They say to put your menu back up if you need anything but on many occasions that I have come here the server never comes back except to bring the check. Missing out on sales big time because we have wanted to order desserts but no one ever came back to take out order. Your loss.

Food is overpriced. Ordered 2 vodka and tonics and my husband ordered 2 rum and cokes. There was no alcohol in these drinks. Chairs were very uncomfortable. Our food and drink bill came to $55. I would rather had gone to a nice restaurant. Won't be going back. This was my third visit and nothing improved.

Ticket prices are reasonable but food prices are a bit higher than should be. Nachos with grilled chicken $15:50 there wasn't much chicken and it was over seared.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat and catch a movie, especially great for parents with limited "date night" time. Dinner and a movie all in a two hour time slot! Food it typical pub food but generally good. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive! Overall a fun experience!!!

The novelty of having a mean while you enjoy a meal is great for families. Not a premiere cinema experience, but that's not the point. The point is to mainline nachos while you watch the latest Disney blockbuster or dumb romantic comedy.

We visit here regularly, but the service and experience is definitely irregular. When Smitty's is on their game, the experience is great, the food is hot and fresh, and the service is speedy and subtle. But sometimes service is unforgivably slow (45 minutes to take order, 30 more minutes to deliver food) and not all servers respect the fact that we're also here to see a movie and would prefer to actually watch the important parts. Burgers and shakes are the best things on the menu, and the variety of fries is a bonus (regular, waffle, sweet potato)

Last night my boyfriend and I took my 5 year old grandson to see Sgt. Stubby and the movie was good but the food was awful.. .. Nachos way over cooked..we also got a sampler app with over cooked chix fingers and French fries and onion rings that were terrible. Popcorn was good and my grandson got ice cream that was delicious .. I know because I stole a bite as I was still hungry.. lol Have eaten there before and loved it. Hope it was a freak thing because I will not pay for food that was that bad ever again.. way too busy to approach anyone so I decided to let it go .. Great place to watch a movie.. I hope I am not this disappointed next time..

I love going to see a movie and have dinner. About half the time our order is done well. They have good and bad days likely due to mostly younger wait staff I guess... The menu is pretty limited. Been sitting here in an empty movie for 20 minutes with no service. Not even a drink! After I wrote the review/rant above I called the managers office and left a message requesting service. I got service finally when we tracked them down in a hall and asked if our movie was cancelled. A manager stopped by a little later to explain the training that was taking place. She gave us free passes and appologized. Not even the second time I have experienced this here though not for so long before. My suggestion to Smitty's, if your are slow and you sell someone seats to a show, inform wait staff. I had the burger special. It was good and came quickly.

We got there in enough time to save the front counter in one of the theaters to perfectly fit our family of 9, and that was with barely room to move. I got up to get refreshments for all of us and in that small amount of time a lady barged her way in and refused to move when we nicely explained the situation and pointed out that seat was taken. She bluntly told me that she wasn't moving and there were seats in the far back if I was determined to see this movie. The staff wouldn't do anything about it and I had to sit in the back of the theater far away from my family because of this. Wrong on both parts of the rude lady but mostly on the staff for not intervening. At least my family enjoyed it. I may just stick to the drive-in, at least I'm guaranteed to be able to enjoy every moment WITH my family, even if I do get up to get them refreshments. They need the option for assigned seating or at least reserved seating for larger parties like ours. Rude.

We did the ultimate birthday party package for our 7 year old and it was great! We had our own space together, everyone loved their goody box and the unlimited pizza was a hit. Well worth the money, just show up, eat, watch a movie and leave, no clean up on my end!!!

I think this place is way too expensive where the food is pretty pricey admission should be cheaper. It was $60 for a table of three and I didn't even order a full meal, I was pretty shocked. Food is very much just ok.

Fun movie experience. Doesn't get much better then having a beer while watch a movie in the theaters. Food is not the greatest, but what would you expect- this is a movie theater not a restaurant. Service is good. I enjoy the Smitty's experience.

Always a fun time at smitty's! The theaters themselves are fairly nice w/ comfy enough seating and enough space. Movies have a standard fare of around 10$, but if you see a movie that goes past 9, you get a really good discount. Most of the food is pretty meh, but the burgers are fairly good. The overall experience of watching a movie amd having a meal is worth it and is always a good time!

Our whole family has gone here several times a month over the last 2 years. Usually Not too crowded. The food and drinks are great but do cost a little more here. The service is always fast and friendly. The tables are clean and the chairs are comfortable. Military personnel get a free small drink and popcorn. Alcohol beverages are available and reasonably priced. Mixed drinks here are done very nice but make sure you have a sober driver for the trip home.

My family and I had a great time. We went when there were two different kids movies playing at the same times, the place was crazy. We ordered drinks and dinner which took a long time but our server was great. She made sure we got our drinks and bought out our children's meals as soon as she could. She was kind and when she noticed I had not eaten my food took the time to ask if there was anything she could do. I have waitressed over the years and don't like to complain when the service is good. She explained that the kitchen was very overwhelmed with the multiple kids movies playing back to back. She came back with the bill modified. Our girls enjoyed their night very much and we were very happy with the service and comfortable seating! We will be going again!

Very cool. You sit around a table in office chairs to watch a movie. You then get to order food and beverages, including alcohol! Prices are a little steep for the food which certainly isn't restaurant quality and not all chairs are in full working order, yet the staff is friendly and the experience very fun.

Awesome theater but the food I got (bacon mac) was cold in the middle and the servers had varying levels of service skills one waiter was super helpful, polite, and fast to serve while the other seemed grumpy and gave short, clipped responses. Overall I would love to come back and was very happy with pricing.

The staff is friendly but seems disorganized(server sraff). I was also greeted on a trip to the bathroom with 2 employees in the hall bad mouthing the customers they were waiting on. The movies are always great, no issues with audio or visual but my most recent visits I received food that was under cooked or raw. Aside from that the food is usually great.

Good for casual movie goers. You can get food and drinks for a reasonable price. Food isn't great, but it isnt terrible. It's set up to eat in the theater with comfy office style chairs. Good for kids, especially for taking in a lunch matinee.

Food was soso and expensive, volume was way higher than it needed to be with the given acoustics and the wait staff was slow. Stood up my menu to order my son some popcorn after finishing our meals and having the plates and a couple cups stacked at the aisle side of our seats and 20m later got up and paid for it at the counter. 10m into eating our popcorn, and forgetting to lay the menu down, we were finally asked what they could get us. Will only be returning if my son wants to see something there. The seats were comfortable bit moved very loose (shift your hips and swing a 1/4 circle). My son is 4.5 and I don't think he would have made it thru half of the Incredibles 2 in a standard theatre so that was a huge 3 star bonus. Otherwise they have a large selection of video games etc in the lobby which was good outside of 1/2 the games being out of order and being a lg reason for younger kids to not want to sit through an entire movie.

My daughter just turned 12 years old and she wanted to watch the end game at Smitty’s I didn’t know that they even have movie theater in Windham. my daughter friend’s mom told me about it and we all went to watch the movie the endgame the movie theater was big, it has table and office chairs which is a little a bit uncomfortable for me, but my daughter loved it. You can order food while you are watching a movie and they will deliver it to you it’s like you are in a restaurant. Otherwise great customer service nice people everything is always clean and waiting for you.

Fun, decent food and drinks selection. Waiters are unobtrusive as possible. Not for someone who dislikes low light during the movie, or low voices nearby. We chose a comedy so didn't mind the slight distractions. Chef's salad was huge and fresh. Wine was single serve Barefoot. Service was very good - just stand up your menu if you want them to come. Fun evening.

This place is nice. Service is slow, but im not sure they have enough staff to service the amount of people who attend a movie during the weekend. The seating is computer chairs on wheels... Dont love that. Could be done better, great concept but execution is lacking. Overall still a great place, just be prepared for a bit of an experience. A lil different then expected but still ok.

My family and I went to the lion king movie last night at 6:30 we were one of the 1st families there.Our waitress's name was Patricia she was Very nice I was shocked to see the entire theater fill up so fast I have been waiting tables for many years But she held it together very well I was impressed she did get help from my male server who was delivering her drinks They showed great team work together, the food was excellent I seen her in the theater many times taking care of everyone .She was awesome.Thank you guys for the great time

My husband and I took our granddaughter to see Incredibles 2. Waited in line to be told they were sold out. Ok. Bought tickets for the next showing and also purchased tickets for another movie to kill time. First movie we waited 40 minutes to have our order taken. Drinks were spilled upon arrival. No one cleaned up the spill but they did put up a wet floor sign. When picking up my purse I found it soaked from the spilled drinks that ran across the floor. I had to empty my purse and wipe off everything in it. Second movie the waiter was beyond excellent! Took our order immediately. He also chatted with our 5 year old granddaughter which made her very happy. He was unobtrusive during the movie yet extremely attentive. Based on the first movie I would not recommend Smitty’s but the second movie and service gave me reason to give a higher rating. Amazing how different two different theaters can be within the same facility.

A good experience overall every time me and my wife have gone. The staff does there best to be discreet while serving during the movie and every theater we've been in is set up great. The foods always been good as well. That said the 8 dollar hard alcohol drinks were extremely weak, and the food is pretty expensive. Of course you aren't required to partake and having the option is always nice.

This is the only theater I go to anymore. Good food, and reasonable prices. Temperature is always comfortable, I find most theaters to be colder than they need to be. They do a great job of hosting parties and community events as well.

It's a unique twist on the new era of the theater experience. Office chairs and tableside service is what they are doing to stay afloat and bring there own brand to the show. I personally miss the old theaters and wish they would come back. They did not dim the lights for the movie and the attendants were constantly moving about the theater seeing to customers. I find that this unique theater experience was terrible and miss loud speakers and dark rooms with nobody moving about.... some people probably love this place but not me. It was reasonable clean and well kept just not what I want for my movie going experience

This is a great movie theater for families or even couples who are dating. They have several different movie screens which give you a great choice of what is showing. They also serve food right at your seats if you choose to eat from their menu and the food is very good and reasonably priced.

Went to Smitty’s and ordered the Rebel Poutine. When it got delivered to me I Saw a lot of cheese but no gravy. I asked the waitress about it and she said no,there’s no gravy on it. Confused I looked at the menu and it states that it’s “swathed” in gravy. A second girl comes over and I tell her I have no gravy (as I lifted the fries with my fork). She told me that there is gravy there and I just can’t see it. Excuse me for not wanting the invisible gravy. She says she’ll bring me some, all the while my fries are sitting there cold. She then brings me some gravy and makes sure to say “here’s some MORE gravy for you.”
