REVIEWS OF Landmark's Bethesda Row Cinema IN Maryland

Sue Schumacher

Great time to go. Weekday afternoon .Place was empty. However, the picture First Reformer sucked. big time Just about the worst movie I've seen in years

Heather Welliver

There is a bar. What else needs to be said?

Greg Yingling

This is the place to go to catch independent films locally. The biggest downside is figuring out parking, at a decent price, though other locals might have some tips, and if you frequent the area, you'll likely find good spots on your own. I'm not sure when it was added, nor if it applies to e every screen, but the addition of reserved seating is most welcome. The theaters are typically smaller, "cozier", if you will, which is by no means a bad thing. I honestly don't recall if it was stadium seating, but I'm assuming it was, as I found no issues seeing over others. I definitely can recommend it, if more independent films are to your liking!

Donna Meyer

Beer is cold. Great selection of movies.

Karen Williams

Landmark is a neighborhood dream all best movies, not mainstream. Charming atmosphere, convenient pay online w discounts & assigned seats. Popcorn, candy & bar w drinks you can take into movie. Ladies & gents bathrms clean, escalator or elevator, personable staff, small cozy w comfortable seats & again all the off-beat great movies you can't find otherwise. Metered 1-hr pkg, or better yet, free weekend pkg lots. Or Mon Ami Rest valet right out front so for a drink or great dinner $$ & validation you get $7+ tip pkg (for mom who cant walk far!)

Jane Beard

This theatre has great movies. But the experience is made even better by the fact that you can select your seats AND they have great ushers who actually want to help you. The other day we were there and the seats we'd bought turned out to be different from what I'd imagined. Aldo took the tickets, traded them for the ones I wanted, and then wouldn't even accept a tip. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the theatre but also about the films they were showing. So the people, as much as the films, make this my favorite movie theatre.

Bracha Ravin

My favorite movie theatre however parking is an issue.

Leslie T

Nice theater in a cute little bustling shopping and dining district of Bethesda. The seat rows are oddly close together, but I think that's my only complaint.

Barbara Albro

One of the few theatres in the DC area which show foreign language films. Thank you for doing that. The theatre is a bit old but still in great shape. Serving beer and wine is a plus if you are so inclined. Great location with PLENTY of restaurants within walking distance. 2 Free (on the weekends) parking garages within 2 blocks. Also, METRO accessible.

James Waterford

Always a fun of this place. Its convenient since i live very close to it and i bring my family to watch our favorite movies here.

Sam Allen

Great little theatre in the heart of downtown Bethesda. Offers a wide selection of good beer and wines.

Richard Boly

Pricey, but you can choose your seats in advance and buy a cocktail to enjoy. Theaters are average-sized. Seats are luxurious and kept clean. Staff friendly.

Father Merrin

Best venue for intelligent art cinema. The new renovations have just made it that more comfortable and wonderful. And to the previous reviewer complaining about the smell of popcorn. What planet do you hail from? Popcorn has always been the cinema's primary foodstuff. Get a life. This place is remarkable and the staff are bloody brilliant!

William Rich

Nice cinema. Average age of the audience was about 85

Lou Morsberger

Excellent service, from the ticket sale to the concession to the theater door-- remarkably friendly staff

Alex Rea

Hard to find but a good experience overall

Gary Clark

Kathleen Beach

Friendly staff. Comfortable seating.

Shelley Magnezi

Foreign film land! The movie theater to see something different and often thought provoking. Join the mailing list. Comfortable seating. No internet signal inside.

Bob Dunmyer

There's no better theater this side of the Potomac. Beer, wine, great food and leather seats now. Well done! Assigned seating is a great touch when you get in last minute from the bar.

Dona Patrick

Cinema experience okay. Toilets old and showing their age. When we last visited the theater was still dirty from the last showing.

Tony Towler

Always a good venue!

Christopher Gassaway

This is one extraordinary movie theater I ever been to Bethesda they are very clean and nice the only problem I have is that they need more gluten-free items as for they self drinks they need stuff and glass also but other than that is a very good place

seats have been upgraded. black leather and a litter larger. not recliners though.

JOANNA London

They always have good movies. Also reserved seats and stadium seating. I liked "Rocketman."

David Levin

Nice movie theater. Great concession.

Jake Wyse

Good selection of movies and drinks. Seats are reserved, so buy online ahead of time.

Teresa Stcyr

The woman at the box office was pleasant. Ticket taker was nice enough. Positives about end there. Bartender at bar was unattentive to seated guests, only worked the line even when it grew as you sat waiting (a woman sat next to me and had less patience than I did). Oh well, saved money there. Theatre seats are uncomfortable on the back if you're short, but lack the leg room for not only tall people, but to get to the center seats when people are seated in aisle seats - that combination makes no sense! I've lived in Bethesda for 6 years and finally decided to catch a movie at this location after the Regal was torn down, and I've gotta say, I don't feel like I was missing much.

Anthony Maiorana

Such a great independent film theatre showing a carefully curated selection of what is new, trending, and weird. The snacks are good and the seats are new and comfy!

Amina Vohra

Love this theater, clean, not crowded, really big screens, comfortable chairs, nice customer service. Nice independant film selections but wish they played mainstream movies too. I recommend it!

Gordon Willis

Beautiful theater with movies you won't see at the usual movie-plex, right in the heart of Bethesda.

Panravee Vongjaroenrat

Good theater. Comfortable seats. Good food and drink.

Joseph Kargbo

By far the best movie theater in Bethesda. The seats are comfy and the staff are very friendly. I especially like that you can pick your seats in advance

Maria Ciudad-Real

I love independent films. Very convenient

Matthew Belew

It a good movie theater

Mykle Thompson-Goode

This place was recommended by a co-wkr for a date night with my husband. It's nice but too pricey for my blood my husband as Champagne taste. Thankfully Date night only happens every 3 mnths

Allan Freedman

Great place for independant and art films. Screens are good, theater is nice.

Stefan Stefan

Nice arts theatre with great seats and alcohol. Parking garage across the street

Ronald Buikema

The best place for movies in Bethesda. They feature documentaries, foreign films, and popular releases. Best to get tickets online in advance, as you are assigned seats, and the best ones go quickly. Full bar on premises. They also serve vegan-friendly cookies! Down-side, there is VERY little room between some rows, which leads to challenges for people sitting in the middle of the aisle that need to get out for a bathroom break.

San Milton

A fully stocked bar along with good snack concessions, and plush seating, even if it doesn't recline. Great art film programming, to boot.

Stratsi Kulinski

Convenient multi-screen location within a few minutes walk from parking and metro. Clean premises and seats. Decent sound and projection systems. Plays mostly narrow distribution and indie movies, with the occasional wide distribution release here and there. Strong recommendation to owners/management to get that 5-star rating from me: Get back on Fandango please.

Jennifer Zhao

Clean and comfortable environment. Nice bar. They have a great selection of indie films.

Mallory Polak

Who doesn't want to be able to drink and see a movie?!

John Choi

Weekend free parking nearby, good spatial seats. The only thing is the seat doesn't roll back to easily allow people pass.

Dan Kessler

I love Landmark Theaters. This is the reason I gave 5 stars in spite of one ticket collector/usher with whom I have had 3 uncomfortable encounters. The first encounter was sort of an assault to be blunt. He left his post and followed me toward the theater, asking me what the button I was wearing was about. The conversation quickly escalated into an interrogation of questions concerning where I got my news, etc. Finally I had to tell him that I had come to see a film and be entertained and not to engage in debate. I turned abruptly and joined my mystified friends entering the theater. I let it pass. Months later I had another altercation with the same guy who darted after me offering to help me with my get to the theater. I was having no trouble and told him so. I appreciate kindness, but this was very odd and inappropriate and he was blocking my way, until I asked him to get out of my way. I registered my complaint and was told that because I did not get the guys name and only had a general discription they couldn't do much. Unfortunately, I had waited some time to make a complaint, while thinking not to make trouble. But now I have had another opportunity to witness his weirdness. HE IS SEEMS TO BE IN HIS 60s WITH CURLY SILVER HAIR AND GLASSES. HE IS MEDIUM BUILD, FIT, ON THE SMALL SIDE. MAYBE 5'9'. On this past Monday 9/19/2019 My friends and I went to your theater to view the 4:30pm showing of the Linda Ronstadt film. I was telling my friends how I disliked assigned seating because it is always hard to find the numbers for me, etc. The same guy darted after me seemingly from thin air, yelling, "Can I help you find your seat!". I turned and saw it was HIM and abruptly (too abruptly said "NO". He replied in a loud an sarcastic tone, "Well, ECUUUUSE me for trying to help!". I turned and told him every time I see him he is a problem and to leave me alone. My 2 friends were shocked by his rude unprofessional behavior. It was the conversation at dinner. I did not ask his name. I had planned to ask someone else his name upon leaving leaving the thearter, but when I left he was leaning on the consessio stand chatting up the attendant there. So I bolted with my walker to the escalator. I would not risk waiting on elevator access and be targeted for another confrontation. This is not why I go to Landmark Theaters. I enjoy the film selection you provide, and I have in the past relished the atmosphere and the lovely staff and management at the Bethesda Row location. Unfortunately, due to one bizarre little man, I need to stick to E Street. I did not want to punish you with a bad rating, but I had to file another complaint in hopes someone can teach this person some ettiguitte that is present the rest of the staff. Thank you.

Kathleen Laurienti

Saw the movie Beautiful Boy. I was disappointed in this movie every thing was negative and no journey to his recovery at all.

Paola Ganum

It is a nice theatre. The seats are comfortable and wide but I thought the slope of the room's floor was not adequate. In other words I felt a bit short from my seat. Overall good sound and image quality. Will come back.

Francisca K

Awesome cozy place

MJ Baker

Not a place to go for teenagers. Some patrons come across snobby and disrespectful when one does not belong to a certain age group.

edward corrothers

Decent theatre with good concessions that consist of a bar and many snack options. The armrest on the seats do not movie, and there is little space for long legs.

A. Graham

Must be a place for adults only. No kid size snacks so one has to pay a lot for sizes that one does not want. Depending on time of day some reasonably priced movie tickets are available. Theater and rest rooms are clean.

Pablo Moulden

A very high quality and pleasant experience. They have a bar and serve food like no other concessions you may have seen. The staff are very kind and helpful. The seating is comfortable and it reclines. High quality sound and picture. I love this theater!

April Crews

Great movie theater and very friendly staff. The bar had non-alcoholic drinks like ginger beer which I really loved.

Yemisi Olusola

it was a cool place to go watch a movie.

Susie Mathews

Nice theater.

David MacDougall

Clean, updated small theaters. Alcohol options. Friendly staff. Assigned seats. Must reserve seats ahead of time.

Daniel Hart

First time here and I love it

Amanda Ampey

Smaller theater with indy films. Food is more expensive and smaller bags of popcorn than other places. It does have a bar and available beers amd liquor to buy!

Duane Harper Sr

Love every minute of being there! Will visit this theater regularly! Drinks were very good, service at bar and concession stand was exceptional!!!! Crab bites were good as well as cheddar jalapeno pretzel!

Prashant Jaiswal

Snap and cozy ... Though currently tucked away in a closed for constriction street, so is a little difficult to located after parking. I wish they just put up some signs to direct people.

King Ghidorah

Very nice theater with bar, saw 1804 the hidden history of haiti , it was an amazing experience !!

Lauren Quinn

I wish the seats reclined.

Oscar Nestell

Great seats, good food, good drinks, dressy patrons, and a nice mix of commercial (think Wonder Woman) and arty (think Love & Friendship) plus about half a block from the very walkable downtown Bethesda (and even closer to Häagen-Dazs) makes this Mark Cuban-owned movie theater a date-night no-brainer.

Pete Perry

Great selection of foreign and independent movies. Hallways and concession stand often seem rather unkempt. High-traffic venue with no parking lot or parking garage right next to it. It's a good theater, but definitely prefer the Landmark Theater downtown (E Street).

Stephen Rochkind

Great local theater it is clean and well located.

I.E. Xam

Not everyone wants to see the latest Hollywood releases. Thank goodness we have this theatre for independent and foreign flicks.

William Nothwang

The theater is very nice with really nice seats. Staff is super friendly.

Kristen Bishel Browne

You can buy drinks at the bar and bring them in to the movies! My fav! They also always show such an incredible line-up of movies. LOVE that they do a lot of foreign, documentary, and film festival movies.

Daniel Philpott

The location in a tony shopping and dining district is good if inconvenient for parking. Friendly and helpful staff with a grat selection of mainstream, art house, and limited distribution movies and comfortable seating. Has a bar with reasonable wine list.

Luc

Really love this theater. They are right up there with the times in terms of their adoption of recent technology. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the theater is never painfully crowded. Also keep an eye out for some of the incredible Indie and independent films that make it across the screen here.

James Newberry

What I like most is they play movies you can't get at other theaters, but I also like the comfortable seats.

Adelina Castellon

Great selection of films! The snacks are great too.

Kimberly Johnson

Good bar and good theater. Only issue is parking.

Antoine farhat

The suite are exceptionally large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Food was not great just average. Swimming pool are nice.

Bill Patschak

I love it here. Popcorn is really good, I like having a glass of wine or beer with my movie too. They get movies no one else gets and I always enjoy myself there!

Colin Mathis Miller

Small but nice theatre. very clean. Good movie watching experience. Be warned there is basically no cell reception though as it is underground

JOANNA London

They always have good movies. Also reserved seats and stadium seating. I liked "Rocketman."

Christopher Lee

A great place to see a movie. No, they don't have recliners with power seats. But hey have a pretty good bar. And friendly staff. The sound is clear, and the image is sharp. The food is pricy (and good), but it's a movie theater for heaven's sake! Every theater now has reserved seating so BUY EARLY! This theater also trends heavy to art and indy film, so the crowd may reflect the lack of block busters and the like. One of the key benefits of this theater is the vast number of restaurants the are within walking distance. Local parking can be rough.

Jake Wyse

Good selection of movies and drinks. Seats are reserved, so buy online ahead of time.

Be aware that if you reserve and use a credit card, they stiff you with a $2 'service charge' at the point in the transaction when there is nothing you can do about it. Sharp practice to say the least. How many top companies charge you to use a credit card these days?

William Nothwang

The theater is very nice with really nice seats. Staff is super friendly.

Marc Kevin Hall

A superb cinema catering more to adults than the teen demographic, with a solid representation of art house films alongside other independent productions. There's a full bar with a reasonable selection, and good, reasonably priced sandwiches and snacks. Best of all, the lobby has a nice area of plush seating to enjoy a post-film beverage, instead of having to run out into the crowds when the house lights come up.

blue peter

Love this theater. Very polite crowd.

Glen W. Sutcliffe

Their captiview systems NEVER work for the previews. So, can't test them before the movie starts. Then, they systems either don't work at the beginning of the movie or fails about 1/4 to 1/2 way through the movie. I've noted this to the managers many times over the years and all I got were free movie passes. Then, the next movie still does not have operational CaptiView systems. Bumping this up to the Governor's office now.

Joe White

Updated the theatre that plays more than just box office mega hits

Chris Georgatsos

second best theater in town Avalon still has you beat

Nick Tomeo

Great movie selection. Great bar for a theater. E-ticketing with moviepass. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of seating. The only potential detractor is the lack of reclining seats.

Sonya Unger

Visited to take in At Eternity's Gate. What a lovely cinema. Comfy seating, nice bathrooms and there is even a bar if you want to have a drink. Granted, I took in an early show so I don't know how it is during "rush hour" and for more popular shows. Loved my time here but it is very far for me since I live in Frederick.

Robert Sands Jr

Comfortable seats, upscale opulent designer lobby. Wonderfully helpful concession stand employee, with great tasting fresh popcorn (not stale) I would always go if it wasn't so far from my area.

Emma Hill

This is one of my favorite places to go.

Mike Borofsky

One of the best movie theaters in the DC area.

Stuart Miles-McLean

Nice venue. Each theater that I've been in here is a good size with nice big screens and comfy seats -- also well sounds proofed, so I don't hear the movie in the adjacent theaters. Easy to buy tickets in advance online.

Tracey Filar Atwood

A nice place to see movies outside of the mainstream. Good concessions. No parking on site, however. Take public transportation, walk, or plan to pay for a garage.

Rolando Sarmiento

Great venue for art house movies.

Xavier B

Nice cinema!!! We enjoy the independent movie we watched there ("Leave no trace"). Very comfortable seats and new facilities. A bit pricey although...

Andrew Rohn

This was my first time here. It was amazing! I was ushered to my seat, the ticket checking process was smooth. Reasonable prices for movie fare. We will definitely be back!!!!

Jason Strachman Miller

been going here for years, great place for an indie movie.

Janet Sabins

The seats were very comfortable. I liked that I got to choose my seat

S Robin

Great movie venue. Shows avant-garde films that are intelligent and engrossing.

Bianca Rezende

I really like this movie theater, but the parking is terrible. It would be really nice if they owned a parking lot for its costumers.

Steven Asin

This is a very well appointed multi-screen movie theater in the heart of Bethesda MD's bustling shopping district of small shops and restaurants. It focuses on intelligent films directed to mature, thoughtful audiences. You will find films that are Oscar and Golden Globe contenders, but no comic book based blockbuster wannabes. It has very comfortable stadium style reserved seating. It offers a full bar and high end snacks in addition to the typicality overpriced popcorn and other traditional movie theater fare.

Blair Wright

Great theater, the leather seats are super comfortable, and the rooms are large but not huge. Well maintained and clean facility. The cool part is that they have a full bar and the concession stand has things that the larger theaters don't have. Great experience and a very nice place to watch a movie. The only thing they could do better (it's marginal) is install reclining seats.

Frank Andruzzi

Watched the film "First Man" at the theater. It was the best film that I've seen this year. Parking in the county garage was easy and free on the weekend.

Lauren Ragle

I love that they have junior mints in the fridge so they are good and cold. They also have fun, movie - themed cocktails at the bar for a reasonable price.

B Derm Esthetics

I recently attended a movie there and really enjoyed the experience until the after the movie. I was greatly disappointed at the way the manager handled my situation. I misplaced my earring, which dropped out of my ear. I hadn't become aware of until I got across the street (from the theater), at a nearby restaurant. At that time I returned to the theater and inquired about my earring to a staff member. I was overjoyed when he said that he personally found it and gave it to the manager, Julius Black. However when he reached out to the manager I was then told that it was again misplaced because he didn't know where he had placed it. This was no more than an hour later from the end of the movie. They had a lost and found which was empty and the manager, within the duration of a hour, could not remember where he placed my gold hoop earring. I felt that it was very negligent and insensitive on his part. It would have been nice if it was in safe keeping for at least and 24 hours, otherwise what is the point of having a lost and found. I gave my contact number just in case it resurfaced and asked for a contact just in case I didn't receive a phone call (which I didn't). When I called, the manager said that he couldn't find it, which led me to believe that it was either thrown away or taken because it wasn't put in a safe place. Furthermore there was no compensation for the irresponsibility of the theater once the earring was found. I am very saddened and disappointed because they had sentimental value.

Except for the challenge of parking in downtown Bethesda, this is great theater. Concessions are a bit pricey, but refills on large size popcorn or beverage makes it more acceptable. Theaters are always clean, seats are good and comfortable, staff is friendly and movie selection is always interesting...and downtown Bethesda is a great location for movie plus dinner.

Great selection of alternative movies, bar, Cafe, assigned seating all 8n downtown Bethesda.

Michael Bishton

This is our favorite theater with a better variety of food and a well stocked bar to enjoy our treats in a comfortable lobby while waiting for friends. The reserved and comfortable seating is on a steeply raked floor so that there are no obstructed seats. They show the better, more interesting movies.

June G. Robinson

Always a lovely experience.

Lawrence BELL

Great visit venue has many choices

Morgan Davis

I love this theater. There is a bar as well. Come to the Jewish film festival when it's around again.

Teresa Mulligan

I love this place, is not the cheapest but , I'm up for something that is above average if the service is quality. & Landmark's Bethesda Row Cinema for sure has really good service.

Najad Tuffaha

Good selection always. Good seats.

Erin Prangley

Such a treat to have this theater near me. It feels like a cozy neighborhood hangout. I love the range of movies. Plus, great wide seats, good climate control and clean.

Andy Streich

Best movie theater I've been too

Laura Knott

Very comfortable leather seats.

Glen W.

Clay Baldwin

seats have been upgraded. black leather and a litter larger. not recliners though.

Take public transportation, walk, or plan to pay for a garage.

bill carroll

First time here, but seems nice. Bought tickets online. Looks like they have good snack selection. Parking was not bad, free on Sunday

Timothy Mallard

Went there last night for the first time. We saw a great movie, nice smaller theater. Bathrooms were clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Best movie theater I've been too

Laura Knott

Very comfortable leather seats.

Jennifer Delcid

This is a decent cinema. The surrounding area is nice. It also has comfortable seats.

Thomas Jaehnigen

Nice theater. Good seats although in some of the theaters legroom for tall folk can be a smidge limiting. They do a lot of less commercial filmz here which is great. Oh and they now have a full bar in the lobby which is an added bonus.

Oznur Basak

Neighbourhood theatre. The staff is nice. We like it here. Thanks.

Dan Strayer

So i managed to take my foreign girlfriend to this neighborhood cinema since i heard a lot of good things about it and the experience was great! My main idea was to find as much foreign movies as possible and we were so happy we had a great selection. Drinks are reasonably priced, the cinema is clean and will make this our weekend hangout spot.

Ted Bellinger

Nice clean theaters. Friendly bartender. Order an adult beverage and bring it inside the theater. Always an interesting selection of movies you probably cannot see at one of the big theaters.

Wendy Leibowitz

This is the most elegant place to see classy movies, including many foreign films that aren't widely shown. The selection of food and drink is above par, and the seating is very comfortable. A jewel of Bethesda.

Domenic Destefano

Great theater for indie and foreign films. You choose your seats in advance, so that is convenient. Decent discounts for seniors, Veterans, and students.

O .

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they really need an employee or two to check in during the movie. There was such an obnoxious guy that would shake his soda with ice every time he wanted to drink and he bought that popcorn in the loud plastic bag and he would rattle the bag and mix the popcorn everytime he stuck his hand in. And even though he was shushed a few times he seemed to do it even louder.

Jeff Tong

A nice little theatre, but the seats aren't as good as Regal or AMC

Alphonse MacDonald

Gr8 movie indie selection. Old crowd.

EMD

Always showing the best indie and smaller films, as well as bigger production films. The concessions are very good and theatres are very large.

Lourdes Quiroz

Watched "Book Shop" great movie

Chien Wang

Seats are super comfortable. Staffs are wonderful. The reason I didn't give this a five star is because it's not too easy to find.

Cornel Peters

I went here a little over a month ago to see Widows with my wife and everything was good except for the seating. It was clean...The picture and sound was good but that was it. The seats are comfortable but do not recline and have zero leg room. When I say zero I mean ZERO! It's so bad that you have to bump every person on the row when getting to your seat. When people get up during the movie they are bumping every person on their row to get out. The people on the end and a couple seats in would just get up and stand on the steps to let people in and out. It was the weirdest experience at a movie theater. Even the worst theaters have some leg room! I guess they were really trying to maximize profits so they crammed the rows as close as possible. But it was still packed with folks. Probably because of the location and the type of crowd that attends. I can't believe the reviews are so good with this seat situation. It was a very aggravating experience.

John Williams

Quality place to see a movie

Jonathan Nelson

Great movie theater with a unique selection of Indie and Mainstream films. They seem to have more of the big blockbusters since the Regal down the block closed. They also serve alcohol and have a full bar.

Pam Gibson

Top films, comfortable seating.

Cora Shaw

The best movie selection in the DC area.

Jennifer Richards

Great place to catch foreign and independent films

Santiago Noboa

Good movies that you can't see anywhere else

V Ladyv

Wonderful place for a girls night, date night or family hangout or chillxen by yourself!

Ben Gross

Would give no stars if I could. Absolutely dreadful. Went on Christmas to see "Vice" movie, and directly behind me was a small group of people who somehow smuggled a case of wine into theater. They proceeded to get piss poor drunk and made noise and repeatedly jumped over the barrier next to me to go to the bathroom. At one point, they actually dropped the bottles, resulting in one of them nearly breaking. Begged manager (managers?) for assistance, they didn't seem to care that these people had completely ruined my movie experience, offered me a refund and then looked the other way. Even when pointed out who these people were, management didn't seem to care in the slightest. Terrible moviegoing experience, avoid at all costs!!!!

Jean AbiNader

Stop by. Always something worthwhile to try...

M. Nuñez

Great local cinema showing art, foreign and documentary movies. Located next to the French restaurant Mon Ami Gabi.

Paul Ramos

Landmarks always good theartre

Ana Fredlund

The staff was very sweet. Saw Won't You Be my Neighbor, got great seats, enjoyed the show.

Bryan Chaisone

Service at the bar was not good.

Erica Caesar

Great features, reserved seats, online purchasing, conveniently located, capable staff, tasty snacks, and a well-stocked bar...what more can you ask?

Mazen Elkurd

Nice movie theater. We bought our tickets online, so getting in was quick. Parking is really tricky however, and there were no clear signs to help.

Soban Ansari

Not a bad place to come enjoy a movie with either friends or family. These guys are really awesome when it comes to quality service. The movie experience is also great. I’d definitely recommend guys to come check out this place.

Michael Oberman

Always shows great movies that generally aren't in wide release. Friendly staff, comfy seats, good popcorn. Thoroughly enjoyable theater experience.

Priya Krishna

great location in downtown Bethesda. good movies and some off beat films even

Selia Baxter

My favorite movie theater. I moved to a pretty far area, but I still take the hour long train commute to get there when I want to see a movie. Such friendly staff, and I love the whole atmosphere. You get to choose your seat beforehand and there's usually an usher to show you to it. It's a very clean place too, which is a big plus for a movie theatre.

Jennifer Delcid
