I love being able to find a parking space near the building quickly, and pop in line for tickets and food easily.still love this mini mall even tho the big box stores have vacated. The theatre is clean and the staff pleasant.

The good place they need to put some really nice and thin air like everybody else has but doesn't really charge for them I know West Springfield charges for a really comfortable seating but like if you live in New York witches my fault for not living there but they have like free beautiful seating that you can like put back and lounge and it's really nice book here they're like it's just Anna and everybody is like really annoying all the time they're like the people that go there are annoying for over all the places OK I'm not sure why they have policemen and air all the time that makes me a little uncomfortable but whatever young I give a 3 stars Yeah 3 stars and not A lot of our people

I go every week...as a regular patron, I have the advantage of being recognized by many of the employees. They tend to be open, friendly, and helpful. The matinee prices are competitive, and the senior discounts on Monday and the discount Tuesday prices give us budget options. They also accept Movie Pass which is great if you go to the movies often. Popcorn is good (ask for extra butter if you want it, and they will oblige). Pizza and 1/4 pound dogs are good but skip the smaller hot dogs. Refreshment prices are comparable to other theaters. If you want a break in prices either buy the refillable drink and popcorn buckets at the end of the year or join their movie club.

It's an okay theater - we have been twice and the latest time, there were a group of teens walking in and out of the theater during the movie, talking, and looking at their phones. The staff was very courteous when addressing the issue, but once the attendant left the theater, the behavior started up again. On the way out, a teen threw his bag of popcorn at us. Not necessarily the staff's fault, but we'd probably hesitate before giving this location another try .

Stars for being the only theater in a twenty mile radius showing the movie I wanted to see. This theater has stadium seating, which is cool. The matinee price is good. Lost a star for sticky floors and dirty chairs.

At noontime the theater is peaceful and well maintained. Surprisingly so it's the same at 6 pm and 9pm. This theater takes pride in avoiding sticky floors and cleaning popcorn off the seats. I'd give 5 stars but they need to upgrade to the XD experience with recliner seats like their sister theater in West Springfield.

This theater needs an upgrade, being located in a mall is convenient but some smaller theaters fill up pretty quick. Would like to see the reserved, reclining seats at all theaters nowadays, and being able to reserve your seats online is a big plus at other theaters.

When viewing the 1st movie in the summer series. There were people sitting on the stairs. People lined up in the side isles. Children running up and down being unsupervised. There were buses of children brought in. In my opinion there should have been two theatres opened because if reported the fire marshall's would have closed the theatre down. Ushers should be assigned to keep an eye out for these problem' s. And not be patrons responsibility to report these problems to staff. Complaints were made this week. I really hope next week the issues will be rectified.

The lines aren't that logln for movies but I don't like how they don't clean the theatre rooms after a movie finished. I would go in there to watch a movie and I'll step on a sticky part of the floor and there would be food on the seats.

Really nice theater with some good deals. At this particular cinema Tuesday is $5 movie day which is a much better rate then the usual $10 movie times. Theaters are kept very clean, and the staff is good at moving people through lines quickly.

This theater has stayed the same for years, with no real improvements on the decor or seating. However, the staff do an outstanding job in working with what they've got. Amicable, hilarious, and laidback, they make this theater worth going to, even though West Springfield has a far more luxurious experience. Hopefully Cinemark will update this theater soon, because that coupled with the staff would revive this location wholeheartedly.

Wonderful family outing, but mediocre theater. Uncomfortable seats without even an armrest to set something down while removing a coat. I almost gave it only two stars; the theater is adequate, but no more than that. So why two more? Because when we left our movie and really wanted a photo of our family gathering, one very pleasant young man on his way to clean up before the next show, paused just long enough to snap one for us. He was friendly and helpful, and his moment of customer service outweighed everything else. He scurried on his way quickly, explaining that he had to clean the space, and we appreciated that conscientiousness as well. His brief but cheerful effort alone doubled the stars for this place.

They don't enforce the "no talking" or "no cell phones" rule. If you complain they suggest you move to a different chair. They allow 1 or 2 phone users/talkers to inhibit the experience of the majority of others in the theater who want to actually pay attention to whats on the screen and not have to listen past phone/personal conversations or get distracted by a bright screen.
