Was at movies on a Friday 2 days ago, in which a movie scheldue for 12.10 start time, not starting till 12:30 with previews then lights off for 10 minutes with no movie starting, then walking out. No management working at that time, dropping it on our younger generation to handle that. Very bad choice from the management.

I went to this theater all the time as a kid & this was my first time back & it was a great experience. I love that you can buy & reserve your seats online. Plus the recliners were very comfortable. Very good customer service overall.

I arrived here at 9:50 am for a free showing, PURCHASING popcorn and drinks for a once in a life time opportunity to see A Clockwork Orange in theaters, the show time advertised for 10am. When I arrived in the auditorium I discovered the movie had already been playing for at least 30 minutes. I was excited to see this movie in theaters! After the movie had played most of the way, with only 10 minutes remaining, it was cut off. No credits. Lights on, screen black. NO ENDING. Just abruptly cut off. I'd give ZERO stars if I could, but I must give one to be able to post this. NOT HAPPY! I was SO excited to see this movie! I took off work to see this IN THEATERS. I PAID for concessions instead of bringing my own as was suggested by many others.

We love going to this theatre because it’s way more affordable then all the others and the popcorn is real and made fresh and not the premade bagged popcorn like other theatres use . The chairs are comfy and recline . Most of the time when we go early in the day there is hardly anyone there . Tuesday’s are discounted days and can be busier but it’s still not to bad . On your birthday you can see a movie for free. The staff is usually friendly .

I Purchased tickets online...no need to wait in line at cinema for tickets! (so I thought)...the kiosk at cinema was not working! ...waited in a line for all of the online purchasers to discover kiosk is on the fritz!...the only cinema worker to get my tickets from is behind the concession stand counter!...(another 20 mins before speaking to her (movie has been playing for 30 mins) So, I asked for tickets for another time, same day but 9:20 pm, they charged me $2 more. That time was a bit too late for my son & I on a school night, we fell asleep and don't remember much of the movie. And, we were expecting recliners! Only the back of the seat would move but would not stay back unless we put our feet on seats in front of us to help keep our seats from sitting STRAIGHT UPRIGHT. (they weren't comfortable)

Very reasonable pricing. They run a special on Tuesday's that all day & night are 1 flat rate price for all showings of all movies it's like $7 or somewhere around that. 1 of the absolute best things about this theater is that they don't have an upcharge for IMAX or 3d movies. All movie tickets are the same price no matter the quality of picture. Our kids even got to meet Pikachu when Pokémon detective Pikachu came out too! The only thing that stops me from giving them a perfect rating is that theater 4 (all the way in the back) still has the basic standard seats (which we didn't know until we went last night), but all the other theaters have the amazingly comfy leather recliners. This is my go to theater, I've been coming to this movie theater for decades now, way before they were called Flagship. I love how they did a full remodel here adding the comfortable reclining chairs, but also still keeping the admission prices down compared to other theater's like AMC in White Marsh. This year is the first year they finally increased the price of admission up by 50 cents, but with the increase it is still affordable and still cheaper than AMC.

So gorgeous, its been redone and it looks amazing! The seating is so comfortable and incredibly roomy, and some screens even have oversized reclining seats, no extra fees! Plus, all day tuesday, ANY show, plus 3D, is $6.50... ALL DAY TUESDAY! And bonus, its never too crowded. And parking is abundant!

Great movie place. There might be quite a line if attending at a premier movie otherwise it's not bad. They have few movie Tuesday which is great to bring your kids. They have nice reclinable chairs once youre in the movie. They are wheelchair accessible and have dedicated wheelchair sitting within the theater.

I went to see the 8:30 pm show of IT chapter 2 the movie was good but however when i went to use the restroom it was FILlTHY almost every toilet had tissue with urine or fecal matter in it. I was disgusted i couldn't even use it and when i bumped into an employee i asked if their was another bathroom and he pointed to the one i came out of and i explained that it was filthy and I described the conditions and he was out done! He literally asked the women’s room and i said yes! This is not the first time i have had this happen, when the remake movie of poltergeist came out i had the same problem! If this theater does not do better with cleaning bathrooms at least every other hour or so i will stop spending money at this theater because that is atrocious! Only god knows what else could be dirty. I will be calling the theater tomorrow to speak with a supervisor about this matter this is unacceptable!

It was a good family fun thing to do. The movie theater was very clean and the staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean also. I thought it was a little pricey at the snack bar but the food was good. I was disappointed that my handicap seat did not work. I was told several seats didn't work and they were waiting on a bulk order to come in to fix the recliners. The theater wasn't over crowded so I was able to move from the seat I paid to another location with a working seed and still keep my family together. I guess I was just a little disappointed about the staff's nonchalant attitude about my seat not working. Everything else was great though. We had fun.

However you can avoid most crowds by going here and they do have refillable popcorn buckets for a cost. Tuesday specials are available, but major chains have adopted this too and seem to be cheaper.

The seats are great: large and spacious leather recliners. The picture and sound is good. The reserved seating saves time on finding a good seat. And we always get to see the movie we want and it's not sold out. The food is good too.

Asked for a tray to carry my many concessions to the theater for the family and counter staff personally assisted me to the theater and seat. Cleaning crew were on task and respectful after the film and kept the whole place spotless. Would definitely return again and recommend to others! Keep up the great work guys!

Too bad i never quite make it through the first 20 minutes of the movie ...I'm too busy lounging and nodding (waay too comfortable) lol. Love this theatre! ❤

I haven't been to that theater in years. It was beautiful!!!! The reclining seats were comfortable and alot of leg room, I think more than White Marsh movie. They don't have a very large menu like other theaters but they had what I like, nachos.

If I feel comfortable , I enjoy the movie more. The theater is clean , prices competitive and the staff attentive enough. It's right in the middle of shopping , hair cuts & good food so go check it out.

I love the new seats the buckets you can bring back and have filled for 4bucks. Not many people know they renovated so it be soooo chill. I know I am spoiling the spot but with the upgrades they deserve more business. They do need more food options but i guess serving less keeps the theater cleaner. Its clean and the vibe is so chillllllll. Bathrooms were ok I love the location and i never buy more than popcorn. I lovvvve my purse haha find ya girl on youtube name posted above. I make bomb crack grapes and crab cakes.

This theater is fantastic for the price. FYI: Same recliner seating as in AMC theaters with TONS more space between rows for personal space and an added feel of privacy. For being 1/2 the cost of AMC theaters, this place is impressive! The theaters are a little smaller, but it's still a huge screen and great sound. This theater is also consistently less crowded than other theaters, which cuts down on noise, phone lights, etc. Which is why we love coming here so much! We hate sitting elbow to elbow in crowded theaters. The establishment is clean, and the staff are friendly. We genuinely do really enjoy seeing new movies here. I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a night at the movies without reeking havoc on your wallet!

They have a new policy about rated R movies. Children under 6 years old cant watch the movie. But they wouldnt let a family in because they're son is 8 years old and there's an adult with the family. So the family had to watch a different movie or a leave.

Horrible! We stopped coming here long ago since there's always some sort of issue like no regular ticket booths open so everyone literally has to stand in the same line for tickets AND snacks. One line...ONE LINE! Tonight we decided to take a chance since this movie theater is the closest to us in driving distance. Movie started at 10:30pm, we arrived at 10:30 pm and realized there were people standing outside who couldn't get in...why? Because ALL THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. We knocked on the windows and all the workers literally stood behind the snack counter and didn't come to the door until 10:40. I asked why was the door locked and some dude said because they were about to close..Close? Sir how are u closing when a few of these people ordered 10 30 tickets online and a show starts at 10 30? I asked for the manager and of course some dirty looking lady claimed she was a "something" manager, u know how people claim they're the manager when they don't want to get the real one. Gave some lame excuse about not opening the door. I said ma'am, we all sat there and watch all of u (about 6/7 white employees) all watch us outside without opening the door until the last minute...and yup u guessed it, it was a bunch of Brown people waiting and knocking to get in..coincidence? Idk, but i do have it recorded and it appears strange as hell. Our concerns were met with major attitude, none of the patrons were apologized to, and they didn't care. They just stood there, then the lady finally said she saw us. My camera shows u all saw us..but ok. Years ago this movie theater used to be packed, and the few times i decided to give it another shot in recent years it has always been empty..I'm talking a few people sprinkled here and there in an ENTIRE theater even on a weekend. Again, coincidence? I think not... Get your customer service skills in order..well, hopefully, it already appears it's not enough business coming in. I'll continue driving a few extra miles for better theaters and better service. Peace.

And an added bonus of copious room for walking in the isles even when the seats are fully reclined means never having to feel like you being a bother to somebody when you have to get up during the show. This theater is the only place i go to any more. With 100% reserved seating even when the place is packed you never feel the impact of the crowds. Dont let the memory of what the theater used to be scare you away from giving this fantastic place a try. It dosent dissapoint.
