It's like visiting a cinema in the 80s, but with fewer people. The movies look good, the sound is okay, the seats are nothing special, the snack selection is a little limited. The place is usually clean though and for most films it's not that hard to find a good seat. There is plenty of parking but the lot is confusing the first time.

This place could DEFINITELY use some money invested into it... The seats and theaters are downright disgusting. Last time we went here I literally sat in a seat and it was wet (with what I can only hope someone spilled their soda, but the smell lead me to believe otherwise...) I had to run to Peeble's and purchase another pair of pants just watch the movie.. If you can drive to Pittsfield I would suggest going to Berkshire Mall Theater or Beacon Cinema as the chairs and theaters are more modern and believe it or not the price is just about the same to attend the movies... I would avoid this place unless you are local to North Adams and there really isn't another choice.

How anyone can describe this theater with less than 5 stars is beyond me. They have a great selection, discount night, over matinées, and are clean and very courteous. I really appreciate that they operate with a limited population and still provide a quality product at an affordable price.

Went with my wife to see Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on a Monday. We were literally the only people in the theater, which was nice. To be honest, we may have been the only people in the building besides the staff. The ticket prices were pretty good. We had a great time watching the movie in peace and literally having alone time.

It is a good theater. It is clean, accessible, and the staff is always nice. It could definitely use some upgrades though. The purple is brutal and often there are broken seats in the theaters. Just normal wear and tear

Great place, $5 Tuesdays. Concession is extremely reasonable. $10 for soda and popcorn with free refills. And they offer kid bags. You can't go wrong.

It shows movies, but a bit creepy. Not bad, not great. Wish there was somewhere between dislike and just okay. One time we were watching a movie and they locked the doors on us. Haven’t had an issue since, but very strange. You get to control how much butter goes on your popcorn which is nice.

Good, hometown theater! Can see and hear everything well. Seats are traditional- no recliners- but are comfortable and do have cup holders. Always a place to catch the latest movies.

The owner is beyond nice and he makes sure that you have a great time at this place. The theater was nice, the screen was big enough, and he sound was good. I recommend having some popcorn here, is delicious!

Normally a decent experience, however, last night was different. Ordered some popcorn and when I got to my seat and tasted it, it was stale. Went up to the concession and asked the owner if I could get some fresh popcorn that was being popped and he proceeded to yell at me stating that he popped the popcorn himself and there was no way it was cold or stale. All I wanted was some fresh popcorn but instead he continued to yell and gave me my money back which is not what I wanted. Never asked for a refund and wasn't given any more popcorn. Extremely unprofessional and will have to consider highly before going again.

I discovered it about a month ago when neither the mall nor the Beacon were carrying the movie I wanted to see. I have been making the 30 minute drive every week since, usually on $5 Tuesday. Nice atmosphere, and affordable concessions. My only complaint is they show a bunch of long annoying ads before they even get to the long annoying trailers. So don't panic if you're running a little late...yer flick isn't starting for a good 20 minutes after its scheduled start time. I just hope they don't go out of business anytime soon. I have been there 5 times now, and only on my first visit were there other people in the theater. Every time I've been back, I've been the lone soul. Which is nice for me, as nobody wants to have their movie ruined by a bunch of loud obnoxious teenagers...but clearly this place is not raking in the dough hand-over-fist.

It's a nondescript movie theater in a partially empty strip mall in a mostly empty downtown. Seats are mildly comfortable, floor is mostly clean-ish. Showings generally start on time.

A little piece of nostalgia. This theater feels very dated, but I don't hate it. Old school movie theater seats, but with stadium seating. The kids at the concession stand couldn't be bothered to make conversation and didn't bother checking tickets. It was fun being able to pop into the beginning of another movie before ours started. You're not really able to do that with assigned seating nowadays. Makes for a nice rainy night place to go.
