We've got the feddbacks of real people like you who purchased the products of Regal Westview & IMAX (Movie Theater) in the area close to Maryland.
To this day this business gets a rating of 4.1 over 5 and that rating has been based on 1272 reviews.
As you can see its rating is really good, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the score is quite credible. If people have bothered to leave their opinion when they are pleased, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Great theater. Space is good you dont feel like your going to step on someone if you are going down aisle. Does special movies and has a good selection for food and snacks. Its pricey though. Easily can drop $40 just for a ticket an regular movie snacks. But over all worth the price.
Great atmosphere. People seem friendly. The movies theater is nice, clean. Seats recline. Bathrooms stay clean. Great places to eat surround the movie theater. You will enjoy yourself if you visit.
Good Popcorn. May give you heartburn though. Good seating and the movie was good as well. However the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Spent over a hundred dollars for 4 people. I would rather go to Plaza 7. Much cheaper and they still have good food.
Love coming here. See an avg of 1 to 3 movies a month here. Its always clean, food is always fresh and staff is always great.
Brought my grandkids to see the Grinch and they enjoyed! We got there a little early, so they played the games in the lobby. Only reason not 5 stars is bc 1 of the machines took our money and we didn't quite know who to contact and our order was wrong, however, they made up for that by not charging for it and bringing it in the theater so we didn't miss the movie while waiting. Overall it was great, I love that the theater was COLD! and the picture and sound was clear. Will definitely return.
Was good. Too expensive as usual. $14 for a soda and popcorn. But as far as theatre go. Was clean and we'll kept.
Regal Westview is a litte bit good well people who worked here were nice but it was a lot of money just to see a movie popcorn is good as always come back but lower the price
Very nice theater complex with IMAX 3D. Clean restrooms. Some of the theatres have upgraded reclining seats. On the pricey side. Located in a nice plaza in a good neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options.
I used to love this theater and would go all the time. I first went the day they opened to see “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” opening day for my birthday. It’s been some great memories. As such, I was willing to overlook when I was at the Silver Spring Regal and after a fire alarm was pulled and the theaters evacuated midway through “Ant-Man,” no reparations were made. However, today I experienced such grossly negligent - really, nonexistent - “customer service” that I feel compelled to warn others. I experienced a loading error while purchasing tickets with a Regal gift card via the Regal website. I figured it was no big deal and tried to run through the process again, only to find that the first transaction had deducted the $25.22 from the gift card (Ironically, that included a $3 “convenience” fee). I spent a full half hour on the phone, following an infuriatingly layered phone tree, unable to reach a person, having my call repeatedly dropped when no one would pick up the phone. At one point I became hopeful when I briefly reached someone who promptly put me on hold, only to be left on the line without follow-up for 15 minutes. My phone died and I promptly attempted to recall, only to be further bounced around by the automated messaging and unable to reach any human. Despite being frustrated almost to tears at this point, I made a conscious decision to be courteous to any staff I would encounter when I decided it was time to have an in-person confrontation. I went to the Westview Regal from which I’d purchased the tickets and politely requested assistance with a payment issue. The manager met with me, and I calmly explained my bad luck and asked her if she had any advice how to claim my tickets. She attempted to look at the gift card history but found the system unable to assist. She asked to look at my phone history because she didn’t believe me that I didn’t receive a confirmation page of any kind. I felt very uncomfortable with this, but was so desperate I allowed it. She scrolled through my phone for about a minute and finally determined that she could not find evidence I wasn’t lying, so she was unwilling to help in any way. I was floored: this is a level of horrendous customer service I rarely actually encounter. I’m deeply offended, and will no longer be taking my business to Regal. Any tempted by the convenience of a Regal to use their services, beware: they will rob you of $25 without a thought or care.
Would’ve been five stars but when getting tickets, had to encounter a manager who was not nice at all. Her name was Stephanie Lamb. My experience was great all around besides dealing with her. My friend was obviously in his 20’s and she would not admit him to see the joker because he forgot his ID. There comes a point that you don’t know what customer service is when you treat people like this. Rae’quan was not happy at with Stephanie. Upon speaking to some employees, I was informed she does not even have the respect from her own crew. If Rae’quan was in Regal’s position, she would not have a job. The great brand deserves better than a lady who does not know how to interact with customers.
Pronounced my name wrong.
Nice movie theater. We we're in one of the smaller theaters. Seats are old and worn. Whole place feels a little dated. But the movie played well and the staff was pleasant. They make it very clear when a theater is not available for seating and have tables available for you to wait at if needed, so that is nice.we had a good time at this theater.
Loved it, great.
The audio volume is too high. Not healthy for the eardrums.
Popcorn taste like it has been sitting there for 4 months.....and the people there are not doing their job
Great food and seats
Nice place. We loved the movie the seats were comfortable, and clean. We will definately come back. It was worth the trip.
Nice theater and like their assigned seating nowadays. Just wish that they would screen Indian movies at this location. There is a huge population that would watch them in this area.
Great place to watch a movie!
Clean and well run.
This was the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. From the seats squeaking the entire movie to the noticeable scratches on the screen and the couple sitting behind me have a full blown conversation the entire movie has definitely steered me away from returning to this cinema. So disappointed ☹️
I love Regal cinemas because of the different options we have to watch a movie.
Took my niece to see Small Foot. Mid range for price, but we we went to an early showing. It was quiet, clean and customer service was on par. Going back to see the Grinch movie with her
I usually like this theater, but customer service is non-existent. I used a Regal gift card to purchase movie tickets via the Regal website. The site errorred out during the transaction reserving the seats and charging my card but not giving me the tickets. The staff didn't even return my money much less give me the tickets I paid for.
Regal has gone downhill over the years. The theater is kind of dirty and the kids that work there don't seem like they care much. Last time we went, they forgot to turn the seating light on so we didn't know our theater was seating, and they didn't tell us either when we went to check our tickets. Also the person working concessions kept wiping his nose with his hand, and then gave out popcorn. Kind of gross and disappointing. Like others have said, there are more modern theaters nearby to drive to if the experience is important to you.
Big theaters, nice seats, arcade, nice concession stand, very clean environment. Highly recommend
Aging, painful, uncomfortable seating and everything overpriced but not any options in Frederick so I guess we need to patronize or risk losing the only show in town.
The best movie theater ever. Clean, food is good and fast, movies are great.
Food took a bit but the thearter was clean and the imax was fun
I've seen 2 movies here. It's a decent theater. Exactly what you'd expect. Torn seats, expensive popcorn, candy, and soda. The lobby is nice.
I don't mind the assigned seating and the staff are nice, but the prices are ridiculous.
Pretty clean theater, great customer service, and the seats are very comfortable.
The people next to me were annoying however the other hundred times I've been their have been great

Movies are awesome! A little pricey but hey, what's entertainment these days? A good time out with friends, family or a date can be priceless and it's what you make of it! Standard seating is comfortable and the sound system is adequate. We usually try to get the rail seats to put our feet up. The popcorn and snacks were great and of course their small drink is a jumbo gulp anywhere else. Haha. Great time though and plenty of shows to choose from on any given day/night. I say keep theatres alive!!
Typically nice, convenient(for me) Chair I had (reserved seating) was ripped Good Military discount at box office
Top notch theater. Missed the reclining seats I'm used to though.
Even though I put 5 stars it's only because I rounded up from 4.75. I've been to this movie theater a lot and it's honestly a really good quality theater, the only thing I may have a negative is that some of the seat cushions (in at least theater 2) are torn up like someone scratched them up with claws. I'm not reporting an evil cat that tears up seat cushions in a movie theater and maybe this just happened recently, I don't know. But someone should fix that. But that is completely it, great movie theater and the only problems are little nit-pickings.
Half of the seats in the theator are broken and ripped. Some theaters have scratches on the screen. Good employees though.
One of the best places to see a movie but popcorn and sodas should be discounted for senior citizens
Great wasn't crowded for the 7pm movie I went and saw with my GF. Good food and service.
It has good quality movies and it is a great hangout place for movie aficionados.
I go here several times a month.Great place! Yesterday afternoon I went to see a PG13 movie and had a problem. The manager on duty was fanrastic!! His name is John. There was a group of kids (at least 8 years old or younger) with an adult, well under 13 and very disruptive. It was a 3D movie so kinda expensive. The theater only had a few people. The kids were talking loudly and so was the adult, and bottom line NO manners! I finally said "PLEASE ask your kids to be quiet." Needless to say the adult with the kids didn't do anything. Bottom line going to the movies is.a privilege, it's not your living room!! I went and got the Manager and he came in but as soon as they saw him they stopped, but when he left they started again. He came back and they stopped. So the rest of the movie was better. I asked John why they were allowed in and he said PG13 is only a suggestion and not able to be enforced. I didn't know that. Now that I do I can better judge what to see and when.
Imax is pricy.
Spouse bought tickets for a section and when we got to theater found out someone bought and entire block. We where moved to a spot that made it hard for her to see the screen for the entire 3 hours.
Was nice but the consession stand had too much people
I like that they now have assigned seats in the theater.
It's a bit pricey, but the theatre is clean and the experience enjoyable.
The four star rating of this movie theater defies all logic. So inflated a score can only be attributed to the fact that it is the sole first-run cinema in a city of 100,000 people - it is the best by default, propped up by a populace without choice. Because they have a monopoly on the local market, there is no incentive to offer competitive pricing. At $14.50 for general admission, Regal Westview is the most expensive standard movie theater in the DC Metro Area, and Frederick has the third highest average ticket price in the country, behind only LA and NYC. So, do you get a premium experience for this premium price? No, absolutely not. The lobby decor is a horrifying pastiche of 90s-era Taco Bell and midwest bowling alley. The filthy concession stand is woefully understaffed, meaning long waits for overpriced, limited options. And the seating appears to be collapsing under the collective weight of Frederick's derrières, with torn, stained, and broken chairs in every auditorium. But the existence of Regal Westview is not wholly without merit. Without their shabby offering, there'd be nothing. Reserved seating spares one the need to arrive early and sit through endless previews. And the recent addition of Fathom Events programming is most welcome, even if management needs to be reminded to turn on the stream for live events several minutes after they start. Bring on Warehouse Cinemas.
Movie was good, but there was a line all the way to the door because the snack bar was understaffed. The seat I'd reserved in the theater had a large split in the leather.
It was very nice but be prepared to spend a pretty penny
Over priced for nothing special. Seats are not fancy and it is not one of those places you go to drink beer. I have a Movie Pass and this place does accept them. It also allows you minimal human interaction as they have ticket kiosks you can use if you just want to be left alone like me. Tellers are also at the door if you like talking. It is almost always clean and there are many stalls in the bathrooms so you hardly ever wait. I like matinees there because it is usually pretty empty.
They show movies. Some suck some don't
Great amenities. We went to an Imax movie. Comfortable seating and terrific sound quality. However, you do pay for the experience.
The management and staff are very friendly.
Great place for a movie. Comfy seats. Good sound.
I had a very bad experience at the concession counter. The young lady that was helping me was extremely rude. I asked for layed popcorn and she scuffed and rolled her eyes. I understand that she may have had a bad day, but I was nothing but nice to her and for her to catch an attitude. I believe her name was jona.
It’s a movie theater... nothing special, no reclining seats, etc. they could upgrade a bit, last time I was there my seat was ripped down the middle, which was quite uncomfortable and I was unable to move. The staff is nice, there is an older black gentleman who has been there for a long time and is super nice. Other theaters (closer to DC/Baltimore) have better pricing than this one, but I guess since it’s the only theater in Frederick county, they don’t have to offer specials.
Service is a little slow; but I think that it should not come as a surprise when popular kid movies are playing. I would.definately recommed it
Nice selection of movies but their popcorn and soda is outrageously expensive. Could also use some reclining seat options.
Movies were great and all facilities clean. Selection of movies includes all mass releases.
Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean.
Went to watch aqua man and did the reserved seating. The screen showed a huge gap between rows C and D so I assumed that row D was the row that had the bar in front of it since the screen showed that huge gap. I picked the center of row D for my two seats I got. Needless to say that their screen layout is nothing like the actual seating in the theater. So because of the pathetic misrepresentation of their screen compared to the actual seating I spent 2 hours squeezing my 6’6” 200lb frame in seating that had zero leg room.
I went to see Avengers End Game on Mother's Day Weekend and this is by far the filthiest theater I have seen. Trash all over the floors, the seats were torn apart and disgusting. I will never go there again.
Very nice and clean theater. The movie was great, a little loud but believe I was near a speaker, not intolerable. Theater staff was very nice.
Seems to be the only theater with the old fashion seats that do not recline. Why are prices equal to better cinemas? This regal need some upgrades fast.
Attempted to see Avengers Endgame The line for concessions was out the door the entire time. You'd think during the largest movie event in history (odd but true!) they'd have more than 2 people working the counter! Halfway through the movie the film died. Audio but no visual. Took a good 20 minutes to get a refund. I'll watch it elsewhere. Edit: also the chairs all squeaked and it was dirty
Recently remodeled. System is in place for you to pick your own seats.

Place was filthy. Food and garbage all over the place.
This movie theater is clean and well kept. The snack bar has more options than some dining menus. All of course, at "movie theater convenience" pricing. The screens could be larger for such a seemingly updated venue. Its location is perfect for a dinner and a movie date night.
Thanks for bringing unique films to western Maryland. Educational ones like Game Changers, and fun witty Booksmart, etc.
Well run, prices average, nice staff. IMAX not much bigger than regular screen so not worth the price. Sound and picture are well done. Generally a very good theater. Need to add more modern amenities, though.
Pretty good place to go. Great IMAX screen and theater. Enjoyed it here.
Love the staff. Some seats are cracked in the leather...girls wear longer shorts
Nice place to go to a movie. The food is good and not overpriced like boost movie theater food is. They could use some nice seats
Decent theater. I have enjoyed the movies I have seen at the theater, and it is as you would expect. Typical movie theater fare, including popcorn, chicken fingers, and candy. My friend took her young daughter (3 year old) to an IMAX movie, and had to leave 1/2 way through due to the excessive noise level. I am pretty sensitive to loud noises, but I have never had a problem at this theater. I would bring a sweater if you are prone to be cold, because it is always slightly chilly in the theater. The stadium seating is well designed, and you have a very good seat from most areas in the theater.
Imax theater not really an imax theater more like AMC big DD. Save money and do regular theater. But Godzilla was great 5
It was a very enjoyable experience. The movie price is a little more than what we pay back in Gettysburg, PA but not complaining. A great atmosphere. I would go back again.
Great theaters, always get choice seats during the week. Crowded on weekends. Nice place, clean. Staff if very courteous. Always enjoy my evenings there!
This is a great theater, very clean with helpful staff. Always a fun time with the kids. As with any theater, the true cost of the visit is in the concessions. They do have some deals, but you should ask the cashier about them. IMAX and IMAX 3D is amazing, and even regular 3D is really good here. They have some cool video games in the lobby. Make it a point of trying the Jurassic Park game. This theater also offers the glasses for hearing impaired people. These work well, but can be a lot to rest on top of hearing aids. And, for 3D movies, the film that makes these glasses 3D rarely stays on the glasses. Most of the time, you can just as well just wear the glasses for subtitles and then wear the 3D glasses over top. Not going to win any fashion shows, but it solves a problem.
Nice theater with an IMAX theater as well. Like all theaters it is expensive, but I love that you can choose your seats ahead of time now. So nice to just show up right before the movie starts.
I learned about Atom and now I'm in love! Great movie experience but I wish there were more vegan and gluten-free food options.
Generally the staff is nice. Somewhat reasonable pricing. The main issue is that the popcorn isn't as fresh as it should be, and half the time I go half of my popcorn is burnt. When I ask for jalapenos it's like I'm committing a crime as the staff acts like it's an inconvenience, when things like that should be set out near the condiments.
good atmosphere, clean, well kept, wish they would do something about the prices though--otherwise i can't complain...
Nice place. Although the seat I had was ripping so it hurt from time to time. But other than that. Good place. Nice screen. Good audio.
Enjoyed, the movie The Lion King, but the concession line was ridiculous.45minute wait for nachos!! My 3 year old grandaughter had to pay$11. Unheard of.The theater was clean and comfortable.
Went and had the best customer service I could ask for. My girl friend and I bought tickets to the wrong Regal Cinema. Even though it was extremely busy, the manager did an excellent job helping us resolve the problem. I wish I would have asked him for his name, I am extremely impressed. As always, the movie display and sound was fantastic.
15 or 16 screens, so plenty of variety. Concession stands were understaffed for a holiday, so lines were long and moved slowly.
This is a great place to see a movie. Huge theatre, mostly clean, good food choices. Movie choices are great too!
I enjoyed this theatre alot. Seating could be better, but over all great place to see a movie. Truckers park in the back. Pull in right behind Mod Pizza and park directly behind the theatre. Between the pizza and a movie im not sure what is better.
It took 7 minutes to serve a total of 6 items for 2 order extremely slow. The movies were not named at the front of the theater so you know where to go. Then when I asked one of the attendants. He did not have a clue. I spent close to $60.00 fo 2 children and a elderly man 1 popcorn 1 drink which took 3 minutes to fill. Bad bad
Good but no reclining seats
Don't get the 3 star rating wrong. This is a clean and courteous place to watch a movie. Food was good. Great variety for snacks. The only issue was the noise from the other movie theaters. If you are not watching and action movie but the theater next door is you will hear vibration from the sound of that movie. This makes it difficult to concentrate on your movie. Other than that a nice place to watch a movie.
Great services and a great manager who was concerned about my hearing loss, asked if I needed a captioned machine etc
Movie prices too high...I'll wait for the dvd. Popcorn, drinks, candy prices insane! I like the seating.
Only one line to buy tickets when the line went out the door popcorn line backed up and so slow and it was so hot during the whole movie no AC on!!!! Will go to Westminster next time!
My wife and I don't do a lot of movie-going. But we had been given some coupons for a viewing, so we decided to go and see Instant Family. We got there for a 4:30ish show time which worked well for us because it wasn't crazy crowded. The ticket booth guy was very friendly. He took our coupons happily and asked us to choose our seats. This was a new concept for us, but he was patient while we deliberated. The next person who checked our tickets was also cheerful and friendly. The theatre was not crowded. The seats were comfortable. We didn't get any snacks but had an enjoyable evening.
I had to take some medication and asked for a cup of water... it cost $6 and you have to pick your seats now. It would be understandable if they were recliner seats but just a regular old run down seats.
I went to see the new Avengers movie. I wanted to buy the special they had for the cup and bucket combo with the Avengers on them. I was told that you were all sold out of them. So I ordered the regular popcorn and pop . Not b even 3 minutes after paying for my order, I see another attendant with an Avengers cup filling it up. I asked the attendant that had taken my order why did someone else get a cup when I was told that there were no more ? The attendant looked me in the eye and told me that there weren't any more combos but there were still cups and then he just walked away like it was a good enough explanation. I was very upset I generally get very good service at your concession stand, just not tonight . I hope that I was the only one that was duped tonight. Sincerely , Sandra Brown
Sound and pictures are good and theaters appear clean. Bath rooms could be cleaner. There is only one person at ticket window and with reserved seating it moves slow. It is a good idea to buy tickets on line or get there early.
Service was quick food was fresh
Decent theater... Will say,, I tried buying tickets on the little kiosk to the left when you first walk in, and the seats we were trying to buy, wouldn't let us, bc we were splitting three,, and only needed two! Crazy! Anyway ended way down the front!! Neck brake seats,, but still ended up being a great movie!! Lot of high school age kids working there! No one really around to help with anything,, except ticket taker,, and a security guard! It was a little more hectic for my taste, but should have know bc it was Saturday!! Still wasn't the worst!
Theater is always clean. Staff have been friendly. I always use the atom app to order tickets and food and have never run into an issue with that either.
I'm loving this place for moive
My favorite place to go. There are no lines and the food is good
I have been going to this theater for years. It is a nice theater, the picture and sound is good. Only one complaint and that is the squeaky seats. It seems like almost every seat in the theater squeaks whenever someone moves. They need to go around and put some grease on them!
I like this theater, but not real keen on the pick your seat ahead of time policy because I usually pick seats in a location opposite of where I tried to get
Great movies and seats
Place was filthy. Food and garbage all over the place.
This movie theater is clean and well kept. The snack bar has more options than some dining menus. All of course, at "movie theater convenience" pricing. The screens could be larger for such a seemingly updated venue. Its location is perfect for a dinner and a movie date night.
Great movie experience but I wish there were more vegan and gluten-free food options.
good atmosphere, clean, well kept, wish they would do something about the prices though--otherwise i can't complain...

Great movies and seats
This morning, my daughter and I went to see a movie together, and when it was my turn to get something at the concession stand, the woman at the cash register didn't ask me what I would like to get. Instead, she went and helped someone else who wasn't even in line. I thought that was very rude. All I wanted was a drink.
madison santizo is the best employee ever, she is very sweet and she should become manger unlike caitlin gorman which she treats people terrible
Very nice! Our girls really enjoy this theater!
Great theater lil bit expensive but over comfortable and nice
Pretty good theater. Enjoyable
Nice theater but a little dated. Could use an upgrade to the lobby and in theater seating. Great location with many places nearby to eat at before or after the movie.
Needs some updating, but always clean and friendly staff
I’ve called them directly twice and they’ve never answered. First time i called they said hello i said hello they cut me off and ended the call second time no one wanted to answer. I want to know if a parent can drop their kids and show their ID for a rated R movie and leave or buy the ticket and leave if their 16 and or older
The IMAX theater is awesome!
Love Regal Unlimited. Thanks!!
They need to come into the 21st century, add alcohol, better food before another cinema comes in to do that.
I like this theater. It is clean and pleasant
Great place to watch a movie, used the Atom ticket app and it worked great.
People constantly complain about service. However, I've found that if you don't act like the world owes you something and that movie theaters are first job material, the first jobber helping you will be more than happy to help. The prices are high, but so is the quality of the theatre. You can pay $20 for IMAX in Frederick, or go to a different county.
Always great.
Good theater with a cool theme. Unfortunately the sound went out 30 seconds into our movie and they had to restart the movie. If not for that, 5 stars!
Clean and spacious theatre. Video games and tables available as you wait for your movie. A nice assortment of refreshments. Clean restrooms and comfortable chairs
Clean, very clean theater area and the service is fast but buying the tickets sucks. You can sometimes miss your movie. Work on service for tickets. That's what's important sometimes.
I like to go here but the seats are getting as old as I am. I am not sure how the theater looks because it is always dark but the last 4 times I have been there I have seen issue with the seating. Broken seat backs ripped seats mostly just from wear and in the last movie when we left the trash can was running over as you exited the theater and I am sure there was only maybe 3 families in there besides myself. The counters should be manned with enough staff the handle the crowds but as the crowds build there is still just a few people serving. I just try to get there early enough to wait. I am sure they will do better in the future.
As far as Regals go, this is a really good one. They manage to have good times for movies, and keep the theaters and restrooms tidy. They overcharge for food and drink, but that's typically how theaters make their money.
Detective pikachu was great
Great location and wonderful staff. We had a blast.
IMAX theater is nice but small.
Prices are to expensive service is slow and not enough food selection compared to other movies places
It's a typical Regal, but the customer service has been getting noticably better
Great place very spacious and clean relaxing seats..only negative experience was sound on the actual movie just a bit to loud for amount of people in theatre
Clean & comfortable!
Not pleased. They seem to cater to teens. They put a teen movie in 6 theaters and therefore they don't always get some of the good movies for adults because they don't have room. They also don't keep movies that adults may be interested in for more than two weekends, sometimes less. In addition, as soon as the movie is over the ushers stand at the bottom of the theater and hurry you out so they can clean. I understand they need to clean but I don't need to rushed out of the theater before the credits are even over.
A movie. Relaxing
Too expensive, too loud for us older people but excellent viewing! Thank you for asking.
First time visiting the Regal Cinemas was very enjoyable. I seen Jurassic
A nice movie theater. Very clean. Movies and snacks are very pricey
Extremely blurry picture. Left the theater while watching it to talk to management and they said that it was out of focus on purpose... Was extremely excited to see Spider-Man and didn't enjoy a minute of it.
Staff were friendly, movie started on time, minimal wait for concessions, sound was good (not overwhelming), but bathrooms were a general dirty mess (mold on the grout, water around floor drain) Theatre just seems worn and tired.
Great movie theater with tons of places to eat close by.
I've been here a couple of times, and it's alright. The theater feels well past its age, in my opinion. The seats were not comfortable, which is probably the main reason why I try to avoid seeing movies here. Granted, it's been a while since I've been, so if they've recently upgraded the seats, I'd be willing to give it another try.
Popcorn was bad/burnt. Seats uncomfortable!!
Nice big screen. Good food.
Very poor experience. Staff was rude and unprofessional. But the movie was good.
It is a standard movie theater. Over priced tickets and snacks, but that is just the way it is nowadays. Staff was friendly and everything worked. The seats were seats and the room was dark. The movie was (Aquaman) left something to be desired, but all in all had a good time out with my wife.
My favorite place to see movies
I've been to a lot of movie theaters over the years, and this one ranks among the best. Comfortable seating, clean interior, and they're quite organized when it comes to filling theaters for hotly-anticipated movies. The manager of this theater is great to work with. This is the theater to go in Frederick!
Plenty of parking. Nice open wait area both outside and inside of the complex. I think there are 16 theaters and they play all of the latest movies. We didn't try to concession stand but I imagine it is online with any other theater. You can get discount tickets if you are a Costco member (sold in Costco, not at the theater)
Went to see Aquaman today with the family. We enjoyed the movie. People were out but the theater wasn't overly crowded. The lines for concessions moved smoothly. We were able to get our snacks fairly fast. The theater was clean where we sat(no sticky floors). All in all it was a good experience.

Theater was kinda run down, torn seats, very expensive at the snack bar.
