Very, very pleasant staff. They took the time to answer my questions and converse with me. They were very professional and very enjoyable to talk to at the concessions as I bought Stephen King's IT merchandise and used my Cinemark rewards app for points. The cinema itself is very comfortable and equipped with machines to buy your tickets stress-free. This particular cinema always has movie merchandise and continues to be a good place to visit.

Comfortable seats, great sound, great picture. These things really matter and it's amazing how many theaters don't get it right. Only reason it's not five stars is not really their fault but often I have to deal with people talking behind me, which has made me watch much more on my home theater. But even non visually intensive movies are better on the big screen away from the distractions of whom that pull one from the alternate reality of a movie. Also, minor matter, but in quiet time I could hear a loud part of the adjacent theater.

It's a typical movie theater attached to a (mostly) dead mall. The movie tickets are the same as everywhere else. The concessions are outrageously priced. Mondays are senior days and the tickets are $6 for us seniors.

Came straight from work on a bus. Bought a ticket, then walked in to find the ‘no backpacks’ sign right next to the entry area. Was told there was no holding area for bags, nor would they simply search it to see I wasn’t carrying anything prohibited. This is patently ridiculous. This is a cinema directly next to a college. It’s connected to multiple bus lines. Public transport commuters and bags go hand in hand. I’d have been okay with throwing my backpack behind a counter somewhere. With paying a small fee for a locker. With the bag being searched. ANYTHING that wouldn’t mean I just wasted $8.50.

If I could give it negative 10 stars I would. I’ve gone there at least 3 times a month for over a year and a half and never have they ever checked or asked for an ID for a rated r movie. Well last night I went and they were extremely rude to me and my friends. Cursing at me and about other people in the theater in front of a huge crowd of customers. They wouldn’t let me in cuz I didn’t have my ID on me. IVE NEVER FREAKIN HAD TO BRING IT!! And they weren’t checking anyone else’s that “looked about my age”. Just targeting me and my friends. And when I did get a pic of my ID sent to me I showed them and they didn’t every look at it they just lemme through “cuz I had one”. Very rude and unprofessional staff especially for how much I go there and spend money there

Setup is good and there is plenty of bathrooms in various locations. Seats are very comfortable. The only downfall is the kiosks to buy tickets at are a bit difficult, so you almost never see anyone using them even if there is a line to buy tickets.

New backpack policy makes it impossible to go straight from classes to the movies as they won't let you in at all if you have a bag. If they'd offer an alternate solution for bags, sure why not but they will simply deny you. It's weird considering how close the theater is to colleges.

Love Cinemark in Hadley. There is a good selection of films - especially because of the CineArts. It is always well maintained and the staff all do a good job - they are even helpful on the phone which is answered promptly. They employ local high school and college students which is great for the community. First showing of each film and Tuesdays are less expensive which is great for families. Go now!!!

I am a handicapped person and I have never had a problem from purchasing a ticket to the concession stand to the movie theater and even the ladies room. The facility is always clean and neat. The employees are always so friendly and even when the concessions are nuts, they are always smiling and take care of you. Keep up the good work.

Standard movie theater, cleanliness isn't always great, they have fairly comfortable seats. Their XD theatre doesn't have a ton of space between rows to make it a more comfortable experience for the higher price you pay.

I've had such a fun time here! I choose this theater over all the rest. The employees are always friendly and helpful, especially Leia! She is the sweetest, funniest, and nicest employee by far! She makes it worth going. The prices are better than other local theaters, and the leather seats are so comfortable. It's cleaner and quieter than the others I've been to as well. Overall A+!!

A pretty decent move theater. In my experience it's been clean, ticket waits have been reasonable, and the staff has been nice. Like all conventional movie theaters, the price of the food at the concession stand is obscenely high. But you already knew that.

It was a Wednesday showing I'll Spiderman at 6:10 p.m. I believe there was only maybe 20 people in the theater. Love the seats, and the sound system. The movie was kind of maybe for fifteen-year-olds, just was not really a good movie.

Too overpriced for a movie. I will wait for it to come out on TV. Cheaper, and so is the food and the comfort of my own home. Don't waste your money. The movies should never be too high priced. And its not because of inflation.

Arrive early, usually only one person selling tickets. Concessions are also slow moving, other than that it's a nice theater. Update 5/20/18 Went to Westspringfield cinemas yesterday. They have much nicer seating. Way roomier and comfortable reclining seats. This cinema in Hadley really needs to upgrade the seating. Until they do I will make the longer drive to Westspringfield. Well worth it.

Shabby theater in a shabby mall. Assigned seats for all movies and no bags allowed so don't come straight from school or you will be denied entry. I would recommend they provide lockers to store your bags.

Come in on Tuesdays for about $5-6 movie tickets all day or see the first showing of the day (before 1) for about the same price. Cost of popcorn got you down? They actually do have coupons if you go and look. Also, you can follow the time honored tradition of SNEAKING IT IN! Just, please, no plastic bags that squeak when you open or eat from them. If your going to cheat and bring some food in, at least be virtuous about it.
