My teens went to see a late night show, Annabelle, and the roof leaked on them during the show. Very distracting as well as surprising to them. They had brought a blanket with them that ended up wet. No refund offered, nor tickets for a different date after roof is fixed.

They have new comfy reclining seat with the swivel trays in front. It was a awesome the lobby had popcorn on floor but thats kinda to be expected. Also there isn't any cup holders on the swivel trays so careful of spills. But pretty good and the prices were good.

Not overpriced. I don't have to buy seats 3 weeks in advance. I don't have to take out a small loan to get popcorn. And the people are pretty reasonable. I took my son there to try a movie during the day. He wasn't quite ready so we left 15 minutes into the film. They offered a full refund for the tickets. The place is pretty clean too. I wish that wasn't something needing to be addressed... But last AMC I went to was sticky everywhere...

Not impressed. Waited a half an hour to see Downton Abbey in a theatre. Apparently the ticket had the wrong theatre on it. We kept waiting and realized the movie wasn't starting. We go back to the front and they say it's in another theatre about to start. We go in the theatre and it's too packed for us. They kept apologizing and gave us some free passes, but how did you not say something when we first came in and checked our tickets? How about you put the name of the movie on the door? Poor management. I will not be back!

Although the prices are reasonable it doesn't make up for the horrible experience there. Just came to see the new Mission Impossible movie. Friendly staff good prices but the pros stop there. We were in theater 9. As soon as you walked in it smelled like pee, musty old gym socks and bad body odor. The seats were disgusting and half were broken or stained . I didn't even want to sit down. Every seat we tried was stained with God knows what. It was too late to go see another movie in a different theater so we decided to stay. Will never come back here again. Totally and utterly disggdisg with this theatrer.

The chairs aren't very comfortable and the screens definitely need to be updated as the picture quality wasn't great. But the prices are absolutely affordable which is how it should be, plenty of arcade games and entertainment and the employees are very friendly + down to earth!

Went to see the Meg on Saturday August 11. The small concession stand was not prepared. The Sierra mist sodas my wife bought for us, were not Sierra mist. Carbonated water not very good tasting. They had no ice for sodas. Just totally unprepared.

Been going to this cinema for years. Not the greatest but not bad by any means. Good concession menu, comfortable seating. (secret) you can call and reserve the movie posters they hang on the walls, and they'll give them to you after they take them down!

Overpriced snacks and drinks make this cinema a 3 star place... Charging $7.50 for a medium sized drink and small bag of popcorn is really their downfall!! The recliners are comfortable and the staff does enforce the no texting/phone rule. Food and drink prices are high but very typical for theaters. Sound and video quality is typically excellent to outstanding.

This is an old cinema, in the midst of renovating. The few theatres they have with upgraded seats are very comfortable, and few selection is a bit minimalist, but cheap. Staff is friendly and quick to serve as well! 5 stars maybe when they add some chairs with feet rest ( pleanty of room for it )

They don’t bother to post the movies that are playing on the big billboard out front. I guess they figure that in the age of the internet everybody can just look it up on their phone.

I went and saw an animated feature with my daughter. The ticket prices are very reasonable and it's not very busy all the time with the exceptions of weekend nights so that's always a plus. We caught an afternoon viewing on a Sunday. The theater was very clean and we enjoyed the movie. I looked at Gardner Cinemas which is also very good but they did not have anything for my young daughter and I to enjoy together. And luckily this Cinema did so I will definitely be returning because they have movies that other Cinemas in the area do not.

Movie was shout dawn 15 min after start. When I check it was because they though nobody was there. My recomendation is check the room first and be sure. After all they put back the movie including the trailers again. And then try to put back when it was. Mmmm????@$!#:;&&___________

One of the only local theaters around here. Trash left behind was not cleaned up before my showing. Floors were sticky when I went and most of the other times I've gone, they were also. Seats are okay. I don't like the employees walking around with their light to check the exit doors to make sure no one snuck in. Very distracting with their light on.

This theater is not investing money to upgrade and refurbish like other theaters, but I'm ok with that as long as the prices stay the same. 40 dollars for 1 adult 2 kids snacks and drink. Kids only care about the movie and junk food, so cheaper prices at an average theater is perfect for us.

Wow. What an unpleasant experience. Your staff must not like to make money. I called tonight at 8:13pm to inquire about gift cards. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She explained the option of having it mailed for an extra charge or simply leave it at the Cinema to be picked up. I thanked her and told her I'd be in touch. I called back at 8:31 and the man (boy) who answered told me they were closed. I asked when they closed and let him know I just spoke with someone about making this purchase. He sounded confused that anyone would have answered the phone and told me they close at 8 and I needed to call back at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon. I told him I just needed to make a quick purchase of a gift card that would be left at the counter, so they wouldn't even need to ship it. He again told me I needed to do it another time. I thanked him for his help and confirmed I should call back after 1:30 tomorrow. "Well, yeah, but you could probably just do it anytime." Awesome. Thanks for your help .You likely lost guaranteed business for your company because you were too lazy to assist me.

Probably the best bang-for-your-buck theatre around. Very cheap tickets (somewhere around $6 each), making it a perfect place to watch a movie you're not THAT interested in. I wouldn't watch the new Star Wars here for my first time, but I'd watch something like Tomb Raider here because I just want to watch it to watch it, rather than spending $20 for the IMAX experience. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me.

I went and saw an animated feature with my daughter. The ticket prices are very reasonable and it's not very busy all the time with the exceptions of weekend nights so that's always a plus. We caught an afternoon viewing on a Sunday. The theater was very clean and we enjoyed the movie. I looked at Gardner Cinemas which is also very good but they did not have anything for my young daughter and I to enjoy together. And luckily this Cinema did so I will definitely be returning because they have movies that other Cinemas in the area do not.

Movie was shout dawn 15 min after start. When I check it was because they though nobody was there. My recomendation is check the room first and be sure. After all they put back the movie including the trailers again. And then try to put back when it was. Mmmm????@$!#:;&&___________

One of the only local theaters around here. Trash left behind was not cleaned up before my showing. Floors were sticky when I went and most of the other times I've gone, they were also. Seats are okay. I don't like the employees walking around with their light to check the exit doors to make sure no one snuck in. Very distracting with their light on.

This theater is not investing money to upgrade and refurbish like other theaters, but I'm ok with that as long as the prices stay the same. 40 dollars for 1 adult 2 kids snacks and drink. Kids only care about the movie and junk food, so cheaper prices at an average theater is perfect for us.

It was my first time in Massachusetts i came to visit my daughter for a week and i enjoy myself at the movies eventhough its only been a year my been living there we are from Philadelphia only thing i couldn't buy anything because that was the last movie showing for the night i should of got me something before i sat down i think it was like 9 or 9: 30 but the worker was very nice he said he had just closed he was sorry

Wow. What an unpleasant experience. Your staff must not like to make money. I called tonight at 8:13pm to inquire about gift cards. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She explained the option of having it mailed for an extra charge or simply leave it at the Cinema to be picked up. I thanked her and told her I'd be in touch. I called back at 8:31 and the man (boy) who answered told me they were closed. I asked when they closed and let him know I just spoke with someone about making this purchase. He sounded confused that anyone would have answered the phone and told me they close at 8 and I needed to call back at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon. I told him I just needed to make a quick purchase of a gift card that would be left at the counter, so they wouldn't even need to ship it. He again told me I needed to do it another time. I thanked him for his help and confirmed I should call back after 1:30 tomorrow. "Well, yeah, but you could probably just do it anytime." Awesome. Thanks for your help .You likely lost guaranteed business for your company because you were too lazy to assist me.

Theater is getting a little dated at this point but always a solid place to show up and catch a movie. The projectors seemed decent and the sound quality is good but you can tell the seats have a few years of wear and tear on them.

Probably the best bang-for-your-buck theatre around. Very cheap tickets (somewhere around $6 each), making it a perfect place to watch a movie you're not THAT interested in. I wouldn't watch the new Star Wars here for my first time, but I'd watch something like Tomb Raider here because I just want to watch it to watch it, rather than spending $20 for the IMAX experience. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me.

Seats are sticky, floors throughout building are gross, bathrooms- I have no words to describe the lack of upkeep. I think my next call will be the board of health. I can't believe someone gave this place more than a 1 star. Yes, prices are great, yes they place good upcoming movies but that is NO EXCUSE for the disgusting filth of a building this place is. So sad.

A lady had a bad cold coughs in her popcorn bag. She asked for butter in the middle, and the kid behind the counter tossed the popcorn back in pile and buttered the popcorn and refilled it. I spoke to the kid and he just nothing.no manager in site, I won't ever go back again.

I measured the sound level of the preview trailers at 90-100db, peaking at 110db. We asked management to reset, they tried but apparently failed. We requested a refund and left. If you go, bring earplugs.

It's an old theatre with old worn out seats and worn out decor and screens, but its decent for being a local theatre. Turns out, that soon the seats will be getting replaced, so hopefully that means the place can finally leave the 1990s and get an over-all makeover to replace the ancient... well everything. This place serves popcorn, water, sodas, slushies, and candy for relatively high prices as expected in a theatre. Tuesdays during the day is the cheapest time to go, tickets are around 6-8$, versus the usual 10-12$ on other days. Bathrooms and the facility is generally decently clean, sometimes the theatre will have sticky surfaces from prior spilt drinks and the like, or random trash and food under seats, but the place isn't filthy, its decent enough to go and watch a film, but not decent enough to have a film experience like 3D or, obviously something on the level of IMAX.
