I was so happy when the theater opened in Laurel. No more drives to Columbia to catch a movie. The location is so convenient and after the movie there are plenty of places to get a bite to eat if you haven't filled up on popcorn. I was concerned that the theater would get run down and not be maintained but I must say I am pleasantly surprised and so happy I was wrong to worry. The theater is clean, the staff is courteous, and I really enjoy going to the movies at Laurel. I like the reserved seating and the seating is comfortable. Once when my seat wouldn't recline, I received a free pass to another show. I hope I didn't just get someone in trouble. Regal Staff, thanks for an enjoyable movie going experience and keep up the excellent work.

This is one of the best Regal Theaters I've been to. Everything was on point. I have no complaints so far so good. But let me mention that the parking is not necessarily the best at this location it's kind of a headache because it's normally packed with cars going to other stores so keep that in mind. The parking sucks so that's why I'm giving them four stars instead of five.

Still has the lovely lazy-boy seats in good working order. Clean bathrooms, quick service, great club card with easy rewards. These days movie graphics are be so good that sometimes you can see the screen or a slight blurring. My theater officiadas tell that it the projector screen ratio..ectera ectera. The snack bar attendant charged me for candy that I know I never asked for, but she kept insisting that I did which is rude a d lacking in customer service. Normally the customer service is good.

I have been to this theater a bunch of times one thing to note is the place is usually cold. Not normal cold extra cold make sure you have a jacket or something. The chairs are crazy comfortable. Fairly certain two people could fit in it. They recline almost to a bed. Very cozy I feel asleep on accident.

Waited for theater to fill and found an open seat up top. Unless you have fish eyes, are farsighted or need a telescope to read a book...don't sit below row D.

The seats my son and I sat in, were very dirty. And the lady next to us was on her cell phone the hole time. Do you have ushers checking the theaters anymore, like they use to. To me not friendly going in. Mozzarella sticks were hard and awful. Prezels bites were not good there either. Also if you receive a gift card don't enter it in online, or you can only use it for tickets, not food. I didn't know and the website did not tell me that. I will stick with AMC.

Nicely located in the fairly new mall having lots of various stores adjacent to Route 1 Laurel. The mall is on Route 1. There is fireworks going on Independence Day hosted by the City of Laurel next to this mall in the lake area. The movies itself is nice and clean with good selections of the films. All the interior is up to date and the restroom is clean. The seat was just a bit tilted to one side, as it was the couples seat that you can put up the arm rest then 2 seats become like one couch. But other than that it was a good experience.

I love this location close to home, clean, free and abundant parking. The seats all recline and are sofa chairs. The ability to reserve seating and not be crowded by other movie goers is awesome. One of my favorite local movie theaters! The seats are extremely comfy and spacious. Love that you can reserve seats ahead online. However I do not like that you have to pay a convenience fee even if you use the Regal Mobile App, which racked up to $3 for two tickets. I suggest that it should at least be waived for rewards members. Popcorn was yummy and fresh and the line was quick. Would definitely recommend.

This location is usually fairly clean as well, which is nice. I love the fact that they have the reclining seats as well because I have back issues & chronic pain issues which makes it hard to get comfortable. If it weren't for the reclining seats I wouldn't be able to go to 5he movies, the seats in other theaters r too small & just totally uncomfortable!!!!!

This theater is much improved. Its clean, the bathrooms are clean, there is ample parking and the chairs are comfy. As long as you don't sit in the very 1st row of seats, theres not really at bad seat in the theatre. Used to avoid this theatre, but they've worked on their PR skills and keeping it clean and updated to reclining chairs. Don't mind coming now.

Recently saw Toy Story 4. The movie theater was hot and the recliner divider sticks out too far to be comfortable with your partner. The recliner that some person was sitting in next to me was broken so they moved seats and that threw off the whole assigned seating arrangement. Buying tickets was easy and reasonably priced. I appreciated the security/officers that were there, I felt safe and comfortable.

I decided to give this theater a go since it's closer than my preferred theater, the columbia cinemark. It's a bit smaller and more disheveled by comparison, BUT the recliner seats are in pairs so you can put the armrest up between you if you're there with a friend or date. The armrest doesn't go all the way back so it's not perfect for cuddling, but it's still really nice and enough of a selling point that I'd go back in the future.

I totally love this theater. The reclining seats are very comfortable. The aisles have a generous amount of space between them so no more of the latecomers stumbling over you on the way to their seats. And work the spacious aisles, you don't have to worry about the kids behind you kicking your seat! Oh, here is the best part....assigned seating! You can select the seats you want when you purchase tickets. This is how movie watching is supposed to be.

They have Theater seating. They have big nice comfy recliners. The trays fold right in front of you, nice wooden ones with a cup holder. The only thing I don't like is you have to pick your seats when you pay, so you really can't go last minute if you like to sit at a specific place. Like my favorite spot is all the way up in the back in the middle. So if I want that spot I usually have to pick my movie a day or two ahead of time. You can't just show up and expect to get the seat you want if the movies getting ready to start within the next hour. Sometimes you get lucky during the day, but that's not if they're school days out.

The seats are very comfortable, reclining, spacious, and clean. The sound and picture are great. The restrooms were not so clean...see below. The food as with any theater is too expensive for what it is but perfectly adequate. If you are in Laurel, it is a good theater! I could give 5 stars for the movie experience alone, however, the arcade ripped us off b/c the video game does not work and you pay $$$ to play a game that doesn't work . The mens bathroom you can literally see into and see men standing to use the urinal. The women's bathroom toilet paper dispenser literally had feces on it...like someone had an incident but no one cleaned it up. Sorry if that is TMI but it is the truth.

This theater is much improved. Its clean, the bathrooms are clean, there is ample parking and the chairs are comfy. As long as you don't sit in the very 1st row of seats, theres not really at bad seat in the theatre. Used to avoid this theatre, but they've worked on their PR skills and keeping it clean and updated to reclining chairs. Don't mind coming now.

I decided to give this theater a go since it's closer than my preferred theater, the columbia cinemark. It's a bit smaller and more disheveled by comparison, BUT the recliner seats are in pairs so you can put the armrest up between you if you're there with a friend or date. The armrest doesn't go all the way back so it's not perfect for cuddling, but it's still really nice and enough of a selling point that I'd go back in the future.

I totally love this theater. The reclining seats are very comfortable. The aisles have a generous amount of space between them so no more of the latecomers stumbling over you on the way to their seats. And work the spacious aisles, you don't have to worry about the kids behind you kicking your seat! Oh, here is the best part....assigned seating! You can select the seats you want when you purchase tickets. This is how movie watching is supposed to be.

They have Theater seating. They have big nice comfy recliners. The trays fold right in front of you, nice wooden ones with a cup holder. The only thing I don't like is you have to pick your seats when you pay, so you really can't go last minute if you like to sit at a specific place. Like my favorite spot is all the way up in the back in the middle. So if I want that spot I usually have to pick my movie a day or two ahead of time. You can't just show up and expect to get the seat you want if the movies getting ready to start within the next hour. Sometimes you get lucky during the day, but that's not if they're school days out.

I love this movie theater and go every weekend. But the last two times I have gone I have to stand in the concession line to get movie tickets that takes way to long. Also they need to turn down the air condition just a bit.

Nice theater, all seats are able to recline, theater size is not massive and they have plenty of screens. Staff was nice and helpful. This is an all reserved seating theater. The matinee, and regular prices are a little higher than other theaters.

Though, people talking during movie cannot be controlled by the theater employees, I can complain about Regal's popcorn and butter? I patronize a few Regal theaters and the buttered popcorn is horrible. The more butter you ask for, the drier the popcorn taste. I don't want diet and/or cheap popcorn with butter-like flavoring for $8. Get it right Regal!

Saw Captain Marvel there, there were three of us and the only seats were in the front row two together and one in the middle. We were so close to the screen we could almost touch it. I had to recline my seat all the way back. The movie was great but the seats were too close to the screen. Very tough to see all the action.

After management responded to my 3.7 rating, I'm giving them a full 5 because I believe they will address the issues I encountered to simplify voucher processes for customers. Additionally, it shows that owners/management care about what WE the customers think and that's important to me. It is a lovely theater with lots of 'eats.' Clean bathrooms! Again shout-out to Mariah, who multi-tasked when we had issues, and to management for their quick response!! Great business model!!

"One of the GREATEST movie theaters I've ever been to" seems like an understatement. It is the BEST movie theater I've ever been to! I love the seats and the trays on top. I also loved that it was a small movie theater. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. After the movie was over, a staff member was cleaning seconds later. That's amazing! Most movie theaters do not have that.

I love this location! The seating is very comfortable and reclines. Also each theater is smaller due to the spaciousness of the seating, so more of an intimate setting. The staff is courteous and the facility kept clean. It's the only theater I go to for the last two years...very convenient location.

The Big Downside: It's very expensive. I went to an 11:15 a.m. screening and I paid $10 to get in (and that's for only one person). I paid an extra $12 for a small popcorn and a small soda.

Although we live in Bowie, this is the theater we always come to. It's nice, clean, updated and run very well. Also have a great selection of eateries around plus a Harris Tetter just around the corner. Although this is probably why this theater never makes a profit from candy sells. ;-)
