Took 3 kids & myself to an afternoon move 24$ we opted not to get the 5$ bucket of popcorn or 4$ candy but smuggled in some treats from next door ($ store) Thankfully! The theater was quite and very clean. Bathrooms were well maintained, very respectful audience as well. My only complaint was no one was around to take our tickets & several people behind us walked in as well.. but said "we didn't even pay for the movie!!" Frustrating to hear but what are you going to do! Seats were comfortable to be expected from movie seats.

The closest movie theater to us. It's small, and can get very crowded, when a popular movie is out. The seats are comfy. Papa Gino's is next door, for before or after the movies with kids.

Tickets are $5.50 for matinees - you can't beat it! Popcorn is reasonably priced as well - parent and child can share a soda and large popcorn and see a movie for just over $20. Stadium seating, and theatres are well cleaned after each screening. Nice break on a rainy or snowy day.

My classic go-to theater. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, and concessions are reasonably priced. My only complaint is that buying tickets online adds a fee on top of the ticket price. Other than that, this is one of the best theaters around.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!! I can't say enough good about this place!!! I have 2 smaller children who are afraid of loud, dark places, but really wanted to go see The Grinch. I was hoping for a day they might offer a "Sensory Day" just so they could have the opportunity to try it. Well... Cheryl offered for me to bring kids in and show them around, let them see and get a feel of the theater and see if they wanted to try and stay for the movie. She even brought them booster seats and popcorn so they could have the "real feel" of being at the movies. She said " Have them try it out. If they like it and you stay for the movie, come pay me for your tickets when it's over, if they get scared and you leave, I'm not going to charge you" She was AMAZING with them. We actually stayed for the entire movie!! The way she went above and beyond for my family truly means a lot to us. We will continue to bring our kids there from now on!! They are already begging to go back!! Thank you again for your kind heart and generosity. There are not many companies out there that will work with you these days. ❤❤❤

Great prices and clean. Popcorn and drinks aren't crazy expensive like other chains. They don't do premium offerings like Dolby and IMAX, but it's a great place to catch a movie nonetheless. They also have a decent arcade selection, which is fun before or after a movie.

DON'T EVER GET THEIR NATCHOS!! Popcorn ia ok. And you get what you pay for. Screen size is ok, no 3d, and the seats are not recliners and there's a big space gap in every theatre so you can't sit in the middle.

The cinema is kept clean. The seats are very comfortable. The sound is exceptional. And the restroom is also clean. It could be a bit more handicapped accessible. As in, the bathroom stall is a on the small size of being able to maneuver and the only seats easy to get to are up against a wall and therefore less comfortable than the other seats. Also, as said, there is only 1 choice so, the other situation with this is there are only 2 other seats next to that choice.

Went and saw Bohemian Rhapsody recently here, and it was just way too loud. I’ve been here before and just find that it’s extremely uncomfortable watching movies this loud. Is having the volume up really necessary when there are only 3 people watching a movie? I’m not a huge fan of movie theaters to begin with, but please do us a favor and “turn it down a notch”...

Family friendly movie theater great prices wonderful matinees which seems a thing of the past and a lot of places these days has great popcorn which of course is very important they're bigger theaters with the Dolby sound are wonderful and the seats are very comfortable and rocking I've enjoyed myself more here and many of the huge cineplexes. If you're in Gardner in the mood for a movie you couldn't pick a better place.

I posted a longer review about this situation on Yelp, so I’ll just give the gist of it here. They let a wicked loud and rowdy busload of people run the theater on Friday nights. It doesn’t matter how many people complain or if they have employees stand in the theater, they won’t do anything about this loud group. It’s extremely clear that they have no backbone about their other customers who have been coming for YEARS when it comes to a guaranteed busload of ticket sales every Friday night. No backbone equals no respect from me. Probably going to consider going to other local theaters that haven’t sold out to rude people as opposed to respectful customers.

Any review that says the place is run down is out of date. The theater is nice, clean, and renovated. It's affordable, and the popcorn is good. Fun, festive atmosphere. Sound system is passable but just not state of the art. Mid range. A fine place to see a movie without paying premium price.

Nicely remodeled a couple of years back. The seats and theater is very clean. Also the popcorn and candy and other things to purchase at the concession stand where not to badly over priced, compared to other Cinema's. There also pretty cool about sneaking candy in hahahahah FYI there is a dollar store right next door...

Basic but good. Only criticism is the lack of reserved seating. Had to get to theater an hour early for Star Wars to make sure I got a seat even though I pre-purchased ticket days ago. Last Star Wars opening I went to there was much more of an event, too.

When I went a couple weeks ago the movie went out for a bit of time and all any of us got was someone trying to tell us something about it but no one heard so I had to ask what was said by one of the workers. Eventually the move came back on but none of us was compensated for this inconvenience.

This is a great small town theater with 8 screens of which most are large to medium size. The seating was recently replaced and upgraded. The concession stand has a great variety of snacks including hotdogs and ice cream. The popcorn is always made fresh unlike many other larger chain theaters. Best of all is the low price.

Was not a long wait..at 1 pm...we saw jurassic world....great...nobody loud people very polite only problem is the cinemas are confusing to people who have bad eye site or elderly. ..we lost my 73 year old mother and me and ny niece missed the previews which we all kmow u need to lead up to the movie . ..n get time get a seat n get ready specially if you bring 5 kids n 3 teens the teens were ok but no help with the 3 year old who swear had go bathroom 10 times in 30 minutes . ...anyway my mother we went looking for in all the other movie theaters and we couldn't find her i swear we checked them all n she was in the one right across from us the signs got her confused so having an arrow under each sign for the movie point to the door...n say it on the arrow too for people who may have learning problems dimensions elderly and just eye sight problems or for kids even...she eventually wondered in right before it started ...so me ..my mom ..my niece whos birthday is tomorrow..today and her party saturated and we going back to see skyscraper . .yeahhh.just hope this time ohhhh i forgot no slushies were out machine broken that was one problem i had always get one..but other than the confusing way they have it set up ..if would maybe take someone's new ideas on how to make it better i myself know someone who would help u make all tje signs different not better persay as in looks your pictures on them help too n are great n should stay just the name alone be even worse nobody that's over 80 will get lost . ..just kidding but realky the pictures help but the signs some are too close together i know a very great artist slash architect that could draw u up a better set up for your signs at the movie theatre just so we don't lose a 73 year old woman who just has heart surgery within last 6 months and brain surgery ladt year because of a bleed neaning no falls or very bad she doesn't need to be lost ib the movies where its dark because of the broken machines lot us got in during previews wheb lights are off n cant see . And my mother has vision problems too so i think that one thing the signs should be light up more with an arrow with a pictire of the movie headline title on it n on the door so theres no confusion ever again its bumpy n hills and stairs n corners n peoples feet she could have tripped over n she would been hurt or god forbid worse ..okay all in all good movie . No drinks half us wanted but was no loud annoying people was a plus but i think they could maybe wash the floor little more instead the want to turn over movie after movie instead maybe waiting to ckean clean real quick before next movie ..left there wuth sticky shoes and that not okay with actual whole pieces candy stuck to your shoe like chocolate and u msy may go in your car n track in nice melty chocolate in your car now..but then u have ac on in car so it hardens then u bring it home where u have a dog or a ferret and they eat it n get sick just saying like couldnt even put my bag down on the floor it was kinda not ckean i dont want be mean when i say this they should get it n hopefully do something to fix it since i cam semd up my very talented friend to let you know the changes that they could make n not big huge ones little but the results will be huge and I promise u if you take some great ideas from a very talented artist

Staffed by many local teens, mostly, this theater has a local charm to it that I remember most theaters having back in the 70's when I was a kid. Their prices are very reasonable, and the snack sizes are not ridiculously large. This is my favorite theater, even though the screens are smaller than the larger theaters. They play first run movies.
