The theaters are clean and comfortable. I love the reclining seats. The theater layout is very roomy. The BTX theater is great for big block buster movies. My only complaint would be the price of the concessions. But that is standard for all movie theaters. Bow Tie is my first choice when I want to see a movie.

Now that this theater has reserved seating I go to the movies more often. The theaters are usually clean and there's no wait with the reserved seats. The concessions stand also upped their game apparently. I don't usually get food but my friends actually enjoy their food rather than just tolerating it. Bowtie also does a good job maintaining their presentation hardware. I have only seen one screen issue since they completed the renovations and it seems like they put in effort to ensure the architecture doesn't rattle during crescendos in the movies. Finally, the entrance is convenient from the red garage. Management added an entry door in the second level so that you can enter there easily.

If you don't have advanced tickets don't go. The theaters are nice but the good seats are reserved for members.

The seats are comfy, and the table is a nice feature, but one thing that stays the same every time I go there is that it's not cleaned. The seats always have popcorn bits on them, and dont even get me started on the cup holders, they are somehow the most disgusting thing, and look like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Young kids snuck into the R rated movie and got kicked out. There was someone there asking for a donation for something. People were sitting in the wrong seats and tried to have an "altercation". Sounds like I picked the wrong day to go. But on a good day, it's a decent theatre.

My neck hurt after watching the movie. Nice recliner seats but the headrest is very uncomfortable. Parking is very difficult unless you're going in the morning.

I love the new makover and upgraded seating! Just went and saw the new Avengers movie. As you can imagine, the place was packed but reserved seating and the new upgrades made it like we were the only ones in the theater. They even upgraded the food options. I got popcorn, soda, candy and a kids pack for 3 adults and 1 kid for $40.50. Not bad for the movies.

We were pleasantly surprised by this theater. Our usual go-to is AMC, mainly with their upgraded thaters. So we had already high expectations. I ordered my tickets online and also ordered their Criterion Gold Card (20$ annual fee). I somehow ended up on a generic tickets website instead of the Bow Tie site. So I could not get the points for my purchase. When I arrived in person, the guest services staff was very helpful and applied my points the following day! When we went to got our food and drinks, we were surprised by the efficiency of the staff snd how quick the lines were handled, especially on a busy night with Aquaman weekend. This was also surprising to see that our popcorn bucket came with a top! Great attention to detail. The theater itself also has dolby surround sound which made it very crisp compared to other theaters I have been to, similar to IMAX sound almost! The other feature that shocked me were the table tops in each seat which made it easier for food and drinks. Bow Tie Cinemas of Annapolis nailed it and has given me higher expectations for theaters now.
