I waited over 20 mins in a concessions line for an $8 soda and missed the beginning of my movie. There were 4 lines and probably about 2 times that number of people working behind the counter. Completely unacceptable wait time for movie snacks. Make sure to smuggle your own in instead. Chairs are very comfortable, screen was ok, sound was good.

My girlfriend and I always like coming to this theater. The staff is friendly, relaxing chairs are comfortable enough to fall asleep in and it's clean. The food is over priced. But that's to be expected at all movie theaters. But lots of screens to see multiple showings. We'll definitely be back.

ALL the seats in this theater are recliners, and they are hella' cozy! The people that work here are friendly, and they have a pretty decent menu for a movie theater -- beyond the classic popcorn-and-candy fare. They even have a spicy chicken sandwich with fries (etc.). Enjoyable experience!

This review is specifically for the concessions at this location. We visit this theater frequently & concessions is ALWAYS understaffed during busy times. The last time we were here (30 minutes prior to show time) the lines were so long & slow that we weren't able to purchase anything before the movie. Same thing today. Opening weekend of Avengers & there are 2 registers open, the lines are out the door. I've been in line for 25 minutes & I'm nowhere near the counter. Only reason to keep waiting, the theater isn't ready for the movie that is scheduled to start in 9 minutes. We may need to find a new theater, this location isn't able to handle crowds anymore.

We attended a matinee. I may be biased from Maryland prices but these prices are inexpensive for me. Theatre was clean and not crowded. Total of 12 screens for variety of films and times. Well staffed and seemed trained well and courteous. Would recommend attending this cinema.

Family night out was a blast. The facility is always clean, and the customer service is great! I had and issue a few months back. I spoke with a manager and my issue was resolved promptly. Love this place for family outings.

Went to see Aquaman at 10:45 show and at 11:10 I had to see movie attendant to let them know the movie had not started. Movie previews started at 11:15 however the lights remained on when movie started so I had to get up again and inform the attendant that the lights were still in. With 5 minutes left in the movie the audio stopped playing and the preview audio for the next movie time started so I had to get up a third time to get the audio for the movie back on. Needless to say the movie experience for everyone in our theatre was really bad. The manger did give everyone a voucher to see another movie. Honestly I don't feel that is enough compensation because I now need to dedicate another 2hrs of my time to see the movie from start to finish.

Poorest customer service at the counter. Waited 40 minutes in-line to get tickets and popcorn which made us late to the movie. Numerous people complained to the manager when he showed himself but he just said you needed to come earlier. I even finally used my phone to go online and pay for the tickets to make it faster but still had to wait for drinks and popcorn. Very bad experience. Never had this happen before at any theater.

My favorite theater in Columbia area. The seats are very comfortable and they recline for comfort. The only thing missing is heated seats so bring a blanket if you get cold. Otherwise, a great movie venue.

Seats were very good - they have recliner seats. It was easy to buy tickets using the automated kiosk. The theater was clean but there was a strong odor similar to clothes that haven't dried properly and this took away from the overall experience. The air-conditioning did not seem to be running and this may contributed the problem.

This was our first time going here in awhile and we were very happy with the addition of the reclining seats. My 13 year old daughter thought that was the coolest thing. We've been going to the mall movie theaters, but I think this will be our movie theater of choice for now on in Columbia. I'm not sure if the reclining seats are in all the theaters, but we choose the big one for the new release and it was great. Highly recommend this place. Also, they had Cheetos/Popcorn, which my daughter still asks about.

It's pretty hard to find, the popcorn is not particularly flavorful and everything seems to cost significantly more than at other theaters. The Cinemark Egyptian is close by and it has the best seat/food/price combo around.

This is a great movie theater! I love the auditoriums and lobby area. The auditoriums are usually very clean and comfortable, especially with the bigger, reclining seats! It's always a pleasure to go to this theater. Each time we go it's clean, hardly any lines(my assumption is due to online purchases), and it's very spacious in the lobby. Inside the theater's themselves, it's always clean as well, spacious, and the comfortable reclining seats makes it all the better. This hidden gem is the best!

The physical experience of the theater is fine, but today is the last time I'll go there or probably any other Regal Cinemas. They have all reserved seating, and apparently a new corporate policy that unless you sign up for their loyalty card and hand over your personal information you are only allowed to sit in the very front row of the theater. You won't be allowed to reserve a seat in a reasonable location even for a higher ticket cost unless you let them track your visits.

Poor sound system, small screen, understaffed. I went to see the lion king again and the sound was so low i could barely hear and it ruined the movie for me. The theatre was at most 50°, and i was wearing a thick hoodie and i was still freezing cold. None of this is an exaggeration, I will NEVER come back here. Poor Theatre.

Wow the reserved seats were crazy comfortable. That is the only way to see a movie. Huge, spacious and cup holders, what else do you need? sound was just right and the commercials not tool plentiful. Food good.

Great place to catch a movie. DL the app, sign up for the Regal rewards, then reserve and pay ahead. Show up, skip the lines, and go right to your reserved seat. Place is always clean and a great staff. Easily my favorite place to watch movies in Columbia.

It had been ages since I had been to this theater. I went to a noon screening of the Avengers Endgame on its opening Friday. It probably was the THE first showing of the day but I was amazed at how dirty the floors were. Doesn’t seem like they make that a priority. But that isn’t why I came. The theaters are all outfitted with nice leather recliners. The picture and sound were “fine.” Pretty average yet dirty theater.

So I was sold the wrong ticket to a movie and wasted 30 minutes of my day. This has never happened to me before. Now I would think the manager would offer commentary tickets or anything as an apology but no such actions were taken. Honestly my most disappointing movie experience. I will say the theater was otherwise mostly clean and ok.

I like coming to this theater because of the roomy seating layout and the comfortable reclining seats. It would be nice if they had discounted prices for matinees like AMC Columbia. Just like most movie theaters, the confectionery prices are extremely high, however we always enjoy coming here as a family. One last thing for management, it would be great if the seats could be wiped down with disinfectant wipes after each show, as two of my visits consisted of seeing sweat residue on the head rests.

Tuesday night ! It was a wonderful time to go. Very few people in the theater. Plenty of seating, the line to the concession stand was non existent. It was great. This is the best movie theater in Howard County hands down. I know there aren't many, but of the 4 close to where I live (Hoyts, Arundle, Columbia Mall, and Snowden) Snowden stands out above the rest. Every single seat is cushioned and a recliner and luxury. The ticket prices are high, but so is the quality of the theater. It is also nice that this is a stand alone theater and attached to a mall and there is always ample parking.

The theater doesn't look like much on the outside. In fact, it doesn't look very impressive on the inside either. The concessions stand and the hallways aren't impressive. The theater is clean and well maintained but old. BUT, you will be impressed when you go inside of your theater to watch your movie (at the end of the day, that's the only part that matters). The theaters were remodeled a few years ago so you can enjoy large, comfortable seats. The seats are leather (or pleather?) and they recline! At the push of a button you can lay back and a nice leg rest will pop out. You get large armrests and cup holders. The theater is so clean that you will feel like you are sitting on your grandpa's recliner at home. The big plus are their prices during off-peak hours. I usually come here during the day (even on the weekends) because the theater is empty and the prices are much lower. However, their prime-time showings also have very reasonable prices. It's true that there is another theater at the Mall of Columbia, but there really isn't a point going there. Edit: I forgot to mention, when you purchase a ticket you get to chose which seats you want. That way you know which seat you will get and you can avoid the awkward moment when you search for an empty seat in any other theater.

Lots of parking, friendly staff and decent show times. Layout is alittle confusing if your buying tickets on site. I've used Atom here a few time and it was pretty easy. Not much else to do in the general area though, if your looking for food.

This theater has a lot of great staff. The amenities are great, however if there are a lot of popular movies and a lot of people, then the concessions line will be rammed. Even so, the way I have been treated and the way the people I have gone with have been treated, it's a great place. Their theaters are always kept nice and clean.

Great place to catch a movie. DL the app, sign up for the Regal rewards, then reserve and pay ahead. Show up, skip the lines, and go right to your reserved seat. Place is always clean and a great staff. Easily my favorite place to watch movies in Columbia.

It had been ages since I had been to this theater. I went to a noon screening of the Avengers Endgame on its opening Friday. It probably was the THE first showing of the day but I was amazed at how dirty the floors were. Doesn’t seem like they make that a priority. But that isn’t why I came. The theaters are all outfitted with nice leather recliners. The picture and sound were “fine.” Pretty average yet dirty theater.

We went there for a Sunday matinee showing of Bohemian Rhapsody. It might have been due to the fact that the movie has been out a for so long, but even with the stadium style seating the early afternoon showing wasn't completely sold out. I've also come to consider this my go to during the busiest times for new movies since it's hidden behind a shopping center and it doesn't get the foot traffic that mall theatres get. The theater and restrooms were both clean and obviously well maintained. The screen and sound system did not appear aged or worn down as they are in some of the other older theaters in the area. They have many refreshment options and the staff is friendly, which led to a very good experience overall.

So I was sold the wrong ticket to a movie and wasted 30 minutes of my day. This has never happened to me before. Now I would think the manager would offer commentary tickets or anything as an apology but no such actions were taken. Honestly my most disappointing movie experience. I will say the theater was otherwise mostly clean and ok.

I like coming to this theater because of the roomy seating layout and the comfortable reclining seats. It would be nice if they had discounted prices for matinees like AMC Columbia. Just like most movie theaters, the confectionery prices are extremely high, however we always enjoy coming here as a family. One last thing for management, it would be great if the seats could be wiped down with disinfectant wipes after each show, as two of my visits consisted of seeing sweat residue on the head rests.

Always great. The snack bar has many options and the employees are always very nice (we've been here over 30 times). The patrons are pleasants and there aren't ever a bunch of kids running around being annoying. Bathrooms are ehh, but decent. Definitely prefer over AMC Columbia just overall.

Tuesday night ! It was a wonderful time to go. Very few people in the theater. Plenty of seating, the line to the concession stand was non existent. It was great. We checked the line periodically and it remained long so if you go plan ahead or remember your snack contraband.

The manager was very polite and very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the company. The pretzel bites were warm, the seats were comfy, and the ICEE machine worked, unlike some other places. The movie was fantastic and everything worked as it should.

The seats here have spoiled me for every other theater - huge and cushy, with large armrests and the perfect amount of recline. Good number of screens, good sound, clean bathrooms with no shortage of stalls. The location of this theater is pretty nice with ok proximity to some decent restaurants, but I have to write that it irks me the seats don't recline as much as the other theaters we've been to. Otherwise, I'd give this place another star. It's also looking a tiny bit run-down and the bathrooms aren't maintained as well as I'd like. Maybe that was an isolated incident, though. But... since we didn't go during peak times, my standards on bathroom cleanliness are a tad higher.

If you but your tickets online, you may have to pay a convenience fee, but you won't have to stand around to buy while there (super slow), and you don't even have to get a paper ticket. They can scan the code on your phone, which you can text to friends if you bought multiple seats (good for getting seats together). Expected snack selection for a movie theater. Down sides that keep it from 5 stars: the concession stand must have utilized specialist consultants in inefficiency. They couldn't go slower if they tried. It's painful to watch. Also, consistent with Regal theaters across the country, there are never any partitions between urinals, and there are no paper towels. I guess they're saving the planet by having everybody walk around with wet hands -- not what you want before digging in to a bucket of popcorn. Pro-tip: grab a handful of napkins from the concession stand before going to pee. Those blow dryers are neat, but they are incapable of adequately drying your hands.

I've always purchased tickets through the Fandango app and then don't have to wait in line for tickets when you arrive, just walk right in to your reserved seat!

The unlimited movie pass is great for the $21 a month, it pays for itself each month after 2 movies. Purchasing tickets thru the app is convenient and extremely easy. Being able to choose your sest and its assigned to you at the time of purchase also makes it very easy to find a seat without disturbing others with walking up and down the stairs. The theater is very clean, everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. I was able to purchase my drink and popcorn and sitting in my seat within 5-7 minutes. The recliner seating makes you feel at home and can enjoy the movie in comfort. There isnt as my snacks or finger food options to choose from as other theaters such as Cinemark but there is enough to satisfy any movie goer or families. The prices are equal to the other theater companies but you get a whole lot more quantity wise and the quality is 5 stars. I'll definitely be a frequent patron.
