the theater 6 times to try and get those glasses to work.

Emma Roderick

Huge movie theatres good pictures and short lines

Mwalim DaPhunkee Professor

Nice place to see a movie. Rather under-staffed.

Patty Rodericks

Saw a beautiful picture, I Can Only Imagine.

Emilly Tolentino

Horrible experience. Recently just went to this movie theater and one of my friends forgot her ID. We are on vacation and away from home, the movie theater was 25 minutes away and we did not want to go back and get the ID, so my friend bought a ticket for another movie so she could 'sneak in' like people do all the time. Now my problem isn't with the fact that they wanted us to go to our designated movies or that they follow the rules because that's normal and we'd be okay with it. The terrible thing was the way they handled the situation. First off the kid at the front who was selling the ticket could've told us that it wouldn't work cuz he knew exactly what we were doing and he acted like it was a good idea and then called the manager on us. Then the manager watched as we went into another movie and instead of approaching us and saying that's not allowed she screamed from the end of the hall in front of the entire movie theater "girl with the white shirt go to your designated movie theater" and then continued to scream at us disturbing not only us but the whole theater. We then told her we'd just get a refund because we can't separate and she was like okay. As we walked away she said in her walkie "some kids are going back to get a refund one girl wanted to sneak into another theater" in an obnoxious voice just to be rude to us, and calling us kids just to upset us. When we got to the ticket box the lady at the front gave us back our money and I said thank you but my other friend was distracted and when she walked away the lady said "you're welcome" in a rude voice. the manager watched as we walked out the door while talking about us in front of guests. This story is long but I'm just sharing my bad experience. We're not bad kids and had she just come up to us and told us we can't do that we'd be okay with it because we know it was against the rules. So if any of the staff is reading this, don't work at a movie theater if you don't know how to be polite and treat people like BASIC HUMANS. Educate yourselves on how to treat others even when the person is rude (which we were not) or in our case breaking the rules. One thing I learned in my business class is that the customer is always right and you should never treat any customer as less because you need them to run your business. So maybe next time you should take a business class and learn exactly what us "KIDS" are learning today, which is respect regardless of age.

Caitlin Maas

It was nice, I haven't been to this cinema since I was in middle school. But I will say popcorn and soda is way over priced. We probably won't return for a while.

Yanni Lafazanos

For the Cape it's just alright. By the phrase 'for the Cape' I mean nothing derogatory towards the 'Cape' culture, I just mean to inflect the ideals that come with the Cape. A more laid back lifestyle for a person that cares to live a calm and easy life. Said people are more inclined to lower their expectations of things in life and live more openly. For Regal, the people accept that it may be one of the only movie theaters on the Cape and that it plays all the blockbuster hits of a given weekend. What people cannot accept, however, is the poor service due to long waiting times at both the ticket booth and the food stand. They cannot accept the ancient seats that seem to have absorbed scents unimaginable to the average moviegoer. They also cannot accept the run down feel of the place, from the carpeting to the appliances to the bathrooms. But just maybe these things give in to the 'Cape' feel the laid back attitude. Maybe it's just alright.

P & H

Standard multi cinema. Behind Cape Cod Mall.

Woody Ferrill

Just turned around and walked out because they've been selling tickets at the concession stand. the line was way too long, we would have missed the entire beginning of our movie. Not sure what genius came up with that idea they need at least one guy at a ticket booth.

Joshua Ryder

My experience here was less than pleasant. I was rudely explained the rules of the cinema due to my age as a very young adult they claimed I couldn’t purchase tickets. As I attempted to get a guardian of age ( 21) to purchase my tickets the gentleman (less than a man) was extremely rude to me.

Damaris Nevarez

I like coming here usually on a weekday because it's less crowded. Usually no lines at the stand.

James Brad Gardella

Great theatre, exceptionally clean

Monty ///

not a good place for watching a movie people are noisy and rude and there is not janitorial service for the therters

Francis Soucie

They need to spend money on more employees. Customers shouldn't have to stand in ticket line and then concession line for 45 minutes and spend top dollar in the process.

Donna Lennon

very dirty, very expensive, staff are miserable ill never go back

Dunkly

Staff has no emotion and gives off a really depressing vibe. The cost of a bottle of water is $4.00, that insane for a bottle of water.

Dan Keefe

Smuggling in a 6 pack makes the place enjoyable.

Jason Webster

Awesome Theaters. Great customer service. All around great experience

Deb D

Clean, neat, comfortable seating. I love it there.

Maki Arona

haha, i have sneaked into movie cinemas across america, i have been banes from most of them. this it the only theater that not only didn't ban me when i was caught, the staff actually joked around for a bit. i actually like this place and it encouraged me to go in with money for once

Sarah LaFollette

I am a movie pass holder and have frequented this location many times this year. Yesterday I had a friend with me who is from Brazil and likes to have American subtitles to focus and understand more. I remembered this theater having the subtitle glasses. I asked for two pair so I could try them too. I loved them and would love to have a personal pair one day, as soon as it's created. The guy, Charlie, in the booth was very helpful and took the time to follow procedure and check the glasses out with my ID while a long line was forming behind me he stayed calm and handled what was in front of him correctly. Thank you regal!

Bambino Tejeda

The absolute worst theater I have ever been to. The theater 10 at 5:30 p.m. slender man showing smelled like a old sock lost behind a dryer covered in old water. The people were obnoxiously loud and there was no one to keep the noise within reason. 30 mins. Into the movie the brightest light I have ever seen ina theater turned on from the projector booth for 10 mins. during the movie (a horror movie). 5 mins later it turned back on but only for a short while. I walked out to speak to someone about my problem, spoke to a manager and was told they needed to fix something with the projector as this is a common issue and I would just have to deal with it. I was never given an apology or saying sorry for the inconvenienced. It was very unprofessional and I wont ever return to the skid mark of a theater again. Worst 13 bucks I ever spent.

Erica Austin

I tried to see a movie at 1pm, but since there was an OBNOXIOULY long line, I MISSED the movie because there are only TWO emplpyees here and about 200 people trying to see movies. I am EXTREMELY mad at the lack of staff and do NOT recommend coming here midday, because they are CLEARLY not prepared for the rush. People these days are so incompetent. Now, I am forced to see the LAST showing at FIVE PM. NOT HAPPY.

LeRoy Cassidey

Nice Theatre,. Slow tickets

Nell Howerton

Love it

Yasir Malik

Chairs are outdated floors are not cleaned regularly. Would be good to renovate or do some restoration on the seats. Otherwise the place is ok.

tatiana zarchikova

Poorly organized. In movie theater huge line to buy tickets.

April Sernholt

Short staffed, very unfriendly staff, dirty lobby and concession stand is unorganized

Nathan Cabral

It's a generic movie theater, be early because they always feel understaffed. Even opening nights of big movies only 1 person on tickets and maybe 2 people on snacks.

Joe Mc Clure

Always understaffed concessions stand on summer weekends. Their self-serve ticket machine is slower than waiting in line. The seating is overdue for updating. The lobby bathroom is cramped. That said, it's clean with good lighting, an engaging lobby. The stadium seating means you can always see over the person in front of you. The staff is generally really friendly. There have been exceptions. I've been an almost weekly regular here for 20 years since it was built.

Mike Riley

The worst movie theatre I have ever been to, and I have been here multiple times with the same experience. The employees here couldn't care less about literally anything, customer service is non-existent. Efficiently run ticket booth or snack bar is non-existent. Cleanliness comes in at a 0, smells like urine in the halls. Really every employee I have seen looks like they hate their lives. The thing is that working at a movie theater has nothing to do with the employees poor attitude and work ethic, it has to do with management. My wife worked in a movie theater a few years back and it was the best job she ever had, she loved going to work because it was a good place to work, because management made it enjoyable to be there. My suggestion is that anybody in a management position here should be fired immediately, put somebody in who actually cares about there job, and the employees will actually like going to work, therefore providing the customer with a better experience. Just my two cents

Kevin Head

Got the $25 unlimited movie pass so so cool gona see 2 movies tonight and may be here every night for the rest of my life

Zvi Eizenberg

An OK theater. We were in theater #2 and it smelled like a wet dog. Chairs were comfortable enough and the line at the ticket office moved quickly . Good alternative when the weather is bad on the cape.

Dorothy Copeland

Nice theater when the weather is bad take a break see a movie.

Kevin Bruneau

Went to Taunton to see movie and didn't play then go see IT at Barnstable and no surround sound but staff was good is why 2 stars.

David Hansen

My wife and I saw Ant Man & The Wasp. Although the movie was good, the air conditioner was broken.

Bryce Nolting

Seats are not cery comfortable some of the newer theaters have padded lounge chairs with foot rests that incline, food is expensive suggest you bring your own snacks

Krav Maga Boston Cape Cod

Please and thank yous non existent in front of my small son. Felt like I was burdening the staff. I never post but customer service needs to exist especially when dropping $40 for 2 people.

Sid Cruz

Time for new chairs. This cinema is almost 20 years old now and it shows. The smell of popcorn and soda gets into your clothes and the floor seems to be permanently sticky. If you are not going to upgrade your facility, at least keep it clean. I'd be happy to recommend a commercial cleaning service if you'd like.

Emulous Williams

A nice movie experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Christopher Morici

There were not enough people working in a Saturday night. Lines were 20+ mins long. The cashiers were not even moving fast disputes the extremely long lines and they took time to make small talk with each other instead of serving customers. Awful service

Eddie Cellucci

Big movie screens, seating could be more comfortable. High priced! It will cost more for food than the movie. Good place for late 10pm movies.

Anatomical Fx

Go there whenever I'm on the Cape!

Rosemarie Sergi

Regal in Hyannis was very annoying. Their previews took20 minutes! People do not want to waste more than 10 minutes with them and can see a movie at home with less problems. Theatre needs renovations too. Instead refer Showcase brand when possible

Rick Stock

They have no help. They should pay more to help. For the outrageous prices for everything, it is ridiculous. I will Never go back

Linda Earl

Love going to Regal in Hyannis. Always clean. Staff is very friendly reasonable ticket price. Snack bar well stocked. Love getting free items by using my Regal card. Today I had enough points for free popcorn. Made my day.

Bob Singer

Twelve theaters with first ruin movies, but rest rooms are not being as well maintained as they were in the past. No excuse for this shortfall in what should be a top Cape movie theater.

Lisa Shields

I prefer the occasional bargain matinee, and seats the have arms that lift. They run first run movies, and its clean.

Alika T

Good cinema, always clean and a friendly staff.

Christene Pfeiffer

Good fines

C Brandolino

Movie theater was a bit unclean. Mostly the disgusting carpets from lobby to theater entrance and an unpleasant odor.

Ricardo BLACKyEAGLEbird

Nice place to go but the seats need upgrade

James Riggs

Long lines, understaffed during holiday school break? No manager in sight......the ONE person taking tickets, and the two people at the snack bar were wonderful, polite and doing their best under awful conditions. No one taking tickets, saw people come out of one movie, wait and go to another. ???? This theater has really gone downhill. They're the only show in town and they take full advantage of that. Shame on the manager if there is one and the owner

John Jereson

Movie viewing is good, but concession stand was poor at best. Nearly 30 minutes to get popcorn and soda.

Melissa Cohen

I have been in the snack line for 30 mins with 2 small kids and am missing the beginning of the movie

Regal Cinemas was a great experience for me. But first I will point out the first few flaws. First if you visit in the summer, they have the air conditioning set on blizzard, of course this really was irksome to me and a portion of people who have the same taste. The food is pricey, but how else are they supposed to try to take your money, and while on the topic of food, the popcorn sometimes is too oily and kind of makes it taste a little gross. Those are all my main complaints, but most are minor inconveniences. Lines are the main reason the service is mediocre, as the lines can get big when a movie just comes out, so therefore the service is not the best, but do well for the limited time they have to serve you. The snack bar is jam packed with great candies, foods, popcorn, and drinks all available at your fingertips. Every time I had to order, I always had difficulty ordering because I could never figure out what to get (I mean this a good way.) But most importantly the theater. Well, before that we should cover the hallways. Many previous reviews that came out before mine complained that there is never a person there to take your ticket, so there was no point in getting the ticket. Regal has fixed that as in my recent visits I have seen the person there, so I would say that those reviews are outdated. The hallways are long, and a little tiresome to walk all the way down, but it really depends on how old the movie you want to see is. Say if there was a movie that came out 3 weeks ago, compared to the movie that came out yesterday, the movie that came out 3 weeks ago would be closer to the back. Now to cover the actual theaters. Depending on how short the distance you have to walk, the theater can be large to pretty small, but the difference isn't apparent while watching the movie. There's an exclusive,"First Look" if you get there early, where they show you in depth looks at tons of products. But my biggest problem was as previously mentioned, the air conditioning. They also clean the theater as soon as the movie ends, so it's nice and fresh for the next people. In conclusion this is a great place to see a movie. I would definitely go again.

Lyn Clements

Paid over $11 each for our 4:30 showing of Mile 22 tickets. We sat through the previews (many of them). When the actual movie started, the volume was so loud it blasted us out of our seats. I lasted all of 5 minutes. I was made ill by the absurd volume. I encouraged my husband to stay, as we are on vacation and this was a treat. I went to the lobby and explained to two employees that it was nauseatingly loud and I couldn’t stay. The were not even remotely concerned. I retreated to the air conditioned car and played on my phone for 90 minutes. What a waste of money. Also, the claim of “stadium seating” is a joke. The narrow seats in theatre 10 are horrible.

Rooben David

I felt at home well welcomed and very nice manager

Jlongtors0

Waited in line to get my large popcorn refilled. Concession clerk was alone with a long line and zero hustle. I say again: Zero. Hustle. Calm, serene, slow. Was actually kind of peaceful watching somebody so completely lacking a sense of urgency. The female manager on duty left the box office and came over. "Ah," I thought. "Good. A little backup to speed the project along." But no. The manager looked at the line, made eye contact with me and went into the back without stopping. Since I was refilling a large popcorn, it was clear I was missing a movie I'd paid for while the slowest concession clerk who ever lived moseyed around behind the counter. The manager had nothing in her hand; it wasn't like she was taking a money drawer to the office and couldn't put it down. She might easily have tossed some popcorn into my container. Put another way, she might have offered something approaching minimally adequate customer service. Instead she ignored me deliberately.

Ben Pinard

Not bad but seating sucks, my legs point downward and I can feel some metal bracket through the thin cushion, other than that great theatre

Tunji Kusimo

It was a great experience and they have free refill popcorn. What more could you ask for!!!

Andrew Taylor

Watched Thor Ragnorak! Was awesome!

Emily Cotter

Clean nice

Horrible product and worst customer service I've seen in retail. We went today to a 3D movie and had to wait for someone to show up at the cashier. Same for the food. Then, the 3D glasses didn't work. The ticket checker's solution was to give us three more pairs every time we came back. We found the manager chatting in a corner and asked about it. She stormed off and returned 15 minutes later, movie still running, to say "all set." I asked what was wrong and she said "it's fixed." And it was fixed. But the movie wasn't restarted, we weren't apologized to, and neither was anyone else in the theatre. Just adding this to all the reasons we only go here if we get a gift card.

Andre Stewart

A bit under staffed but it's winter. Saw double o 7 in action. Awesome flick. Puts the franchise back where they found it after a fun 10 yr romp with the blonde bond. Notice they never actually defeat the illuminati ... wink wink.

Patrick Aguiar

Good not excellent!!

Iffat Farooqi

It's very close to our house. The screens are big but it is just not very clean. Floors are sticky and the auditoriums are smelly

Melissa D

Very nice cleaned mall

Anthony Daley

Big screen in Auditorium 11and the sound was okay. The whole place needs an upgrade badly. Not enough people at the concessions and chairs need to be recliners. Needs assigned seating, Dolby Atmos.

Jimmy Casiano

By far the worst experience in a theater. And to think I had to drive 3 hour to do it.(weekend get away). Theater 3 (oceans 8) smell so bad. Smell like feet mixed with spoiled milk.. So bad I watch the movie with my face in my shirt .Digusting. The lack of cleanliness got me thinking of all the germs my arms were resting on.. The floor was slippery .Stay away .They should steam the place.. Run down .
