I do not like the fact that you have to reserve the seats to see the movies. It’s hard to see movies with a group of friends that way. It’s just more stressful than just finding seats in the theater. Not to mention, half of the seats are not good, either towards the side or right in front. Good luck finding good seats if you didn’t buy tickets ahead of time. At least this theater has better food options than regal and showcase theaters, but it’s still not that good .

We usually enjoy our time at this theater with comfy seats and the food is usually great. Tonight there was a situation on the other side of the theater where armed police were seen and customers were exiting quickly. We had no idea if we were in danger, if there was a gunman, the staff was clueless. In the world we live in, there should be protocol on what the manager and staff should be doing and saying to your customers. As well as a way to inform the other side of the theater if we were in serious danger or not! I was scared for myself as well as my two children. Very scary evening out and very dissatisfied with management at this location, hoping the situation and what transpired will be a learning experience to all employees.

Loved watching "A Long Time Ago in Hollywood" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt while dining on a steak and grilled shrimp bowl. We even had some drinks at the bar later that were good but way overpriced, with hardly any alcohol so for $27 for two drinks, better to drink at home or somewhere less expensive that gives you the right amount of alcohol in your drink per fruit juice.

The staff are helpful or at least they try to be as they take 10 minutes to find wing sauce behind the counter or 20 minutes to answer call buttons in dine-in (if they come at all) then forget to bring half the requested items (hey who needs utensils/napkins or drinks we have hands and spit so its cool) but all in all it was okay the movie was on time as was the Check.

Went to See The Lion King tonight, relatively slow service for our in theater experience, expected. Went to the counter for drinks and the bartender was nowhere to be seen he walked up after a few minutes, I asked if he was the bartender, he said yes and my partner informed him the other lady at the counter was there first. He took her order then flat out ignored us. Walked to the other end of the bar to give another couple their check while he was chilling a martini glass. Blatantly ignoring us. Taps some things into the computer. Still ignoring us. We finally had to walk away without purchasing anything to get back to our movie.

Fun to go to with kids, cheap movie tickets compared to other local theaters. However, you will quickly add to this price with food and drinks. The seats are very comfortable (large, recline) and the theater consistently feels clean. Easy to choose seats on their website but may be hard to get last minute seats together, especially if you have a group larger than 2. Half of the theater has dine in services. The wait staff are efficient and it is worth ordering during the previews. The food is surprisingly good and you could figure out a couple of healthier options if you want to. The calorie counts are obvious so you know what you are doing to yourself! In dine in they will also bring popcorn, soda, or drinks from the bar. If you are in a non-dine in theater service as the snack bar is consistently slower. Finally, the bathrooms are kept pretty clean.

Is hard to rate this place, because as many of you know, there is not many others theaters around Framingham. I believe that is the main reason why this place do not take very seriously the food business, taking into account that, they have a bar area now, but I ordered food before and they take forever, they even forgot what was my order. When it comes about the movies, well, is not an amazing experience as you believe. But as I say above they know that there is not many other theaters in Framingham, so much potential for this AMC theater to be great, but is sad and is true, they dont care anymore.

Technical difficulties for a one-time showing. Good job. Why don't they have a backup projector? Or someone to fix it? Some staff member probably mistreated it or neglected it anyways, but they'll keep getting hired because the standards are low. Yeah keep on raising the minimum wage so we can pay them more for the same garbage.

This is an awesome theater with reclining seats and a dine in experience. However, it seems like every time we go to the last movie of the night, they turn off the ventilation halfway through the film. This causes the theaters to get quite a bit stuffy. Just avoid the closing movies and it will be an awesome experience.

Awful food and service. First, the seats are torn, so if you're wearing shorts your legs will itch. The recliner chairs are older and recline really weird. The food was horrendous. We got boneless wings which were chicken tenders served with honey mustard and ranch. Nothing on the wings (no sauce or dry rub). They accidentally gave my son the plate of wings. He ordered a kids chicken tenders. I asked where his fruit and fries were. When they brought the fresh plate and they realized they gave him my wings. Then, they attempted to give me a plate of half eaten tenders slathered in ketchup that was my sons. They did end up bringing me a fresh order of the boneless wings when I complained. The ultimate nachos were a joke. Unseasoned beef with sour cream and 1 slice of old avocado. The waiters complaining to one another as they were serving me my food. The movie had already started at this point. I highly recommend going elsewhere to enjoy your movie experience. Got home reviewed our receipt. They over charged us $50!

Best movie theater experience I have ever had. The dine in option is great. Dirt cheap (compared to standard movie theaters) Seats must be bought ahead of time to ensure seating with whomever you go. Food is great, service right to your seat. Anywhere from a salad to a burger. Alcohol is also available. Recommend arriving at your movie 20 minutes early so you can have time to look over the menu and ordering in peace. Seats recline and leg support part rises.

The only issue I've had is that twice one of the tickets I purchased had the broken seat (assigned seating). First time the theater was packed so when we let them know about the broken seat, they offered free tickets for future showings. The second time the theater was empty (morning show) so we just moved. Otherwise it's clean and very comfortable, reclining chairs.

Dining options comfy seats and a friendly staff. They said soon they will offer some throw back movies like right now they have Alien. Alcohol is served. Prices are on the high side even for the movies but it really does bring an elevated experience to the movie theater outing.

On a recent trip (5/3) the lights were kept on the entire movie. Sorry but I don’t want to pay $15.00 to sit in a lit room, second row seats (also pretty bad because the screen is curved so off to the side everything is warped and disproportionate) and then be able to see everything and everyone around me. I think maybe this was a fluke for this show because they have never kept the lights on like that before but it really ruined the experience. Especially for the dark parts of the movie.. there was a glare in the screen. Movie theaters are suppose to be dark. Oh also in the second row your seat can’t recline all the way because of the ledge behind you, so you still have to do that dumb broken neck thing to see the screen. Really wish I could have had a refund for that movie, was so disappointed by the experience .

I was shocked to find this theatre absolutely filthy. There was trash and garbage on the three (otherwise empty) seats next to us. Not just on the floor but ON THE SEATS! Cans, candy wrappers, popcorn, etc. The entire row in front of us (as well as other rows) had trash behind the seats. There were popcorn bags, cans and cups, and candy bags behind the seats directly in front of us. Also, once the movie was over .. the lights never came on. The screen was frozen on the last of the credits .. and people turned on their cell phone flashlights to exit the theatre! The whole experience was pretty outrageous. It was as if they turned on the film .. and then just forgot there were even people there! I did go to the front desk, prior to the movie beginning, and two young men came to the theatre and observed that it was, indeed, a MESS. The garbage on the three seats was removed - but, since the movie was about to begin, all of the other trash remained. I was told that the night crew usually cleans behind the seats. Does this mean that we should only see movies at the earliest showings if we want to sit in a clean theatre?

We spend the extra time driving to Framingham... past several other theaters... just to head to the AMC. All theaters have reclining seats with footrests but we usually go for the dine-in movie. The food is surprising good for a movie theater and the portions are generous. A little on the expensive side for the meals but it's made up for by the convenience. The movie tickets are a little bit less expensive in the dine-in theater too.

If you're in the Framingham/Natick area, you pretty much have no other option. Generally kept clean (despite other patrons' best efforts to trash the place.) Teenage punks usually hang around outside after dark acting rowdy. Sometimes the police are there, but more often than not, they ain't.

The movie was great but the experience with the person at the food stand was less than pleasing. He was supposed to be the Lead in that dept but even after explaining to him past experiences I had with AMC personnel he didn't make it any better. I ordered a drink and popcorn with my son and explained that in the past I was misinformed about how to properly order items based on being a Stubs member. He explained the process for ordering the drinks how I'm looking for it and then didn't offer confirmation on my order as well as what incentives I would be missing out on as a result of my decision. I later came back go refill my popcorn (thinking it was free with Stubs) and he told me that I wasn't eligible because it was only on a larger size. After I had clearly addressed that he didn't mention that before hand while I was ordering initially, he looked at me like a deer caught in headlights...or a space cadet...and said "sorry I thought that was the size you wanted" and then just stood there. Didn't volunteer to make any adjustments or anything. Very disappointing experience. I guess he doesn't get paid enough to take care of his customers.

We did the dine in and waited 1 hour just for milkshakes. The lady wanted a tip but she already took the rest of our money when she was supposed to give it back and the waiters and waitresses were very rude and giving us attitude!

One or my all time favorite movie theaters. There is no better way to see a movie than the dine in theater. The food is great the drinks are awesome the wait staff is very attentive. Tickets and dinner aren't all that expensive. Definitely worth it. An amazing date night for those who love movies and food.

Our go to theatre, good seats and movie selections. Only bad thing is that you would often get a broken seat or worn down Seats which can make the watching experience absolutely nightmare. I recommand the theatre mark the broken seats as sold out to avoid this issue.

The whole complex has been upgraded over the last couple of years. Big comfy reclining chairs and high quality picture and sound. Haven't tried the dine in experience yet. Concessions are expensive but that's where they make the money! Bought tickets online and it's still annoying to me to have to pay a fee for that since it makes their operation smoother but everyone does the same thing.

Unique experience and well worth the drive. We had a great server. The food is decent and there is some good variety on the menu. But the best thing is getting a dining out experience at the movies! Just be careful, not every theater had the Dine In option. Check the movietimes and make sure you pick the right one. Oh, and the seats are awesome too!

Went to see LAST BLOOD, That Was Advertised as Playing for 5 Days on Google, and It Wasn't Playing!! The Girl at the Ticket Counter Had NO IDEA WHEN IT WAS PLAYING EITHER!! WASTED 3 HRS OF MY TIME!

Still a nice theater. Clean and neat. They have a lot of food and drink options. Had 5 in our party, two of the recliners did not work, but theater wasn't crowded, so we were able to move. Movie was a little loud on volume.

AMC is the best movie theater. They have reserve seating, cheaper food and deals. Seats that recline and lower or move higher up to whichever way you prefer. It feels like you're on your couch at home... but you're watching this brand new movie on a huge screen with yummy popcorn and icee's. It's a WIN !

Took my family there to see Endgame, it was our first time there. Definitely make sure you have some grub money if you plan to eat there because it can cut into your pockets a we bit. But overall food was delicious, the seats were super comfy and the seats reclined. We loved it and would definitely go back again.

You can order and eat a meal or snack while watching the movie. It's convenient if you're in a hurry. But the food becomes secondary to the movie. I prefer to enjoy my meal, which for me means eating before or after the movie.

Most comfortable movie theater I have ever been to! I have avoided going to the movies for years due to the seats being so uncomfortable. These ones reclined and raised your feet! More than enough room between you and other rows... plus no ones head seemed to be in the way! As soon as I got in the car I said "Man that was super comfy, I want to start going to the movies again!"

Why is the snack area. Trash cans and bathrooms so dirty its disgusting. Seats are in need of repair (the whole theater needs an overhaul. The fine in side food has been exceptionally good. Please bring a Dolby Atmos to this theater.

We spend the extra time driving to Framingham... past several other theaters... just to head to the AMC. All theaters have reclining seats with footrests but we usually go for the dine-in movie. The food is surprising good for a movie theater and the portions are generous. A little on the expensive side for the meals but it's made up for by the convenience. The movie tickets are a little bit less expensive in the dine-in theater too.

If you're in the Framingham/Natick area, you pretty much have no other option. Generally kept clean (despite other patrons' best efforts to trash the place.) Teenage punks usually hang around outside after dark acting rowdy. Sometimes the police are there, but more often than not, they ain't.

The movie was great but the experience with the person at the food stand was less than pleasing. He was supposed to be the Lead in that dept but even after explaining to him past experiences I had with AMC personnel he didn't make it any better. I ordered a drink and popcorn with my son and explained that in the past I was misinformed about how to properly order items based on being a Stubs member. He explained the process for ordering the drinks how I'm looking for it and then didn't offer confirmation on my order as well as what incentives I would be missing out on as a result of my decision. I later came back go refill my popcorn (thinking it was free with Stubs) and he told me that I wasn't eligible because it was only on a larger size. After I had clearly addressed that he didn't mention that before hand while I was ordering initially, he looked at me like a deer caught in headlights...or a space cadet...and said "sorry I thought that was the size you wanted" and then just stood there. Didn't volunteer to make any adjustments or anything. Very disappointing experience. I guess he doesn't get paid enough to take care of his customers.

I was there with my service dog (psychiatric service dog, not emotional support animal), and waited outside of the room for our movie to start, suddenly the manager came to me and said someone else with another service dog reported that my dog's behavior threatened her/his dog and asked me to leave with my dog. But my dog even had no interact with the dog!!!!!!( We were 50 meters far away from each other and my dog was lay down quietly). And the manager did not want to double check with the monitor about what I said, just simply believe that person's words and asked me to leave. It was super rude. And I will never go to this movie theater.

The whole complex has been upgraded over the last couple of years. Big comfy reclining chairs and high quality picture and sound. Haven't tried the dine in experience yet. Concessions are expensive but that's where they make the money! Bought tickets online and it's still annoying to me to have to pay a fee for that since it makes their operation smoother but everyone does the same thing.

Unique experience and well worth the drive. We had a great server. The food is decent and there is some good variety on the menu. But the best thing is getting a dining out experience at the movies! Just be careful, not every theater had the Dine In option. Check the movietimes and make sure you pick the right one. Oh, and the seats are awesome too!

It's a great place to chill and watch movies with friends after a long days of work. Nice staff members, but what they need to focus on is getting the place more cleaned up and stocked. The food is made fresh every day, because I used to work here as a cook before the California menus came. Pick your own seats is a moviegoing must-have! That being said, a few years into its existence, the seats are starting to show some serious wear. Image and soundtracks are typically great, but the seat cushions need to be made of firmer stuff as they are becoming painful to sit through a movie in. The dine-in experience is fun every now and then, but choose carefully - eating cheese covered nachos in the dark is exactly as messy as it sounds!

It is always great family or friends time. The seats were traded some time ago for recliners. A smart move to give a home/comfort experience. With kids, best to go for AM shows as other families also have children, and for them to stay up for an hour+ event-tickets are usually also cheaper for these AM shows. The staff are nice, food is ok. The overall experience is nice. I like it more than before after they made the renovations. Recommend!!

Excellent! Wow, you guys are lucky out in Framingham. I had to drive an hour out there to get to see "They Shall not Grow Old" because Dartmouth never carried it. Dartmouth never ran "Welcome to Marwin", or "Mary Queen of Scotts", and many other movies that play in Framingham. I have never seen Dartmouth play even one movie that Framingham didn't have. Dartmouth hardly ever plays historical-type movies. I look up what's playing at the other AMC theaters and Framingham always has the widest variety and they always get the new releases before the other theaters. I just wish it wasn't so far.

My recommendation is to go there to watch movies only and eat popcorn (maybe). Been there on many occasions to eat in the"dine in" side in which hair was found in the food twice. In February, we saw a mouse go into one of the theaters. Just recently saw a movie, the audience was talking the entire time. Food on the dine in side is really good and service is great. But the normal side sucks. The food is over priced and served in small portions. The people are really nice though and they have one of those soda machines that has a bunch of varieties. Since it's do it yourself refills are free. So if you want to have a nice meal with your movie go to the dine in side. If you're cool with just pop corn and a drink use the regular one.

Seat didn't recline. The worst part was the taste of the pretzel bites. They has a odd taste, like meat or old oil/butter. Been getting them for years at this theater and they've always been fine until today. I should've complained before I left but didn't feel like dealing with anyone there.

Pick your own seats is a moviegoing must-have! That being said, a few years into its existence, the seats are starting to show some serious wear. Image and soundtracks are typically great, but the seat cushions need to be made of firmer stuff as they are becoming painful to sit through a movie in. The dine-in experience is fun every now and then, but choose carefully - eating cheese covered nachos in the dark is exactly as messy as it sounds!

Good place, high prices and when my girlfriend left her credit card there we called over 14 times and no one answered. We ended up just having to drive to the theater. Other than that it’s a good place.

It is always great family or friends time. The seats were traded some time ago for recliners. A smart move to give a home/comfort experience. With kids, best to go for AM shows as other families also have children, and for them to stay up for an hour+ event-tickets are usually also cheaper for these AM shows. The staff are nice, food is ok. The overall experience is nice. I like it more than before after they made the renovations. Recommend!!

Excellent! Wow, you guys are lucky out in Framingham. I had to drive an hour out there to get to see "They Shall not Grow Old" because Dartmouth never carried it. Dartmouth never ran "Welcome to Marwin", or "Mary Queen of Scotts", and many other movies that play in Framingham. I have never seen Dartmouth play even one movie that Framingham didn't have. Dartmouth hardly ever plays historical-type movies. I look up what's playing at the other AMC theaters and Framingham always has the widest variety and they always get the new releases before the other theaters. I just wish it wasn't so far.

I’ve visited multiple times and have always had a good experience. I usually buy tickets online and ahead of time especially on weekends since they do sell out or only have front row seats frequently if you just walk in. On the plus side you get reserved seats... the theater itself is clean with clean restrooms and plenty of parking . They have a dine in option as well but I can’t comment on that since I’ve never tried

Plan ahead and get your seats in the theater of your choice otherwise you might have to watch staff members walk in front of you during the movie. Hence the 4 stars at best.

If you are looking to have a night out at the movies this is the spot. While all movies have gone up and snacks are priced as if there were a shortage of sugar. The dine in experience takes movie going to another level. Having a full menu and bar to choose from, a server fulfilling all of your beverage and food needs is just a button away. Along with full service the seats are some of the comfiest around firmly rivaling jordans IMAX across rt 9. They are spacious leather recliners with ample side table space big enough to spread out all of your movie must haves.

My wife and i enjoy the staff very much. As someone who visits this establishment almost weekly and watches 35 to 40 movies per year, we love the dine in portion. Southwest chicken bowl with caprese pizza. My only concern is the seats could washed a little more thoroughly but if you bring your own wipes then you're golden. Overall great theater.

I come here all the time and it's the best movie-going experience I've ever had. The staff members are always super friendly (especially Sebastien!), the food is amazing (especially the dine-in fare), everything is fresh and clean and well-stocked, and I've never once had a complaint. Comfy seats and spacious parking, too. Highly recommend!!

My recommendation is to go there to watch movies only and eat popcorn (maybe). Been there on many occasions to eat in the"dine in" side in which hair was found in the food twice. In February, we saw a mouse go into one of the theaters. Just recently saw a movie, the audience was talking the entire time. According to management, we didn't tell them "in time" because there was "hope" that the audience would have eventually been quiet. Unfortunately, not too many options to watch movies around the area.

Parking spaces are plentiful. The seats(at least the seats for the screen I was in) were comfortable for the length of the whole movie with plenty of legroom. Sound wasn't the best I had heard but it was very good.

The seats which we had reserved would not recline at all. Other seats had their upholstery York open. Kind of shabby for the prices they charge. We moved to other unoccupied seats, and enjoyed the show.

Went for 1PM on a Friday with wife and child. Dine-in. Service was great all around, friendly. Bennysha was our server and she did a great job accommodating our requests. Cutlery and plates were clean, food was good. Lost a star for general theater cleanliness, table trays weren't super clean, windows, doors and railings could use a cleaning. Overall a good experience though, will go back.

Food on the dine in side is really good and service is great. But the normal side sucks. The food is over priced and served in small portions. The people are really nice though and they have one of those soda machines that has a bunch of varieties. Since it's do it yourself refills are free. So if you want to have a nice meal with your movie go to the dine in side. If you're cool with just pop corn and a drink use the regular one.
