The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. For the price, the screens are of excellent quality. On the other hand it is a bit pricey so it's definitely a special occasion type place and the seats are semi recliner, not full recliner like the other modern theatres. However, they're still comfortable. I would definitely return again for any "must watch" movie.

Second time coming here, and it's excellent. There's a nice bar out front if you want to start off your experience with a glass of port. I'm not a drinker so I can't speak to their alcohol selection. The theatre seats are spaced pretty well, so you don't feel crowded while dining next to your fellow movie-goers. If you order a large meal, you can get a popcorn stand for your bowl. It's free popcorn refills, but between large tub size you get and your entree you'll be hard pressed to finish it. The bowls are angled to facilitate ease in grabbing, but they also come practically overflowing so keep that in mind if you get it with butter. Draping your napkin across your lap helps just in case. The entree selections are great, I can recommend the crab cakes and ribeye cheese steak. I hear the salmon is great too. They have specials on Tuesdays, so you can get a 3 course meal for a great price. Great for date night or if you just want to treat yourself to great meal and movie.

Great service great theater.. same old problem with other theaters.. the damn talkers!! All the money spent ($150+) and we still have people who can't shut up and just watch the movie. Go to a coffee shop if you want to chat! I haven't been to the movies in 3 years because others are constantly ruining it by playing with their phones or talking, but with the pricing and 21+ policy, I figured that wouldn't happen here. WRONG...

The price was over the top for what you get. Great atmosphere but the seats don't recline much. Food is very pricey as well. Once movie start you must go out of theatre to get refills. Parking is free up to 4 hours which is good.

The foot is tasty though expensive plus our simple order was not 100% correct. They will check to make sure you got what you asked for; however, they never returned with the requested changes. Overall, we enjoyed it and would consider going back.

We were a little disappointed in our experience today. First of all, when you are ordering your food you are charged gratuity up front. But there is no guarantee that you get the service that you have tipped for. Tonight, our food came before our soft drinks. We were told the the bar was running behind. Yet everyone around us had their drinks. We finally received the drinks more than half way through our meals. Now is this the service that deserves a 18.5% tip. We also work in the restaurant/hospitality industry and we understand that tipping is not always practiced. But that does not mean that everyone should be tipped a standard percentage. Where is the incentive to give good service? Just a thought.

I ordered the steak & cake dinner. i aske for medium well but my steak was tough and dried out so, I sent it back. After a half hour, I went to ask for a manager but a young lady from the kitchen staff name Tammi Brinkley, saw me asking for a manager and she assured that I would have my food and not be charged. I received my food 8 minutes after and she came to my seat and apologized for everything. Thank you Tammi Brinkley for being so attractive

We usually go for the tempting Tuesday but the menu never changes for the promotion. One good thing is yu get a mature crowd because of the age criteria and the cost so thats great...the seemed better when it first opened and they should change up the Tuesday menu...on a positive the wait staff is usually pretty good.

Not only was he busy making everyone comfortable so was his staff from bar tender to ushers. We had such a great time we sat in the comfortable cozy lounge for HOURS after the movie just enjoying the atmosphere. Oh yeah, the food and drinks were on the spot. Keep up the good work and you'll definitely see me and my gang again.

Very nice venue and the food was delicious but the service was not very good. Kind of insulting to tax and impose an automatic gratuity only for them to bring me my food last and literally only a minute before the lights went down and the movie started. I had to use a flashlight to see my food.

The concept is nice when executed correctly. Servers where still bringing in meals an hour into the movie. We were constantly having to bob our heads around those of coming and going servers to watch the movie. We were seated in the E row the one right behind the area were servers put their trays down. As they stood there in the dark trying to read receipts they blocked our view of the screen. I'm sticking to Towson and White Marsh for new releases going forward.

Ordered a veggie patty. It was loaded with cheese. The menu says veggie burger, not veggie cheese patty. Please ask do you want cheese. Your salads are the same. Cheese is shredded on them every time . Many movie goers are lactose intolerant.

This is the place to be Boo'd up on a date. It's a lovely theater, but not exactly the spot to drop in for a solo matinee (although I have done it twice..lol). The quality of audio is HD and seating is very comfortable. You can have your parking ticket validated at the service desk. The service, presentation and quality of food is all top shelf! You are getting what you pay for otherwise. The Avengers ticket cost ~ $17 for a 3 pm showing.

2nd time coming here and the last time is when black Panthers was released and I got sick. Now, I figure I brush it off and come again for the 2nd time to see Godzilla, and what do you know i got sick again. I noticed both times that the bartenders are dirty. Never once did i see them wash their hands after with dealing with other customers, cleaning the bar, going to the back etc etc. Management needs to check that and be held accountable for their bartenders to wash their hands often

Man! This is a very upscale theater. I like it here. The chairs could use buttons to adjust the seats better though but very comfortable. You can spend $100 very easy here with just two people on dinner and a movie if that's your thing. You dont have to worry about that screaming baby or kid kicking your back seat because it's a 21 and older theater. I wouldn't frequent here as often as my other theater because of pricing but I do recommend the experience every now and then. Especially for date night. Great food

I used to love this place. I didn't mind paying the price of a ticket because the food was worth it. However, the last couple of times the food hasn't been as good. The steak was either underdone or overdone, the potatoes not cooked all the way. The crab dip was ok but the bread that came with it was hard. They recently got rid of one of my favorite desserts (the chocolate lava cake with roasted marshmallow on top) replacing it with a brownie with nuts (which I can't have bc of a nut allergy). The service is good and all the staff are really friendly.

Never once did i see them wash their hands after with dealing with other customers, cleaning the bar, going to the back etc etc. Management needs to check that and be held accountable for their bartenders to wash their hands often

Man! This is a very upscale theater. I like it here. The chairs could use buttons to adjust the seats better though but very comfortable. You can spend $100 very easy here with just two people on dinner and a movie if that's your thing. You dont have to worry about that screaming baby or kid kicking your back seat because it's a 21 and older theater. I wouldn't frequent here as often as my other theater because of pricing but I do recommend the experience every now and then. Especially for date night. Great food

Went here to watch the sequel to "IT" last weekend and wont be back. This was my second time to cinebistro since they originally opened. The first time I went there everything was amazing, atmosphere was nice and the place was CLEAN. The second time there was a different story. The hallway to the theater smelled like urine, and the theater had a weird smell. Long story short I should took heed of the warning signs that the caliber of this theater was no longer the same but I didnt and me and my date like so many other people on this review ordered food and was terribly sick the next 3 days with a mild case of food poisoning. Cinebistro left a lasting impression that wont have me patronizing this establishment ever again.

They (people) said this is a luxury movie theater. The seats do not recline. The Chicken & Waffles were not good. The chicken was not seasoned. Sauce for the chicken was extra. They give you half of a waffle. Definitely was not worth the cost. Bathroom near the theaters was beautiful and clean. Bar area looked good. They validate parking in the garage. I will not return, as the bar does not make up for the regular theater seating and food.

Such an amazing venue. I went here for a date night and had an great time. let me start with the food. I had pan seared salmon and shrimp. It was so delicious and I had a brownie for dessert. I was at you Rotunda location on 5/5/2019. My service was horrible! To kill off some of my wait time (for my movie), I opted to eat at the bar. It took over 40 minutes to get my order and another 5 minutes to get utensils. When I got my food the burger and fries were cold and the fries were burnt. I explained that to the waiter and his response was "can I taste one"? I'm not going to get into the fact that my movie did not start on time and yes I was compensated for that with a free admission pass for a future movie. I have been a frequent patron and have taken notice of the decline in the quality of service. I understand that things get busy and at times staff is short, but that is no excuse for less than courteous treatment. I will not continue to spend my money for shabby service.

I ordered the Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon and the Snickers Brownie for dessert. The entree was delicious; however the dessert was not tasty at all and the brownie was hard. My babe ordered the 8 ounce steak 'medium well' and it came back 'very well' done. The waiter was nice and ordered the cook to prepare the steak the right way. Once that was resolved, we were fine. Overall we had a great night and the service was excellent. We went to see Creed 2, if you haven't gone, it's a MUST see.

It was my first time and I enjoyed it. I went with my mom to see Creed2. You must get there an hour prior to give time for parking and to stroll over to the theatre. They sit 30 minutes before the movie for ordering and all. The server was very pleasant and seemed to love her job. I had steak ( med) and cake and it was DAMN GOOD!!!. I enjoyed my Royal Apple Mule too. The only thing I don't like is that the seats don't recline all the way and they're SUPER NOISY when you adjust yourself. I heard that a majority of the movie, bummer. But, all in out I would definitely return. The prices are reasonable for the experience and taste satisfaction you receive.

Cinebistro's concept is gourmet food and a movie --unfortunately, their service is absolutely lacking. The movie theatre charges double of other locations, so I expected good service. Sadly, this wasn't the case. I went during a quiet afternoon, so you would think they would have more than enough staff. Midway through my movie, my friend and I ordered fries -- and for 50 minutes, they never buzzed me. It was an action packed ending. When the movie ended, i asked them why I never got paged and it took almost 1 hr to get frie, and they gave a half-hearted apology. Finally, the manager reluctantly offered the take the charge off, and give us free fries -- but our movie already finished! Why would I wait around 15 minutes, after already waiting 55 minutes? I left frustrated. For a concept that hinges on eating gourmet food while enjoying a movie, they weren't able to deliver anything promised.

Would have given 4 stars but the theater seating is low grade. Seats do not have automatic recline and foot rests. In addition, there are no call buttons on the seats for waiter service. That's a downside considering the type of theater. Upgrading seats would make a difference.

I guess this place is very hit and miss. Hits: beautiful theater, good screen, comfortable seats, good customer service, and plenty of room. Misses: hot as Hades, at least 80 degrees the night I went. Bad food. My chicken was definitely cooked in over-used, old grease, and it was VERY bland. Drinks were weak and pricey (but admittedly tasty). Unless the theater is the closest one to you, other places do the same concept better.

This theater is better than most. Nice, clean, 21+ only, generous pours on the alcohol, and the staff are professional and courteous. The food isn't worth the hefty price tag. Went there for the first time to see Endgame, and our theater was boiling hot throughout the entire film. 3 hours in heat wasn't fun, but the movie more then made up for the discomfort. Be prepared to have an automatic 18% gratuity slapped onto your bill. Thankfully they do tell you this upfront before you place your order and you can skip this by just going to the concession stand yourself. To be honest I would rather stick with Cinemark reserve level. Seats are more comfortable, I don't get charged 18% for service, food cost less money, and I don't have to wait long for it.

POLEMICIST .

My first go to cinébistro was probably one of the best experiences that I have ever had at any movie theater ever. The service was amazing, food tastes great and was overall a very pleasant experience even with the very high cost compared to any other theater chain. My second and last trip was the exact opposite. I could have arguably had a better time watching a movie from netflix on my phone while sitting inside a McDonalds. I will not be coming back solely off how terrible everything went this time. Everything they did right the first time they completely failed this second time. First the menu and food. The menu online does not match what they have in the theater. The online menu lists crab cakes with truffled fingerling potatoes, green beans and avocado tartar sauce for 30 dollars. The menu in the theater now lists crab cakes with French fries and coleslaw for the exact same 30 dollars. There is an obvious quality difference between these two menus. My first trip was with the original menu and the food tastes like it was worth the menu price. This trip was disgusting. I didn't know it was possible to burn a crab cake until today. Truly amazing. The fries just were some generic reheated garbage that you would find at any regular chain restaurant. The service. The service was not just terrible from one problem employee. The entire staff as far as I could see was terrible with the management included. First one of the dishes just never came out at all. We never had the same employee so there was obviously a ton of miscommunication between the staff. We had 2 different employees say that it would be out in five minutes each at 15 minutes apart. 3 hours later the movie is over. So we went to the concession stand to attempt to get a refund for the undelivered food. Of course only a manager would be capable of issuing a refund. So we stood to the side to wait and were able to observe just how inept the entire staff actually is. In the 25 minutes we stood waiting for a manager we got to observe the staff bring out the wrong food and drink to 2 different customers and have to proceed to go back to the kitchen to fix their mistakes. We also got to see a customer order a pitcher of some beer and a glass of cider but instead was given the opposite. He then had to wait for another few minutes for staff to again fix their mistakes. Of course this entire time he is missing parts of the movie he paid for. Eventually after waiting the 25 minutes we decided it just wasn't worth waiting for 9 dollars. This delay just ended up costing us more for parking since it put us over the 4 hour limit. Thanks for that cinébistro management. Value. Do not bother with cinébistro. Do yourself a favor and go to a nice restaurant and then go to a different movie theater. Cinébistro is just not worth the cost especially when they are clearly cutting the menu back without adjusting prices.

The menu is marked GF for the gluten free items, only 3. I ordered salmon...the GF community has eaten it's hare of salad. The meal came hot (temp), and delivered before start of movie and my 1st bite was heaven. The dish had salmon, large shrimp, collards and mashed potatoes. Presentation was a 10. Taste 10+,. Serving size 10. Customer ser 10. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to other movies and had to bring my own GF snack or stick to pop corn/nachos. So Bravo to CineBistro!

I always enjoy my visit. We went to the late show for the first time. The menu went from a variety to choose from, to a small sheet of paper with limited choices. However, what I originally wanted was still available. Still my favorite theater.

It was my first time and I enjoyed it. I went with my mom to see Creed2. You must get there an hour prior to give time for parking and to stroll over to the theatre. They sit 30 minutes before the movie for ordering and all. The server was very pleasant and seemed to love her job. I had steak ( med) and cake and it was DAMN GOOD!!!. I enjoyed my Royal Apple Mule too. The only thing I don't like is that the seats don't recline all the way and they're SUPER NOISY when you adjust yourself. I heard that a majority of the movie, bummer. But, all in out I would definitely return. The prices are reasonable for the experience and taste satisfaction you receive.

Saw the movie "Glass" last night. Excellent Shrimp Mac and Cheese. Great service. Great setting, Easy parking, Best lobby ever! complete with fireplace and bar. Can't wait to go again. Adults only was a big plus. And still the best part was my date ;)

Wow the service was top notch, food excellent. Was the nicest theatre I had ever visited! We love it here! Really I don't see it as just a movie theatre, but a cross between a nice restaurant, nice lounge, and theatre all in one!! Customer service again was excellent!!!!!!!!!! It reminds me of a theatre as oppose to a move theater with the great customer service, excellent food, ambiance, and movie to give you the total performance.!!! As Arnold would say "I'll be back".

Cinebistro's concept is gourmet food and a movie --unfortunately, their service is absolutely lacking. The movie theatre charges double of other locations, so I expected good service. Sadly, this wasn't the case. I went during a quiet afternoon, so you would think they would have more than enough staff. Midway through my movie, my friend and I ordered fries -- and for 50 minutes, they never buzzed me. It was an action packed ending. When the movie ended, i asked them why I never got paged and it took almost 1 hr to get frie, and they gave a half-hearted apology. Finally, the manager reluctantly offered the take the charge off, and give us free fries -- but our movie already finished! Why would I wait around 15 minutes, after already waiting 55 minutes? I left frustrated. For a concept that hinges on eating gourmet food while enjoying a movie, they weren't able to deliver anything promised.

Would have given 4 stars but the theater seating is low grade. Seats do not have automatic recline and foot rests. In addition, there are no call buttons on the seats for waiter service. That's a downside considering the type of theater. Upgrading seats would make a difference.

I guess this place is very hit and miss. Hits: beautiful theater, good screen, comfortable seats, good customer service, and plenty of room. Misses: hot as Hades, at least 80 degrees the night I went. Bad food. My chicken was definitely cooked in over-used, old grease, and it was VERY bland. Drinks were weak and pricey (but admittedly tasty). Unless the theater is the closest one to you, other places do the same concept better.

This theater is better than most. Nice, clean, 21+ only, generous pours on the alcohol, and the staff are professional and courteous. The food isn't worth the hefty price tag. Went there for the first time to see Endgame, and our theater was boiling hot throughout the entire film. 3 hours in heat wasn't fun, but the movie more then made up for the discomfort. Be prepared to have an automatic 18% gratuity slapped onto your bill. Thankfully they do tell you this upfront before you place your order and you can skip this by just going to the concession stand yourself. To be honest I would rather stick with Cinemark reserve level. Seats are more comfortable, I don't get charged 18% for service, food cost less money, and I don't have to wait long for it.

I planned a corporate event for my office to see Avengers: Endgame. Cinebistro was not my first choice, but the only reason was that it was a little bit further from our office. The other cinema that I tried to go through was AWFUL. After getting fed up with their nonsense I came to Cinebistro. Each ticket was about 3 dollars more expensive than the other theater but let me tell you, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. The staff is so professional. When I came to buy the tickets, the gentleman was incredibly helpful and kind. He signed me up for a rewards card that, because of the number of tickets I bought, I was able to immediately receive coupons for free popcorn, candy, movie tickets, etc. I used these for our employees during the show! When we got there, everyone greeted us with a smile and helped us arrange the evening. We had some extra tickets and because we got there early, the manager even offered to give us a refund on the unused tickets. We got some appetizers and food, and let me tell you, the truffle fries and wings were delightful. The Cheesesteak looked phenomenal, and the shrimp mac and cheese smelled divine. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back, not only for corporate events, but as individuals, too. I have already had so much great feedback about the event and the theater. Thank you Cinebistro for making our event a blast!!

My first go to cinébistro was probably one of the best experiences that I have ever had at any movie theater ever. The service was amazing, food tastes great and was overall a very pleasant experience even with the very high cost compared to any other theater chain. My second and last trip was the exact opposite. I could have arguably had a better time watching a movie from netflix on my phone while sitting inside a McDonalds. I will not be coming back solely off how terrible everything went this time. Everything they did right the first time they completely failed this second time. First the menu and food. The menu online does not match what they have in the theater. The online menu lists crab cakes with truffled fingerling potatoes, green beans and avocado tartar sauce for 30 dollars. The menu in the theater now lists crab cakes with French fries and coleslaw for the exact same 30 dollars. There is an obvious quality difference between these two menus. My first trip was with the original menu and the food tastes like it was worth the menu price. This trip was disgusting. I didn't know it was possible to burn a crab cake until today. Truly amazing. The fries just were some generic reheated garbage that you would find at any regular chain restaurant. The service. The service was not just terrible from one problem employee. The entire staff as far as I could see was terrible with the management included. First one of the dishes just never came out at all. We never had the same employee so there was obviously a ton of miscommunication between the staff. We had 2 different employees say that it would be out in five minutes each at 15 minutes apart. 3 hours later the movie is over. So we went to the concession stand to attempt to get a refund for the undelivered food. Of course only a manager would be capable of issuing a refund. So we stood to the side to wait and were able to observe just how inept the entire staff actually is. In the 25 minutes we stood waiting for a manager we got to observe the staff bring out the wrong food and drink to 2 different customers and have to proceed to go back to the kitchen to fix their mistakes. We also got to see a customer order a pitcher of some beer and a glass of cider but instead was given the opposite. He then had to wait for another few minutes for staff to again fix their mistakes. Of course this entire time he is missing parts of the movie he paid for. Eventually after waiting the 25 minutes we decided it just wasn't worth waiting for 9 dollars. This delay just ended up costing us more for parking since it put us over the 4 hour limit. Thanks for that cinébistro management. Value. Do not bother with cinébistro. Do yourself a favor and go to a nice restaurant and then go to a different movie theater. Cinébistro is just not worth the cost especially when they are clearly cutting the menu back without adjusting prices.

I ordered their crab cakes which were excellent, and my wife had the kimchee....she loved it, and of course their truffle french fries are a must! Staff is very friendly as they expressed there wishes on our 5th Wedding Anniversary. So far we have enjoyed every selection off their menu.

The menu is marked GF for the gluten free items, only 3. I ordered salmon...the GF community has eaten it's hare of salad. The meal came hot (temp), and delivered before start of movie and my 1st bite was heaven. The dish had salmon, large shrimp, collards and mashed potatoes. Presentation was a 10. Taste 10+,. Serving size 10. Customer ser 10. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to other movies and had to bring my own GF snack or stick to pop corn/nachos. So Bravo to CineBistro!

Good location. Parking is sparse you'll have to use the parking garage take some extra time to walk ... The menu while good on paper, watch out on Sunday as half the menu was unavailable.

I like this place. The experience is so good that it sort of ruins seeing movies most anywhere else. The customer service is always good. The bathrooms are always really clean. It's also never too crowded. The food is good and isn't crazy expensive. The cocktails are a little pricey. Gratuity is included in your food and beverage order cost.
