REVIEWS OF The Charles Theatre IN Maryland

Howard Sobkov

The Charles is a real gem in the city in Station North. They show movies the big chains don't. Nice comfortable theaters where you can bring drinks from next door and good popcorn. Just totally enjoy going there and you will as well. Easy parking with indoor and outdoor lots and street parking.

Jonathan Ciriello

Cute movie theatre that shows classics as well as more modern movies. Inexpensive. You can buy drinks at the bar next door to enjoy during your movie.

Isabella Louis

The guy who took our tickets was incredibly unfriendly.. he also had us wait before we could enter the movie even though it was only 2 minutes before the showtime. He said it was because they were still cleaning the theater, and when we entered there was popcorn, wrappers, and old cups everywhere. It seems that they only cleaned the very front rows so that it looked presentable to those entering. The film I saw was great though. And overall it's a great theater, but the white staff could be better.

Bonnie Gebhart

The Charles Theatre is incredibly charming. We love coming here because it is an independent theater. The set up is pretty comfortable and easy to navigate.

ATONEY BLAGMON JR

Great Historical Theatre !

Wonderful place great people

William Bracone

The eclectic films shown at The Charles make it one of the most unique movie-experience venues in the state. As the audiences are there for the quality film, they are respectful and quiet. If you are a true"film-lover" the Charles is a very satisfying experience.

Yvette Faulkner

I like going to the Charles. The crowd is always friendly, however they need to update the seats, They are dated, some broken and there should be a pull out tray to hold your food.Other that that it's ok.

Shannon Kelso

This indie theater shows movies you can't find anywhere else, including small independent films and foreign films. They also run a revival series showing older movies/concerts/etc on the big screen. A small, no-frills place, but you go there to see unique things. Attached to a tapas bar and very close to a couple other places to eat.

D Rose

The Charles offers some of the best "art film" programming in town, including foreign films, documentaries, and innovative American films. (Last night I saw The Notorious RBG and then stayed to see a screening of the Beatles' Yellow Submarine in a new digitally restored print.) The Revival Series offers three screenings of a classic film each week and Cinema Sundays includes bagels, coffee, and a speaker with special knowledge about the film. Other special events include Anime Night and occasional live broadcasts from the New York Metropolitan Opera. The clean, comfortable screening rooms and young, friendly, arty staff make the place especially welcoming, no matter what you are there to see.

Shay Jay

The movie screened was great, the theater, not so much...it has history but I'd prefer comfortable, reclining seating

Barka Tessera-Worq Shimelis

Very surprised to see how busy this theater gets. Probably the only decent location that still shows independent movies in the city. Great location for a date night movie with amazing food on offer nearby.

William Archer

The Charles Theatre is an institution in Baltimore. While it is more common for theatres to play indie movies now, the Charles was doing it before it was cool. They don't have the most up to date amenities but they still carry every indie movie you could hope for and have great prices.

Kaitlin Konecke

Great local theater where you can find independent films that don't have as wide of a release. The audience is typically people who like and are serious about film, so you'll find a respectful and appreciative audience (people probably won't be talking to each other or looking at their phones during the movie, etc.). Parking sucks, but what are you gonna do?

Susie Michaels

I love the charles! I hope it remains open always!

Terry Simmons

Truly a special place. You won't see the commercial blockbusters here, but you will see indie films, foreign films, and classic cinema from around the world, as well as special events: talk backs with directors and discussions with film professors. Follow the schedule and find your interest. There's always something worthwhile, and the admission is reasonable. You can bring to go cups from the bar next door if you'd like to have a beer or glass of wine with your film.

Janet Gomez

Cool place for foreign and indie flicks. Also you can bring your wine in from Tapas if you’d like!

Louis Hughes jr

Great place for movies including BLACKKKlANSMAN and Moonlight.

Robert Rodriguez

Great experience. It has an art house feel and is in a great location. Very low key environment but also friendly.

John R.

Very eclectic, historic place in downtown Baltimore, near Penn Station. Can be a bit tough to find parking on some days, but will be worth the extra time to find parking! The place is frequented by a mostly young, local crowd. It makes for a very social atmosphere. Loved it!

MARION GRANT

Went there with my grandson so he could participate in a seminar type gathering for youngsters who might be interested in becoming stand up comedians. He enjoyed himself. Adults had to wait in the lobby.

Joyce Bryant

Went there one time very nice

Anne Kennedy

This is my favorite movie theater. This is where I go to see films not necessarily movies. If you're there for a later show you can get a glass of wine at the Tapas and bring it into the movie. Or after the movie go to Tapas Teatro or two the pen and quill or a new restaurant that's in between which is a BYOB and have a happy hour.

Darrick Chris

Friendly neighborhood movie theater

Stephann Ibrahim

This theater is so cute and really has that rustic old school feel. The tickets are affordable and a great place to catch movies that aren't too main stream. Wonderful experience.

Kelly Flynn

When you hear about a movie with a limited engagement on NPR, The Charles Theater has it. They show other movies as well. If you're looking for an intimate seeing to watch a meaningful film, this is where to go. The lobby has cafe tables & chairs that is a nice place to catch up if you only have a few minutes before the movie. The seats are comfortable & the popcorn is tasty.

Nancy Rosenberg

This photo is of the Lobby of the Parkway Theater which is several blocks from the Charles Theater. They are showing current runs and independent movies. Recently renovated and home of the MD Film Festival too.

Justin Mabe

It was good. A movie theater that shows less mainstream movies. Would be great if they had a liquor license and sold beer. But one can dream.

Stephanie Ranson

Attended the private screening for Girl Rising. The film was powerful, heartfelt and eye opening. It was my first time in the Charles Theatre. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was hospitable, pleasant and very helpful.

Tee brown

It's a very nice place to see a movie at

Austin Pearsall

Amazing variety. Much more variety than you will ever get at standard theaters like AMC.

fatimah steffanoff

Love this quaint spot. Parking across the street is only $3 so that's also reasonable. Staff are friendly, theatre comfortable.

My favorite little theater. They have a good selection of indies whenever I want to check out a good flick.

Edward Kafes

A real dump, very very unconfortable seats

Peter Scanlan

Love love love this place. They run GREAT movies all the time. Art house, smaller independent releases, and classics. And they let you bring in food and drinks from next door. It’s like a smaller cooler senator. All the thumbs up.

Jared Thomson

This place is a gem in Baltimore. Get Movie Pass and come for every single movie. I'm always happy I stopped in. Especially for the Monday revival series.

Susan Compton

I love how they have all of the old movie props. I am a Film student and to me it's amazing to see. Older theater, but that is what makes The Charles Theatre what it is. I just had pictures come up on my Facebook.

Alec Scheller

Amazing atmosphere for independent film.

Steve Forstner

Great local theater which shows indie/arts festival movies that you won't typically find at other theaters.

Ed Weitzel

I love the selection of movies, ones you can't find elsewhere in Baltimore. The prices aren't bad for the movies or concessions. But the seats aren't great. The screens are small and the sound system is mediocre. Finally, I love the smell of insecticide in the evening, it smells like indie film victory. You would probably wise to limit your times there. The place is probably a carcinogen.

Nick Gray

Home of the Maryland Film Festival. They show plenty of great limited releases. There's a parking garage right across the street. There's some good places to eat near by. The Charles is situated in an alright part of the city. There's always something different or unusual being shown that I wanna go see, and they're usually the only theater playing it. I'd bring cash

Heidi Kurniawan

Historic and beautiful movie theater in the heart of Baltimore with unique film offerings. They do cool events like anime night and Best Short Film screenings before the Oscars. The prices are reasonable as well, with discounts for seniors and students. Come here to see a movie and leave with gratitude that this piece of Charm City history has been preserved!

Noah Kain

One of the best places to catch indie/b-level films

Chukunka Roach

Place have some issue .

Da Nang

Nice theater which offfers somewhat less mainstream films along with the usual popular movies.

Harry Mackenzie

I've been coming here for my arthouse movie fix since 1981. It's seen a lot of changes and not quite as grimy as it used to be, but still has a great selection of small and independent films. Favorite memory : Opening night of John Waters' film "Polyester" in Odorama 1982.

Erik Schlegel

This is a funky place that shows movies I wouldn’t see otherwise. I love that it is walkable from Mt. Vernon and accepts MoviePass. I will try the attached restaurant next time. I am a heavier person so fitting in the old seats was a bit uncomfortable. I still plan on visiting regularly

Margeaux Lopez

The movie and cleanliness of the theater was great but the seats are very small and uncomfortable.

Riley Wilks

Theater was fine but they scheduled every movie to start and stop within a few minutes of each other so the lobby was extremely packed.

Milton Smith

Cynthia James

I enjoy the mostly PG and PG 13 movie shown here.

kingstonallette .

Still the best movie theater in town.

D Leeper

Cute indie theatre, easy parking

Cheryl Smith

sociophil .

Best movie theater in Maryland. The Charles has been the place to see real cinema in Maryland for over 30 years. I love it's Sunday series, and the access it provides to high quality cinema. It's an essential cultural institution in Baltimore.

Molly JC

My true love in Baltimore. I love their old seating, friendly staff, weird lobby

Victoria Able

It is small and vintage. Cold like most theatres but a great experience overall.

Lara Simmons

Selection of movies is usually good, art house or independent movies usually. Oscar buzz movies when the time comes. Friendly staff. Funky building, theaters are a bit older as a result. Tends to keep away the cinemark type crowd as a result. Sound is a bit inconsistent. The constant shake down from homeless people has been a major deturing factor for me. I have had more than one aggressive incident with homeless people, and it's been mostly around the theater, or they start following to my car and staff doesn't seem to do much about it. One night after a later screening, there was even a homeless lady that was hounding ladies in the restroom.

Monikai Tinson

It's one of my favorite date spots with plenty of food and bars around. The atmosphere is romantic and everyone I've encountered there have been swell. I wish such a swank theatre carried some local food or alcohol or options because I'd buy. The only caveat for me would be that whenever I go the hand towel dispensers in the ladies room seem to be dead. Everything else is great.

Lars Skinner

No idea how this place gets so many good reviews?!? I have been coming here occasionally (maybe 2 times a year) for the last 8 years or so, mainly when I think a movie is unlikely to be in wider release. The seats are uncomfortable and spaced too close, most of the screening rooms are way too small, and the doors often don't close properly so light comes into the theater unless someone bothers to get up and yank them shut. Popcorn machine is often broken, and the staff serving food appear not to wash their hands more than once a day. Staff also seem to not really give damn, but maybe that's just their attempt at hipster-cool. After the last visit (to watch "The Favorite" -meh), I will not return. Better to wait and watch at home (or not). The Charles is a business model (art house cinema) I would happily support more often, but honestly its many faults detract too much from any film's worthiness. I can only assume it survives because its patrons have convinced themselves it's what you have to endure to watch non-mainstream movies. Not. Worth. It.

james byrne

Our favorite place to catch great limited release movies.

gaia mouse

My absolutely favorite place to watch movies! They have a pleasant atmosphere and fabulous movie selections.

Marcus Dagan

They have the BEST intelligent movies and Tapas Teatro is right next door

Nice theater that has some history

Adam Wallick

Even if don't call Baltimore your home, The Charles is worth a drive to see a movie. A historic theater that gets in great films that you may not get to see at the cinema otherwise.

Jessica Marie

Amazing retro theater!

cary gamboa sweet

The best thing about the Charles is Georgia!!!

Jennifer O'Neal

This theater is clean and cozy. I love that the films shown are not what's shown in the average theater. Restrooms are tidy. I dont know about the concession items because I only drank water. Not crowded. Matinee is the best.

Tim Faass

Beautiful theater with competitive prices and a unique collection of films. There theater itself has comfortable seats and the size of the screen is adequate to the selection of cinema offered. The concession prices are as expected but the lobby area is very cool. Great time to go to catch up on the Oscar films for this year!

Dave Broscious

Great spot for movies they don't show at the mall. Artsy without the fartsy.

Nikki R

Their prices are very reasonable. If you're used to the updated theaters, you will be disappointed. Seating is a little cramped, but if the movie is good you and your neighbor will get acquainted and have a good time.

Oscar DeNessuno

The Charles is a comfy little theatre with cheap parking located right across the street. They offer mainstream movie showings as well as fun indie and art house films. I watched an early screening here and the experience was fantastic.

Dana Walter-Shock

The best place in Baltimore to see films not in the mainstream. The facilities are old, but I love this place. Grab a crepe next door before the show!

Lissa

Interesting films, comfortable, laid back staff. Connected to Tapas Theatro, which is well worth eating at. Easy to get to using public transit. The place to go if you are bored with the typical Hollywood fare.

Artsy movie theater with awesome film collection. Prices are reasonable. Not far from Penn Station. Part of growing arts district called Station-North.

Anne Haddad

Excellent theatre that has it all: indie films, foreign language, as well as some big releases — and even a curated revival series. The theatre has recently started providing wireless closed caption devices, but allow time for the staff to get you one and try to sit near the center of the theatre for the best connection.

Vonda Thomas

My first time going to this theater but definitely not my last. I'd much rather watch a film than a movie and The Charles is just the place to do that!

Genuine Siggers

More so the people who go talk too much during movies. Did enjoy #theboystv but the last movie I saw there i walked out

Judy Thomas

I was on time for the showing of Amazing Grace but it was delayed due a technical problem , other than that it was nice.

Aaron Reed

Great little theater in the heart of Baltimore city. Good place to find limited releases foreign films or just old classics. Two dollar parking across the street during the week felt very safe and secure. Plenty of restaurants to walk to before or after dinner

Nick Clyde

Definitely my favorite movie theater in Baltimore. They don't play any of the major blockbuster movies, their selection is more small-time, independent, and potential Oscar winners. They also often show documentaries and have theme nights. Really cozy showrooms and friendly staff. And their ticket prices are much lower than other theaters, too. I've seen tons of great movies here.

V Graham

This is my favorite theater in Baltimore. The crowd is usually more mature since these aren't the most popular movies. Staff is very good. I have seen some wonderful movies and always have a great time when I visit the Charles.

Henry Wong

The best arts cinema in Baltimore. Highly recommend.

Sandy Sause

Always been good as long as moviepass is not screwed up...the theater is great for interesting flicks....love Teatro Tapas next door

Jock McClees

Always a fun place to go. Nice with tapas connected. And always interesting selection of movies

Joseph Hammer

Tiara J

Bradley Alston

Great art movie theater

Greg Valancius

Clean, nice open lobby. Good variety of movies. No wait on service. Tasty popcorn.

duffy Laws

I love going to the Charles! The movie selection is a welcome alternative to what is available in most local theaters. Many places to have dinner nearby or to grab a drink after. Easy parking across the street if you don't find something on the street nearby.

louis gordon

Bill Poulsen

Great popcorn and great artsy movies. Service is super. Love the place!

Andrew Fair

Great theatre. Always has an interesting selection of movies. Good projection quality. Concessions are cheaper than most places

Nancy C

Just saw Free Solo here and it's really an old school theater. If you're expecting recliner seats and hot dogs, turn around. I like the atmosphere here, it's has an artsy vibe to it. We parked across the street.

Kathleen Williams

Loved The Wife and always enjoy going to the Charles selection of shows

Sidney Colemam

Nice quiet this is were the movies go to die nice place to slide to with a date in the city on a off night trying to catch one of thoese movies that didn't make the big splash couple of nice restaurants in this area kinda like the artsy crowd

Sonya Leaman

Smaller theater with an awesome movie selection! Tiered seating offers great view of screen and sound from any seat PLUS every seat has a cup holder! Convenient parking available and the block is lined with wonderful restaurants featuring indoor and outdoor seating.

Yvette M

Good selection of independent films

Maria Thompson

Nice intimate theater with films in limited release. A true arts theater with some extras. Keep an eye out for special series such as anime.

McKenna Sanderson

Charming, old theatre. The staff was very pleasant and the little older lady who takes tickets is so warm and welcoming! Did not rate 5 stars because the seats in the theatre room were old and uncomfortable and the theatre has an old smell to it, which is understandable – it's old. Had a good experience, overall!

Rachel Perkins

Cool ambiance. Interesting selection of movies. Nicely maintained theater.

Julia Reda

Haven't been here in forever. Went for one of their revivals. Expensive snack bar but seems to be par for the course. Clean. Garage parking right across the street for $3.

Basil Bradford

The place to see eclectic movies. I thoroughly enjoyed what I saw and appreciate that this is the only local venue to see movies with adults. Total silence throughout the movie, very refreshing experience.

DJ Wildebeest

Great art house vibe. The presentation of the movies left a little to be desired. Some of the press was over scanned and the screen dressing was uneven, at least in the theatre I've been in. Sound quality was top. Needs a few more food options.

Alex

What would Baltimore do without The Charles?

Ant J

Beautiful venue. I love the nostalgic feel I get as I walk in to this area. Had the opportunity to see "Check it!!" (The film tells the story of the 1st documented Gay gang who forms to protect themselves in one of DC most notorious neighborhoods. ) Google about the film. But the seating was adequate for the size of the participating audience and they're connected to a restaurant next door. Great for a dinner and a movie meet/date night. It's also appropriately located in a very artsy part of Baltimore!

Jennifer Zaher

Love this place for the atmosphere however the theaters have smelled like toilets the last couple times if times I've gone.

Elijah Geise

Great local theater. This was my first time here, it was the closest theater that was showing a movie I really wanted to see. They had stadium seating and the sound was great. Next time I'll have to come early to check out the restuarant nextdoor, it look liked a nice place. Parking lot across the street was convenient and reasonably priced.

Janice Hyman

Comfortable and cozy

Ian Jobling

Go to place for independent cinema in Baltimore along with the Parkway Theater, which is nearby. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area for a good night out. You'll see a lot of homelessness in the neighborhood but it is safe.

Celeste Gladney

A wonderful art house theater right in the neighborhood. Great service and an even better selection of independent and classic films. It tends to draw an older crowd, so you're much less likely to deal with excessive noise and much more likely to find great conversation among your neighbors and fellow movie goers. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike.

lily bouquet

Great movies. Tapas restaurant next door. Great service and staff. Thanks Mr. Steff and Ms. Gabby. You two made my day. My. Sanders.

Scott Sokol

No doubt the BEST theater in Baltimore!!!! They carry such a diverse collection of independent, art house, foreign and the best-rated films that are distributed in America. They also are ready to take risky and controversial films, stepping outside the box. They have 6 theaters, and can show a series of great films year-round. They are superb in every way! Don’t miss seeing some shows here. They have a great eclectic crowd as well!

Ryan Lang

Beautiful theater for artistic movies.

Tiara J

Nice theater. Went with my job to see a documentary received a free popcorn and soda. They are prompt with starting the movies so be early. Parking $3 across the street.

duffy Laws

I love going to the Charles! The movie selection is a welcome alternative to what is available in most local theaters. Many places to have dinner nearby or to grab a drink after. Easy parking across the street if you don't find something on the street nearby.

louis gordon

great old time movie theater

Bill Poulsen

Great popcorn and great artsy movies. Service is super. Love the place!

Michael Knott

I saw the movie midsommar here and everything was generally good but the audio had some troubles for a couple times during the film. I would imagine that this could be frustrating in a more plot centric film.

Ed Hodges

Good local independent theatre. An original large screen, plus serving sites that have fairly large screens (unlike the Senator). $10 for seniors. $3 parking in the garage across the street. A range of places to eat in the immediate vicinity.

Danny Scerpella

Great theater for smaller, thought-provoking films. Not great for big budget, state-of-the-art films. Theaters are smaller, seats are older (but still decently comfortable), and the screen and sound systems leave something to be desired if you're into the in your face presentation of today's cinema technology.

dale olsen

Charles Theater shows good movies, but is old and well behind most other theaters. It's small screens, poor seating and limited service make me wonder how it survives.

Chris S

Fantastic theater. I've been going to the Revival Series for several years now. I've gotten the chance to see so many classic movies, and many movies I never would have seen otherwise. I've also gotten the chance to see so many current independent movies that don't screen anywhere else close by. Tickets are cheaper than 'ordinary' theaters, and snacks/drinks are a little cheaper as well.

Roger Wilde

Great art and foreign films

Stace D

A prized gem in Baltimore! I love this theatre and it's pretty much the only place in the area that shows the movies I want to see (indie/arthouse/ rareties/ revivals/ etc). This place is completely NON-pretentious, but still makes going to the cinema feel special too. You will not get your fancy reclining seats and big budget blockbusters here, but you will get a comfy homey feeling inside, affordable snacks, quality films, and sometimes special screenings and events.

Fernando Quijano III

Still one of the best movie venues in Baltimore

Jen Hawse

It's so charming. Movies that range from regular to obscure. Reasonable prices for a flick. Atmosphere is cozy and feels homey. Never too crowded.

Richard North Jr

Great independent theater, tends to always have an interesting selection of films

Craig Huntley

Excellent as always.

Rachel Nemeth

Nice theater in mt. Vernon, it shows a limited amount of movies ranging from box offices hits, art films, anime, and older movies from the 50s and 60s. The theaters are kind of small with a decent amount of seating. Overall the theater has an older classic theater charm. The staff is nice.

J. B. Van Wely

Great theater for indies and non-blockbusters. Quirky, Baltimore bohemian, cheaper concessions.

Vijay Sadashivaiah

Well maintained old movie theater. Perfect to watch indie movies as they feature most of them.

Joe Marhamati

Gorgeous old time theater in Baltimore with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended.

J T

We love The Charles. Great films that are hard to find elsewhere. Pleasant staff. Good prices and popcorn that always gets the spot. This is the place in b'more to see the best indie films!

Rabi Sneed

The Charles is still a great Indy theater, but I'm 6'3" and those seats are a little tight.

Miss DivaDoll

Good customer service, reasonable snack prices, and ok seating. Seats were comfortable but they don't recline.

Roselyn Stewart

Nice historic theater and pleasant staff

Percy Holmes

The Charles Theater is an excellent space with a warm and friendly staff. They have a small concession area but you get service with a smile. The theater is clean and the sets are comfortable.

Sohn Lewis

This place is very Eclectic. Nice cafes nearby .. And it plays all the endepent movies.

Dominique Gillis

Nice atmosphere! Not the most comfortable seats. It’s cute for a nice date...not my go-to theater.

Josh Morgan

Beautiful theater, and I appreciate that they feature independent films. Parking can be a challenge on busier days.

Karen METALLO

Awesome experience! Great staff and convenient parking!

Poli D,o

Nice atmosphere

Eric Clark

This place is awesome! It has an old timey movie theater vibe and specializes in smaller, independent films. I saw a matinee showing and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend to those that find themselves in this part of Baltimore with some time to kill.

beverly kelsey

We have been going to the Charles for almost 40 years now. We love the place. People are nice. It's a Baltimore relic

Denise Hallums

Love this independent and unaffiliated theater. My go-to theater for independent films and Sundance favorites. The adjacent tapas restaurant is great for turning an outing into dinner and a show. Parking on evenings and weekends is cheap and easy at the garage across the street.

Jennifer Ueda

Great atmosphere and has great selection of independent films

Maggie Minogue

The Charles is the most amazing (independent) movie theater. Everything about it is enjoyable. It always feels like stepping into another world and you can truly escape while watching a film you likely wouldn't be able to catch anywhere else. Make a night of the movies and hit Tapas next door before or after your flick.

Pete Lins

Good arthouse-type theater with better films than your typical mall. Sound is OK, but could be improved, at least in theater #1. A little too loud, not enough bass or upper treble.

wendy early

I

Caroline Koger

A very nice place to go to for any movies

Sam Benefield

Neat historic theater! I would highly encourage anyone looking to see art house films, special releases, and even the occasional anime to stop by. There are bars and restaurants close by so you can make an evening of it. I feel like this is one of the highlights of Charles Street.

Curt McGurt

A charming location, more than deserving of its reputation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the decorations have a character to them absent from large chain theaters. A must-visit for cinephiles in Baltimore!

Rick D Downing

Had a amazing time, they were very nice it was clean nice and quiet. It was my second time there.

Lin Romano

Always just a little bit gritty, The Charles Theatre does not fail to satisfy in the quality of their films. Don't go there expecting luxury, although they have upgraded some of the theaters quite a bit. Food options in the area make it a really wonderful evening out. Cheap parking across the street in the garage makes a visit very doable.

Lynn Maxwell

Free shows, improve comedy. Does have 2 steps inside that prohibit wheelchair access to the stage area. Overall an enjoyable experience

Suparna Kundu

Has interesting movies to watch often not featured at other movie theatres

Michael Oberman

So...I drive more than 20 miles to go to the Charles Theater. Why...movies you won't usually see at the cineplex in your local mall, reasonably priced tickets, restaurants nearby and a friendly staff, Good popcorn too.

Sue Ellen Grove

Always wonderful. An iconic place in Baltimore!

Inimitable Whitaker

I enjoyed the theater. First time visiting - very old school feel. Clean, spacious, convenient location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of service at the concession. While we waited to enter there were 3 people behind the counter, when the mass crowd began to order snacks before the start to the screening there was only one person serving. Otherwise the three guys were very pleasant.

Michael Knott

I saw the movie midsommar here and everything was generally good but the audio had some troubles for a couple times during the film. I would imagine that this could be frustrating in a more plot centric film.
